SUMMARY Human resources is seen by the company as a valuable asset that must be maintained existence. In the process, the employee will face a variety of conditions that will impact the results of the work done by employees. One of the conditions experienced by the employee is stress. In this study, researchers took the challenge variable stressor as a challenge stressor forms of stress because stress is a condition that a positive impact on employee performance. With good employee performance, expected performance of the company as a whole will be better. This study examined the effect of stressors challenge to the task performance with self-efficacy and motivation to work as a mediating variable. In this case, the researchers suspect stressor challenge will be a positive influence on task performance of employees. In this study, researchers recruited variable self-efficacy and motivation to work as a mediating variable that will mediate the effect of stressors on task performance challenges. The sampling method using a non-probability sampling, that every element in the population do not have the opportunity or the same chance to be selected as a sample. Non-probality sampling method used in this study is a convenience method to select members of the population that is most easily found as respondents. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, ie sampling with certain criteria in order to samples taken in accordance with the purpose of research. The population of this research is employees at one company in DIY as respondent for allegedly will be able to provide a response to stressors experienced Challenge to Task Performance. This chapter contributes to the existing evidence on the constructs of shared leadership, social, and emotional capitals to demonstrate their significant galvanizing effect on team and organizational performance through trust. This study aimed to ascertain how leadership self-efficacy might influence shared leadership team, trust, and performance in this IT Company. Managers with self-reported ratings for the self-efficacy attributes cluster of leadership demonstrate greater probability of improving both perceived and actual employee performance. The emerging results concur with the aforementioned premise because these appear to emphasize the leadership self-efficacy attributes cluster of problem solving. These results may have a positive impact on the team and organizational performance as a whole.

The objective of this study is to explore the correlation between self-efficacy and learning motivation towards the learning outcomes based on e-learning among the 4th semester students of mathematics education program, Universitas Flores. The research method used in this study was quantitative research with Linear Regression Analysis use of SPPS involving 40 students of the 4th semester randomly chosen. Data were collected through online questionnaire with Google Form. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov analysis and hypothesis testing with Bivariate Pearson Correlation through SPSS were used. The findings showed that self-efficacy (X1) and learning motivation (X2) had a positive impact towards learning outcomes based on e-learning (Y), as a result from the correlation analysis from R for X1 against Y= 0.895 and X2 against Y=0.923, and significant value between X1 and X2 against Y resulted with (**). Therefore, there was a positive influence with 1% significant. In the other words, the more increase or the better the self-efficacy and learning motivation are, the more increase the learning outcomes from the students.

The decline in performance has become a serious problem for many companies; due to the low level of performance is a measure that can be used as an indication of a fundamental problem in the company. This has led to increasingly fierce competition between companies. Leadership is an important aspect that can affect the performance of employees with employee discipline as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership on the performance of employees with employee discipline as an intervening variable. Samples from this study are as many as 132 people out of a population of 132 employees. The sampling method using Census Sampling. Analysis of data using Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression Models and Sobel Test. The results showed leadership and discipline positive impact and significant on employee performance, leadership positive effect and significant on employee discipline and leadership positive effect and significant on employee performance through employee discipline.

ABSTRAK Terdapat banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja seseorang, diantaranya adalah self efficacy dan self esteem. Self efficacy sangat diperlukan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Demikian juga dengan self esteem yang dimiliki akan menumbuhkan suatu kekuatan dalam melakukan yang terbaik dalam kinerjanya sesuai tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif yang ditimbulkan oleh self efficacy dan self esteem terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Palopo, serta untuk mengetahui variabel yang lebih dominan memberi pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Palopo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi, sementara teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Jumlah Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 orang pegawai bagian lapangan atau Tim Reaksi Cepat (TRC), karena penentuan jumlah sampelnya menggunakan metode sensus maka sampelnya adalah sejumlah populasi yaitu 32 responden. Hasil penelitian  menjunjukkan bahwa nilai f hitung 13,883 > f table 3,32 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Self efficacy dan self esteem secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Palopo, dan adapun variable yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah self esteem dengan nilai koefisien regresi paling besar yaitu 1,055, dan nilai standardized coefficient Beta 0,502 dan dari hasil koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa besarnya kontribusi variable self efficacy dan self esteem mempengaruhi variable kinerja pegawai yaitu sebesar 48,9%, dan sisanya sebesar 51,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci:   Kinerja_Pegawai; Self Efficacy; Self Esteem ABSTRACTThere are many factors that can affect a person's performance, including self-efficacy and self-esteem. Self-efficacy is very necessary in improving employee performance. Likewise, self-esteem that is owned will grow a strength in doing the best in performance according to their duties and responsibilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the positive effect of self-efficacy and self-esteem on employee performance at the Palopo City Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), and to determine which variables are more dominant and have a positive influence on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD). ) Palopo City. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and observations, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The number of population in this study were 32 field employees or the Quick Reaction Team (TRC), because the determination of the number of samples used the census method, the sample was a population of 32 respondents. The results showed that the value of f count 13.883> f table 3.32 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the simultaneous self-efficacy and self-esteem have a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Palopo City. , and the more dominant variable that has an effect on employee performance is self-esteem with the largest regression coefficient value of 1.055, and the standardized beta coefficient value is 0.502 and from the results of the coefficient of determination it is known that the contribution of self-efficacy and self-esteem variables affects the employee performance variable which is equal to 48.9%, and the remaining 51.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Employee_performance; Self Efficacy; Self Esteem

The role of human resources is crucial for the realization of the company's goals to find optimal profits. At this time, employees will be motivated if needs are met, if needs are met then job satisfaction will arise which will have a positive impact on the work needs of employees at the company. This study aims to study the work motivation of employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive research type. Respondents in this study were 51 employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office, sampling method Saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of research that shows motivation and performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office is included in both categories. The results also showed motivation for employee performance. In addition, contributing motivation in contributing to employee performance by 33.8%. So the higher the motivation provided, the higher the employee's performance.

Closeness and compatibility between leaders and subordinates significantly affect the comfort of work, which results in employee performance. Through satisfaction in working, it can create employee engagement, which can contribute to improving employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of leader-member exchange and personal supervisor fit on employee performance mediated by work engagement on Syariah Bank employees in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 132 employees using purposive sampling techniques whose data collection uses cross-sectional analysis with the level of analysis of individual samples. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the data. The results showed that the leader-member exchange and person supervisor fit had a positive effect on work engagement, and work engagement had a positive impact on employee performance. Also, this study demonstrates that work engagement is able to mediate the positive influence of leader-member exchange and person supervisor fit on employee performance. For this reason, it can be said that work engagement is an antecedent that shapes employee performance, which is preceded by leader-member exchange and person supervisor fit.

Good human resource management in a company not only imposes leadership power on its employees, but how a leader can also wisely receive complaints or suggestions conveyed by his employees for the common good, so that employees feel at home and comfortable while working improving employee performance is through improvements in leadership and work environment. These improvements are expected to foster job satisfaction for employees. Increased job satisfaction is also expected to have an impact on increasing the performance of employees themselves. Leadership and work environment have an influence on job satisfaction and employee performance in the finance company PT. Adira Denpasar 1 Branch, involving a number of respondents. Respondent data will be processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method through the Smart PLS 2.0 M3 program. The results found that leadership has a positive impact on job satisfaction but the relationship does not have a significant effect while the work environment has a significant and positive influence on performance, and job satisfaction has a positive impact on performance but does not have a significant effect. The results of statistical tests that show no significance are caused by indicators of lack of leaders in carrying out their roles in carrying out their duties and ordering their employees to achieve goals.

<p>The problems faced by MTsN Takeran Kab. Magetan is that employees often face problems in the workplace, either with colleagues, superiors or the job itself. The attitude of employees in response to the work environment will be able to affect the performance of employees. The attitude of the employee must be balanced high motivation to work so that the employee's performance can be maximized. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work attitudes and motivation on employee performance on MTsN Takeran Kab. Magetan. Based on calculations Regression Test SPPS program showed that the 21:00 version Attitude and Motivation significant and positive impact on employee performance. Employees have a big role in fulfilling fluency in the field of organization. Organizations need human resources to develop their businesses. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. The phenomenon of performance instability that can be seen from the achievement of the company's targets caused by lack of competence and employee work discipline and a decrease in employee job satisfaction is the background of this study. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The study sample was 83 employees. The results of this study prove the existence of a significant and positive influence on competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. This study aimed to examine the effect of skepticism, the experience of auditors, and self-efficacy on audit judgment. This research used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the auditors who worked at BPKP Bengkulu province. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method. 60 questionnaires were distributed to respondents (sample), but only 52 questionnaires that can be analyzed or processed. The study used Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that skepticism, the experience of auditors and self-efficacy has a positive influence on audit judgment. The results of this study are expected to be taken into consideration for the representative offices Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) Bengkulu Province to give more attention about the importance of skepticism, the experience of auditors and self-efficacy affecting the audit judgment.Keywords: Skepticism, experience of auditor, self efficacy, and audit judgment.
