The main purpose of writing a drama script is to be read by the reader and as a guide for people who will play a drama. Drama scripts which follow the rules of writing, will make the readers become easier to understand the contents of the script. The main object of this research is the product of learning guidelines for writing drama scripts that have been practiced for participants in the drama script writing class (KMND). The research subjects were 25 KMND students at the Balai Bahasa Sumatera Utara (North Sumatera Language Center). The results of this study were drama manuscripts written by the participants of the KMND class which were  assessed and analyzed based on the structure and elements of the drama script. Data was collected using the following methods: (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) questionnaires, and (4) documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction activities, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

The research objective is to explain the people's motivation in choosing gold pawn financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri Curup Branch Office. Everyone will love products that comply with Islamic regulations. One of the products or services provided by Bank Syariah Mandiri is pawning. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with research subjects as staff and bank employees as well as bank customers. Data collection techniques, namely, observation, interviews, documentation and data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the customer research have the motivation to choose Bank Syariah Mandiri Curup Branch because it is labeled syari'ah. Gold pawning product consumers have become a fast alternative to making ends meet. Conventional bank financing is different from syari'ah banks. They can feel this with light installments every month. Based on the principles of syari'ah, choosing a gold pawn at Bank Syariah Mandiri Curup is because it has syari'ah principles.Keywords: Motivation, Financing, Gold Pawn

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah segi empat pada fase konkret, dan fase transisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskritptif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 4 subjek yang diambil berdasarkan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi data. Kesalahan yang sering dilakukan siswa fase konkret yaitu siswa salah dalam menggambar bangun yang diceritakan soal, salah dalam menentukan rumus dan tidak menuliskan rencana penyelesaian, salah melakukan prosedur penyelesaian dan tidak menggunakan rumus secara semestinya, serta tidak melakukan pemeriksaan kembali jawaban. Kesalahan yang sering dilakukan siswa fase transisi yaitu siswa salah dalam menggambarkan bangun yang diceritakan dalam soal, salah dalam menuliskan rumus yang perlu digunakan, pada tahap melaksanakan rencana tidak terjadi kesalahan, serta tidak melakukan pemeriksaan kembali jawaban.</p><p> </p><p>This study aims to describe the mistakes made by students in solving rectangular problems in the concrete phase and the transition phase. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with four research subjects taken based on purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using the test. Data analysis techniques using a model developed by Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding/verification of data. Students often made mistakes. In the concrete phase, students making drawings that are told about problems.  Errors in determining formulas and not writing completion plans, error when doing completion procedures and not using formulas properly, and not re-checking answers. In the transition phase, students who are wrong in describing the shapes told in the problem. Errors in writing the formula that needs to be used, at the stage of carrying out the plan there is no error, and not re-checking the answers.</p>

Learning mathematics requires the ability to think logically and critically, not only learning to count. Therefore, teaching concepts is very important. Many students have incorrect, incomplete concepts and so on. As a result, mistakes occur when students do simple mathematics. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the errors in the castor stage. The stages of castor are used including concept errors, procedure errors and technic errors. This research is a qualitative research. The research subjects were students of grade VI SDN Belitung Selatan 1 Banjarmasin. The procedure for selecting subjects used purposive sampling. The data techniques used were tests and interviews. The test is in the form of description questions. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and data collection. Based on the research data, it can reveal that students made misconceptions, procedural errors and technical errors. Each student made these mistakes with different indicators.

It is still unknown whether the futsal extracurricular management in Jepara regency is the success of the futsal extracurricular. One of them is determined by management and some schools still do not carry out management functions in extracurricular activities. Therefore, this study aims to determine how the management of futsal extracurricular activities in SMA State Jepara Regency. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, with the research subjects namely coaches, trainers and students. Collecting data using interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis using methods that are carried out continuously with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are seen from the indicators: (1) Planning is said to have not been programmed properly, seen from the absence of planning in the program being made. Regarding funding, it is not yet detailed in the planning. (2) Organizing is said to be still not competent, seen from the absence of an organizational structure for futsal extracurricular activities. (3) The implementation is said to still experience obstacles in the training process such as the field often collides with other extracurricular activities. The available facilities and infrastructure are inadequate. (4) The supervision is said to have not been maximally carried out because the evaluation is fully left to the trainer. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the extracurricular management of Futsal in SMA State Jepara including planning, organizing, mobilizing and monitoring has not been implemented properly. From the overall suggestion it can be concluded that, to the principal of SMA State in Jepara Regency and the management of the futsal extracurricular that oversees the futsal extracurricular activities of SMA State in Jepara Regency to be able to use the results of this research as input and information in order to improve management performance in order to continue to develop and improve the achievements of futsal extracurricular. Keywords: Management, Extracurricular, Futsal Abstrak Manajemen ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri se – kabupaten Jepara masih belum diketahui, dimana keberhasilan ekstrakurikuler futsal. Salah satunya ditentukan oleh manajemen dan beberapa sekolah masih belum menjalankan fungsi manajemen dalam ekstrakurikuler. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri se- Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan subjek penelitian ini yaitu Pembina, Pelatih dan siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode yang dilakukan secara terus menerus dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dilihat dari indikator : (1) Perencanaan dikatakan belum terprogram dengan baik dilihat dari tidak adanya perencanaan dalam program yang dibuat. Mengenai pendanaan belum secara terperinci dalam perencanaan. (2) Pengorganisasian dikatakan masih belum berkompeten dilihat dari tidak adanya struktur organisasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal. (3) Pelaksanaan dikatakan masih mengalami hambatan dalam proses latihan seperti lapangan sering berbenturan dengan ekstrakurikuler yang lain. Sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia kurang memadai. (4) Pengawasan dikatakan belum maksimal dilakukan karena evaluasi sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada pelatih. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkkan bahwa Manajemen Ektrakurikuler Futsal SMA Negeri se- Kabupaten Jepara meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan pengawasan belum bisa terlaksana dengan baik. Dari saran keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa, kepada kepala sekolah SMA Negeri se- Kabupaten Jepara dan kepengurusan ektrakurikuler futsal  yang menaungi ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri se- Kabupaten Jepara untuk dapat menggunakan hasil penelitian ini sebagai bahan masukan dan informasi dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja manajemen agar terus mengembangkan dan meningkatkan prestasi dari ekstrakurikuler futsalnya. This study aims to describe the characteristics of the education budget decision making method in Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. The research was carried out for six months with the research subjects of the Chairperson of the Ibu Pawiyatan Council, the Head of the Taman Muda Section Mrs. Pawiyatan, the teachers at Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan, the treasurer, several staff involved in budgeting, the parents of students who were involved in finding funding sources, and a person who is always critical in making decisions and budgeting, both at the Ibu Pawiyatan Council level or at the Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan section. The research data were collected by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The research data were analyzed by using the data analysis technique version of Huberman and Miles which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the characteristics of the principal's education budget decision-making method were selective minority and seniority, as well as scientific authoritarian.

This study aims to determine how the learning of the Koran with the yanbu'a method in Madrasah Diniyyah Athohiriyyah Al-Kutub Pekaja, Kalibagor District, Banyumas Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative field research, and data collection is carried out directly at the research location. The research subjects in this thesis are the head of Madrasah Diniyyah, ustadz-ustadzah, and students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Then in data analysis, researchers used the theory of Miles and Humberman, starting from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that learning the Koran using the Yanbu'a method at Madrasah Diniyyah Athohiriyyah Al-Kutub Pekaja is carried out through three stages, namely introduction, core activity, and closing. Preliminary activities include preparing and conditioning the students then proceed with reading prayers together and reading Asmaul Husna followed by memorizing Juz 'Amma. The core activities include writing, depositing reading and memorizing short letters.

This research was conducted at PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh, with the aim to answer the question of how the payroll accounting system applied in PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained from interviews and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively and lasted continuously until complete so that the data has been saturated. Activity in data analysis is data reduction, data presentation, treanggulation and conclusion / verification.The results show PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh has implemented a neat and well-payroll accounting system in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Payroll accounting system in PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh is used to overcome errors and irregularities in the calculation and payment of salary. Payroll accounting systems are designed by companies to provide a clear picture of employee salaries so that they are easy to understand and easy to use.

AbstractThe research objective is to depict the stages of forming of the street children’s autonomy in the Rumah Singgah Bina Anak Pertiwi, South Jakarta, and the characteristics of their autonomy. We use in-depth interviews and document searches in data collection. Miles and Huberman's techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing were used for data analysis. The results showed that: (1) The stages of forming the autonomy of street children began with treatment, then empowerment which is a factor of the autonomy; (2) The characteristics of their autonomy can be seen from their ability to carry out all their activities independently, to be able to manage their own lives, to control their emotions, to share ideas and to make decisions and choices according to their views.  AbstrakTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tahapan pembinaan kemandirian anak jalanan di Rumah Singgah Bina Anak Pertiwi Jakarta Selatan, dan karakteristik kemandirian mereka. Kami menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan penelusuran dokumen untuk pengumpulan data. Teknik Miles dan Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tahapan pembentukan kemandirian anak jalanan diawali dengan pengobatan, lalu pemberdayaan yang menjadi faktor kemandirian; (2) Karakteristik kemandirian mereka dapat dilihat dari kemampuan melakukan segala kegiatannya secara mandiri, mampu mengatur kehidupannya sendiri, dapat mengontrol emosinya, dapat berbagi ide dan membuat keputusan dan pilihan sesuai dengan pandangan mereka.

This study aims to describe Reyog Ponorogo from the historical aspect, the negative stigma that has accompanied its development, and local wisdom that spreads to all its components. This problem is studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with data collection tools is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) Reyog Obyog is an important and inseparable part of Reyog Ponorogo. In fact, it is very possible that Reyog Obyog is the origin of the Reyog Ponorogo which has developed and is known to the public today; (2) Reyog Obyog performance model which tends to be free, not bound by standards, is performed in the audience and is predominantly filled with entertainment, in its development various negative stigmas have emerged in the community, namely eroticism, drunkenness, and mystical performance rituals; (3) The Reyog Obyog has a great value in the form of a noble life guidance which is strategic enough to be used as a medium for building civilization.

Islamic Religious Education is an important and inseparable part of the educational curriculum in Indonesia. Besides being an obligation for its adherents, Islamic learning can instill the values of faith and make students possess noble morals (akhlakul karimah). This study aims to examine and discuss how the implementation process of Islamic education in instilling noble morals in students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic Junior High School). This study uses a qualitative approach with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing as the data analysis. The sample of this study was the principal of the madrasah, vice-principal, students, and teachers of Islamic education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Makassar. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that through the implementation of Islamic Religious Education, the students could possess noble characters. There are eight behaviors that are applied to instill the noble characters, namely habituating the smiles, salaam, and greetings, mutual respect (tolerance), sunnah fasting on Monday and Thursday, performing the Duha prayer, performing dhuhr prayers, reciting the Quran, congregational prayer, and getting used to alms giving (infaq). These eight commendable behaviors are recommended for teachers and principals to be applied in their respective schools.
