This study aims to describe the problems faced by class XI students of SMA 1 Lilirilau, Soppeng district in speaking Indonesian skills. The formulation of the problem in this study is what are the problems faced by the 11th grade students of Lilirilau 1 Public High School in Soppeng Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research design. Data collection techniques of this research are observation, questionnaire, and interview. The data analysis technique of this research is that researchers examine the data used for research. The results of the research obtained are there are several factors that influence the learning of Indonesian speaking skills in class XI Lilirilau 1 Public High School, Soppeng District. Influenced by regional or first language dialects, feeling of fear and shame when speaking in front of the class, feeling of lack of experience, feeling of lack of confidence, feeling nervous, indecisive, and stiff when they speak in front of the class, the frequency of students reading books about speaking skills in the library are still lacking, and family and general public environments are less supportive. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan problematika yang dihadapi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Lilirilau kabupaten Soppeng dalam keterampilan berbicara bahasa Indonesia. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah problematika apa sajakah yang dihadapi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Lilirilau Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah observasi, angket, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini adalah peneliti memeriksa data yang dipergunakan untuk penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu ada beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Lilirilau Kabupaten Soppeng dipengaruhi oleh dialek daerah atau bahasa pertama, perasaan takut dan malu pada saat berbicara di depan kelas, adanya perasaan kurang pengalaman, perasaan kurang percaya diri, karena merasa gugup, bimbang, dan kaku setiap mereka berbicara di depan kelas, tingkat kekerapan siswa membaca buku mengenai keterampilan berbicara di perpustakaan masih kurang, dan lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat umum yang kurang mendukung.

<em>This study aims to (1) describe and explain the realization of the following<strong> </strong>Grice’s cooperative principles; (2) describe and explain the realization of the violatting Grice’s cooperative principles; and (3) explains the relevance of Grice's principles of cooperation as teaching materials for high school speaking skills. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Sources of data was a transcripted document form. The technique for taking the subject was done by purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study was using the flow model. The results of the study are as follows. First, the maxim of ’quantity’ of the Grice’s cooperative principle of was the most followed as many as 35 data (59,3%). Second, the maxim of ‘quantity’ was also the most violated as many as 33 data (48,5%). Third, Grice’s coopertive principles can be used as teaching materials of speaking skills in high school because (1) it provides guidance to students; (2) it provides guidance for teachers in giving score; and (3) it improves effectiveness in the learning process of speaking skills, especially in discussion activities.</em>

Mixing code and  switching code are always become strategy in learning process. The aim of the research were  describing the form of  mixing code and  switching code as well as factors that caused  them at SMPN Ubung, Lilialy District, Buru Regency, Maluku. This  was qualitative descriptive research that studied the phenomenon of linguistic by sociolinguistic approach. The source of data in this research were all the speeches ofof the teachers, as well as all the students who involved in learning process that used mixing code and  switching code. Method of data collection was conducted by non-participant observation. Meanwhile, technique of collecting data was done by free conversation, recording, and noting technique. The data was analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study revealed that the forms of  mixing code were the insertion of word, repeated word, personal pronoun, and phrase, while  switching code were independent clause, coordinative clause, and sentence. The other finding were the factors that lead to  mixing code was the influence of first language, no other equivalent, and practical. The factors that led to  switching code were  considered prestige, offsetting the students’ language skill, and teacher emotion.  mixing code and  switching code occurred in learning process at SMPN Ubung, Lilialy District, Buru Regency, Maluku, by the teachers and students from Indonesian to Ambon Malay dialect or vice versaCampur kode dan alih kode selalu dijadikan strategi dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk campur kode dan alih kode serta faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya peristiwa campur kode dan alih kode di SMPN Ubung, Kecamatan Lilialy, Kabupaten Buru, Maluku. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang mengkaji fenomena kebahasaan dengan pendekatan Sosiolinguistik. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan-tuturan yang digunakan guru serta semua tuturan siswa yang terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran yang mengandung campur kode dan alih kode. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi nonpartisipasi. Sementara teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik simak bebas libat cakap, teknik rekam, dan teknik catat. Data yang sudah diklasifikasi kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk campur kode yang berupa wujud penyisipan kata, kata ulang, kata ganti orang, dan frasa, sedangkan alih kode berwujud klausa mandiri, klausa koordinatif, dan kalimat. Temuan berikutnya faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya campur kode yaitu pengaruh bahasa pertama, tidak ada padanan lain, dan praktis. Adapun faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya alih kode yaitu dianggap prestise atau bergengsi, mengimbangi kemampuan berbahasa siswa, dan emosi guru. Campur kode dan alih kode tersebut terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran di SMPN Ubung, Kecamatan Lilialy, Kabupaten Buru, Maluku, yang dilakukan guru dan siswa dari bahasa Indonesia ke dialek Melayu Ambon atau sebaliknya.

Village Fund Allocation Management System in Tinggimae Village, Baromobong District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. This study aims to determine how the village fund allocation management system is in Tinggimae village, Barombong Subdistrict, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. The type of research data used is qualitative data using a qualitative descriptive research design. Data collection methods are used with questionnaire, interview and documentation techniques. This study was conducted for three months from December 2017 to February 2018. The results of the study showed no significant effect of education on the performance of teachers at Majene 2 High School and there was a significant influence on work discipline on the performance of Majene 2 High School teachers.

This study aimed to analyze the language error on the Bahasa Indonesia National Examination instrument test of the Junior High School in 2012/2013 academic year. The research were qualitative descriptive research. The data analyzed the twenty packets of Bahasa Indonesia National Examination instrument test Secondary School Examination in 2012/2013. Twenty packages National Secondary School Examination in 2012/2013 were qualitative data. Data were collected from a package about twenty National Exams then was analyzed by using the language errors. The types of errors found in language packages about twenty Bahasa Indonesia National Examination in 2012/2013 were faults field of phonology, morphology and syntax. The results showed that language errors that occur in twenty packets Discuss Indonesian National Examination in 2013 as many as 58 data. Data analysis results was presented in accordance with the type of language errors that indicate an error in the twenty language packs Indonesian National Examination in 2013, both in the areas of phonology, morphology, and syntax.

This study was designed to find out whether or not the English test made by the teacher called a teacher-made test was  valid  at state senior high school (SMAN) 1 Kutacane. The research design of this study was a qualitative descriptive research. The description is based on the test made by the teacher or the final test question sheet applied by the teacher for the second year students of senior high school 1 Kutacane. To make it easy to analyse, rubric (the points about the syllabus and lesson plan) and interview were applied. In analyzing the data, the technique applied  was a documentary analysis technique ( the final question sheet of English test made by the teacher) and was based on the curriculum as a benchmark to find out the validity of test questions made by the English teacher. Based on the results of research, it was foud out that 92% of questions made by teachers was valid and 8% was invalid. These results indicated that the questions made by the English teacher of state senior high school 1 Kutacane were mostly valid and were in accordance with the curriculum. So, the English teacher of senior high school 1 Kutacane had made valid questions and the level of validity made by the teacher demonstrates the ability of teachers to design questions in English.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kecamatan Tutur tahun 2017-2020, (2) hambatan dalam merealisasi kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kecamatan Tutur, dan (3) cara menanggulangi hambatan dalam merealisasi kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kecamatan Tutur. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitaif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kecamatan Tutur tahun 2017-2020 yaitu tahun 2017 (85.62%), 2018 (87.32%), 2019 (75.99%), dan 2020 (68.76%). (2) Hambatan yang dialami dalam merealisasikan kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kecamatan Tutur adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan kesadaran wajib pajak, dan tingkat pendapatan wajib pajak. (3) Cara menanggulangi hambatan dalam merealisasikan kepatuhan wajib pajak bumi dan bangunan adalah dengan cara memberikan sosialisasi kepada wajib pajak, dan dengan memeriksa tarif pajak. Kata Kunci: kepatuhan wajib PBB, hambatan dalam merealisasi kepatuhan pembayaran PBB, dan cara menanggulangi hambatan dalam merealisasi kepatuhan pembayaran PBB ANALYSIS OF COMPLIANCE WITH EARTH AND BUILDING TAXPAYERSRURAL AND URBAN (PBB P2) In TUTUR DISTRICT ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine (1) the compliance of land and building taxpayers in Tutur District 2017-2020, (2) obstacles in realizing land and building taxpayer compliance in Tutur District, and (3) how to overcome obstacles in realizing taxpayer compliance. land and buildings in Tutur District. This study used a qualitative descriptive research design. Data were collected by means of documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that (1) Compliance with land and building taxpayers in Tutur District 2017-2020, namely 2017 (58.44%), 2018 (54.23%), 2019 (49.22%), and 2020 (32.04%). (2) The obstacles experienced in realizing the compliance of land and building taxpayers in Tutur District are the lack of understanding and awareness of taxpayers and the level of income of taxpayers. <p><em>This research is a qualitative descriptive research aims to (1) describe and explain the structure of folklore of Purbalingga District, (2) to describe and explain the social care values contained in Purbalingga District folklore, (3) describe and explain the relevance of folklore as the character buildingand teaching material in Junior High School. Data and information are collected through informants and documents. Data collection is done through observation, recording, interview, and document analysis. Research sample is determined by purposive sampling technique. Validation of data is done by triangulation. The results of this research are:</em></p><em>(1) the structure of folklore Purbalingga District, (2) social caring values contained in Purbalingga District folklore, (3) relevance of folklore as the character building and teaching material in Junior High School.</em>

<em>The aims of this research are to describe diction (word choise, figure of a speech, imagery of Dari Hari Ke Hari’s novel by Mahbub Djunaidi, and the relevance of the results of studies as Bahasa Indonesia teaching material for the Senior High School. This study is a qualitative descriptive with content analysis method. The result showed that. First, the use of diction (choice words) includes concrete words, connotative words, word greetings or self-names, vulgar words, words of absorption, regional vocabulary, and words with natural reality. Second, the use of language style (Figure of a speech) includes simile, metaphor, personification, depersonification, allegory, antithesis, pleonasme, periprasis, anticipation, epanortosis, satire, paradox, climax, anti-climax, allusion, atonomation, eroteris, asyndeton, polisedenton, epizeukis, anaphora, and epystrofa. Third, the use of imagery includes visual imagery, motion imagery, olfactory imagery, tactical imagery, and auditory images. Fourth, Dari Hari Ke Hari’s novel can be used as a teaching material in high school literature class XII curriculum of 2013, ie at base competence understand the structure and rules of novel text.</em>

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of internet media on students' learning interests in State Senior High School 2 South Rantau during Covid-19. Internet media has a very important role to foster students' learning interest during COVID-19. This research is qualitative descriptive research where the data source of this research is students. The tools used in collecting data are questionnaires and documentation. The sampling techniques used in this research are purposive. Samples from this study were students of grade XII Science-1 and XII Science-2, each class of 32 students. The results of the poll for learning interests showed that the utilization of internet media is in a high category of 52.3%. Interest in utilizing internet media to learn is in a very less supportive category of 32.5%. Students' desire to learn was in the less good category of 8.7%. Student involvement in learning is in a very supportive category of 6.5%. The results of this study show that there is a positive and negative impact of internet media on students' learning interests

The study aims to identify kinds of high school students’ misrepresent in doing their tasks and to provide the appropriate scaffolding as a solution to help the students. This is a qualitative descriptive research. The research subject consists of three junior high school students who have different abilities in Mathematics. They were selected out of 92 students. This research studied the conceptual errors, procedural mistakes, and students’ technical mistakes in working on the problems based on the stages of Kastolan mistakes and the scaffoldings given. Furthermore, the data were collected by using the way of testing, interviewing and documenting techniques. The research data were guarantee validated with the triangulation method. The result of the research showed that there were some errors done by the students in doing the tasks. They were the conceptual errors, procedural mistakes, and technical errors. The scaffoldings given to help the students do the tasks for Level 1 (environmental provisions), Level 2 (explaining, reviewing dan restructuring), and Level 3 (developing conceptual thinking).
