Village Fund Allocation Management System in Tinggimae Village, Baromobong District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. This study aims to determine how the village fund allocation management system is in Tinggimae village, Barombong Subdistrict, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. The type of research data used is qualitative data using a qualitative descriptive research design. Data collection methods are used with questionnaire, interview and documentation techniques. This study was conducted for three months from December 2017 to February 2018. The results of the study showed no significant effect of education on the performance of teachers at Majene 2 High School and there was a significant influence on work discipline on the performance of Majene 2 High School teachers.

This study aims to analyze the application of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in an effort to increase development in the Limau Manis Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. Data collection methods used in this research are literature study and field study. Furthermore, the results of the study were analyzed through a qualitative descriptive analysis method in which to obtain a picture in understanding and explaining the application of village fund allocations in an effort to increase development in Desa Limau Manis. The data used in this study are primary data with the subject of research is the Limau Manis Village Office of Tanjung Morawa District. The results showed that the application of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in an effort to increase development in Limau Manis Village, Tanjung Morawa Sub-District, Deli Serdang District had been running but the allocation was not right on target, this can be seen from the realization of the allocation of village funds that were used for social purposes had less value the remainder is for village government income and other benefits.

This study aims to describe the problems faced by class XI students of SMA 1 Lilirilau, Soppeng district in speaking Indonesian skills. The formulation of the problem in this study is what are the problems faced by the 11th grade students of Lilirilau 1 Public High School in Soppeng Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research design. Data collection techniques of this research are observation, questionnaire, and interview. The data analysis technique of this research is that researchers examine the data used for research. The results of the research obtained are there are several factors that influence the learning of Indonesian speaking skills in class XI Lilirilau 1 Public High School, Soppeng District. Influenced by regional or first language dialects, feeling of fear and shame when speaking in front of the class, feeling of lack of experience, feeling of lack of confidence, feeling nervous, indecisive, and stiff when they speak in front of the class, the frequency of students reading books about speaking skills in the library are still lacking, and family and general public environments are less supportive. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan problematika yang dihadapi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Lilirilau kabupaten Soppeng dalam keterampilan berbicara bahasa Indonesia. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah problematika apa sajakah yang dihadapi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Lilirilau Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah observasi, angket, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini adalah peneliti memeriksa data yang dipergunakan untuk penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu ada beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Lilirilau Kabupaten Soppeng dipengaruhi oleh dialek daerah atau bahasa pertama, perasaan takut dan malu pada saat berbicara di depan kelas, adanya perasaan kurang pengalaman, perasaan kurang percaya diri, karena merasa gugup, bimbang, dan kaku setiap mereka berbicara di depan kelas, tingkat kekerapan siswa membaca buku mengenai keterampilan berbicara di perpustakaan masih kurang, dan lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat umum yang kurang mendukung.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kemampuan guru SMA dalam membuat silabus dan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) berbasis problem based learning (PBL) yang merujuk pada Permendikbud Nomor 22, Tahun 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah SMA YPKKP Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam membuat silabus dan RPP berbasis PBL yang mengacu pada Permendikbud Nomor 22, Tahun 2016 menunjukkan bahwa membuat penilaian merupakan komponen yang paling kecil persentasenya sebesar 46%. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru yang belum optimal maka perlu dikembangkan model supervisi akademik dalam membuat silabus dan RPP berbasis PBL yang mengacu pada Permendikbud Nomor 22, Tahun 2016. Simpulannya model supervisi akademik yang digunakan harus dapat menumbuhkan learning community dan pemberdayaan supervisi teman sejawat.  ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the ability of high school teachers in making syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan (LIP) based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) which refers to Permendikbud Number 22, 2016. The research method used is descriptive research. The results showed that the profile of the teacher’s ability to make PBL-based syllabus and RPP which refers to Permendikbud Number 22, 2016 shows that the component in making assessment with the smallest percentage of 46%. In improving teacher capacity that is not optimal, it is necessary to develop an academic supervision model in making syllabus and LIP based on PBL that refers to Permendikbud Number 22, 2016. The conclusion is that the academic supervision model used must be able to foster learning community and support peer supervision.

The objectives of research include; first, to describe what local Islamic working ethos are as the basis for the resilience of songkok, whip and slap handicraft businesses in Serah Panceng Gresik Village. Second, to describe the resilience of the songkok, whip and slap handicraft business in the village of Serah Panceng Gresik. This study is a qualitative-descriptive study with the aim of understanding the phenomena experienced by the subject of research including behavior, perception, motivation, and action holistically by utilizing various scientific methods. Data collection methods include; Observation, In-depth Interview or Focus Group Discussion, Documentation. Data analysis techniques include: processing and preparing data for analysis, reading the entire data, analyzing in more detail by coding data, considering detailed instructions that can help the coding process, giving descriptions that will be presented in the report, interpreting and interpreting data. The results showed that in Serah Village local Islamic working ethos were preserved by the community, such as alms giving, reading dziba', reading tahlil, attending haul akbar, and reading sholawat together every Friday. Although in the tradition it does not involve songkok, whip, and slap directly, there is a good impact to support the resilience of songkok, but not whip, and slap production. Religious rituals by praying together asking Allah to facilitate and carry out business in production songkok, whip, and slap are an expression of gratitude for what God gave to the people of Serah Village. All economic activity done by Serah community is meant to get God’s willing. Keywords: Islamic Working Ethos, Handicraft Businesses

Desa Wisata Jambu berdiri sejak tahun 2018  berlokasi di Kecamatan Kayen Kidul Kabupaten Kediri yang meraih penghargaan  nominasi kategori desa wisata terbaik 2018 dan 2019 pada Penghargaan Anugerah Desa. Pada fase awal pembangunan desa wisata menggunakan modal anggaran yang berasal dari Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, serta metode pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung turun ke lapangan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Focus penelitian ini adalah meneliti mengenai permasalahan yang diangkat yaitu sumber daya manusia yang kurang responsive terhadap pengelolaan desa wisata. Desa wisata jambu memiliki 17 spot wisata diantaranya yaitu  Kebun Bibit Kediri, Wisata Edukasi Wiwit Padi, Permainan Outbond, Wisata Tubing Niagara, Wisata Edukasi Menangkap Lele, Agrowisata Petik Kelengkeng, Agrowisata Petik Alpukat, Agrowisata Buah Lokal, Wisata Edukasi Menanam Padi, Agrowisata Okulasi dan Tabulampat, Wisata Edukasi Angon Kerbau, Edukasi Pengolakah Yogurt, Edukasi Perah Kambing Ettawa, Edukasi Pengolahan Limbah Kayu “Ask Craft”, Wisata Sungai Sejuta Ikan, Edukasi Karawitan, Pasar Papringan. Pemerintah Desa Jambu gencar mengupayakan tumbuhnya pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan mengelola desa wisata. Tujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan desa wisata Jambu yaitu untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa serta mewujudkan masyarakat desa yang mampu berdaya saing dan mandiri. Dalam proses pengelolaan desa wisata terdapat kendala atau hambatan yang terjadi yaitu tanggapan masyarakat yang tidak responsive terhadap konsep spot wisata yang sudah disepakati. Selain itu kurangnya akses sarana dan prasarana spot wisata juga menjadikan kondisi desa wisata yang tidak kondusif sehingga akan menurunkan daya tarik wisatawan. Kata kunci : Desa Wisata, Alokasi Dana Desa,  Pemberdayaan Masyarakat   Jambu Tourism Village was founded in 2018, located in Kayen Kidul District, Kediri Regency, which won the nomination award for the best tourism village category 2018 and 2019 at the Village Award. In the early phase of tourism village development using budget capital from the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) with the aim of increasing the empowerment of village communities. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach, and data collection methods are carried out directly in the field with interviews, observation, and documentation. The focus of this research is to examine the problems raised, namely human resources who are not responsive to the management of tourist villages. Guava tourism village has 18 tourist spots including Kediri Seed Garden, Wiwit Paddy Educational Tour, Outbound Games, Niagara Tubing Tour, Catfish Catching Educational Tour, Longan Picking Agro, Avocado Picking Agro, Local Fruit Agro Tourism, Paddy Planting Educational Tour, Grafting Agro tourism and Tabulampat, Education Tour for Buffalo Angon, Education for Yogurt Processing, Education for Ettawa Goat Milk, Education for Making Rengginang, Education for Wood Waste Processing “Ask Craft”, One Million Fish River Tour, Education for Karawitan, Papringan Market. The Jambu Village Government is aggressively seeking the growth of community empowerment by managing a tourist village. The purpose of community empowerment through the management of the Jambu tourism village is to improve the economy of the village community and create a village community that is able to be competitive and independent. In the process of managing a tourism village, there are obstacles or obstacles that occur, namely the response of the community that is not responsive to the agreed tourist spot concept. In addition, the lack of access to tourist spot facilities and infrastructure also makes the condition of the tourist village not conducive so that it will reduce the attractiveness of tourists. <p><em>This research is a qualitative descriptive research aims to (1) describe and explain the structure of folklore of Purbalingga District, (2) to describe and explain the social care values contained in Purbalingga District folklore, (3) describe and explain the relevance of folklore as the character buildingand teaching material in Junior High School. Data and information are collected through informants and documents. Data collection is done through observation, recording, interview, and document analysis. Research sample is determined by purposive sampling technique. Validation of data is done by triangulation. The results of this research are:</em></p><em>(1) the structure of folklore Purbalingga District, (2) social caring values contained in Purbalingga District folklore, (3) relevance of folklore as the character building and teaching material in Junior High School.</em>

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of internet media on students' learning interests in State Senior High School 2 South Rantau during Covid-19. Internet media has a very important role to foster students' learning interest during COVID-19. This research is qualitative descriptive research where the data source of this research is students. The tools used in collecting data are questionnaires and documentation. The sampling techniques used in this research are purposive. Samples from this study were students of grade XII Science-1 and XII Science-2, each class of 32 students. The results of the poll for learning interests showed that the utilization of internet media is in a high category of 52.3%. Interest in utilizing internet media to learn is in a very less supportive category of 32.5%. Students' desire to learn was in the less good category of 8.7%. Student involvement in learning is in a very supportive category of 6.5%. The results of this study show that there is a positive and negative impact of internet media on students' learning interests

The study aims to identify kinds of high school students’ misrepresent in doing their tasks and to provide the appropriate scaffolding as a solution to help the students. This is a qualitative descriptive research. The research subject consists of three junior high school students who have different abilities in Mathematics. They were selected out of 92 students. This research studied the conceptual errors, procedural mistakes, and students’ technical mistakes in working on the problems based on the stages of Kastolan mistakes and the scaffoldings given. Furthermore, the data were collected by using the way of testing, interviewing and documenting techniques. The research data were guarantee validated with the triangulation method. The result of the research showed that there were some errors done by the students in doing the tasks. They were the conceptual errors, procedural mistakes, and technical errors. The scaffoldings given to help the students do the tasks for Level 1 (environmental provisions), Level 2 (explaining, reviewing dan restructuring), and Level 3 (developing conceptual thinking).

ABSTRACT Vocational High School (SMK) S 8 Grakarsa Bengkulu which is located on Jl. Adam Malik Km 8, Kel. Sido Mulyo, Kec. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection technique in this study was by means of Observation, Interview, Questionnaire and Documentation, when teaching students the teacher went through (3) stages, namely the initial, core and closing stages of using learning media, knowing the concept of learning media, who used learning media, the stages of making learning media and internal and external factors that were found when video-based learning media were applied, in the implementation of learning in the room, students were seen to be active and enthusiastic in participating in learning because the teacher used video-based media by sending videos via android with an attractive display and media on when learning takes place, so that learning is interesting and good.

This research aims to find out the absurdity in Jalan Lurus drama script by Wisran Hadi. This study uses qualitative descriptive method. The absurdity theory used in this study is based on Albert Camus's opinion on the themes of absurdity. The result of this research shows Jalan Lurus by Wisran Hadi is a form of absurd drama. The absurdity is the meaning of life, alienation, suicide, hope, and rebellion. The theme of life is most often presented in this drama. Meanwhile, the theme of suicide and rebellion in this drama became the least talked theme. Implications in literary learning in high school, teachers can use this drama as an alternative teaching material. However, it needs to be accomodated to the student's development. In learning, the discussion includes unconventional literary works, absurd drama types, absurd drama characteristic, and absurdity aspects. Keywords: absurdity, drama,  Jalan Lurus,  Albert Camus,  literature learning Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui absurditas dalam naskah drama Jalan Lurus karangan Wisran Hadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teori absurditas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan pendapat Albert Camus tentang tema-tema dalam absurditas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan drama Jalan Lurus karangan Wisran Hadi merupakan bentuk drama absurd. Absurditas tersebut ialah makna hidup, keterasingan, bunuh diri, harapan, dan pemberontakan. Tema makna hidup paling sering disampaikan dalam naskah drama Jalan Lurus. Sementara itu, tema bunuh diri dan pemberontakan dalam naskah drama Jalan Lurus menjadi tema yang paling sedikit disampaikan. Implikasinya dalam pembelajaran sastra di SMA, guru dapat menggunakan drama ini sebagai alternatif bahan ajar. Namun, hal tersebut perlu disesuaikan dengan perkembangan siswa. Dalam pembelajaran, pembahasan meliputi karya sastra inkonvensional, jenis drama absurd, ciri-ciri drama absurd, dan aspek absurditas.
