It is emphasized that the sphere of personal problems affects the formation of social experience of delinquent young men and is characterized by typical symptom complexes of their personal qualities and style of interpersonal interaction. The purpose of the presented material is to study the personality and behavioral content of the social Self of a delinquent juvenile, characterized by typical symptom complexes of his personality characteristics and the style of interpersonal interaction. On the basis of the analysis and theoretical generalization of the problem, the program of empirical research has been worked out; it includes methods of observation and testing, as well as the complex of methods used for mathematical processing of the results, enables to specify the theoretical positions in the form of real psychological facts: in the assessment of “social Self” the positions of extraversion, spontaneous aggressiveness and selfishness dominate, and in the assessment of “actual Self” physical aggressiveness, irritability and negativism prevail; an aggressive form of desire for domination over others and selfishness in interpersonal contacts and inclination to rivalry are noted. It is proved that the personal dimension of “social Self” is localized in the symptom of such personality and behavioral characteristics of delinquent juveniles as physical, verbal and reactive aggressiveness, irritability, imbalance, aspiration for independence and self-centered conviction. It is noted that the obtained results can be used as psychodiagnostic guidelines for the development of specific psychocorrective measures with the obligatory use of consulting elements aimed at actualization of reflection, psychogenesis and logogenesis in the course of experiencing crisis of self-determination of delinquent juveniles.

Particular attention is paid to the model of pedagogic assistance to self-realisation of students in the educational space of the university. The text provides effective forms of pedagogic assistance to self-realisation of students in the educational space of the university. The article analyses the results of an empirical study of the process of pedagogic assistance to self-realisation of students in the direction of training "Social Work" in the educational space of the university. During the analysis of the literature and the study, it was revealed that in the process of self-realisation there is always something that encourages the student to carry out self-realisation – a motive reflected in the goal of self-realisation, which affects the final result of its studies at the university. The necessity of timely determination of interests, abilities, inclinations, value orientations, students’ capabilities and ways of overcoming barriers that hinder self-realisation is shown. In this case, the teacher acts as a partner, coordinator, consultant, mentor, thereby providing more opportunities for the student's independence and responsibility.

The article is devoted to the problems of intercultural communication in the era of globalization. The possibilities of dialogue and communication in the context of opposition to the theory of globalism, national ideology and national values are considered. The paper analyzes the opportunity of the existence of the so-called "universal" values, the potential of their combination and coexistence with traditional and national values. The article substantiates the interference in the affairs of other states of safe democratic values, leads not only to a poor standard of living of these states but also to the denial of the very idea of "democracy". In modern conditions of economic and, above all, financial globalization, the social self-determination of states, their elaboration of sustainable development goals and means of achieving them, will play an important role. This is the task of ideology, which must be rationally substantiated before its concrete implementation. Only in this case fruitful communication and dialogue between countries are possible. The paper points out that the very concept of "globalization" is often interpreted in completely different ways, there is no scientific approach to its measurement. The national idea, however, cannot rely on abstractions that cannot be realized with the benefit of society. The paper concludes that the clash of civilizations and ideological rapprochement are temporary phenomena and, although multidirectional, but also mutually conditioned. It is on this basis that intercultural communication between states and representatives of different civilizations should be built, even despite the differences in valuation approaches.

On the basis of theoretical analysis of the scientific psychological literature, the article defines the phenomenon of the boundary in determining the innovative potential of the personality, The author identifies that the qualitative originality of the boundary phenomenon demonstration in determining a high level of the innovative potential of the personality is associated with such individual psychological characteristics as value orientations, creativity, temporary competence, desire for self-actualization, need for cognition, spontaneity. The single direct link to synergy is made at the low level of IPP. The «boundary» allocation at the high and low levels of IPP allows to differentiate the groups of relationships of the certain personal qualities and indicators of the personal innovative potential. By characterizing the existence of the close statistically significant links between the individual and personal characteristics of respondents with an integral indicator of the innovative potential of the personality, it is made possible to compile a psychological portrait of the innovator. The art of defining the «boundary» becomes actual by establishing the interrelationships of these individual psychological characteristics with the features of the manifestation of the innovative potential of the personality.

In the first part of the paper I deal with the determination of social structure. On the one hand, I point out the major determining factors of social structure, based on the way I analyzed the determining factors of social relations and the mechanism creating social relations in the theory of institutional sociology. On the other hand, I deal with the issue that social structure, as interpreted by the various structural or categorical structure conceptions, is closely related to the social structure in my conception. In the second part of the paper, I discuss the functions or consequences of social structure. In my view, it is the sphere of social life, and within this, the sphere of everyday social life within which the social structure directly and tightly determines the most signifi cant features of phenomena, of social phenomena in a narrower sense. However, through the determination of social status-stratifi cation, in the longer run through that of subcultures and milieus and the individual’s certain personal characteristics, social structure, with some probability, determines indirectly the way of life of individuals in the spheres of private and community life also.

Recent years have been characterized by a further drop in real incomes of Russians and the spread of pessimism among them regarding their material situation (after a short-term growth of optimistic expectations during the presidential campaign). The current situation in Russia in this area can be described as “negative stabilization”, because, although the decrease in the population’s incomes has stopped, they have stabilized at a lower level than prior to the crisis of 2014–2016. Groups which differ in the dynamics of their material situation starting from 2014 also differ in the specifics of their composition and positions in the system of monetary and especially non-monetary inequalities. The higher an individual’s place in the social hierarchy of life chances, the higher the likelihood of him being in an upward mobility group and the lower the chances of winding up in a group with downward mobility, and vice versa. For the evolution prospects of Russian society’s stratification model this means an increasing polarization of the mass strata of the population. However, so far these processes proceed at a moderate pace and affect the “top” rather than the “bottom” of these strata. The most significant factors determining Russians’ assessments of the dynamics of their material situation are their health, type of locus-control and planning horizon — personal characteristics that affect the ability of developing and implementing effective adaptation strategies. The high importance of personal factors for the dynamics of one’s material situation indicates the crisis nature of modern Russian society, since for crisis societies personal qualities of an individual are more important for the vector of his mobility than structural factors or human and social capital.
