Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah terhadap perilaku siswa di SMA Hang Tuah Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriftif kuantitatif, yang beralokasi di SMA Hang Tuah Makassar.Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik Cluster/ judgmental  sebanyak 61 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, koesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan langkah-langkah berupa validitas, realibilitas, uji normalitas, linearitas dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS 17 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, maka nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,000, sedangkan nilai r square menunjukkan 0,58 artinya terdapat pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah terhadap perilaku siswa di SMA Hang Tuah Makassar sebesar 58%.Kata Kunci: Lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, perilaku siswa.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of family and school environment on student behavior in SMA Hang Tuah Makassar. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, which located in SMA Hang Tuah Makassar. Cluster sampling is the technique / judgmental as many as 61 students. The technique of collecting data is through observation, questioner, interview, and documentation. Analysis of data by measures such as validity, reliability, test for normality, linearity and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression formula with SPSS 17 for Windows. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menganalisis pengaruh Model Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah terhadap peningkatan Kinerja dan Disiplin Guru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriftif kuantitatif, yang beralokasi di Kelurahan Ereng-Ereng Kecamatan Tompobulu Kabupaten Bantaeng. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh sebanyak 20 subjek. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, koesioner, interview, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan langkah-langkah berupa validitas, realibilitas, uji normalitas, linearitas dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS 17 for Windows.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, maka nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,000, sedangkan nilai resquare menunjukkan 0,53 artinya terdapatpengaruh model kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap peningkatan kinerja dan disiplin guru di Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren KH. Ahmad Dahlan Muhammadiyah Ereng-Ereng Kabupaten Bantaeng sebesar 53%. Ahmad Dahlan Muhammadiyah Ereng-ereng, Bantaeng by 53%. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and the environment on turnover attention of employees of Oppo Kota Bima. The type of research used is associative, with a sample of 35 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, simple correlation, determination test and t test (two parties). The results of this study conclude that the workload has an influence on the work environment of the Bima City oppo employees, where the t value of 8.325 is greater than the t table value of 2.036 (8.325 2.036) with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 ( 0,000,0,05).

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect ofincentives on employee discipline at the Office of Housing and Settlementsof Bima Regency. The type of research used is associative, with a sampleof 68 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scalemeasurement. Data collection techniques by questionnaire, observationand documentation. Data analysis methods used were validity test,reliability test, simple linear regression, coeficient correlation, coeficientdetermination and t test (two part). The results of this study conclude thatincentives have a significant influence on employee discipline asevidenced by the t test value of 9,429 and Sig 0,000. The degree ofinfluence of incentives on employee discipline at Bima Regency Housingand Settlement Service Office is strong.Kata Kunci: Incentives, Employee Discipline

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen STIE Riau yang berjumlah 54 orang. Dan sampel berjumlah 54 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan uji reliabilitas, regresi linear sederhana, uji R2 dan uji t. Pengujian tersebut dilakukan guna untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kompetensi dengan nilai R square di dapat 0,541, yang berarti kompetensi memberikan  kontribusi sumbangan sebesar 54,1% terhadap kinerja dosen, serta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen dengan tingkat sig. 0,000. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa hipotesis kompetensi dapat diterima kebenarannya. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on the performance of lecturers at the STIE of Riau. The population in this research is the lecturer of STIE Riau which amounted to 54 people. And the sample amounted to 54 people by using sampling technique that is  sampling saturated. Data analysis was performed by using reliability test, simple linear regression, R2 test and t test. The test is conducted in order to determine the effect of competence on the performance of lecturers of the STIE of Riau. Based on the result of research that competence with R square value can be 0,541, which means competence contributed 54,1% to lecturer performance, and have positive and significant influence to lecturer performance with sig level. 0,000. The conclusion from the research that the hypothesis of competence acceptable truth.

ABSTRAK  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriftif kuantitatif, yang beralokasi di Kelurahan Ereng-Ereng Kecamatan Tompobulu Kabupaten Bantaeng, dengan menggunakan pendekatan keilmuan, yaitu pendekatan teologis normatif, paedagogis dan psikologis.Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh sebanyak 97 subjek. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, koesioner, interview, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan langkah-langkah berupa validitas, realibilitas, uji normalitas, linearitas dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana dan uji T dengan SPSS 17 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, maka nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,000, sedangkan nilai r square menunjukkan 0,56 artinya terdapat pengaruh kondisi psikologis keluarga terhadap pembentukan sikap disiplin siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren KH. Ahmad Dahlan Muhammadiyah Ereng-Ereng Kabupaten Bantaeng sebesar 56%. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, which located in Sub-leaning leaning District of Tompobulu Bantaeng, using a scientific approach, the normative theological approach, pedagogical and psychology. Technique sampling is saturated sample of 97 subjects. Technique collecting data are through observation, questioner, interview, and documentation. Analysis of data by measures such as validity, reliability, test for normality, linearity and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression formula and T test with SPSS 17 for Windows. Based on the results of the data analysis, the significant value gained 0,000, while the r value of 0.56 means that there are square shows the influence of family psychological condition of the formation of the discipline of students in Madrasah Aliyah boarding school KH. The organization consists of a number of people who works together or interact one another to achieve a goal. Internal communication is communication that occurs in organization or company, either horizontal or vertical. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of internal communication (vertical and horizontal) to the performance of employees. The questionnaire is distributed to 117 employees of PT Promedrahardjo Farmasi Industri. Data analysis technique that used is validity test, reliability test and simple linear regression with program SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The result concludes that to improve the performance, management needs to provide more formal or non-formal forum for their employees to say their honest opinions and build up the intimacy between employees and management.

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Pelalawan District Education Office. With the aim of research to find out. In the field of education and education. The population in this study were all civil servants at the district level, while the sample in this study amounted to 95 honorary employees. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression test and determination coefficient test. While hypothesis testing uses t test. The result of the research is that these variables give very positive and significant results to tcount values ​​of 10,340> t table 1,985 with a significance level of 0,000 smaller than 0.05. In simple linear regression, the equation Y = 15,223 + 0,843X is obtained. Whereas in the test the determination coefficient of R square value is 0.535, this means that the variable work motivation (X) contributes to the working spirit of the employees of the Education Office of Pelalawan Regency by 53.50%. Keyword: Motivation, Work Spirit ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan pada dinas pendidikan kabupaten pelalawan. Dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai honorer pada dinas pendidikan kabupaten pelalawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai honorer pada dinas pendidikan kabupaten pelalawan, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 95 pegawai honorer. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, Uji normalitas, uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji koefisien determinasi. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai honorer pada dinas pendidikan kabupaten pelalawan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 10,340 > ttabel 1,985 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Pada regresi linear sederhana didapat persamaan Y=15,223 + 0,843X. Sedangkan pada uji Koefisien determinasi nilai R square sebesar 0,535, hal ini berarti variabel motivasi kerja (X) memberikan sumbangan pengaruh terhadap semangat kerja pegawai honorer Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pelalawan sebesar 53,50% Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Semangat Kerja

This study aims to find out the influence of the habit of shaking hands on the discipline of MI children. The object of research is a student of class III, IV V of which 140 children. Meanwhile, for the sampling technique using random sampling. In measuring the research variable, research first test the instrument, the validity test, and the reliability test. Meanwhile, in measuring the effect of both variables using the formula of correlation and simple linear regression using the SPSS 21. Based on the test result the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained a correlation value of 0,390, meanwhile the R square (R) value of 0,390. This means that the percentage of contribution to the effect of shaking hands on increasing children’s discipline has a quite good and significant influence

This study aims to determine the effect of performance allowances on the performance of staff in Minahasa District Agricultural Office. This study was conducted from May to August 2017 from preparation to the writing of research reports. Data used in this research are primary data andsecondary data. Primary data is collected by distributing questionnaires directly to employees for selfcompletion. The population in this study was all employees in Minahasa District Agriculture Office which amounted to 184 employees. Slovin formula is used to determine the number of samples so as to obtain the number of samples of 64 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test and simple linear regression analysis, for hypothesis testing using t-test with SPSS version 20 program. The research results showed that the test result t probabilility value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Therefure, the performance allowances significantly influence the performance of employees in the Minahasa District Agricultural Office.*jnkd*

This study aims to see The Effect of Empowerment Program on The Development of Scavenger’s Welfare at Mancani Trash Centre in Palopo District the Province of South Sulawesi. Data analysis method applied in the study was quantitative analysis using Simple Linear Regression involving two variables. The results from analysis of the effect of empowerment program on the development of scavenger’s welfare at Mancani trash centre in Palopo the province of south Sulawesi presented in table 4.4 showed R-value of 0.684 reflected that there is positive and significant relationship between the program and the development of scavenger’s welfare. From these results, double determinant coefficient value (R 2) of 0.467 implied that Xvariable, which is the program itself, contributed of 46.7% on the development of scavenger’s welfare. The rest of 53.3% was influenced by other factors.
