Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen STIE Riau yang berjumlah 54 orang. Dan sampel berjumlah 54 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan uji reliabilitas, regresi linear sederhana, uji R2 dan uji t. Pengujian tersebut dilakukan guna untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kompetensi dengan nilai R square di dapat 0,541, yang berarti kompetensi memberikan  kontribusi sumbangan sebesar 54,1% terhadap kinerja dosen, serta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen dengan tingkat sig. 0,000. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa hipotesis kompetensi dapat diterima kebenarannya. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on the performance of lecturers at the STIE of Riau. The population in this research is the lecturer of STIE Riau which amounted to 54 people. And the sample amounted to 54 people by using sampling technique that is  sampling saturated. Data analysis was performed by using reliability test, simple linear regression, R2 test and t test. The test is conducted in order to determine the effect of competence on the performance of lecturers of the STIE of Riau. Based on the result of research that competence with R square value can be 0,541, which means competence contributed 54,1% to lecturer performance, and have positive and significant influence to lecturer performance with sig level. 0,000. The conclusion from the research that the hypothesis of competence acceptable truth.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect ofincentives on employee discipline at the Office of Housing and Settlementsof Bima Regency. The type of research used is associative, with a sampleof 68 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scalemeasurement. Data collection techniques by questionnaire, observationand documentation. Data analysis methods used were validity test,reliability test, simple linear regression, coeficient correlation, coeficientdetermination and t test (two part). The results of this study conclude thatincentives have a significant influence on employee discipline asevidenced by the t test value of 9,429 and Sig 0,000. The degree ofinfluence of incentives on employee discipline at Bima Regency Housingand Settlement Service Office is strong.Kata Kunci: Incentives, Employee Discipline

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and the environment on turnover attention of employees of Oppo Kota Bima. The type of research used is associative, with a sample of 35 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, simple correlation, determination test and t test (two parties). The results of this study conclude that the workload has an influence on the work environment of the Bima City oppo employees, where the t value of 8.325 is greater than the t table value of 2.036 (8.325 2.036) with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 ( 0,000,0,05).

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employee competence on archive management at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were employees at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency, amounting to 40 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the number of samples used is the same as the total population of 40 people. The instrument test in this study consisted of a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: 1) classical assumption test consisting of normality test and heteroscedasticity test; 2) hypothesis testing using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence of employee competence on archive management at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency as evidenced by the sig value 0.000 <0.05 and tcount 5,619 > ttable 2,021 so it can be concluded that employee competence has a significant influence on archive management.

This research has objective to see the interest students of Panca Marga University Probolinggo in online purchasing of goods on a platform shopee, Respondents from the results of this research is customers using shopee platform as a medium purchase of goods online. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling by distributing questionnaires and interviews as a method of collecting data in this study. The data analysis method uses classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, F test and T test. Indonesia as a predominantly Muslim country has tremendous zaqah potential. Every year, the acquisition of zaqah in Indonesia increases drastically. Of course many things have been done by zaqah institutions to attract muzakki in paying zaqah, such as advertising by using public figures. This study aims to determine the effect of zaqah endorse celebrity on the motivation of tithe. The authors conducted the research by quantitative approach. The sampling technique was by judgment sampling method. The sample in this study was the muzakki who ever tithe at Dompet Dhuafa in Yogyakarta. Simple linear regression with SPSS program was used in data processing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that the Celebrity Endorse variable has a positive and significant effect on the motivation of tithe. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line. The sample of this study was 50 people. Methods of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using the analysis used is simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0.048; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4.433 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0.048 or < 0.05; 2) Customer Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a level significance of 0,000; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4,969 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0,000 or < 0.05, 3) Service quality and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0,000. This means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line.

Tourism has been an icon of countless regions in Indonesia since the founding of "Visit to Indonesia" in 2009 by the Government. All efforts were made by stakeholders (Government, managers of tourism destination, hotels and surrounding communities) in order to increase the visit of local tourist (Wiscal), archipelagic tourist (Wisnu) and foreign tourists (Wisman), one of the method is by implementing Saptapesona. The goal of this research is to distinguish the influence of reception of society of Sidoarjo toward marine ecotourism development through the implementation of Saptapesona. The type of this study is quantitative with data acquisition technique through observation and questionnaire, distributed to tourism managers, village and district government staff, and tourists in three different locations namely Sedati, Candi, and Jabon respectively for about 144 respondents. The data analysis was using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence of community receptions on the development of marine ecotourism.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah terhadap perilaku siswa di SMA Hang Tuah Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriftif kuantitatif, yang beralokasi di SMA Hang Tuah Makassar.Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik Cluster/ judgmental  sebanyak 61 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, koesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan langkah-langkah berupa validitas, realibilitas, uji normalitas, linearitas dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS 17 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, maka nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,000, sedangkan nilai r square menunjukkan 0,58 artinya terdapat pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah terhadap perilaku siswa di SMA Hang Tuah Makassar sebesar 58%.Kata Kunci: Lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, perilaku siswa.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of family and school environment on student behavior in SMA Hang Tuah Makassar. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, which located in SMA Hang Tuah Makassar. Cluster sampling is the technique / judgmental as many as 61 students. The technique of collecting data is through observation, questioner, interview, and documentation. Analysis of data by measures such as validity, reliability, test for normality, linearity and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression formula with SPSS 17 for Windows. Based on the results of the data analysis, the significant value gained 0,000, while the r value of 0.58 means that there are square shows the influence of family and school environment on student behavior in SMA Hang Tuah Makassar by 58%. Keywords: family environment, school environment, student behavior

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

Study Population

Companies need to maintain their survival by developing and earning profits. Consumers have ever-changing tastes and desires, so companies must be prepared to face all these changes and constantly review and improve their offerings. Companies need to pay attention to factors that affect consumers' buying interest, including products, prices, and locations. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of simultaneous product, price, and location on consumer buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Residen Surabaya. The study population was all consumers of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya. The sampling technique is based on Hair, et al. (2010), that the number of samples is at least 5 times the number of indicators so that the number of samples in this study is 85 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that the product, price, and location partially affected the consumer buying interest of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the t test showing the calculated t value all independent variables are greater than t table (1,989), which is 2,015 for the effect of product variables (X1), 2,608 for the influence of price variables (X2), and 6,037 for the effect of location variables (X3). . The results also show that the products, prices, and locations simultaneously influence consumers' buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count> F table which is 45,001> 2,716.
