Bone disease is a condition that damages the skeleton and makes bones weak and vulnerable to fractures. The high disease is caused by ignorance and lack of knowledge about the disease. Therefore, an expert system was created to diagnose bone disease in humans. The method used in making this expert system is the forward chaining method, forward chaining method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are the application of expert systems to diagnose human bone disease using a forward chaining method that can be accessed by the public at large to diagnose early symptoms of bone disease without limited distance and time used.

Abstract   Through the mass media news is often found about how a family or community handles family members who have mental disorders by mounting, isolating, and even throwing them away. This shows that one of the things that causes the family to handle the problem inappropriately is the lack of information about diagnoses of mental disorders so that they take actions that could make the sufferer worse. The expert system designed by the writer here aims to produce an expert system that can be used by the general public. The system is made in such a way that it can be used easily to provide knowledge to the public about mental disorders and how to deal with it. With this expert system, families and even the surrounding community can take appropriate action if there are people with mental disorders in the vicinity. This expert system uses a method that is quite popular, namely Forward Chaining which is implemented in the form of a web-based application program. Application is made using the PHP programming language then testing based on the Black Box method   Keywords: Expert system, Mental disorder, Forward Chaining.   Abstrak   Melalui media massa sering dijumpai berita tentang bagaimana sebuah keluarga atau masyarakat menangani anggota keluarganya yang mengalami gangguan jiwa dengan cara memasung, mengucilkan, bahkan membuangnya. Ini menunjukkan bahwa salah satu hal yang menyebabkan keluarga kurang tepat dalam menangani permasalahan tersebut adalah kurangnya informasi tentang diagnosa gangguan jiwa sehingga mereka melakukan tindakan yang bisa jadi membuat penderita semakin parah. Sistem pakar yang dirancang penulis di sini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem pakar yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat secara umum. Sistem yang dibuat sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat digunakan secara mudah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang gangguan jiwa dan cara menanganinya. Dengan adanya sistem pakar ini, keluarga bahkan masyarakat di sekitarnya dapat melakukan tindakan yang tepat jika ada penderita gangguan jiwa di sekitarnya. Sistem pakar juru pemantau jiwa ini menggunakan metode yang cukup populer yaitu forward Chaining yang diimplementasikan ke dalam bentuk program aplikasi berbasis web. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP kemudian dilakukan pengujian berdasarkan dengan metode Black Box.   Kata Kunci: Sistem pakar, gangguan jiwa, Forward Chaining.

The eye is one of the organs in the body that has an important role in human life, because the eye is one of the organs that has a function as vision in carrying out every activity. Eye health really needs to be maintained by diligently consulting or having your eyes checked by a doctor so that vision remains clear and there are no eye problems when looking at objects around us. However, eye health is often neglected, so that many various diseases can attack the eye. If not handled properly, diseases that attack the eye can cause visual disturbances and lead to blindness. Therefore, the eye must be kept healthy and kept clean because it is a very important organ of the human body. The purpose of building this expert system is to assist the public in diagnosing eye diseases from the symptoms that are being felt. This expert system will be a way out of eye problems that are suffered by the community, In this way people no longer have trouble going to the doctor. All data and facts to be processed are obtained from an expert, the method used in diagnosing this eye disease is the forward chaining method to apply the rules of the 28 symptoms and 8 diseases described by the expert. The results of the diagnosis using the Forward Chaining method is a very good level of accuracy in determining the type of eye disease that is suffered by the community and can provide early prevention for users who use this expert system.

AbstractBRAINDEX (Brain-Death Expert System) is an interactive, knowledge-based expert system offering support to physicians in decision making concerning brain death. The physician is given the possibility of communicating in almost natural language and, therefore, in terms with which he is familiar. This updated version of the system is implemented on an IBM-PC/AT with the expert system shell PC-PLUS and consists of about 430 rules. The determination of brain death is realized with backward chaining and for the optional coma-scaling a forward-chaining mechanism is used.

At this time hypertension is a disease that endangers the community a lot because people often ignore it because this disease does not quickly affect the body but will slowly damage health. Hypertension is not contagious but can trigger other diseases, such as stroke and heart disease. The habit of people who will check their health after experiencing problems causes delays in their help. Symptoms of hypertension can be detected early so that people can prevent the seriousness of the disease. The expert system is one of the fields of science that can help the public to check whether a person has hypertension and the type of hypertension and the percentage of possible diseases he suffers because the expert system can be designed how to work like an expert. The expert system designed uses several stages, namely (1) system requirements analysis, (2) input and output design, (3) coding and (4) testing. This expert system will be represented in the form of rules, the method of reasoning using the forward chaining method and probability theory in calculating the percentage of rules that are fulfilled. The form of output (results) from the expert system is in the form of diagnostic results based on the symptoms given and suggestions that are in accordance with the diagnosis used are forward chaining, namely drawing conclusions from several types of hypertension obtained from symptoms. INTISARIPengetahuan yang kurang akan penyakit pada kambing ditengah masyarakat dalam upaya identifikasi awal penyakit mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan secara mandiri. Ketergantungan terhadap pengetahuan seorang pakar atau dokter hewan sangatlah tinggi, tetapi keberadaannya tidak selalu ada dan sangat susah ditemui, terutama di daerah pedesaan. Ditambah dengan masalah biaya dan sangat tidak efisien dari segi waktu.Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini dirancang sebuah sistem pakar dengan metode forward chaining yang merupakan teknik pencarian dimulai dari fakta yang diketahui, kemudia mencocokkan fakta-fakta tersebut dengan bagian IF dari rule IF-THEN. Bila ada fakta yang cocok dengan bagian IF, maka rule tersebut dieksekusi sebagai penarik kesimpulan untuk mendiagnosa penyakit pada kambing.Aplikasi sistem pakar dibuat berbasis Android karena penggunanya yang banyak dan dapat mudah digunakan dimana saja dan kapan pun. Diharapkan aplikasi dapat memberikan solusi dan penanganan sementara pada ternak berupa panduan untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya kematian pada kambing sebelum ditanyakan langsung kepada seorang pakar untk penanganan lebih lanjut.Dengan adanya sistem pakar untuk diagnose penyakit pada kambing berbasis android ini maka memudahkan peternak dalam melakukan tindakan yang diperlukan secara tepat dalam menangani penyakit pada kambing.Kata kunci:  Android, penyakit, sistem pakar, forward chaining, kambing, android, mobile ABSTRACTLow knowledge of goat disease in the community in an attempt to identify early disease affects decision-making independently. Dependence on the knowledge of an expert or veterinarian is very high, but its existence is not always present and very difficult to find, especially in rural areas. Coupled with cost issues and very inefficient in terms of time.Therefore in the study designed an expert system with forward chaining method which is a search technique starting from known facts, then match those facts with the IF part of the IF-THEN rule. If there are facts that match the IF section, then the rule is executed as a conclusion to diagnose the disease in goats.Expert system applications are made based on Android because of its many users and can be easy to use anywhere and anytime. It is expected that the application can provide solutions and temporary handling of livestock in the form of a guide to anticipate the occurrence of death in goats before being asked directly to an expert for further handling.With the expert system for diagnosis of disease in goats android-based this makes it easier for farmers in performing the necessary actions appropriately in dealing with disease in goats.Keywords : android, disease, expert system, forward chaining,  goat, android, mobile.

Farmersknowledge about dragon fruit disease is still low. Many farmers still rely on the knowledge of an expert to be able to diagnose a disease, so it takes a long and costly. This expert system can be used as information and guidelines for disease that appears on dragon fruit plants and to fill them. Pests on dragon fruit include mealybugs, aphids, ants, grasshoppers, mites and snails. While the disease in dragon fruit include: rust red algae, patches of orange tendrils, white vine, vine blight and anthracnose.The method used is backward chaining and forward chaining, the system is implemented into a web that can be operated by the public, especially dragon fruit farmer. This expert system is an application that uses facts and reasoning techniques that are used by an expert. The use of this expert system can provide information and guidance to users in the form of possible types of diseases that attack the dragon fruit plants based on symptoms entered by the user. This system can provide assistance in the form of services to farmers or farmers plant dragon fruit dragon fruit to diagnose disease in a timely fashion

Tanah Laut Regency is the largest producer of broilers in South Kalimantan. However, public knowledge about symptoms and diseases in chickens is still lacking, so this is a problem that must be resolved because it can cause losses. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of overcoming this problem, namely by building an expert system application that can be used by the public and extension workers to diagnose chicken disease. The method used to build this system is a waterfall with the forward chaining technique as a forward-looking solution, meaning that inference is done by looking for input data in the form of symptom data in the form of chicken disease. The system built is equipped with features that display disease treatment and prevention solutions based on the symptoms that have been entered, so that disease-stricken chickens can be handled appropriately and quickly according to their disease. Based on blackbox testing carried out by involving potential users, the results obtained that all functionality can work as expected. Accuracy testing is also done by comparing manual calculations with an accuracy value of 95%. This is influenced by the weighting of the symptom value which affects the decrease in the value of the symptom result when compared to ideal conditions. In conclusion, the implications of using this system can make it easier for the community and instructor to diagnose chicken disease.

Teeth are an important part of the body in the digestive process. As a start of the digestive process, teeth receive various kinds of food conditions such as sweet, cold, hard foods, and so on. These food conditions affect dental health so that when teeth are not treated they become vulnerable to disease. Society in general does not pay attention to pain in the teeth. Though the pain in the teeth can be caused by diseases such as dental caries, tartar, and others. The solution of this research is manifested in the form of an expert system to diagnose dental diseases using the Android-based Forward Chaining method. The expert system application used by researchers is McGoo. The purpose of this expert system is to help the public get information and carry out a diagnosis of dental disease independently. Users only need to answer the questions displayed by the system to get the results of the diagnosis in the form of the type of illness and treatment solutions that can be done. The results of the system diagnosis have been tested and validated by experts namely dentists who are the source of information and data. Based on the accuracy of the system diagnostic test results are by the results of the expert diagnosis.

Implementation of Expert System Diagnosis of motorcycle engine damage is a solution of motorcycle service at AHASS 00955 Mitra Perdana, Expert System is a system that is related to the knowledge possessed by experts and technology users to solve a problem. This article, discusses the design of decision-making applications that have an important role in the process of diagnosing motor engine damage. Because the system is currently running the user only hands over the motorcycle to the technician. The use of computer-based artificial intelligence can be a solution to problems in structured decision making. The design of this expert system is designed using the forward tracking inference method and is designed in the form of a website to facilitate users in using it.
