"The inferiority complex after being accused" is one of the typical cultural psychologies of some people currently in the judicial field at the grassroots society in China. It is mainly manifested in their reluctance to be sued or cooperated with the investigation, and keep away from grass-roots judicial field as far as possible in terms of geographical location and behavior. Once someone else are called by the real judiciary or individuals or organizations pretending to the judiciary, it is easy to trigger the illusion that they may have done something wrong in past times, then they can easily fall into a state of depression and confusion, and even be deceived by other malicious people. Obviously, similar psychology is not conducive to the rule by law and modernization of grassroots society, and it is not conducive to the construction of a harmonious police-civilian relationship. Based on humanistic care and universal law, it is necessary to achieve fine justice based on the perspectives of language culture, costume culture, public psychology, etc., and gradually guide the traditional people to correctly face the phenomenon of the “inferiority complex after being accused”, so it can help they integrate themselves into the modern society ruled by law smoothly.

"The right is the totality of the conditions under which the will of each can coexist with the will of all, according to a universal law of freedom".Immanuel Kant. The requirement that the expression of will to be uncorrupted is a legal necessity, but also a guarantee of compliance with the principle of freedom of civil legal acts, the real principle of will and the principle of law which enshrines the legal equality of the parties to civil legal relationship since the legal civil act must be the consequence of a volitional attitude, free and conscious expressed

The task of interpreting the Bible has two main phases— the understanding of the text and the transformation or making relevant of its meaning for modern readers. The steady decline of monolithic religious structures and the growth of pluralism in modern society have produced multivariant forms of intellectual activity embracing the Bible as part of their subject matter. Thus the Bible is embedded in the given of European culture and functions as part of the hermeneutical processes of Jewish, Christian, Muslim and secular traditions. The quest for understanding may be common to all the traditions but the task of transformation can take one of two forms. From within the religious tradition transformation is the attempt to reinterpret the text so as to make it meaningful in contemporary terms but always controlled by the tradition. This form may simply be termed transformation from within or controlled transformation. The alternative form is transformation without limits or control. In this form fidelity to a tradition is not paramount and the real concern is to see how far the material may be transformed so as to constitute an independent entity itself.

This chapter shows that the wider use of Web search engines, reconsidering the theoretical and methodological frameworks to grasp new information practices. Beginning with an overview of the recent challenges implied by the dynamic nature of the Web, this chapter then traces the information behavior related concepts in order to present the different approaches from the user perspective. The authors pay special attention to the concept of “information practice” and other related concepts such as “use”, “activity”, and “behavior” largely used in the literature but not always strictly defined. The authors provide an overview of user-oriented studies that are meaningful to understand the different contexts of use of electronic information access systems, focusing on five approaches: the system-oriented approaches, the theories of information seeking, the cognitive and psychological approaches, the management science approaches, and the marketing approaches. Future directions of work are then shaped, including social searching and the ethical, cultural, and political dimensions of Web search engines. The authors conclude considering the importance of Critical theory to better understand the role of Web Search engines in our modern society.

Information plays an important role in modern society. In this paper, we presented a mathematical model of information spreading with isolation. It was found that such a model has rich dynamics including Hopf bifurcation. The results showed that, for a wide range of parameters, there is a bistable phenomenon in the process of information spreading and thus the information cannot be well controlled. Moreover, the model has a limit cycle which implies that the information exhibits periodic outbreak which is consistent with the observations in the real world.

AbstractCivic donation work following the Wenchuan earthquake represents the largest donation initiative and one-time philanthropic undertaking ever in Chinese history. While conducting an in-depth summary of relevant experiences related to this work, it is necessary to provide a careful analysis of the inherent contradictions and questions raised by such a donation initiative. These factors include difficulties and incomplete mechanisms within the donor management system, significant disparities between existing donor policies and their actual operation, and an extremely weak overall sense of philanthropy within modern society as a whole. This is compounded by the absence of a government department in the field of philanthropic work. As such, donors lack the necessary statistical information on which to base their efforts, making compilation of data particularly difficult. These contradictions and issues compel China to accelerate improvements in its philanthropic institutions and mechanisms, such as building statistical information systems, cultivating professionals, establishing grass-roots organizations, and fostering awareness throughout the entire society to improve and hasten the pace of Chinese philanthropic development.

This research examines four things: 1) Where do the origins of the manuscript Layang Ijo obtained by the collector?, 2) What is the description of the manuscript Layang Ijo ranging from physical conditions until characteristics of teaching?, 3) What the history of the manuscript Layang Ijo was collected dan taught?, 4) What are the values of Sufism anything thatcan be drawn from the Layang Ijo for the needs of the Islamic community life today? This research uses the philological procedures followed by interpretative analysis to find the path of Sufism in the Layang Ijo teaching. The conclusion of research shows that the tradition of writing in the time period of Wali Sanga is not just an expression of inner-sense (qalb) but also as response to the humanitarian concerns in the real life such as the mission and behavior (lelaku) of Wali Sanga, the importance of true knowledge (ilmu sejati), the Sufism, the harmony between tharikat, shari'ah and hakekat, as well as the mystery of the death of Sheikh Siti Djenar also reviewed in this manuscript. In the end it also discussed the way of ma'rifatullah as a legacy of the prophets, apostles and the lover of God (Waliyyullah).

This paper presents the results of a game study, comparing Powersaver Game including a competition feature versus the same game excluding a competition feature with respect to energy conservation in the household. In a pretest–posttest design, we tested whether change in attitude, knowledge and behavior with respect to energy conservation in the household was different for participants playing Powersaver Game with or without competition. All energy conservation activities that the application provides (e.g., washing clothes at low temperatures) take place in the real world and feedback is based on real-time energy consumption. This so-called reality-enhanced game approach aims to optimize the transfer between the game world and the real world. Household energy consumption changed significantly and positively in the long term due to competition. A significant difference of 8% in energy consumption between both conditions after the intervention was detected. Besides energy conservation, no further differences were detected between conditions. The chain of events, that an increase in knowledge leads to attitude change, which in turn results in behavior change in the long term is confirmed by means of a path analysis. We conclude that Powersaver Game is effective in the transfer of energy conservation knowledge, which leads to energy saving behavior in the long term while competition additionally contributes to more change in behavior.

Endogenous circadian clocks adapt an organism’s physiology and behavior to predictable changes in the environment as a consequence of the Earth’s rotation around its axis. In mammals, circadian rhythms are the output of a ubiquitous network of cellular timers coordinated by a hypothalamic master pacemaker. Circadian clock function is closely connected to the stress response system which has evolved to ensure survival under less predictable situations of danger. Disruptions in both of these functions are highly prevalent in modern society and have been linked to pathologic alterations in metabolic setpoints, promoting overeating, obesity, and type-2 diabetes. This paper describes the different levels of interaction between the circadian clock and acute and chronic stress responses. It summarizes studies assessing clock-stress crosstalk in the context of metabolic homeostasis and outlines options to use this interaction for diagnostic and therapeutic measures targeting metabolic health and well-being in the highly chronodisruptive environment of modern 24-h globalized societies.
