This study aims to determine the practice of waqf, productive waqf management of sengon Plantations until the time of harvest and development of productive waqf in Sengon plantation. This study uses qualitative methods, then the results of the analysis using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the fund of productive waqf assets will be received in 2020 and fully submitted to the Republika Dompet Dhuafa. In the SWOT analysis, the strength are the land is fertile, the ability of Dompet Dhuafa management to appoint farmer is good, and as nazhir Dompet Dhuafa has an excessive experiences in productive waqf management. The weaknesses are the planting space is too close and the lack of spraying of pests in the sengon tree. The opportunities are the opening of cooperation with timber companies / traders, the opening of export opportunities to increase government foreign exchange and the good market price of sengon trees. While the threat faced is the presence of natural factors such as bad weather which causes the sengon tree to collapse.

Abstrak. Desa Trusmi merupakan sentra batik sekaligus kuliner di Kabupaten Cirebon. Banyaknya pemegang usaha di bidang produksi batik mengakibatkan persaingan dagang diwilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats)  di salah satu usaha batik milik H. Edi Baredi atau sering dikenal dengan EB Batik Tradisional melalui inkuri terbimbing. Analisis meliputi profil usaha, aspek produksi, aspek tenaga kerja, aspek pemasaran dan aspek keuangan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskripstif analisis. Berdasarkan analisis internal dan eksternal analisis SWOT, strategi yang  dilakukan oleh EB Batik Tradisional yaitu menghindari kehilangan penjualan dan profit yang disebabkan banyaknya persaingan dagang di kawasan sentra batik Trusmi dengan munculnya inovasi baru. Penguatan karakter pada produksi batiknya dapat mengatasi pesaingan dagang dan menambah daya tarik pembeli. Kata Kunci: SWOT, Inkuiri Terbimbing, dan Kegiatan Ekonomi Abstract. Trusmi village is a center of batik as well as culinary in Cirebon Regency. A large number of business holders in the field of batik production has resulted in trade competition in the region. This study aims to analyze SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) in one of the batik business owned by H. Edi Baredi or often known as EB Traditional Batik through guided injury. The analysis includes the business profile, production aspects, labor aspects, marketing aspects, and financial aspects. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. Based on internal and external analysis of the SWOT analysis, the strategy carried out by EB Traditional Batik is to avoid losing sales and profits due to the high level of trade competition in the Trusmi batik center area with the emergence of innovations. Strengthening the character of batik production can overcome trade competition and increase the attractiveness of buyers. Keywords: SWOT, Guided Inquiry, and Economic Activities

On the basis of defining the concept of rural highway project performance, the necessity of the project performance evaluation of rural highway is analyzed. According to the theories of government's public function, fiduciary responsibilities accountability and public finance, the relation between rural highway and public finance are made researches on. Furthermore,with the application of the demand level theory of Maslow, the interrelationship among objects of the rural highway project performance evaluation is made an analysis of, and on top of that, combined with SWOT analysis method, the demand and goal of rural highway project performance evaluation are put forward.

The aim of being able to see what development strategies are suitable for mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City. The research objective was to see the strategy for developing mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City with a SWOT analysis. The data collection used was a questionnaire method with a list of questions to the respondents. The analysis method used is a SWOT analysis to see internal factors and external factors, which will then be entered into the SWOT matrix. The research results obtained from the analysis of internal factors and external factors. The result of the internal factor is a strength (strength) of 2.75 while the weakness (weakness) is 1.46, so the value of the internal factor is 2.75-1.46 = 1.29 while from the external factor the opportunity (opportunity) is 2 , 52 and for the threat (threat) is 1.58, the value of the external factor is 2.52-1.58 = 0.94. Based on the analysis diagram, the SWOT strategy is in the Cell (quadrant) I position. This shows that the SO strategy in the SWOT matrix is an aggressive strategy. This strategy explains that Kampung Sejahtera mangrove tourism can take advantage of the surrounding environment. The environment around mangrove tourism is still natural so that it is very likely for the community to add stages such as trading, opening food stalls, and lodging businesses around the mangrove tourism of Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, and Utilizing mangrove forests so as not to abrasion around mangrove tourism Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, which makes the tourist area safe and tourists who visit are comfortable and not worried about abrasion

The purpose of the study is to: (1). Analyzing the attractiveness of Pasut Beach as one of the tourist destinations in Tabanan Regency. (2). Analyze the strategy of developing Pasut Beach as a tourist destination in Tabanan Regency. The research location was determined by purposive sampling Pasut Beach, located in Tibubiu Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan on the basis of having a very suitable potential to be developed into a tourist destination. The sample of the study was taken by 49 people consisting of elements from the Government, community leaders and tourism actors. This study uses qualitative qualitative analysis method (giving more detailed reviews and interpretations of the data obtained and SWOT analysis. Furthermore, in the SWOT method the External Strategy Factor Matrix (EFAS) model and the Internal Strategy Factor Matrix Model (IFAS) are used, followed by IFE matrix and EFE matrix to determine the weight, rating and score and to determine the strategy and position of the quadrant I - E matrix, Beach Pas po is in the position in quadrant I, with the S-O strategy where the values ​​of strength and opportunity are equally high ( use the power to get opportunities) by improving the quality of human resources, especially in the field of mastering technology, communication and information.

This research aimed to look further at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah’s (TMII) role in education and to enrich its visitors through exhibition design inside their main attraction, the traditional houses. It used the qualitative methods through observation of three randomly selected pavilions and data analysis used SWOT analysis and goal grid diagram. The research shows that there are no engagements between objects and visitors, the exhibitions are still lack of planning, visually unattractive and unavailability of information or written texts for most of its collection, which can be concluded that TMII is still far from achieving their educational goal. The result of this research is preliminary design for display cases that can be used in pavilions and corresponds design standards.

Fiduciary is one of the guarantees where the debtor has the right to control and take advantage of the goods that are used as fiduciary security objects. Article 15 paragraphs (1), (2), and (3) of Law Number 42 Year 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantee regulates the execution mechanism for fiduciary security objects when the fiduciary giver (debtor) experiences breach of promise to the fiduciary recipient (creditor). So far, the execution mechanism for fiduciary security objects regulated in the Act creates legal uncertainty and harms the debtor's rights. Because it gives too much power to the creditor. The imbalance of power relations between debtors and creditors towards the handling of the problem of breach of contract actually causes an injustice in existing fiduciary institutions. The Constitutional Court, through decision number 18 / PUU-XVII / 2019, tries to return the fiduciary institution to the spirit of equilibrium relations between debtors, creditors, and fair fiduciary guarantees. After the decision of the Constitutional Court Number 18 / PUU-XVII / 2019. Has there been a harmonious power relationship between two legal subjects in fiduciary guarantees. This paper examines the pre and post fiduciary guarantee institutions of the Constitutional Court and analyzes the legal consequences that occur. The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of nature management in Mongolia. The natural resource potential of Mongolia, which includes mineral, land, water, biological and recreational resources, is shown. Administrative and legal mechanisms for managing natural resources in Mongolia and Russia are analyzed. Similar management methods of the two countries and distinctive aspects are revealed. For a more detailed consideration of the nature management features of Mongolia, the SWOT analysis method was used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Establishing chains of links between them can be useful in the future for formulating a country’s strategy for the use of natural resources.

The development of modern agriculture in Dazhou City has both advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges. By using SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes the internal and external conditions faced by the development of modern agriculture in Dazhou City, and puts forward the rational strategic choice, which provides a reference for realizing the transformation from a big agricultural city to a strong agricultural city in Dazhou City.
