The article presents an overview of modern directions and approaches to systematics of recreational resources (goods). The purpose of our study is to develop methodological principles of systematics of recreational goods, taking into account their subject specificity and modern research approaches to the systematics of natural, historical, cultural and socio-economic conditions and resources. The article has been used development by domestic and foreign scientists, as well as preliminary author’s studies. Working-out of a scheme of recreational goods systematics took place on the basis of a dialectical approach, which requires all phenomena and processes in their development, interconnection, and interdependence. The article presents an overview of modern directions and approaches to the systematics of recreational goods and provides a general methodological scheme of systematics of recreational goods. The proposed scheme includes the division of recreational goods to natural, cultural and historical and socio-economic, as well as directions of use by recreational goods – public, collective and personality. The intersections of these categories are marked by the main methodological approaches to the evaluation of recreational conditions and recreational resources. For each direction of the classification and systematics of recreational goods, it is necessary to develop methodological principles and methodological means of inventory and assessing the corresponding combination of recreational conditions and resourceswith forms of use by recreation goods. Such justification also requires enclosed blocks of recreational conditions and resources and social varieties of use. Recreational conditions and resources of public usage are available for all users without restrictions of property rights; they are considered as global civilization goods as the “property” of the world community; they do not have the content of the goods and do not form appropriate market relations, as a rule, a global or regional spatial scale. Recreational conditions and resources of collective usage form natural and geographical objects and phenomena with different forms of ownership (state, corporate) and collective (group) use. They can be shared by common goods, do not have a form of commodity and not take part in market commodity- money circulation. Recreational conditions and resources of individual usage are private or group property of vacationers. They remain outside the economic assessment, but can also form their market environments with competitive relations and be objects of commodity-money circulation.

Abstract The possibilities of recreational-oriented use of the coast are studied on the basis of the trend analysis in the development of the coasts and regional features of the exploitation of the coasts of Sakhalin Island and the Crimean Peninsula. It is shown that the loss of recreational capacity of coastal territories is the result of both man-made and natural components of development. The conclusion is made about the degradation of a significant part of the recreational resources of the coasts. The concept of a model of integrated use and sustainable development of natural mineral resources, hydrogeological and recreational resources is proposed.

This study surveyed visitor perceptions of the resources of the Guanwu National Forest Recreation Area (GNFRA) in Taiwan’, their perceptions toward the ecosystem service functions of the GNFRA, their expectations and opinions on its management, and their recreational activities. Independent sample t-tests and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to examine the influences of the backgrounds of respondents on their perceptions toward the ecosystem service functions of the GNFRA. The importance-performance analysis (IPA) method was used to explore evaluations by tourists on the management of the GNRFA. Finally, a global positioning system (GPS) was used to process records of recreational activities by tourists within the GNFRA to understand the movement of tourists during their recreational activities within the GNRFA. The results showed that visitors to the GNRFA regarded its recreational resources to be valuable and that they had a high willingness to revisit. The visitors also showed a certain understanding of the ecosystem services provided by the forest ecosystem. There were significant differences in perceptions of ecosystem services among visitors of different backgrounds. In addition, the results of IPA showed the “importance” of perceptions and “performance” within the opinions of tourists on the management of the forest recreation area. The records of recreational activities by tourists showed that they experienced the most benefits when experiencing picturesque scenery along walking trails. The results of this study can contribute to future management of the GNRFA.

Introduction. The fundamental principles of inclusive development are equality of opportunity, availability of all types of resources, equality and fairness in the distribution of income and benefits. The main message of inclusive recreational nature management is the creation of equal opportunities for the use of natural recreational resources and areas for the well-being and quality of life of people. Realization of priorities of the organization of recreational activity is not possible without the developed institutional maintenance. Defining the leading role of state authorities and civil society representatives, which establish a system of laws, rights and responsibilities, "rules of the game" and develop a set of mechanisms for their close institutionalized interaction, it is necessary to form institutions within which public representatives reconcile contradictions and determine common interests. Aim and tasks. The purpose of the study is to study the state and develop directions for the development of institutional support for inclusive tourism and recreational nature. Results. The article examines the state of institutional support for inclusive tourist and recreational nature management in Ukraine. The essence and its content are determined, the documents according to which it is determined are analyzed. The domestic legislative and normative-legal base of regulation of nature use in general and recreational in particular is studied, where separate principles of inclusive development are laid down. At the same time, a significant layer of problems remains unresolved, including the formation of new principles, forms of management to prevent the degradation of natural recreational resources, their diversity and sustainability. The interaction of formal institutions and institutes (legislative and normative base, system of state regulation, bodies of state administration and local self-government, public organizations, approved norms and norms of nature use) and informal institutions has to promote inclusive recreational nature use. Conclusions. The study of the state and directions of development of institutional support of inclusive recreational nature management allowed to determine that the implementation of an inclusive approach requires: changing the structure and stereotype of recreational needs of people and restructuring the economy of recreational nature management; reducing economic and social inequality of people to meet their recreational needs and ensuring equal access to valuable natural recreational resources.

According to many scientists, due to the spread of COVID‑19 and the pandemic, rural tourism is the most developed, as this type of tourism is one of the most secluded types. Data & Methods. To achieve the goal of the study, general scientific and special methods of geographical science were used. The negative and positive impact of green tourism on rural areas and the solution of socio-economic problems of the village are analyzed. Given the rich tourist and recreational resources of Khmelnytskyi region (favorable natural and climatic conditions, historical, cultural and ethnic heritage), the development of rural tourism is one of the ways to solve economic, social and environmental problems. Results. Rural tourism promotes the development of the rural population employment, not only in the production sphere, but also in the service sector and promotes the development of rural areas, as well as stimulating the development of services: transport, communications, trade, services, recreation and other institutions in the countryside. The article deals with the ways to increase the efficiency of green tourism in Khmelnytskyi region. It is substantiated that the available resource potential of Khmelnytskyi region is not rationally used, due to the lack of sufficient information on this form of tourism. The study of the of green tourism development prospects in Khmelnytskyi region is very relevant in the context of decentralization. In accordance with the principles of reforming the system of governance in Ukraine, local governments should become the basis for decentralization, taking full account of local development and needs. The newly formed rural united territorial communities have great difficulties in filling local budgets with funds from economic activities on their territory. It is believed that rural tourism can become an industry that will actively fill the budget of rural united territorial communities.
