This study aims to see the effect of Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Commitment, the effect of entrepreneurial commitment on performance, the influence of self on business performance with entrepreneurial commitment as a mediating variable in MSMEs. This research was conducted on UMKM entrepreneurs in Malang. The type of research used is explanatory research that aims to test theories or research that reject or reject theories or reject the results of pre-existing research. The data technique used a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were 70 entrepreneurs at UMKM in Malang. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed a significant influence between commitment and commitment to entrepreneurial commitment, entrepreneurial commitment had a significant effect on business performance, self-efficacy had no direct effect on business performance, and entrepreneurial commitment had a mediating role between self-influence on business performance

Innovation is needed for every business organization, especially in the turbulence environments, as it is believed as a driver of business performance. This research aims to investigate the antecedents of innovation in Small and Medium Entreprises (SMEs) in Malang City. One hundred and eighty-seven questionnaires were collected by using purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using partial least square. The hypothesis testing showed that all hypotheses are supported. Internal environment proven to be an antecedent of flexibility strategy and innovation. Furthermore, strategic flexibility is also proven as a driver of innovation. In addition, strategic flexibility also plays a mediating role in the relationship between internal environment and innovation. This research implies that in order to enhance SME’s innovativeness, the manager should ensure that the firm has a strong internal environment. A condusive internal environment will lead to the more flexible strategy and at the end it will enhance SME’S innovativeness. This research is projected to contribute to the body of knowledge, especially in the domain of strategic flexibility and innovation in SMEs in Indonesia. In addition, this research also gives guideline for SME manager about how to strengthen the innovation activities in their business organization

<span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this study was to analyze the model of the influence of authoritarian parenting, extraversion personality, and conformity to bullying in students. The population in this study were all students of grade eight of X, Y, Z state middle school in Yogyakarta, consisting of 524 students. The sample in this study was 185 students. The sampling technique used in this study was cluster random sampling. T<span>he data were collected with the scales which were developed for each variable studied. Data analysis was performed by testing the outer and inner models using structural equation model (SEM) through the Smart Partial Least Square 3.2.8 program. The </span>results of this study were the formation of the model of the influence of authoritarian parenting, extraversion personality, and conformity to bullying that was found to be fit with empirical data. Overall, the findings suggested that all variables under investigation (authoritarian parenting, extraversion personality, and conformity) had positive and a very significant influence on bullying. This model can be used as a valid reference in developing bullying variables.</span>

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of entrepreneurial skills, market orientation, networking and entrepreneurial competence as mediating variables that affect the business performance of micro, small and medium-sized   entreprises (SMEs)  in the fashion sector at Tanah Abang Market. The samples used in this research were 100 respondents of micro, small and medium-sized   entreprises owners at Tanah Abang Market by purposive sampling technique. This research used data analysis with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach in the form of the Smart-PLS application version 3.0. The results of this research indicate that entrepreneurial skills, market orientation, and networks have a significant effect on performance which are mediated by entrepreneurial competencies and entrepreneurial competencies have a positive effect on performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, jaringan dan kompetensi kewirausahaan sebagai variabel mediasi yang mempengaruhi kinerja usaha mikro kecil dan menengah pada bidang fashion di Pasar Tanah Abang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden pemilik usaha mikro kecil dan menengah di Pasar Tanah Abang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) berupa aplikasi Smart-PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keteampilan kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, dan jaringan memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kompetensi kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja.

This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Operational Income Operating Cost (BOPO), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to Non Performing Financing (NPF). The population in this study were 13 Islamic Commercial Bank in Indonesia in year 2012-2015. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique which resulted in 9 banks and the analysis units were 36. Data collection method used in this research was documentation. Data analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results show that the inflation, GDP, and FDR variables do not significantly influence NPF. BOPO variable has a positive and significant influence to NPF. CAR variable has a negative and significant influence to NPF. The conclusion shows that the inflation, GDP, and FDR variables do not significantly influence NPF. Variables of BOPO and CAR have significant influence to NPF.

The MSMEs is a sector that has a very large role in increasing the economic growth of the Indonesta state. Garut Regency of West Java utilizing the wealth and potential they have by making MSMEs as employment. One factor that has a very umportant role in the development of MSMEs is precisely the Dodol Industry itself is marketing but there are still many who use traditional marketing. This study aims to analyze the influence of Entrepreneurial Marketing on business performance at dodol centers in Garut Regency.   This study aims to determine the effect of Opportunity Focus, Proactiveness, Customer Intensity, Innovation, Risk Taking, Resource Leveraging, and Value Creation on Business Performance. The population in this study were business actors in the dodol center of Garut Regency, which amounted to 156 business actors with a sample of 70 respondents. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique that is Purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive with data analysis of Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square by performing data processing using SMART-PLS 3.0. The results of this study are that Customer Intensity, Innovation, Risk Taking, Resource Leveraging, and Value Creation have a significant effect on Business Performance, while Opportunity Focus and Proactiveness have no significant effect on Business Performance. From the r-square results that the seven independent variables witch is Entrepreneurial Marketing simultaneously contribute influence of 60.1%, which has moderate value.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior on the relationship of transformational leadership on employee performance of cooperatives in Tabanan. The study population were employees of cooperatives in the district of Tabanan with a sample size is 114 respondents in 25 cooperatives. The sampling technique is done by simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used questionnaire and analysis methods using Partial Least Square (PLS) with software SmartPLS 2.0. The results showed (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB (2) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) OCB has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (4) OCB mediate partially and positive and significant relationship between leadership transformasional and employee performance. The implication of this study indicated that transformational leadership was found as a major factor in improving employee performance.. Suggestions for the results are expand the orientation research in wider scope industry and organization to reach more obtain results.

Market orientation is one of the business culture that produces the best performance through commitment to the customer. The aim of study is to analyze the factors that affect market orientation in operate a business to improve business performance on MSEs in the city of Bogor. The research was conducted on micro small business of tempe in Bogor City. The number of respondents in the research as much as thirty respondents with the determination of respondents by purposive sampling. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with smart partial least squares (smart PLS) approach. The results of this study indicated customer orientation variables significantly affect business performance with the results of T tests 2.996> 1.96, competitor orientation variables significantly affect business performance with the test results T 2.544> 1.96, and variables interfunctional coordination was not significantly affect business performance with test results T 1.687 <1.96. Thus, customer orientation and competitor orientation have significant influence to business performance, while inter-functional coordination factor  not give significant influence to business performance.Keywords : Market Orientation, Partial Least Square

ABSTRACT PT. Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) Surabaya branch i. as a company that provides financing for credit to the General field of concentration on a Yamaha motorcycle financing. The presence of human resources at the company very important focused on self efficacy, motivation and performance of employees.  The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of self efficacy and motivation on performance of employees. The population used as respondents as many as 50 employees of the billing section. Data analysis using the Partial Least Square with the help of computer software to process data from a primary data collection. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence self efficacy on performance of employees, there are also positive and significant influence motivation on performance of employees.  Keyword:selfefficacy,motivation,employee performance

The survey, conducted by the Research Institute for Food, Drugs and Cosmetics –The Council of Indonesian Ulama (MUI) shows that there are still some consumers who pay less attention to the existence of the halal label on cosmetics products, whereas it indicates the halal status of a product. The better understanding of the religion makes Muslim consumers selective in choosing the product to be consumed. This study is aimed at determining the effect of the halal product label of Mustika Ratu cosmetic products on consumer trust in Bandung City. The research sample consists of 115 female Muslims in Bandung who actively use MustikaRatu cosmetic products. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires. The data analysis in this research is descriptive and verification analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with Smart-PLS 3.0. The results of this study illustrate that the halal product label has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. It is proven from the finding of this research that the existence of halal product label in green and round shape with the writings of halal in Arabic and the Council of Indonesian Ulama, attached to the packaging, affects customer trust.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions through risk taking, self-efficacy, and being proactive during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population in this study were students of class XI and XII majoring in office governance automation who took lessons on creative products and entrepreneurship at SMKN 1 Surabaya using 188 respondents with simple random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results obtained in this study are entrepreneurship education has no significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, risk taking as a mediation has no significant effect between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions, self-efficacy is able to significantly mediate the effect of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial intentions, proactive is not able to significantly mediate the effect of education entrepreneurship to entrepreneurial intentions. The limitation of this study is that the proposed model was only tested in SMKN 1 Surabaya, students of class XI and XII majoring in office governance automation. Originality in this study is to measure the mediating variables, namely risk taking, self-efficacy, and proactiveness in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions.
