Financial attitude is an important matter for all young people, especially a student, in order to avoid all strange financial problems. Especially in this pandemic period it must be good at managing its finances appropriately so as not to experience waste. This study aims to explain  financial literacy, lifestyle, locus of control, and parental income on student financial behavior in Central Java. The population in this study are students of Central Java province which numbered 400 respondents with the formula slovin. Purposive sampling technique by determining sample criteria. This research uses quantitative data obtained from questionnaire google form. Data were analyzed through multiple regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results explain that financial literacy, lifestyle, locus of control, and parental income have a significant influence in student financial behavior in Central Java province. This study was aimed at analyzing factors that influence financial behavior among accounting students in Bali. This study used the quantitative approach through distributing questionnaires and a financial literacy test. The sample was selected through the multistage random sampling technique with the sample size of 518 respondents. The data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that there is a positive and significant effect of financial literacy, financial self efficacy, social economic status on financial behavior. Social economic status has the highest contribution. The finding shows that the independent variables in this study have an effect on financial behavior. As the consequence, they can be used as references to develop other variables that are related to students’ financial behavior.

The purpose of this research is to provide some insights into financial literacy among undergraduate students focusing primarily on the relationship between financial knowledge, financial attitudes and financial behavior and on possible gender and financial education gap in financial literacy. Using the purposive sampling technique, data collection was carried out from April to June 2020, yielding a sample of 1,046 valid responses. To gain a better understanding of the relationship between financial behaviour, financial attitudes and financial knowledge, we, primarily, use exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression model. The research findings have revealed several important issues. First, findings have suggested that financial knowledge, financial attitudes and gender may be considered as an antecedent of the financial behaviour of undergraduate students. Second, findings have also suggested a statistically - significant difference between the financial literacy of undergraduate students concerning their exposure to formal financial education.

<p>The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Islamic advertising (Islamic advertising messages, Islamic story illustrations and Muslim advertising stars) Mahatahari Dept. Store against the buying interest of prospective Mahatahari Dept. Store in Central Java. This research was conducted in Central Java Province with a sample size taken as many as 120 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure 13 indicators. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Islamic advertising messages, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars had a positive and significant effect on consumers' buying interest. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be explained that the simultaneous influence of Islamic advertising message variables, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars on consumer buying interest. While the partial results of the illustrative variable of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, but Islamic advertising message variables have no effect on buying interest.</p>

This study aims to determine the level of influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior toward investment decisions. The data used in this study are primary data, the sample used in this study were PKK members in Jambi City. The sampling technique was carried out by using purposive sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 2,337 + 0.159 X1 + 0.518 X2, and the test of this study using the f-test, R2-test and t-test. The results of this study indicate that partially the Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior affect investment decisions.

Micro-enterprises have a significant role in the country’s economy. However, business owners must face various problems to develop their business. One of the problems is the limited funding for micro-enterprises due to the low financial literacy of business owners. In addition, the business owner’s tolerance for risk is also expected to affect the financial management of micro-enterprises. This study aims to determine the level of financial literacy andtolerance of business owners and the financial management of micro-enterprises. This research method uses a questionnaire distributed to micro-enterprise owners in Central Java Province and Yogyakarta Special Region. The results showed that the level of financial literacy of micro-enterprise owners was in the medium category. Micro-enterprise owners have a neutral attitude towards risk and are not individuals who dare to take risks but do not avoid risk. Financial management carried out by business owners is still in the poor category. Improvement of financial literacy, understanding of risks, and financial management of micro-enterprises still need to be done.

<p>This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial technology, income, and locus of control on financial behavior. The population in this study were Lecturers at the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta. The sample size was taken as many as 80 respondents, with methods through nonprobability sampling, purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) financial literacy has a significant positive effect on financial behavior. (2) financial technology has no influence and is not significant in financial behavior. (3) income has a significant positive effect on financial behavior. (4) locus of control does not influence financial behavior.</p>

This research aimed to test the understanding of the budgetary participation and budget target clarity have effect to Manajerial Performance. Locus of Control able to moderate the effect of This research also to test the effect of risk preferences which acts as a moderating budgetary participation and budget target clarity to Manajerial Performance. This research took 54 respondents with a sampling technique is Judgement Sampling. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, then the Locus of control is not able to moderate the influence of participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets on managerial performance.

Village Funds and Village Status in Central Java Province Year 2019 is the fifth year of implementation of village fund in Indonesia. At the beginning of its implementation in 2015, village funds were budgeted at IDR 20.8 trillion, which has increased to 3.5 times and reaching about IDR 70 trillion in 2019. This research is aimed to describe village funds and villages status in Central Java Province and the relationship between them. Data to be used are secondary data consisting of village funds and village status according to IDM year 2018 and 2019 in Central Java Province. The analyses used in this research are descriptive statistics and simple regression. Results show that village funds in Central Java Province increase about 14.7% in 2019 and there is an increase in the aggregate of village status. Regression analysis showed that changes in the amount of village funds did not significantly affect the change of village status in Central Java Province.

The purpose of this study is to explain the locus of control as a moderating variable that has the influence of role stress on job satisfaction. This research was conducted on Melia Bali Hotel accounting employees. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling using the Likert Summated Ratings (LSR) method. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires for Melia Bali Hotel accounting employees. Data analysis in this study uses moderated regression analysis and the model feasibility test. The results of the moderated regression analysis and the model feasibility test indicate that the locus of control variable as a moderating variable influences the role of stress on job satisfaction of accounting employees at Melia Bali Hotels. The results of this study indicate that the higher the role stress felt by Melia Bali Hotel accounting employees, the job satisfaction felt by employees will decrease. This study is aimed to analyze and describe the influence of psychological capital and organizational change to employee performance with organizational commitment conducted on Credit Center of a Banking Company in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. The population in this study is 275 employees. The sample 163 respondents is taken by using proportional stratified sampling technique with criteria permanent employees and having been working for at least 5 years. The result of hierarchical regression analysis shows that (1) psychological capital influences employee performance, (2) organizational change influences employee performance, (3) organizational commitment is moderating variable for the influence of psychological capital to employee performance, and (4) organizational commitment is moderating variable for the influence of organizational change to employee performance.
