Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan upaya untuk memandirikan masyarakat dengan perwujudan potensi yang mereka miliki. Pemberdayaan masyarakat sendiri menyangkut kepada dua kelompok yang saling berkaitan yaitu kelompok masyarakat sebagai pihak yang diberdayakan dan kelompok yang menaruh kepedulian sebagai pihak yang memberdayakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan kajian pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui Bangkodir (Bangil Kota Bordir) di Kelurahan Pogar Kecamatan Bangil Kabupaten Pasuruan. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan menggunakan sumber data sekunder. fokus penelitian menggunakan analisis teoritis yang dituangkan dalam bentuk kerangka kerja konseptual dalam (Sulistyani, 2017) yang menggunakan pendekatan CIPOO (context-input-process-output-outcome). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik ini dilakukan dengan mencari data yang berkaitan dengan penelitian yaitu melalui buku, surat kabar, transkrip dan data lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan merupakan teknik analisis data menurut Krippendorf. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Kajian Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Bangkodir (Bangil Kota Bordir) di Kelurahan Pogar Kecamatan Bangil Kabupaten Pasuruan telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik. Pemerintah Kabupaten Pasuruan bersama Disperindag, Dinkop dan Aspendir telah bekerjasama dengan baik untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Bangil terutama yang ada di Keluarahan Pogar meskipun ada beberapa hambatan dalam sosialisasi maupun pengenalan program ini kepada masyarakat. Dari penjelasan diatas maka penulis memberikan saran untuk meningkatkan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat agar dapat lebih mengetahui program tersebut. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Bordir, Kemiskinan   Community empowerment is an effort to make the community independent by realizing their potential. Community empowerment itself involves two interrelated groups, namely the community group as the empoweres party and the group that cares about being the empoweing party. The purpose of this study was to describe community empowerment studies through Bangkodir (Bangil Kota Bordir) in Pogar Village, Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency. The author uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods and uses secondary data sources. The focus of the reseach uses theoretocal analysis which is outlined in the form of the conceptual framework in (Sulistyani, 2017) which uses the CIPOO (context-input-process-output-outcome). The data collection technique is done by using documentation technique. This technique is done by looking for data related to research, namely through books, newspaper, transcripts and other data related to community empowerment. The data analysis technique used is a data analysis technique according to Krippendorf. The result of these studies through Bangkodir (Bangil Kota Bordir) in Pogar Village, Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency has been implemented quiet well. The Pasuruan Regency Government together with Disperindag, Dinkop and Aspendir have collaborated well to empower the Bangil community, especially those in the Pogar Family eve though there were several obstacles in the socialization to the public so that they can know more about the program. <p>This research is going to explain the characteristics of spiritual and social values in saman dance culture in gayo community in Aceh. Saman Gayo dance is not only unique but also has original Indonesian cultural values which is one of the media for delivering da'wah messages which contains religious values, manners, togetherness, and educational values. This research on the characteristics of spiritual and social values in the Saman Dance culture in the Gayo community is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique in this paper refers to the data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman with three stages, namely data collection, data processing, and drawing conclusions. The data collection technique in this paper is to use data collection methods that are literature study to more accurately research from a scientific perspective. The results of this paper shown that the Gayo Saman Dance has various philosophies such as singing, movement, types of Saman Dance, to its function which of course must be maintained and preserved. In the other hand, Saman Dance is used to strengthen Local Identity, good values ranging from values in the field of education, unity and integrity, friendship.</p>

Human dignity is a human nobility that distinguishes it from other creatures on earth. The purpose of writing this article is to describe human dignity in the perspective of counseling. The method used in this writing is literature study. The data collection technique in this article is the documentation technique. The data analysis technique used is content analysis technique. Based on the results of the author's search, humans are not born in an empty state where humans are given a noble spirit by God, the proof of which is the Qur'an as in its content, humans are created in the best possible shape and perfect. Human dignity is influenced by the conditions chosen by the human being, but if it is taken from the word nobility, humans must do and become a better person.

This study aims to determine: (1) the content of the al-Qur'an surah Ali Imran verse 134; (2) the values ​​of social education contained in al-Qur'an surah Ali Imran verse 134 according to Ibn Katsir's Tafsir al-Qur'an al-Azhim; (3) the relevance of the value of education in al-Qur'an surah Ali Imran verse 134 with today's education. This study uses the Maudhu'iy (thematic) method, namely the method of interpreting the verses of the Qur'an according to a particular theme or topic. Meanwhile, the data collection technique used in this research is literature study or documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Moleong data analysis technique, which includes the stages of data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions and verification. After analyzing the data, the authors obtained the following conclusions: first, the contents of the al-Qur'an Surah Ali Imran verse 134 describes the characteristics of a pious person. Secondly, Ibn Kathir also said that the al-Qur'an surah Ali Imran verse 134 describes the characteristics of a pious person, including 1) Berinfaq in a field or narrow, happy or difficult. 2) Hold back anger when able to vent it. 3) Forgive those who wrong us even without being asked. 4) Do well. Apart from being the characteristics of a pious person, these four characteristics are also included in the values ​​of social education, where these traits cannot be realized without social interaction with other people. third, the values ​​of social education contained in al-Qur'an surah Ali Imran verse 134 when connected with contemporary education are very relevant, given the importance of these values ​​to be possessed by educators and students and society in general.

Salah satu hal yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari kehidupan masyarakat, baik di perkotaan maupun di pedesaan adalah kemiskinan. Permasalahan kemiskinan yang dapat kita jumpai pada salah satu desa yang ada di Kabupaten Ponorogo yaitu di Desa Karangpatihan Kecamatan Balong. Permasalahan kemiskinan ini dibarengi dengan adanya beberapa masyarakatnya yang menderita tunagrahita. Terciptanya ide pembentukan program khusus untuk mengatasi permasalahan kemiskinan yang dialami oleh masyarakat tunagrahita, program tersebut dinamakan Rumah Harapan, yang terdiri dari dua jenis kegiatan yaitu beternak hewan dan kerajinan tangan. Teknik dokumentasi merupakan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yang dilakukan dengan cara mencari data yang berkaitan dengan penelitian, seperti: catatan, transkip, buku, surat kabar dan data lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan merupakan teknik analisis data menurut Krippendorff. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tahapan program pemberdayaan masyarakat tunagrahita melalui program rumah harapan, adapun beberapa tahapan pemberdayaan masyarakat yaitu pertama, mengidentifikasi dan mengkaji potensi wilayah permasalahan, serta peluang-peluangnya; kedua, menyusun rencana kegiatan kelompok; ketiga, menerapkan rencana kegiatan kelompok; keempat, memantau proses hasil kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Masyarakat Tunagrahita Melalui Program Rumah Harapan telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menambahkan kreasi baru dan unik pada setiap produk kerajinan tangan yang di produksi oleh masyarakat tunagrahita, sebaiknya Pemerintah Kabupaten Ponorogo dapat memberikan bantuan berupa dana untuk menunjang berjalannya kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui kerajinan tangan di Desa Karangpatihan, serta upah untuk para pelatih kerajinan tangan. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Tunagrahita, Kemiskinan   One of the things that cannot be separated from people's life, both in urban and rural areas, is poverty. The problem of poverty that we can find in one of the villages in Ponorogo Regency is Karangpatihan Village, Balong District. This poverty problem is accompanied by the existence of several people who suffer from mental retardation. The creation of the idea of ​​forming a special program to address the problems of poverty experienced by mentally retarded people, the program is called Rumah Harapan, which consists of two types of activities, namely raising animals and handicrafts. The documentation technique is data collection technique in this research which is carried out by searching for data related to research, such as: notes, transcripts, books, newspapers and other data related to community empowerment. The data analysis technique used is data analysis technique according to Krippendorff. For several stages of community empowerment, first, identifying and assessing the potential problem areas and opportunities; second, compiling a group activity plan; third, implementing group activity plans; fourth, monitor the process of activity results. The results of this study indicate that Community Empowerment in Increasing the Income of the Mentally Retarded Community through the Rumah Harapan has been implemented quite well. Suggestion from this research is to add new and unique creations to every handicraft product produced by mentally retarded communities, it is better if the Ponorogo Regency Government can provide assistance in the form of funds to support community empowerment activities through handicrafts in Karangpatihan Village. ABSTRACT This research aims to discuss Predicion of Erotion in Caduang Subdistrict, Agam Regency. The Method used is descriptive method with quantitaive approach. The variables in this study predict the erotion that occurs on agricultural land cover with the determination or planting technique that is not in accordance with conservation. Determination of sample points in was carried out of using the porposive sampling method. Data collection technique used were primary and secondary data from BMKG, BPDAS-HL Agam Kuantan, BNPB, BAPEDA and Canduang Subdistrict goverment. Data analysis technique carried out by means of observation with data analysis technique in this research are field analysis. The result of research : prediction of erotion in Canduang Subdistrict classed by light, medium and heavy which erosion risk class I, II and III. The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

The purpose of this research is to find and analyze how much the effectiveness of the local asset management and all that will be conducted in order to raise local revenue. Data used is secondary data. Analysis technique using the ratio of effectiveness and the ratio of contribution. The result shows the ratio of effectiveness and the ratio of contributed to local revenue show a fairly good measurement, this can be seen from the the percentage value. The City

The purpose of this research is to find out how the contribution of Hotel Taxes in increasing the Regional Original Income of Medan City and what are the efforts in increasing the hotel tax. Sources of data used in this research are secondary data, namely in the form of targets and realization of hotel tax revenue and realization of local revenue Medan City from 2016 to 2018. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use descriptive analysis. Hotel Tax to Local Own Revenue is to compare the actual value of Hotel Tax with the realization of Local Own Revenue in Medan City. The results show that in 2016-2018, the contribution of Hotel Tax in the city of Medan increased every year. In contrast to the contribution, the value of the realization of Regional Original Income tends to fluctuate because, in 2016-2017, it increased, while in 2018, the realization value decreased.

This study aims to analyze and categorize the type of yakuwarigo or role language on the Anime of Gintama. Role language, or known as Yakuwarigo in Japanese, is a set of language features associated with a particular type of character in the virtual world. The characteristic of these languages variation such as vocabulary, grammar, intonation, and accent patterns. (Kinsui, 2003). This study also investigates the function of these language variation types focusing on the yakuwarigo types in Anime Gintama. The data collection technique that was used is the note technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was the reading markah analysis technique followed by a descriptive qualitative data analysis technique to present the results of the data analysis. The results show that the type of Yakuwarigo found in Anime Gintama shows the variation of the character itself. Seven types of yakuwarigo seen from 10 Gintama anime characters, namely, aruyo kotoba, hakase go, onee kotoba, joseigo, danseigo, chara gobi, and Osaka ben. And the particular type of the yakuwarigo’s characteristics was shujoshi and specific types of expression used by these characters.

Marketing is one of the important strategies in tourism activities. With the marketing, tourists know the tourist attraction that will be visited. Marketing consists of several aspects, such as product, place/distributions, price and promotion (marketing mix). This research was conducted to determine the form of marketing mix at Tahura Ngurah Rai Mangrove Ecotourism and measure how much influence the marketing mix had on the decisions of foreign tourists visiting Tahura Ngurah Rai Ecotourism. The method used in research is quantitative method. Data collection is conducted by questionnaire, observation, and literature study. While the data analysis technique used is the Important Performance Analysis (IPA) technique. The results of study showed that the components of the marketing mix consisting of products, prices, places / distributions, and promotions still did not meet the level of tourists satisfaction, There were still several components that had to be increased such as price and place. Therefore, the manager must focus on to the component that doesn’t meet the level of tourist satisfaction since it can influence the tourist visiting decisions.
