The purpose of this research is to find and analyze how much the effectiveness of the local asset management and all that will be conducted in order to raise local revenue. Data used is secondary data. Analysis technique using the ratio of effectiveness and the ratio of contribution. The result shows the ratio of effectiveness and the ratio of contributed to local revenue show a fairly good measurement, this can be seen from the the percentage value. The City

The purpose of this research is to find out how the contribution of Hotel Taxes in increasing the Regional Original Income of Medan City and what are the efforts in increasing the hotel tax. Sources of data used in this research are secondary data, namely in the form of targets and realization of hotel tax revenue and realization of local revenue Medan City from 2016 to 2018. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use descriptive analysis. Hotel Tax to Local Own Revenue is to compare the actual value of Hotel Tax with the realization of Local Own Revenue in Medan City. The results show that in 2016-2018, the contribution of Hotel Tax in the city of Medan increased every year. In contrast to the contribution, the value of the realization of Regional Original Income tends to fluctuate because, in 2016-2017, it increased, while in 2018, the realization value decreased.

<p>Abstract<br />This article aims to know the use of cryptocurrency can replace conventional money as a means of  payment in Indonesia. This article belongs to the type of normative legal research that is prescriptive to produce a new concept in resolving the problems faced by supported by a legal approach and a case approach. The data used is secondary data with primary binding and fundamental material. Data collection techniques using library studies. The data analysis technique used by the authors is a silogism analysis. The results showed that cryptocurrencies are difficult to substitute for conventional currency use as a means of payment in Indonesia because there is no centralized authority governing as well as the value of a relatively unstable cryptocurrency from Conventional currency that has been circulating in Indonesia is the rupiah, it is difficult to use cryptocurrency as a means of payment at the least level of Use daily.<br />Keywords: Payment Tools; Paymeny Systems; Conventional Currency; Cryptocurrency.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan cryptocurrency dapat menggantikan uang  konvensional sebagai alat pembayaran di Indonesia. Artikel ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian hukum normatif yang bersifat preskriptif untuk menghasilkan konsep baru dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi, didukung dengan pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan kasus. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dengan bahan hukum primer yang sifatnya mengikat dan mendasar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penulis merupakan analisis silogisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cryptocurrency sulit untuk menggantikan kegunaan mata uang konvensional sebagai alat pembayaran di Indonesia karena tidak ada otoritas terpusat yang mengatur serta nilai dari cryptocurrency yang relatif tidak stabil dari mata uang konvensional yang sudah beredar di Indonesia yaitu rupiah, maka sulit untuk menggunakan cryptocurrency sebagai alat pembayaran di tingkat paling kecil yaitu penggunaan sehari-hari.<br />Kata Kunci: Alat Pembayaran; Sistem Pembayaran; Uang Konvensional; Cryptocurrency.</p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the Financial Performance of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency (Bolsel) through an analysis of the effectiveness of PAD. The object of the research is the Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data used is secondary data from the 2017-2020 budget realization report. The data analysis technique is descriptive quantitative analysis. The results showed that the analysis of the effectiveness of PAD at the BPKPD of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency in 2017 and 2018 was quite effective, then increased to very effective in 2019 and 2020. For Trend analysis in the next 5 years, the results tend to increase, this is a very good implementation of performance. South Bolaang Mongondow Regency.

Many travel agents facilitate the interest of tourists, especially Balinese people to do Tirtayatra to India. One of them is Melati Tours as a travel agent providing package tours of Tirtayatra to India. This study was conducted to find out the right marketing strategy of Tirtayatra tour packages to India at Melati Tours. The data analysis technique used are internal environment/IFAS using Marketing Mix 7P analysis as an internal factors and external environment/EFAS using market analysis, competitor analysis, government analysis, technology analysis, economic analysis, social-cultural analysis, environmental analysis and SWOT analysis. The type of data used is quantitative and qualitative data, primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, study of literature, documentation and distribution of external internal questionnaires to 100 tourist who bought Tirtayatra tour packages at Melati Tours and to Melati Tours owners and Tourism Academics. Data analysis technique used is mix methods. This study used 18 internal sub-indicators and 8 external sub-indicators and obtained 11 strength factors, 7 weakness factors, 5 opportunity factors and 3 threat factors. Based on the results of data processing on external internal factors/IFAS EFAS, the total value of IFAS is 2,65 and EFAS is 2,20, this indicating the position of the Tirtayatra tour package on Melati Tours in this study is in cell VIII, namely Growth Strategy and Conglomerate Diversification. Melati Tours in marketing Tirtayatra tour packages to India requires a growth strategy through more strategic pressure on financial synergy rather than product marketing strategy for products and prices balance.

The Right

Guwang Art Market is one of traditional art market in Sukawati sub-district, Gianyar Regency. Along with technological advances and the rise of the modern art market, the traditional art market has begun to be abandoned. This study was conducted to determine the right marketing strategy to maintain the existence of the Guwang Art Market as a shopping tourist attraction. The data analysis technique used are internal external/IFAS EFAS factors with used the Marketing Mix 7Ps as an internal factor and the external factors analysis used are markets, competitors, government, technology, economics, social and culture. The type of data used a quantitative and qualitative data, primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, internal questionnaires were distributed to 175 tourists who visited at Guwang Art Market, then external questionnaires for the Management, Tourism Academics and Freelance Guide. Data analysis technique used a mix methods. The results of this study from 22 indicators of the internal environment and the external environment from 13 indicators, then obtained as 13 strength factors, 9 weakness factors, 8 opportunity factors and 5 threat factors. Based on the results of used internal external/IFAS EFAS factors it is known that the total value of IFAS is 2,53 and the total value of EFAS is 2,70 so that it shows the position of the Guwang Art Market is in cell V, namely the Growth Stability Strategy or the Guwang Art Market wants growth or improvement their business going to forward and overcoming the current of income slump.

The effect of the number of registered taxpayers, compliance level in delivering SPT and tax audits to income tax receipts in Tegal Tax Service Office. Faculty of Economic and Bussines University Of Pancasakti Tegal 2018. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the number of registered taxpayers, compliance level in delivering SPT and tax audits to income tax receipts in Tegal Tax Service Office. The data analysis technique used for this research is descriptive and quantitative approach. The research used secondary data and more focused on the realization statements Number of registered taxpayers, compliance level in delivering SPT, tax audits and income tax receipts research sample that is the period of 2015-2017. The data collected were processed using SPSS software program. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linier regression analysis. The result showed that the number of registered taxpayers has a positive and significant impact on income tax receipts. However compliance level in delivering SPT and tax audits not impact on income tax receipts.

Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan upaya untuk memandirikan masyarakat dengan perwujudan potensi yang mereka miliki. Pemberdayaan masyarakat sendiri menyangkut kepada dua kelompok yang saling berkaitan yaitu kelompok masyarakat sebagai pihak yang diberdayakan dan kelompok yang menaruh kepedulian sebagai pihak yang memberdayakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan kajian pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui Bangkodir (Bangil Kota Bordir) di Kelurahan Pogar Kecamatan Bangil Kabupaten Pasuruan. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan menggunakan sumber data sekunder. fokus penelitian menggunakan analisis teoritis yang dituangkan dalam bentuk kerangka kerja konseptual dalam (Sulistyani, 2017) yang menggunakan pendekatan CIPOO (context-input-process-output-outcome). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik ini dilakukan dengan mencari data yang berkaitan dengan penelitian yaitu melalui buku, surat kabar, transkrip dan data lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan merupakan teknik analisis data menurut Krippendorf. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Kajian Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Bangkodir (Bangil Kota Bordir) di Kelurahan Pogar Kecamatan Bangil Kabupaten Pasuruan telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik. Pemerintah Kabupaten Pasuruan bersama Disperindag, Dinkop dan Aspendir telah bekerjasama dengan baik untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Bangil terutama yang ada di Keluarahan Pogar meskipun ada beberapa hambatan dalam sosialisasi maupun pengenalan program ini kepada masyarakat. Dari penjelasan diatas maka penulis memberikan saran untuk meningkatkan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat agar dapat lebih mengetahui program tersebut. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Bordir, Kemiskinan   Community empowerment is an effort to make the community independent by realizing their potential. Community empowerment itself involves two interrelated groups, namely the community group as the empoweres party and the group that cares about being the empoweing party. The purpose of this study was to describe community empowerment studies through Bangkodir (Bangil Kota Bordir) in Pogar Village, Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency. The author uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods and uses secondary data sources. The focus of the reseach uses theoretocal analysis which is outlined in the form of the conceptual framework in (Sulistyani, 2017) which uses the CIPOO (context-input-process-output-outcome). The data collection technique is done by using documentation technique. This technique is done by looking for data related to research, namely through books, newspaper, transcripts and other data related to community empowerment. The data analysis technique used is a data analysis technique according to Krippendorf. The result of these studies through Bangkodir (Bangil Kota Bordir) in Pogar Village, Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency has been implemented quiet well. The Pasuruan Regency Government together with Disperindag, Dinkop and Aspendir have collaborated well to empower the Bangil community, especially those in the Pogar Family eve though there were several obstacles in the socialization to the public so that they can know more about the program. This study aims to 1) analyze the influence of rural banks health on lending strategies, 2) analyze the influence of rural banks health on lending, 3) analyze the effect of lending strategies on lending, 4) analyze the influence of rural banks health on lending through lending strategies as mediator. The study was conducted in Bali province, using a combination of primary and secondary data. Using the technique of population samples or saturated samples. Partial Least Square (PLS) is a data analysis technique used. The results of the analysis show that 1) the health of rural banks to the strategy of lending has a significant positive effect, 2) the health of rural banks to lending has a significant positive effect, 3) the strategy of lending to lending has a significant positive effect, 4) the health of rural banks indirectly affects lending through lending strategies as a significant mediator for rural banks in Bali province.

Abstract This study aims to analyze the condition of Financial Distress in retail companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 using the Ohlson Model, Fulmer Model, CA-Score Model and Zavgren Model. The data used in this study was secondary data derived from the financial statements of retail companies found on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used was inferential statistics and Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of this study indicated that Ohlson's model is best at predicting Financial Distress in retail companies in Indonesia with an accuracy rate of 83.33%, CA-Score Model with 30% accuracy rate, as well as the Fulmer Model and Zavgren Model with an accuracy rate of 0.00 %

This thesis aims to analyze Ngudi Tentrem's savings practices from the perspective of fiqh muamalah in 4th Neighborhood, 2nd Hamlet, Ongan Jaya Village, Yapsi District, Jayapura Regency. This research also discusses the management's efforts to resolve the bad credit problems experienced by Ngudi Tentrem's savings practice. This study is qualitative research using primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is the phenomenological paradigm approach. The results of this study indicate that Ngudi Tentrem's savings practices in Ongan Jaya Village are carried out under the pillars and conditions of al-wadi'ah yad adh-dhamanah which involve the contract of two people who have faith, the existence of goods entrusted, and also ijab and qabul. The effort is restructuring which the management will provide interest relief and extension of time to creditors to save trouble to fulfill his obligations. The other way to resolve the bad credit problem is to settle with deliberation peacefully. The phenomenon of the survival of Ongan Jaya village savings is the culture of mutual aid which is still very thick in rural areas. Sense of solidarity and trust make this savings can be borne from its inception in 1997 until now, even though it does not have an official legal entity. The absence of collateral in these savings also adds to the value of its uniqueness, so, the people of Ongan Jaya village, especially, 4th Neighborhood, 2nd Hamlet prefer to choose Ngudi Tenrem savings practice.
