The Covid-19 pandemic has a major impact on the world of education. Government policies to implement Distance Learning (PJJ) have an impact on learning in schools. Increasing ICT competence is needed to support the smooth running of PJJ. One of them is through ICT guidance activities during the Covid-19 Pandemic. SMP Negeri 1 Lengayang carried out online and face-to-face ICT guidance activities during the Covid-19 Pandemic. However, student learning outcomes in online and face-to-face learning have not shown maximum results. Various obstacles arise that affect student learning outcomes. Teachers have difficulty measuring the level of students' understanding of ICT guidance. Predicting the level of understanding of students is important as a measure of learning success during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study aims to predict the level of understanding of students in online and face-to-face learning during the Covid-19 period, so that it can also help schools to take the right policies to improve the quality of learning for the future. This study uses the Backpropagation method of Artificial Neural Network (ANN). ANN is a part of artificial intelligence that can be used to predict. The data that is managed is a recap of the value of student cognitive learning outcomes during ICT guidance in online and face-to-face learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The results of calculations using the Backpropagation method with the Matlab application produce a percentage value for the level of student understanding, so that the accuracy value in prediction is obtained. With the results of testing the predictive accuracy of the level of understanding online and face-to-face with the 3-10-1 pattern, the best accuracy value is 95%. The prediction results can measure the level of students' understanding of learning during the Covid 19 Pandemic towards ICT guidance.

This classroom action research (CAR) was conducted to increase student success in learning History with the Google Classroom (GC) application. The class as the subject is that of XI IPS-2 SMA Negeri 2 Tarakan, consisting of 36 students, with 19 male and 17 female students. They were chosen,  because the class saw a very large level of online learning problems such as: students often missed class, attended late, did not do assignments, did not have data packages so they did not participate in learning , and very passive learning activities. This research was conducted in two cycles, with  three meetings in each. It employed GC as the media to hold the learning process done online in the pandemic era. The results of the analysis has proved that the use of GC can help in improving student learning outcomes, based on all aspects of observation and action so that learning outcomes increase in each meeting and cycle. The learning outcomes in the first cycle showed 47.2%, while in the second cycle it increased to 83.3%. There were 5 students or 13.9% who had failed to reach the minimum completeness and a student was not present at the last meeting of the cycles. A remedial will be given in a separate meeting so that they can achieve the required mastery in learning. In short, learning with GC media can improve the results of learning history subject for the students in high school. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers or teachers be able to use GC in online learning.

The implementation of this research is by using a qualitative approach, data is collected using observations, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the first study of al-Qur’an Hadits before the Covid 19 pandemic in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teluk Kuantan took place well and in accordance with the planned learning objectives. Second, the learning of the al-Qur’an Hadits at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Teluk Kuantan when the pandemic took place made the situation and conditions of the learning process in the madrassa changed completely. This is because it is a government policy that prohibits schools from doing face-to-face learning processes, so that learners can only learn from home and teachers provide material online. Third, the learning of the al-Qur’an Hadits that had initially run smoothly turned out to change drastically with the covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the reconstruction of the learning of the al-Qur’an Hadits becomes one of the alternatives so that how the learning materials that must be studied and tested by these learners can still be conveyed properly. Although the implementation of reconstruction of al-Qur’an Hadits learning is not fully running smoothly in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Teluk Kuantan, but at least teachers have been able to plan and readjust the changes felt due to the pandemic.

Today, the speed of the development of technology has various effects in many areas. In the field of education, some concepts, methods, techniques, theories and models come to the fore with the effect of technology and attract the attention of researchers. One of them is blended learning. Blended learning is a learning process in which both face-to-face learning processes and learning processes in online environments coexist. Today's learners are expected to be able to solve problems, work collaboratively, and have strong communication. It is thought that peer learning can be used in constructivist teaching processes in order to gain these features. Peer learning involves learners performing their learning by interacting with each other. In this study, it is aimed to determine the opinions of teacher candidates about peer learning realized with interactive videos in the blended learning process. The study group consists of 37 Computer and Instructional Technologies Education Department teacher candidates, 11 women (29.73%) and 26 men (70.27%) enrolled in the "Special Teaching Methods - II" course in the spring semester of 2018-2019 academic year. In the online part of the study, a web 2.0 tool (Edpuzzle) was used to prepare interactive video content. The videos prepared by the peers regarding the course content were expected to be watched online and before the face-to-face lessons. In the face-to-face learning process, students progressed the learning process interactively with their peers. At the end of the process, the data were collected with the data collection tool named "teacher candidate opinion form" developed by the researchers from the study group. The collected data were analyzed with content analysis and interpreted by the researchers. In the study results, the opinions of the teacher candidates about the process after their learning experiences were determined. It was found that a great majority of the teacher candidates had a positive opinion about the peer learning realized with interactive videos in the blended learning process.

AbstractReconstruction theology in Africa has been the latest theological project coming out of Africa, beginning in 1990 it has gradually established itself and from 2003 a number of publications have come out on the subject. This paper seeks to make an addition to this growing list of publications. In this paper, I question the validity of the blame of external forces for all the woes that Africa is going through now. I instead propose that a functional reconstruction theology should primarily tackle the evil that we commit against ourselves. When we deal with this evil we have a likelihood of bringing African people into a proper unified group that can stand together against foreign elements. I also take issue with the selection of Nehemiah as the model upon which we can do our reconstruction theology. It is in this context that this paper suggests the prophet Amos over and above Jesus as the right model needed to confront the sort of problems we face as Africans. There is need for the church in Africa to undergo a reconstruction of its own after which the church can lead in the African reconstruction. This paper brings to the fore the painful realities of internally perpetrated evils, which are bigger than has been appreciated in many earlier contributions.

Learning through social interactions and critical thinking is becoming a fundamental teaching approach, especially for adult students. This approach promotes holistic and deeper understanding for the subject being learned. Onlinetechnologies are offering us new opportunities to create communities of inquiry that allow for more active learningthat enhances students’ critical thinking. This article introduces an exploratory case in a Middle Eastern context that uses multiple online activities to supplement and strengthen the students’ face-to-face learningenvironment. This interpretive case discusses the students’ perceptions of their experience when using onlineactivities. The case indicates that students improved theirlearning, are very positive about their first interaction withonline activities and would like to see it as a standard practice to supplement their face-to-face learning.

E-learning has become ingrained in conversations that border around learning, however, how much and how effectively e-learning is practiced and understood is an issue that needs further investigation. This paper will first provide an overview of elearning practices in Malaysia followed by detailed findings of e-learning practices at Open University Malaysia. Findings of a survey done on 26 Malaysian organizations show that only 4% truly practice some form of e-learning. Nevertheless most participants in the survey noted that e-learning will be the preferred choice in time to come. The survey also shows that most organizations are still very comfortable with a blended style of learning or training. Findings of a research conducted at Open University Malaysia (OUM) shows that as a new player in e-learning initiatives, the OUM has achieved much especially in ensuring that its over 30,000 students are practicing some form of e-learning. At OUM, although self-managed and face-to-face learning are the preferred choices, much effort and resources are pumped into elearning in ensuring that OUM has the right mix for its blended mode. The paper will present a report on findings of e-learning and explicate issues within to determine how e-learning efforts can be further refined to support the overall blended pedagogy practiced at OUM.
