This study focused on Character and Fun lecturing at STAI-PTIQ Banda Aceh. The method used is qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects were 12 lecturers and three elements of leadership that are chosen by purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used is a triangulation technique. While the data were analyzed inductively so that the research results further emphasize the significance of the generalization. The results of the study revealed that; (1) Teaching skills of lecturers at STAI-PTIQ Banda Aceh supported character and fun lecture; (2) Most professors used cooperative lecturing model for the implementation of characters and fun lecture; (3) Some lecturers used a variety of media; and (4) conducive lecture situation was obtained by conducting a positive atmosphere lectures, both physical and nonphysical and democratic approach.

ABSTRACTThisi study was aimed at to constructed the actual issues of national resilience ini thei developmenti of educational content of civici educationi as a description of knowledge about the actual issue of citizenship in the national resilience studies asi thei content of civici educationi in school.The research used qualitative descriptive approach. Source of informant data with purposive sampling technique, relevant document and literature study. Data collection was done throughi in-depthi interviewsi, FGD, iobservation, and documenti studyi. The validity of data was done by triangulation process of source and method. iData analysisi was done byireduction, data ipresentation, and iconclusion.Thei resultsi showedi thati the description of the content of civic education was based on the actual issues of national resilience concerning ideological, political, economic, socio-cultural and security issues in the form of basic competence study which translated into indicators to achieved the objectives of basic competence. Validitas data dilakukan melalui proses trianggulasi sumber dan metode. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, pemyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Penelitian ini menemukan rumusan tentang deskripsi isi pendidikan kewarganegaraan berdasarkan isu aktual bidang ketahanan nasional yaitu tentang isu-isu ipoleksosbudhankam berupa kajian kompetensi dasar yang diterjemahkan menjadi indikator-indikator untuk mencapai tujuan dari kompetensi dasar tersebut. This study aims to determine the strategy of the Journal of Community Development of Thought Media and Development Da'wah in improving the quality of its articles. The research method in this article uses a qualitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling as a technique for withdrawing the informants. This research uses interviews and documentation studies in data collection. The results of this study are grouped into two parts, namely strategies to improve the ability of journal managers to operationalize OJS, and strategies to improve the quality of articles. Field findings show that training is carried out by bringing in experts, participating in training conducted by the Faculty Journal House and also the University Journal House, as well as several other similar trainings. The second group is the strategy to improve the final quality. There are three things, namely forming a team with clear job descriptions, giving rewards and punishments for the success of the achievements obtained by the journal. The last one is the participation of journal managers in training.

The purpose of this research is to know the organisation of communication of the Management organization Department of Communication and Islamic broadcasting of Da'wah and communication faculty to be a solution in resolving academic problems. The method used is a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used are observations and live events. This research is located in Darussalam precisely in the Department of Communication and IslamicBroadcasting Faculty of Da'wah and communication State Islamic University Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh and the informant in this study amounted to 5 people. Data analysis is performed using qualitative descriptive approach techniques. The results of the authors showed that the form of communication organization conducted by the Department of Communication and Islamic broadcasting State Islamic University Ar Raniry to lecturers in resolving academic problems in general is a form of Communication, although sometimes also ongoing form of communication top down from the department to the lecturers. Communication is sometimes done directly and also using the media. From the results the authors assess that the form of communication of the Organization has been used to see the phenomenon in the field that lecturers have busy outsidethe campus so that it is not always on campus and can communicate Directly with the majors. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat. Penerapan GCG BPR pada penelitian ini mengacu kepada peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 4/POJK.03/2015 tentang penerapan tata kelola bagi bank perkreditan rakyat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptis. Penentuan sample  menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BPR ABC sudah menerapkan GCG sesuai dengan peraturan OJK. Two Sides

A television program is usually equipped with an opening teaser as the identity of the program. The opening teaser on TVONE's show, entitled "Dua Sisi" (Two Sides) looks simple but interesting to study. This research focuses on the meaning of the sign in the opening teaser of "Dua Sisi". This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection used purposive sampling technique, and data analysis used Rolland Barthes' Semiotics. The results showed that the meaning of the signs contained in this event had denotative and connotative meanings in accordance with the function of the opening teaser as the identity of the program.

Cohesion and coherence in discourse play a role in forming a wholeness in the discourse itself, both discourse and writing. One of the written discourses is the news in the Jawa Pos newspaper, which is the distribution of basic food packages breaking the fast of Ramadhan for the poor in the Tuban area held by PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU Tanjung Awar-awar, in this news is thought to contain elements of cohesion and coherence. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and discourse analysis techniques. The data obtained contains cohesion and coherence. In this data collection, namely by listening to the news and recording it. The results of this study include grammatical cohesion, lexical cohesion and its coherence. Grammatical cohesion includes reference cohesion, recovery cohesion, release cohesion and liaison cohesion. In addition to cohesion there is also coherence that is like the coherence of the means of purpose, the coherence of reasons for action, the coherence of the meaning of reason and so forth. With the discovery of the use of cohesion and discourse coherence in Jawa Pos news.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui proses bimbingan keagamaan, fungsi bimbingan keagamaan serta hasil bimbingan keagamaan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari. Dengan pertanyaan penelitian 1) Bagaimana proses bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?, 2) Bagaiamana fungsi bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?, 3) Bagaimana hasil bimbingan keagamaan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dikarenakan masalah yang diteliti perlu dilukiskan secara sistematis dan faktual dengan menggambarkan keadaan atau status fenomena. Hasil bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN adalah munculnya aspek-aspek kecerdasan spiritual pada remaja seperti kesadaran untuk menghayati proses ibadah bukan sebagai pengguguran kewajiban, terbiasa berperilaku baik, memiliki prinsip keadilan, memiliki prinsip kebenaran, mampu mengambil hikmah dari musibah yang dihadapinya, bersikap fleksibel, bersikap kritis dan merenungkan penyebab serta alasan segala sesuatu terjadi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding Schoool SMK PPN memiliki peranan yang sangat menunjang dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja. The purpose of this study is to find out how the proccess of islamic guidance, function of islamic guidance, and result of islamic guidance to increase SpritualQuetiont in adolescence. With research questions 1) How the proccess of islamic guidance to increase spiritual quetiont on adolescence ?, 2) What is the function of islamic guidance to increase Spiritual Quetiont on adolescence?, 3) How are the results of islamic guidance to increase Spiritual Quetiont on adolescence?. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive approach with subject and object of research is guidancer. While the data collection tool in this study through observation, direct interview and written interviews. From the results of research conducted at Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari, it appears of Spiritual Quetiont in adolescents. Such as the behavior of living the worship process, get used to behave well, be fair, be wise, able to take lessons from the difficulties they experienced, be flexible, be critical. So, we can conclude that islamic Guidance has a very supportive role in increasing adolescent Spiritual Quetiont.

A speech can also lead to a description of the principles of conversation. This also happened in Las Day Production's video “Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid”. This research aims to find out and describe the female characters’ utterances or the implicit forms of the in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The approach in this research uses pragmatic and qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique in this study was using the note-taking technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data triangulation, theory triangulation, and source triangulation. Triangulation of data was generated by recording the speech of a female character in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The theory triangulation refers to pragmatic theory, while the source triangulation is the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production, which is downloaded on YouTube. The research results in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid” have 8 stories of female characters that contain implicatures.

The BEA acquisition of Rights over the land and building tax is imposed on the acquisition of land rights and buildings. The tax was enacted by the Central Government into tax areas since January 2011. Islands Regency Siau In Indonesia this tax set forth in applicable local Islands Regency Siau In Indonesia number 5 in 2011 about tax areas. The purpose of the study to analyze the tax collection mechanism BPHTB Islands Regency Siau In Indonesia. Methods of analysis used qualitative descriptive. Data collection is done by the method of interview, observation and documentation. The research results of the tax collection mechanism BPHTB through stage charging SSPD BPHTB, stage counting BPHTB payable, the payment stage, verification has not been effective. To improve the understanding of the taxpayers of the County Financial Agency then BPHTB Siau In Indonesia more being proactive by increasing the activities of socialization, because of taxpayer compliance in reporting the Bea acquisition of Rights over the land and buildings in the Regency Siau In Indonesia is still lacking.Keywords: tax collection Mechanisms, BPHTB, buying and selling land and buildings
