The type of this study is Research and Development (R&D) which aims at examining the development procedure and quality of assessment instruments to measure critical thinking skills of students on Stoichiometry material. The study employed Plomp’s research and development model design that consisted of 5 stages, namely: (1) initial investigation stage, consisted of field study and review literature (2) design stage, consisted of planning and organizing assessment instruments for critical thinking skills on Stoichiometry material (3) realization/ construction stage, (4) test, evaluation and revision stage, consisted of two main activities, namely validation by experts and small grub test, and (5)  implementation stage is the field test. The assessment instruments which was developed was in a form of essays format. The research subjects were students of grade XI MIPA 6 SMAN at SMA N 1 Makassar with 34 students. Data on the results of the instrument’s validation by Experts was declared to be very feasible/ valid with an average percentage of 91.66%. The results of the validity analysis of the items indicate that the items support the validity of the test so that it is said to be feasible or valid, while the item reliability was stated reliable with a reliability value of 0.897 with a high interpretation. Analysis of the difficulty level of the instrument obtained an average score of 0.64 with the medium category. The distinguishing power of the instrument shows good category with an average value of 0.49. The practicality of the instruments assessed by the teacher obtained a percentage of 92.5% with a very practical category. The results of the analysis of students' critical thinking skills obtained that the average critical thinking skills of students are in medium category.

Abstrak: Pemanfaatan teknologi kurang direalisasikan padahal penggunaan media teknologi seperti multimedia interaktif android dapat menjadikan pembelajaran lebih efektif dan bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan multimedia interaktif terintegrasi nilai sains yang dilihat dari segi kelayakan dan keefektifan multimedia interaktif terintegrasi nilai sains sebagai solusi peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) Borg and Gall dengan 9 tahapan. Subjek riset meliputi tiga ahli validator yaitu ahli media, materi, dan ahli bahasa. Dan peserta didik kelas XI MIPA sebagai sampel penelitian yang terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas kontrol (XI MIPA 6) dan kelas eksperimen (XI MIPA 4). �Hasil data penelitian pada kelayakan produk yang terlihat dari persentasi validator yaitu ahli media sebesar 87,10%, ahli materi sebesar 83,00% dan ahli bahasa 83,08% dengan kriteria �Sangat Layak� serta respon peserta didik sebesar 85,33 % yang menunjukkan kriteria �Sangat Menarik�. Efektivitas dari multimedia interaktif dari hasil tes kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dengan uji t Independen menghasilkan thitung sebesar 7,95 dan ttabel sebesar 1,70 yang artinya thitung > ttabel dan H1 diterima dan hasil rata-rata nilai N-Gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,66 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 0,29. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia interaktif terintegrasi nilai sains sangat layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran biologi sebagai solusi peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dikelas XI MIPA Di SMA Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung.Kata Kunci: Biologi; Kemampuan berpikir kritis; Multimedia interaktif; Nilai sains.�Abstract: Utilization of technology is not realized even though the use of technological media such as android interactive multimedia can make learning more effective and effective. This study was designed to develop interactive multimedia that is integrated with the value of science seen in terms of the feasibility and effectiveness of interactive multimedia integrated with the value of science as a solution to improve students' critical thinking skills. Borg and Gall Research and Development (R&D) Method with 9 stages. The research subjects added three validator experts namely media, materials, and linguists. And students of class XI MIPA as a research sample consisting of two classes, namely the control class (XI MIPA 6) and the experimental class (XI MIPA 4). The results of research data on the feasibility of the product seen from the percentage validator were media experts at 87.10%, material experts at 83.00% and linguists 83.08% with the criteria "Very Eligible" and the response of students at 85.33% which shows the "Very Attractive" criteria. The effectiveness of interactive multimedia from the students' critical ability test results with the Independent t test resulted in tcount of 7.95 and ttable of 1.70 which means tcount> ttable and H1 were received and the average value of the N-Gain value of the research class was 0, 66 and control class 0.29.Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that interactive multimedia integrated with the value of science is very feasible and effective as a medium of learning biology as a solution to improve critical thinking skills of students in the XI MIPA class of students in SMA Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung.Keyword: Biology; Critical thinking skills; Interactive multimedia; The value of science

This research aims to produce student worksheets scientific based on the demands of the 2013 curriculum to improve the critical thinking skills of elementary school V students on thematic learning worthy of use in the learning process. This type of research is research and development of research and development (R & D) By using Borg and gall procedures which produce a certain product and test the feasibility of the developed product. The subject of this research is a grade V student elementary School. The data collection techniques conducted by researchers is a poll and a test. This research findings in the form of learning media is a scientific-based student worksheet to improve the skills of critical thinking on thematic learning. Based on the validation results of the media expert, the percentage of eligibility gained as much as 94% with the category very worthy. Results obtained from validation by the material members as much as 95% with the category very worthy. The results of the student response poll as much as 97% with the category very worthy. Based on the results of the pretests the average critical thinking skill of 35, in the postest result of an average score of 96.66. While the N-gain score increased critical thinking skills of 0.95 with the category high. Thus, it can be concluded that the students ' critical thinking skills have increased based on five critical thinking skill indicators of 0.95 with the "high" category.

This study aims to produce an essay test instrument for critical thinking skills on chemical bonding material and to know the validity, reliability, distinguishing features, and the difficulty level of the test instrument. The research method uses the ADDIE model with five stages namely analyze, design, develop, implementation, & evaluation. In this research formative evaluation is done, meaning that the evaluation stage is carried out at the end of each stage. The test developed in the study consisted of eight essay items, referring to 10 indicators of critical thinking according to Ennis. Validation of items was done by three validators. Based on the validity according to the experts obtained an average of every aspect, namely 95% material, 96.87% construction and 91.15% language with an overall average score of 94.34% validation has a valid category. Eight valid questions were tested on 20 students. The calculation of the reliability coefficient (r11) with the Alpha Cronbach formula was obtained at 0.65 in the high category, the distinguishing power had an average value of 0.26 in enough categories and the difficulty level of the questions had an average value of 0.42 in the medium category. The developed test instrument is declared valid, reliable, has a good differentiating power, and the level of difficulty of the questions that are being made so that it can be used as a measuring tool to determine students' critical thinking skills.Key word: Research & development, critical thinking test instrument,chemical bonding

Chemical bonding was one of the subjects considered difficult by students, because it had submicroscopic concept that learns about the formation of bonds an element that was quite difficult for students to understand. The development of teaching material in the form of teaching materials was seen as a solution to this problem. This study aimed to develop chemical bondinginquiry modelsteaching materials with conflict cognitive strategies towards critical thinking skills. This studywas development research with ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation)model design. The development results were validated by three expert validators, one practitioner validator and ten IKIP Mataram students as students' limited test validators. Quantitative data from the results of feasibility validation and the results of the assessment of student attitudes toward critical thinking skills were analyzed by percentage formula and the results of effectiveness test data were calculated by N-gain. Qualitative data in the form of responses and suggestions for improvement from the validator was used as a consideration to make revisions to the instructional materials developed. In general, the validator's assessment of the results of the development obtained an average percentage of 83.80%, 85.71%, 88% and 85.71%. While the results of the analysis of effectiveness using the N-gain test obtained an average score of 0.6 with the medium category and analysis. This showed that the teaching materials developed were very feasible to proceed to a broader and more effective stage to foster critical thinking skills.

This study aims to describe the implementation of e-learning using social media facebook to practice critical thinking skills, the research subjects were 20 students of the first semester of school year 2014-2015 study program PGSD University of NU Surabaya (UNUSA), using a study design one group pre test-post test design. The data obtained were analyzed descriptive statistics. Aplication SAP can be implemented very well with the average percentage of 88.4% keterlaksanaan SAP. Critical thinking skills of students had increased the value of the pre-test and post test with the average for the indicator making skills hypotheses 65 to 86; indicators skills to analyze 55 to 83; indicators skills make conclusions 50 to 89. The response of students to the learning process of e-learning using social media FB showed that 100% of students enjoy participating in the learning process of e-learning, student learning assessment pleased with e-learning using social media FB 100%.  Based on the results, it can be concluded that that implementation of e-learning using social media FB can train students' critical thinking skills.

The research paper presented to explore valid, practical, and effective e-learning media. Reflectig the purpose of paper, this study is  to improve critical thinking skills, to obtain an overview  at high levels and  increasing students' critical thinking skills including ability. The hypothesis is as a rational decision-making process on what believed is, through the aspect of providing basic explanations, building basic skills, concluding, making further explanations, and strategies and tactics in the lesson planning course, at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The paper explained ADDIE development model which included the design, development, analysis, implementation and evaluation stages which reffered research and development (R & D). The data for testing e-learning media in learning and tests of critical thinking skills carried out from fourth-semester students . The study used the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design for trial design. The results concluded the average percentage of feasibility value of the e-learning media from the three validators was 86.6% with very feasible criteria, the critical thinking ability instrument was 79.9% through feasible criteria. E-learning media used in a limited trial that obtained an average score of 82.4% for lecturers and students with  practical criteria. E-learning media is improving critical thinking skills  effectively which indicated  changes in students and critical thinking test presented the results from 56.7 to 81.3. The findings showed that the  e-learning media is valid, practical, and an effective criteria to improve students' critical thinking skills. This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning Model assisted thematic ludo learning media on the critical thinking skills in science of V class student of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mamba'ul Hisan Tempuran, Magelang Regency. This research uses a type of pre-experimental design with a model of One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. The research subjects were selected by means of non probability sampling with a saturated sampling model. The samples taken were 12 students. by using data collection methods in the form of test descriptions and performance assessments of critical thinking skills. The data analysis used was the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the average calculation of the post-test description test score was 71.83 which was greater than the pretest result with an average score of 49.75. The calculation of the performance assessment in the pre-test activity was 56.83 and the post-test was 70.25. This was evidenced by the results of the Wilcoxon test analysis which shows the -0.065 with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, which means that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test. The results of this study concluded that the use of problem-based learning models assisted by ludo thematic media had a significant effect on students' critical thinking skills in science subjects.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tingkat kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran Fisika berbasis generative learning dengan pendekatan open-ended problem untuk menstimulus keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model 4D terdiri dari tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (development), dan penyebaran (disseminate). Uji kepraktisan dilakukan setelah tahap pendefenisian dan tahap perancangan selesai. Instrumen penelitian ini lembar observasi keterlaksanaan RPP, angket respon guru, angket respon peserta didik, dan yang menjadi responden ialah guru dan peserta didik kelas X MIA disalah satu SMAN di Kota Padang. Metode yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif untuk mendapatkan nilai rata-rata dan persentase. Perangkat pembelajaran dikatakan praktis jika penilaian para praktisi menyatakan perangkat pembelajaran dapat diterapkan. Berdasarkan respon guru diperoleh persentase rata-rata 87,86% memenuhi kategori sangat praktis dan respon peserta didik 76, 91% memenuhi kategori praktis. Secara keseluruhan rata-rata persentase kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran ini adalah 83,46% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Hal ini menunjukan perangkat pembelajaran ini mudah digunakan serta bermanfaat bagi guru dan peserta didik.Abstract: Learning material in this study is based on generative learning models with open-ended problem approaches to stimulate students' critical thinking skills. The purpose of this study is to know and measure the practical level of generative learning-based physics learning material with an open-ended problem approach to stimulate students' critical thinking skills. Practicality is the level of use of the use of learning material produced as development products. This type of research is 4D consisting of the stages of defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. Practical tests are carried out after the defining stage, and the design stage is complete. The instrument of this study was the observation plan of RPP implementation, the teacher response questionnaire and response questionnaire of students, and the respondents were teachers and students of class X MIA in one of the SMAN in the city of Padang.  The method used is descriptive statistics to get the average value and percentage. Learning material is said to be practical if practitioners' assessments state that learning tools can be applied. Based on the teacher's response, the average percentage of 87.86% meets the very practical category, and the percentage of the average response of students is 76.91% fulfilling the practical category. Overall the average percentage of the practicalities of this learning device is 83.46% with a very practical category. This shows that this learning device is easy to use and useful for teachers and students.

Student's strategy in solving mathematics problem cannot be separated from the way students receive and process the information obtained which is called as cognitive style. Students have different cognitive styles as they learn. There are students who tend to have a cognitive style of visualizer and there are also students who tend to have a cognitive style of verbalizer. The different cognitive styles will trigger students' critical thinking skills. This research was conducted in Junior High School (Madrasah Tsanawiyah Daru'l Hikam Kota Cirebon) by using the quantitative method of a causal-comparative type. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling, with a total sample of 45 students, 24 students visualizer, and 21 students verbalizer. The results showed that the visualizer students obtained an average score of 50.15, while the verbalizer students obtained a smaller average score of 40.05. When viewed from the average percentage of the results of each aspect of critical thinking, visualizer students can be categorized quite well, while the verbalizer students can be categorized less. Research Results Show that there are differences in critical thinking between students with cognitive style visualizer and students with cognitive style of verbalizer in solving geometry problems

This research was conducted to describe the improvement of students' critical thinking skills by applying the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model aided by the Media Rubber Throwing media. The research carried out included classroom action research with the research subjects of class IV students totaling 19 students. Data collection techniques in this study are tests and non-tests, data analysis used that the researcher used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data. The results showed that is increases the students' critical thinking skills. This is evidenced by the average percentage at the pre-cycle stage obtained a percentage of 52.8% with the criteria for guidance. In cycle 1 it increased to 70.39% with the sufficient criteria, and on the second cycle increases to 82.5% with a good criteria. Based of the results of this study, the researcher conclude that through the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning model assisted by the Throwing Rubber Knowledge media can improve students' critical thinking skills on theme 6 of my ideals in grade IV SD 2 Tenggeles.
