This study analyzes the difficulties of students in the distance material in space based on the dimensions of Anderson's knowledge in class XII.IPA SMA Negeri 2 Banjar in the academic year 2021/2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the difficulties of students in the distance material in space based on the dimensions of Anderson's knowledge. The background of the research is that learning on distance material in class XII.IPA SMA Negeri 2 Banjar has not achieved the learning objectives. Students have difficulty understanding the material. The research subjects were 9 students from class XII.IPA SMA Negeri 2 Banjar for the academic year 2021/2022. Subject selection was based on a purposive sampling technique selected based on different academic abilities (high, medium, and low) and able to communicate verbally well. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with written test and interview techniques. The result of this research is that there are difficulties in each group of students who have different academic abilities.

<p>Aspek pemahaman konsep matematis menjadi dasar utama siswa dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan deskripsi kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa kelas XI SMKN 1 Kudus dalam menyelesaikan soal komposisi fungsi. Indikator pemahaman matematis pada penelitian ini mengacu kriteria mengukur kemampuan pemahaman matematis Thompson, sehingga peneliti dapat mengukur dan mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan pemahaman matematis subjek penelitian. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 siswa kelas XI Tata Boga 3 dengan menggunakan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan 3 buah soal materi komposisi fungsi berupa tes tertulis berbentuk uraian yang telah disesuaikan dengan indikator pemahaman matematis yang digunakan.  Setelah rangkaian proses analisis data dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemahaman matematis dari ketiga subjek penelitian tergolong sangat tinggi berdasarkan tabel klasifikasi kemampuan pemahaman matematis, yaitu sebesar 86%. Secara garis besar, subjek menyelesaikan soal tes yang diberikan sesuai dengan aturan konsep, notasi, dan istilah dalam materi komposisi fungsi, meskipun masih terdapat kesalahan miskonsep yang dilakukan.</p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>The aspect of understanding mathematical concepts is the main basis for students in solving math problems. The purpose of this research is to describe the ability of students to understand mathematical concepts in class XI SMKN 1 Kudus in solving the composition of functions. Indicators of mathematical understanding in this study refer to the criteria for measuring Thompson's mathematical understanding so that researchers can measure and find out how the subject's mathematical understanding ability. This research used a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects in this study were 3 students of class XI “Tata Boga” 3 using the purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used 3 questions about the composition of the function in the form of a written test in the form of a description which has been adjusted to the indicators of mathematical understanding. After a series of data analysis processes were carried out, the results of this study indicated that the mathematical comprehension ability of the three research subjects was classified as very high based on the classification table of mathematical comprehension abilities, which was 86%. The subject completed the test questions given in accordance with the concept rules, notations, and terms in the function composition material, although there were still misconceptions that were made.</em></p>

This study aims to obtain an overview of the characteristics and levels of metacognitive ability of junior high school students as seen from the melancholic and choleric personality types according to Hippocrates-Galenus. The results of this study are expected to be used as consideration for teachers in designing mathematics lessons that pay attention to personality types and students' metacognitive processes. A qualitative descriptive approach was chosen to answer the research objectives. At the same time, the research subjects were two grade VII students with melancholic and choleric personality types in one of the Muhammadiyah Junior High Schools in Jepara. The purposive sampling technique used in this research to subject selection. Data collection techniques used personality type questionnaires, metacognition tests, and interviews. Data analysis used three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that melancholic and choleric students had different characteristics and levels of metacognition. Melancholic students are at the metacognitive level between tacit use and aware use, while the rest of the cholerics are at the tacit use metacognition level. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang karakteristik dan jenjang kemampuan metakognisi siswa SMP yang dilihat dari tipe kepribadian melankolis dan koleris menurut Hippocrates-Galenus. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan guru dalam mendesain pembelajaran matematika yang memperhatikan tipe kepribadian dan proses metakognisi siswa. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dipilih untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah dua orang siswa kelas VII yang bertipe kepribadian melankolis dan koleris di salah satu SMP Muhammadiyah di Jepara. Adapun teknik pemilihan subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tipe kepribadian, tes metakognisi, dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan tiga langkah yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa melankolis dan koleris memiliki karakteristik dan jenjang metakognisi berbeda. Siswa melankolis berada pada jenjang metakognisi antara tacit use dan aware use, sedangkan sisa koleris berada pada jenjang metakognisi tacit use. This study aims to determine the criteria for social development in children 11 months based on the Standard Level of Child Development Achievement and formulate appropriate stimulation based on the theory of child development. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were two children aged 11 months who were selected by purposive sampling. The data were collected from observation and direct interview techniques then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that both children (HM and D) had met the age standard in terms of research desires with various body movements and simple word expressions, how to express feelings such as, how to apply and kiss. The forms of stimulation performed by parents or caregivers of children include: (1) building attachment with children; (2) invite the child to have a conversation or A with the closest person; and (3) inviting children to play with their peers.

This research purposed to describe students' mathematical problem solving abilities in solving HOTS questions based on mathematical resilience. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with the subjects of this study were class VII students, totaling 218 students who were selected by purposive sampling. The research subjects were grouped into 3 categories based on mathematical resilience: high, medium, and low. The instrument used is a mathematical resilience questionnaire, a written test of mathematical problem solving ability, and an interview. This study indicates that from 115 students, there are 8 students with low mathematical resilience category, 79 students with medium mathematical resilience category, and 28 students with high mathematical resilience category. Some students are in the category of moderate mathematical resilience. And each high, medium and low category has different mathematical problem solving abilities in solving HOTS questions.

This study aimed at analysing the implementation of TPS strategy on Google Classroom in reading at SMKN 1 Kuta Selatan. Descriptive qualitative was used as a research design. A purposive sampling technique was applied to choose 3 English teachers and 117 students as the research subjects. An observation sheet, closed-ended questionnaires, and semi-structured interview guide were used to collect the data. The results show that the teachers create many forums on Google Classroom to implement TPS strategy, namely; posting a text, providing some questions, asking the students to work in pairs, and collecting the results of their discussion. Teachers' perceptions show that 84.37% are very good and 15.63% are good. While students' perceptions show that 8.82% are very good, 70,6% are good, and 20,58% are enough. Increasing students’ enthusiasm and motivation to read a text became one of the teachers' reasons for using TPS strategy on Google Classroom.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan pola pemecahan masalah berdasarkan tingkat pemecahan masalah peserta didik melalui pembelajaran flipped classroom berbasis proyek. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan quasi eksperimen dengan desain one-group pretest-postest desaign. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMAN 14 Semarang tahun ajaran 2019/2020 dengan subjek penelitian 65 peserta didik kelas XI MIPA. Sampel diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tes dan wawancara. Analisis data kemampuan pemecahan masalah dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik dalam pembelajaran flipped classroom berbasis proyek tergolong tinggi dengan jumlah peserta didik 57%. Peserta didik memiliki pola pemecahan masalah yang berbeda-beda berdasarkan tingkat pemecahan masalah. Peserta didik kategori sangat tinggi melakukan penyelesaian dengan membaca, memahami masalah, menganalisis, merencanakan strategi penyelesaian, menerapkan dan mengevaluasi seluruh solusi. Peserta didik kategori tinggi melakukan penyelesaian dengan membaca, memahami masalah, menganalisis, merencanakan strategi penyelesaian, menerapkan dan mengevaluasi solusi matematis. Peserta didik kategori rendah melakukan penyelesaian dengan membaca, memahami masalah, menganalisis, menentukan masalah. Kata kunci: kemampuan pemecahan masalah; pola pemecahan masalah; flipped classroom berbasis proyek. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the ability of problem-solving and problem-solving patterns based on the level of problem-solving of students through project-based flipped classroom learning. The study used a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest village design. The study was conducted at SMAN 14 Semarang in the academic year 2019/2020 with the research subjects 65 students of class XI MIPA. Samples were obtained through a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are done using tests and interviews. Data analysis of problem-solving ability is done descriptively. The results show that the students' problem-solving ability in project-based flipped classroom learning is relatively high with 57% of students. Students have different patterns of problem-solving based on the level of problem-solving. Very high category students complete the solution by reading, understanding the problem, analyzing, planning a settlement strategy, implementing and evaluating all solutions. High category students do the settlement by reading, understanding the problem, analyzing, planning a settlement strategy, implementing and evaluating mathematical solutions. Low category students do the settlement by reading, understanding the problem, analyzing, determining the problem. Keywords: problem-solving skill; pattern of problem solving; project-based flipped classroom.

This research was conducted to analyze how modernization affects the implementation of public service administration policies, especially in Kediri, East Java. As is well known, from time to time various aspects of life are required to undergo changes to a more modern direction. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive qualitative research is aimed at obtaining an overview of how modernization affects public service administration policies in Kediri. To obtain the necessary data, the authors used a purposive sampling technique so that the sample taken was more focused, assisted by a review of several related previous studies. The results showed that modernization, especially in the field of technology, was sufficient to influence public service administration policies in Kediri.

Bimaruna Jaya Depot is one of the companies engaged in services related to the handling and stacking of containers. This company is currently experiencing problems regarding employee work productivity which is decreasing from month to month from the achievement target. The purpose of this study was to determine whether work competence and workload affect the work productivity of surveyors in container survey activities at Bimaruna Jaya Depot. The research method used is direct observation to the field, distributing questionnaires to insurveyors and out, estimators, andsupervisors maintenance and repair and interviews with depot managers andsupervisors maintenance and repair. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative by distributing questionnaires and interviews, namely purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that the work productivity of aofficer surveyor can be influenced by competence and workload with targets set by the company.

<div class="WordSection1"><p><strong><em>ABSTRACT:</em></strong><em> The purpose of this research to explore the perceptions of taxpayers on the satisfaction of assistance performed by tax volunteers at the Tax Volunteer placement location. There are 4 (four) locations for the placement of Tax Volunteers, namely KPP Pratama Singaraja, KP2KP Negara, KP2KP Amlapura and Tax Center Undiksha. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling with interview techniques in collecting research data. The population in this research are taxpayers who carry out the duty to annual tax return through e-Filing. Meanwhile, the sample in this research were taxpayers whose reporting the annual tax return were assisted by Tax Volunteers in the 4 (four) placements. The results of this research indicate that taxpayer assistance activities by tax volunteers in helping to fill individual annual tax returns are very effective. This can be seen from the satisfaction of taxpayers after receiving assistance by Tax Volunteers. Taxpayers are satisfied with the assistance of tax volunteers because the annual tax return reporting process is easier, faster and Tax Volunteers are able to guide Taxpayers in filling out their own. This assistance helps reduce the difficulties experienced by Taxpayers in understanding SPT filling independently. Taxpayer satisfaction is expected to increase compliance in reporting the Annual Tax Return. The sustainability of the Tax Volunteer program is also highly expected because it is considered very effective for taxpayers who do not understand the procedures for submitting annual tax return, especially those who are not yet competent with technological advances.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Perception, Assistance, e-Filing, Tax Volunteers</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>ABSTRAK:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali persepsi wajib pajak atas kepuasan pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh Relawan Pajak di lokasi penempatan relawan pajak. Adapun 4 (empat) lokasi penempatan Relawan Pajak yaitu KPP Pratama Singaraja, KP2KP Negara, KP2KP Amlapura dan <em>Tax Center</em> Undiksha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah <em>purposive sampling</em> dengan teknik wawancara dalam pengumpulan data penelitian. Yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Wajib Pajak yang melaksanakan kewajiban dalam melaporkan SPT Tahunan melalui <em>E-Filing</em>. Sedangkan, sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni Wajib Pajak yang kegiatan pelaporan SPT Tahunannya didampingi oleh Relawan Pajak di 4 (empat) penempatan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan wajib pajak oleh relawan pajak dalam membantu pengisian SPT tahunan orang pribadi sangat efektif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kepuasan wajib pajak setelah mendapatkan pendampingan oleh relawan pajak. Wajib Pajak puas atas pendampingan relawan pajak dikarenakan proses pelaporan SPT Tahunan menjadi lebih mudah, cepat dan para relawan pajak mampu menuntun wajib pajak dalam pengisian SPT-nya. Pendampingan ini membantu mengurangi kesulitan yang dialami Wajib Pajak dalam memahami pengisian SPT secara mandiri. Kepuasan Wajib Pajak diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kepatuhan dalam pelaporan SPT Tahunan. This study aimed to find out what category of lecturer talks applied by lecturers in classroom interaction. This study was a descriptive survey. The participants were chosen by using purposive sampling technique where there were four English lecturers who taught at Second Semester Class of English Department of Baturaja University in the academic year of 2016/2017. The data were taken through observation, questionnaire and interview. Camera recorder and checklist were the instruments used in this study. The data were identified by using FLINT (Foreign Language Interaction) system as developed by Moskowitz (1971). The result of the study showed that the total of frequencies the deals with feeling were 9 or 1.6%, praises or encourages were 57 or 9.9%, uses ideas of students were 42 or 7.3%, asks questions were 199 or 34.6%, gives information were 92 or 16%, gives directions were 151 or 26.3% and criticizes student behavior were 25 or 4.3%. In conclusion, the category of lecturer applied by lecturers was asks questions in classroom interaction that the best ways to develop their role as an initiator and strategies that promote interaction in classroom activity.
