The purpose of this research are to see how reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles affect the satisfaction of customer users of online transport services to UNM Economic students. Research conducted a method survey with quantitative approach. The population in this research is all students using grab bike online transport, ranging from 2016-2019 to 206 people. Sampling samples using technical samples of random sampling are 67 people. The instruments used to collect data are instruments of questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used are regression analysis and hypothetical testing with T and F. data processing used SPSS version 21 for windows software. Research results show that variable as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles are partial to positive and significant effects on users GrabBike online transport satisfaction. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between reliability variables, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles to the consumer satisfaction users of GrabBike online transport services

The research entitled The Influence of Coaching And Discipline of Teacher Exercise on Vitar Ball Extracurricular Development is aimed to find out whether there is an influence between "Development and discipline of Sports Teachers towards Vocational Ball Extracurricular Development in SMP Negeri 2 Jatinangor Sumedang Regency." The research conducted is quantitative research. The sample used amounted to 30 people. Determination of sample using random sampling technique. Prior to data analysis, normality and homogeneity tests were first conducted to determine whether the data showed normal and homogeneous. Data analysis technique used is f-test. From the calculation of regression analysis X1 and X2 to Y in the regression coefficient value of Fcount = 6.37> Ftable = 4.21 can be concluded that H0 rejected and Ha accepted, thus in penelitin conducted there is a significant influence between Development and Teacher Discipline against Development of Extracurricular Voly Ball at SMP Negeri 2 Jatinangaor Sumedang District.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study all consumers in Gresik Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer amounted to 150 people while the sample was 110 people and there were 10 people who did not meet the researcher's criteria, the method used by purposive sampling researchers with the provisions of respondents who had chosen an exelent building package and luxury home package at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Regression results obtained t count 9.495 while t table 1.985 therefore product quality affects consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. The variable price has -4,180 while t table 1,985 influences consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. The service quality has a t count of 7.225 while the t table of 1,985 affects consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. Product quality, price and service quality variables have a simultaneous and significant influence on customer satisfaction

<em>To analyze the effect of discipline and work environment on employee performance PT. Sarana Reswara Abadi. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population and sample of this research are employees of PT. Reswara Abadi ingredients are taken based on the Slovin formula with a random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique was performed using partially and simultaneous regression analysis. The Result discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Sarana Reswara Abadi, either partially and simultaneous.</em>

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of age, education, the sum of children, work time, and experience on women who became plaited mat of pandan toward family income. This study conduct simple random sampling and estimate population with Slovin formulate. The data analysis technique in this study are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test uses F test, and t test. The result showed that variable of work time is giving positive significant influence on family income but variable age, education, the sum of children, and experience does not giving significant influence on  family income. Keywords: age, education, the sum of children, work time, experience, and family income.

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.</span></em>

ABSTRAKThe aim of this research is to know the influence of brand awareness, consumer satisfaction andconsumer trust on brand toward the re-purchasing of Firefly airline ticket in Banda Aceh. This study took 99respondents of re-purchasing of FireFly airline tickets in Banda Aceh. This research was conducted at the SultanIskandar Muda airport in Banda Aceh. Data analysis method which used in this research is multiple linearregression. Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

This study aims to find out and evaluate the influence of turnover intention, organization commitment and locus of control toward dysfunctional audit behavior. Based on the census method, th is research used samples of 64 respondents as auditors who work in Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) of Aceh Representative. This study was conducted using primary data obtained through the questionnaire. The data analysis used multiple regression analysis with data processing using SPSS version 22. The result of the study shows that turnover intention does not have a significant influence on dysfunctional audit behavior. While organization commitment and locus of control have a significant influence on dysfunctional audit behavior.

The purpose of this research is to find out the variables that affect the employee performances in PT. XYZ. The population consist of employee  of PT. XYZ using probability sampling method that of 127 respondents, 85 (67%) were male and 42 (33%) were women.. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis technique. The results of the testing of hypotheses shows that physical work environment, remuneration, status, social work environment, recognition, supervision, work itself, achievement has significant influence to employee performances.

The development of Corporate Social Resposibility is not only applied at the conventional company, but also thrive in Islamic-based business economy that is often referred as the Islamic Social Reporting (ISR). The company that reported their liabilities in the form of ISR assumes that an entity is not only being required to do accountability to internal and external parties but more is the existence of an obligation to do accountability to Allah SWT.As an agricultural company wjich has been listed on the Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) was supposed to do the disclosure of ISR in accordance with Sharia principles. This is necessary to meet the importance of muslim stakeholders who want social activityinformationwhich is undertaken by a syari’ah company.This research was aimed to analyze the factors that affect the disclosure of ISR. The population in this research was the entire agricultural companies listed on the Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) in the Bursa Efek Indonesia.The selection of the sample used the purposive samplingmethod with criteria of agricultural sector companies who conducted disclosure of ISR and consistently at ISSI in the year of 2012– 2015. The samples is 11 companies. Data analysis technique that was used in this research is a multiple regression analysis method.The results of this research indicated that there was a significant influence among all independent variables simultaneously against the dependent variable. Partially it indicated that profitability, proportion of independent commissioner, the size of the company, and the age of the company which has an influence on disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting.
