ABSTRAKThe aim of this research is to know the influence of brand awareness, consumer satisfaction andconsumer trust on brand toward the re-purchasing of Firefly airline ticket in Banda Aceh. This study took 99respondents of re-purchasing of FireFly airline tickets in Banda Aceh. This research was conducted at the SultanIskandar Muda airport in Banda Aceh. Data analysis method which used in this research is multiple linearregression. The research results showed that the variables Brand Awareness, consumer satisfaction andconsumer trust for brand have significant influence to the repurchasing of Firefly airline tickets in Banda Aceh.In the future, it is expected that the re-purchasing of Firefly airline tickets in Banda Aceh should be able tomaintain their brand awareness, consumer satisfaction and consumer trust for brand and to improve otherfactors which is capable to creating consent to the consumer so that the consumer wants to recommendate to theothers.Keywords: Brand awareness, Consumer trust for brand, Cunsumer satisfaction, Repurchasing

The purpose of this research are to see how reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles affect the satisfaction of customer users of online transport services to UNM Economic students. Research conducted a method survey with quantitative approach. The population in this research is all students using grab bike online transport, ranging from 2016-2019 to 206 people. Sampling samples using technical samples of random sampling are 67 people. The instruments used to collect data are instruments of questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used are regression analysis and hypothetical testing with T and F. data processing used SPSS version 21 for windows software. Research results show that variable as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles are partial to positive and significant effects on users GrabBike online transport satisfaction. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between reliability variables, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles to the consumer satisfaction users of GrabBike online transport services

Data analysis method used in research is path analysis. Simultaneously, the research results of MSME Development and Competitive Advantage have a positive and significant effect on creative economy. Partially, the Influence of MSME Development has positive and significant influence to creative economy. Partially Competitive advantage positively and significantly influences the creative economy. The development of MSME has a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage. Indirectly MSME development positively affects the creative economy through competitive advantage

Development and competition business of transporting had been restrictive. Each operators race competition do innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The customers of PT Pelni from year to year continues to decrease. Although actually PT Pelni also improve themselves, repair service and innovation, but still be unable to improve the number of passengers. This study attempts to know the level customer satisfaction PT Pelni to make known well and innovation that has done is in line with hope customers. The measurement of the customer satisfaction PT Pelni done with the approach servqual method. Aspects which are under consideration includes 5 dimensions main namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy which divided in 29 indicators variable. This research using respondents as the sample. Data analysis used the analysis method servqual and cartesious diagrams. The research results show that there are inconquirity between hope customers by the fact experienced. The largest is in dimension tangible, with the gap an average of -1,3.While gap smallest there are in dimension responsiveness -0,42. Analysis by diagram cartecious show you some attribute in the main priority improvement: furnishings that high quality (2), facilities shopping centers on a vessel (4), the availability of a bed with the corresponding numbers of a ticket (6), size cabin large (7), and the condition a clean room (8). All those attributes including in dimension of tangible.

This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and brand experience on brand trust of OVO users in Jakarta. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses SEM through the Lisrel 8.70 application. The results showed that there was a significant influence of electronic word of mouth and brand experience on brand trust. Between the two dependent variables, what has a greater influence on brand trust is electronic word of mouth. The conclusion of this research to improve brand trust can be done by improving electronic word of mouth and brand experience.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan brand experience terhadap brand trust para pengguna OVO di Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM melalui aplikasi Lisrel 8.70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan electronic word of mouth dan brand experience terhadap brand trust. Diantara kedua variabel dependen maka yang memiliki pengaruh lebih besar terhadap brand trust adalah electronic word of mouth. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan brand trust dapat dilakukan dengan cara memperbaiki electronic word of mouth dan brand experience.

In the recent years, the influence of celebrity in promoting a brand is promising. Without a doubt, celebrity endorsement will boost business brand awareness with an endorsement. This research objective is to analyse the effect of celebrity endorsement and brand image toward the customer buying decision. The purpose of this study is to provide guidance for both the brand and celebrities regarding to endorsing. The population was the consumer of Maybelline in Indonesia. Purposive sampling was used in this research with 216 respondent. Multiple regression analysis method was used in this research. This research implies that celebrity endorsement and brand image affected the customer buying decision and the result is that Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image of Maybelline have a positive significant influence on the buying decision.

The method used in collecting data for this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this research is quantitative, and the sample in this study is 140 customers. Based on the results of this study concluded that: The regression equation obtained from the research results are as follows: Y = 6.263 + 0.588X1 + 0.574 X2 + e. The value of the termination coefficient R2 = 0.792. This value means that independent and dependent, contributed 79.2% in influencing the dependent variable while the rest was influenced by other variables not examined. The t test is used to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable by looking at the tsig value compared to 0.05. From the table above, the tsig value of X1 is 0.001, and X2 is 0.005. From the tsig value, it is found that the X1 variable has an effect on Y and the X2 variable has an effect on Y, 4). Fsig value 0.002 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the variables (X1) and (X2) have an effect on the variable (Y) or together have a simultaneous effect

This study examines the religious values ​​contained in the novel Mengejar Halalnya Syabila by Noor Ruhaimin. The purpose of this study is to: (1) describe aqidah, (2) describe worship, and (3) describe morals in the novel Mengejar Halalnya Syabila by Noor Ruhaimin. The method in this research is descriptive analysis method. The data source in this study is the novel Mengejar Halalnya Syabila by Noor Ruhaimin. This novel was published by BanyuwangiNaa Publisher in 2018. The collection technique in this research is the text observation technique and the data analysis technique used is interpretive descriptive technique. Based on the research results obtained: Religious values ​​associated with aqidah namely, (a) faith in God, (b) faith in books. (c) faith in the Rasul, and (d) faith in qada and qadar. Religious values ​​related to worship are, (a) public worship, such as helping in the family (b) special worship. Religious values ​​related to morals, namely, (a) morals towards God. (b) the morals of both parents. (c) morals towards oneself (d) morals towards family and relatives. (e) morals towards the community

This research was done in Desa Pagurawan, Kec. Medang Deras, Kab. Batubara, Provinsi North Utara. The aim of this research were to calculate income of the anchovy’s processing business and to analyze it’s  business risks. All the businessmen of anchovy (32 respondents) were selected by cencus method. The data analysis method used the descriptive analysis and the method of E-V analysis. The research results showed that the income of anchovy processing business was Rp. 5,437,283 per week.  The variation coeficient (CV) of the anchovy processing business was 0.04 with the value of the limit lower income (L)  was Rp. 5,055,889.11 in a week. If the value of CV ? 0.5 and the value of L ? 0, these  mean that the business risk’s anchovy  processing was lower and the opportunities for getting the profit was high.Keywords: the anchovy’s processing business, income,  the rsik of business

<em>The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of regional financial performance on economic growth and its impact on unemployment rate in Riau Province. Measurement of regional financial performance are independence ratio, effectiveness ratio, and efficiency ratio. The economic growth is measured by using the growth rate of GRDP. For unemployment is measured by the percentage of unemployment rates. The sample is 12 Local Government in Riau Province for five years research that’s from year 2011 until 2015. Data analysis used in this research is path analysis method. </em><em>The results of this study indicate that there is no significant influence between the independence ratio and effectiveness ratio of the region to the economic growth of Riau Province. As for the efficiency ratio, there is a significant influence between efficiency ratio to economic growth in Riau Province. In addition, the results of this study also shows that there is no significant influence between independence ratio and efficiency ratio of the region to the unemployment rate in Riau Province through the economic growth variable of Riau Province. As for the effectiveness ratio, there is a significant influence between effectiveness ratio to the unemployment rate through economic growth in Riau Province.</em><div><em><br /></em></div><div><em><em>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti </em><em>pengaruh kinerja keuangan daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan dampaknya terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Riau. Pengukuran kinerja keuangan daerah berupa rasio kemandirian, rasio efektifitas, dan rasio efisiensi. Pertumbuhan ekonomi pada penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan laju pertumbuhan PDRB atas dasar harga konstan dengan tahun dasar 2010 menurut lapangan usaha dengan migas. Untuk pengangguran diukur dengan persentase tingkat pengangguran yang ada di masing-masing daerah tersebut berdasarkan data tingkat pengangguran terbuka. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 12 Pemerintah Daerah di Provinsi Riau selama 5 tahun penelitian yaitu dari tahun 2011 hingga 2015. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara rasio kemandirian dan rasio efektivitas keuangan daerah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Riau. Sedangkan untuk rasio efisiensi, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara rasio efisiensi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Riau. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara rasio kemandirian dan rasio efisiensi keuangan daerah terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Riau melalui variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Riau. Sedangkan untuk rasio efektivitas, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara rasio efektivitas terhadap tingkat pengangguran melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Riau.</em></em></div>
