Human Resources (HR) is the most vital resource that determines the success of a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline and work discipline on employee work performance. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using the method of saturated sampling technique with a sample of 40 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. The result of this study is that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 49.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.131> 2.024), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between discipline on employee work performance. discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 45.4%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (5.625> 2.024) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between discipline on employee work performance. A simultaneous test of work discipline and discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 58.2%, while the remaining 41.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (25.798> 2.860)  g thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between discipline and work discipline on employee work performance.

Procrastination is the behavior that can not take advantage of time or procrastinate doing something. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of procrastinating habits and low time management on student self efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a sample of 61 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the delaying habits have a negative effect on student self-efficacy of 41.0%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount <ttable or (-6,406 <2,001), so that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and significant influence between procrastination on student self-efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani. The low time management has a negative effect on student self-efficacy by 39.9%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount <ttable or (-6.262 <2.001) so that H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and significant influence between low management time on student slf Efficacy on. Simultaneous test of procrastinating habit and low time management affect the student self efficacy with a contribution of 41.7%, while the remaining 58.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (20.767> 2.760), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous influence between procrastinating habits and low time management on student self efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani.

The purpose of this study was to determine motivation and work environment for employee performance in Work Unit Implementation on the Jakarta Metropolitan I National Road. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling with a sample of 60 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 43.1%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.628> 2.002), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on employee performance in Work Unit Implementation on the Jakarta Metropolitan I National Road. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 40.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> t table or (6.311> 2.002) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee performance on. Simultaneous test of motivation and work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 53% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> F table or (32.194> 2.770), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant simultaneous influence between motivation and work environment on employee performance in Work Unit Implementation on the Jakarta Metropolitan I National Road.

Consumptive behavior carried out at adolescence is more likely to be impulsive and sudden. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-control and economic literacy on students' lifestyles on the MA Islamiyah Ciputat. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a sample of 75 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are self-control and a significant positive effect on student lifestyle by 40.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (7.082> 1.993), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between self-control of students' lifestyles at the Ciputat MA Islamic Office. Economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on student lifestyle by 36.2%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.438> 1.993) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between economic literacy on students' lifestyles. A simultaneous test of self-control and economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on students' lifestyles with a contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 50.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (36.384> 2.730), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between self-control and economic literacy on the lifestyle of students at MA Islamiyah Ciputat.

In Economic Sociology, social attachment is something that cannot be denied, especially in economic behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the embandedness of socio-economic status and self-control of the consumptive behavior of students at the MA Khazanah Kebajikan Ciputat. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using the method of saturated sampling technique with a sample of 73 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the embandedness of socio-economic status has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students by 41.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (7.133> 1.994), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning there is a positive and significant influence between the embandedness of socio-economic status on the consumptive behavior of students at MA Khazanah Kebajikan Ciputat Office. Self-control has a positive and significant effect on student consumptive behavior by 40.2%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.906> 1.994) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between self-control on the consumptive behavior of students on. A simultaneous test of the embandedness of socio-economic status and self-control has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students with a contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 53.2% is influenced by other factors. Human resources play an important role in company management. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Prima Lestari. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a saturated sampling technique method with a sample of 95 respondents. The analysis tool uses a validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression test, correlation test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that there is a positive and partially significant effect between leadership on employee performance at PT. Prima Lestari with a contribution of 32.6%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> ttable or (6,710> 1,986). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 42%, the hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable or (8.214> 1.986). There is a positive and significant effect between leadership and work motivation on employee performance with an influence contribution of 48.3% while the remaining 51.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing test obtained Fcount> Ftable or (43.020) 2,700), it is also strengthened by a significance of 0,000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine and prove the appropriateness of theory with facts, the influence of work ethic and work discipline on employee performance. The quantitative method approach with an associative (causal) form is used in this study. The sample-based on the existing population is 103 respondents. The entire population is sampled with a non-probabilistic sampling technique that is a saturated sample. Data analysis techniques that use inferential statistics (parametric) with the data eligibility test include validity and reliability tests, tests of prerequisites or regression assumptions that are residual normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity. The hypothesis test is performed using the F test, the t-test, the correlation analysis, the analysis of the coefficient of determination and the multiple regression equations. The results based on the series of tests can be concluded. The predictive variables of F (simultaneous) test results (work ethic and work discipline) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance) the value of Fcount>Ftable (34,855>3.09). The results of the test of the importance of work ethic in the performance of employees have a positive and significant effect, the value of tcount>ttable (5,212>1.98). Similarly, labour discipline in the performance of employees has a positive and significant effect, the value of tcount>ttable (4,997>1,998). The magnitude of the correlation predictor variables, namely work ethic and work discipline on employee performance, obtained a number of 0.641, which means a strong correlation (0.600-0.799). The percentage coefficient of determination of the predictive variables (work ethic and work discipline) to the dependent variable (employee performance) is 39.9%, where 60.1% are other factors that are not identified. While the regression equation obtained Y = 0.799 + 0.428 + 0.432. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta membuktikan kesesuaian antara teori dengan fakta terkait seberapa besar variabel-variabel prediktor etos kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap variabel yang dipengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan bentuk asosiatif (kausal) penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel berdasarkan populasi yang ada berjumlah 103 responden, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dengan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik inferensial (parametris) dengan uji kelayakan data meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji prasyarat atau asumsi dasar regresi yaitu normalitas residual, multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas. Sedangkan uji hipotesis dilakukan uji F, uji uji t, analisis korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan persamaan regresi berganda.Hasil temuan penelitian berdasarkan rangkaian uji dapat disimpulkan. Hasil uji F (simultan) variabel prediktor (etos kerja dan disiplin kerja), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) di mana nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (34.855>3.09). Hasil uji signifikansi etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan, di mana nilai thitung>ttabel (5.212>1.98). Demikian pula disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, di mana nilai thitung>ttabel (4.997>1.98). Besaran korelasi variabel prediktor yaitu etos kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan didapat angka 0.641 yang mengartikan adanya korelasi yang kuat (0.600-0.799). Persentase koefisien determinasi variabel prediktor (etos kerja dan disiplin kerja) terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) sebesar 39.9% di mana 60.1% adalah faktor-faktor lain yang tidak teridentifikasi. Sedangkan persamaan regresi didapat Y= 0.799 + 0.428 + 0.432.

This research aims to determine the effect of Work Conflict and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart), Tigaraksa, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sample with a sample of 72 respondents. The data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially work conflict has no significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of -0.583X1. The value of tcount -7.513 <ttable 1.994, which means that there is no significant influence between work conflict on employee performance. Job stress partially has no significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of -0.526X2. The value of tcount -7,015 <ttable1.994, which means that there is no significant influence between job stress on employee performance. Simultaneously, work conflict and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount 28.505> Ftable 2.740 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of R or the coefficient of determination of 45.2%.   Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Konflik Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart) Wilayah Tigaraksa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 72 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Konflik kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai regresi -0,583X1. Nilai thitung -7,513 < ttabel 1,994 yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi -0,526X2. Nilai thitung-7,015 < ttabel 1,994yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan Konflik kerja dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung28,505 > Ftabel 2,740 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 dan nilai R atau Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 45,2%. Simpulan penelitian ini, secara parsial variabel stress kerja maupun konflik kerja tidak mempengaruhi kinerja, secara simultan atau bersama-sama stress dan konflik kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The results of this study are Learning Motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement by 42.7%. hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (7.428> 1.993), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation on student learning achievement at the MA Muhammadiyah Office. Teacher teaching style has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement by 36.0%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.454> 1.993) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between the teacher's teaching style on student learning achievement on. A simultaneous test of teacher motivation and teaching style has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement with an influence contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 52.0% is influenced by other factors. This human resource factor is an element that must be considered by each agency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Depok Mayor's Office. The method used in this research is descriptive with an associative approach, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling using the census or saturated sampling method with a sample of 50 respondents. The analysis tool uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, regression testing, correlation coefficient testing and coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the study concluded that there was a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously between motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Depok Mayor's Office. The level of influence or strength of the relationship simultaneously is 0.690 or strong with the contribution of influence of 0.476 or 47.6% while the remaining 52.4% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing is obtained Fcount> Ftable (21,230> 2,800) thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between motivation and discipline on employee performance at Depok Mayor's Office

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, communication and work discipline on employee performance at Alfa and Omega Company either partially or simultaneously. The method used is the descriptive method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling using a sample of 70 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are motivation has a significant effect on employee performance partially. Communication has a significant effect on employee performance partially Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance partially. Motivation, communication and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
