In Economic Sociology, social attachment is something that cannot be denied, especially in economic behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the embandedness of socio-economic status and self-control of the consumptive behavior of students at the MA Khazanah Kebajikan Ciputat. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using the method of saturated sampling technique with a sample of 73 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the embandedness of socio-economic status has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students by 41.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (7.133> 1.994), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning there is a positive and significant influence between the embandedness of socio-economic status on the consumptive behavior of students at MA Khazanah Kebajikan Ciputat Office. Self-control has a positive and significant effect on student consumptive behavior by 40.2%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.906> 1.994) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between self-control on the consumptive behavior of students on. A simultaneous test of the embandedness of socio-economic status and self-control has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students with a contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 53.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (39.814> 2.740), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there are positive and significant simultaneous influences between embandedness of socio-economic status and self-control on the consumptive behavior of students at the MA Khazanah Kebajikan Ciputat

Consumptive behavior carried out at adolescence is more likely to be impulsive and sudden. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-control and economic literacy on students' lifestyles on the MA Islamiyah Ciputat. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a sample of 75 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are self-control and a significant positive effect on student lifestyle by 40.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (7.082> 1.993), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between self-control of students' lifestyles at the Ciputat MA Islamic Office. Economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on student lifestyle by 36.2%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.438> 1.993) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between economic literacy on students' lifestyles. A simultaneous test of self-control and economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on students' lifestyles with a contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 50.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (36.384> 2.730), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between self-control and economic literacy on the lifestyle of students at MA Islamiyah Ciputat.

Procrastination is the behavior that can not take advantage of time or procrastinate doing something. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of procrastinating habits and low time management on student self efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a sample of 61 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the delaying habits have a negative effect on student self-efficacy of 41.0%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount <ttable or (-6,406 <2,001), so that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and significant influence between procrastination on student self-efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani. The low time management has a negative effect on student self-efficacy by 39.9%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount <ttable or (-6.262 <2.001) so that H0 is accepted and H2 is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and significant influence between low management time on student slf Efficacy on. Simultaneous test of procrastinating habit and low time management affect the student self efficacy with a contribution of 41.7%, while the remaining 58.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (20.767> 2.760), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous influence between procrastinating habits and low time management on student self efficacy in MA Soebono Mantofani.

Human Resources (HR) is the most vital resource that determines the success of a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline and work discipline on employee work performance. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using the method of saturated sampling technique with a sample of 40 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. The result of this study is that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 49.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.131> 2.024), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between discipline on employee work performance. discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 45.4%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (5.625> 2.024) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between discipline on employee work performance. A simultaneous test of work discipline and discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 58.2%, while the remaining 41.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (25.798> 2.860)  g thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between discipline and work discipline on employee work performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine motivation and work environment for employee performance in Work Unit Implementation on the Jakarta Metropolitan I National Road. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling with a sample of 60 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 43.1%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.628> 2.002), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on employee performance in Work Unit Implementation on the Jakarta Metropolitan I National Road. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 40.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> t table or (6.311> 2.002) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee performance on. Simultaneous test of motivation and work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 53% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> F table or (32.194> 2.770), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant simultaneous influence between motivation and work environment on employee performance in Work Unit Implementation on the Jakarta Metropolitan I National Road.

How to teach teachers more or less will motivate students to absorb knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning motivation and teaching style on student achievement in the MA  Muhammadiyah. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a sample of 76 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Learning Motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement by 42.7%. hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (7.428> 1.993), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation on student learning achievement at the MA Muhammadiyah Office. Teacher teaching style has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement by 36.0%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.454> 1.993) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between the teacher's teaching style on student learning achievement on. A simultaneous test of teacher motivation and teaching style has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement with an influence contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 52.0% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (39.505> 2.730), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. Funds can be obtained from company owners or from outside parties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial leverage, operating leverage and current ratio on profitability at PT. Manunggal Persada Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive with an associative approach, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling using the census or saturated sampling method with a sample of 7 years of financial statements. The analysis tool uses classical assumption testing, regression testing, determination coefficient testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study concluded that the regression coefficient value of Financial leverage of 0.005 was positive with a contribution of 19.3%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.324> 0.05. Regression coefficient value of Operating leverage of 0.001 is positive with a contribution of 16.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.368> 0.05. Current coefficient regression value of 0.158 is positive with a contribution of 31.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.187> 0.05. Obtained a regression equation Y = 0.110 + 0.009X1 + 0.001X2 + 0.177X3, the regression coefficient value of each positive independent variable with a correlation of 0.927 and a coefficient of determination of 85.8% while the remaining 14.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained by calculating Fcount> Ftable or (6.064> 4.120). Thus simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between financial leverage, operating leverage and current ratio to rentability.

Customers 'interest in owning a house through a KPR, apart from the urge to fulfill their need for a comfortable and nice place to live, is also related to how the KPR is marketed so that it attracts customers' interest. Or in other words, how is the marketing mix strategy implemented to attract buyers to the mortgage offered. The marketing mix includes products, prices, promotions, locations, people, processes and physical evidence.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of factors including: product, price, promotion, location, people, process and physical evidence on customer interest in KPR at PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch. The research data comes from a questionnaire distributed to 86 respondents who are KPR BNI Griya customers, using probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. The analytical tool used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test.The results of this study indicate that the results of the t test on each research variable concluded that partially accepting the hypothesis point 1 and rejecting some of the hypothesis point 1, because it is proven that the location factor has a significant influence, while the product, price, promotion, people, process and Physical evidence does not have a significant effect on customer interest in the KPR PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch. The results of the F test on all the variables studied conclude that accepting the hypothesis point 2, because it is proven that the factors which include: product, price, promotion, location, people, process and physical evidence together have a significant influence on customer interest in KPR PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch

This research aims to determine the effect of Work Conflict and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart), Tigaraksa, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sample with a sample of 72 respondents. The data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially work conflict has no significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of -0.583X1. The value of tcount -7.513 <ttable 1.994, which means that there is no significant influence between work conflict on employee performance. Job stress partially has no significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of -0.526X2. The value of tcount -7,015 <ttable1.994, which means that there is no significant influence between job stress on employee performance. Simultaneously, work conflict and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount 28.505> Ftable 2.740 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of R or the coefficient of determination of 45.2%.   Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Konflik Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart) Wilayah Tigaraksa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 72 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Konflik kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai regresi -0,583X1. Nilai thitung -7,513 < ttabel 1,994 yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi -0,526X2. Nilai thitung-7,015 < ttabel 1,994yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan Konflik kerja dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung28,505 > Ftabel 2,740 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 dan nilai R atau Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 45,2%. Simpulan penelitian ini, secara parsial variabel stress kerja maupun konflik kerja tidak mempengaruhi kinerja, secara simultan atau bersama-sama stress dan konflik kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Leadership plays an important role because leaders will move different subordinates. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on organizational commitment at PT. Indo Perkasa Indonesia in Tangerang. The method used in this research is descriptive with an associative approach, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling using the census or saturated sampling method with a sample of 80 respondents. The analysis tool uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, regression testing, determination coefficient testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study concluded that there is a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously between leadership and motivation on organizational commitment with a contribution of 0.503 or 50.3% while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount> Ftable (38,975> 2,720) thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between leadership and motivation on organizational commitment at PT. Indo Perkasa Indonesia in Tangerang.

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of social media and socioeconomic status on the consumer behavior of class XI IPS students of SMA Negeri 1 Gubug both commercially and simultaneously. the population in this study was 106 students with a sample of 84 students. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results of this study were obtained Y = -8,890 + 0,855X1 + 0,606X2. Social media simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior in XI IPS students of SMA Negeri 1 Gubug. Socio-economic status has a positive and significant influence on the consumptive behavior of SMA Negeri 1 Gubug students. Partially, social media and socioeconomic status influence consumer behavior by 0.527 meaning that the contribution of variable X (independent) is social media and socioeconomic status to the Y variable (dependent) consumer behavior is 52.7% while the remaining 47.3 % is influenced by other variables.
