Research aimed at the development and implementation of new digital methods and intelligent systems that allow improving the diagnostic process, increasing the reliability of determining the functional characteristics of agricultural tractors in an online mode is an important and relevant component of technologies and tools for servicing agricultural machinery. The paper presents the results on the justifi cation and development of an intelligent system for diagnosing machines based on the interaction of a neural network. The advantage of this diagnostic system is the ability to maintain the working condition of agricultural machinery, in case the processes of diagnosis and analysis of the obtained data are automated. The use of an intelligent tractor diagnostic system provides for the determination of not only the cause of failure by the controlled parameters, but also the effi ciency evaluation of the machine as a whole. It is established that one of the ways to increase the effi ciency of using agricultural machinery is the non-contact determination of the parameters of the technical condition of equipment through the modernization of the technology for monitoring the technical condition of machines and the quality of work on the basis of the introduction of modern intelligent and telemetric systems.

The authors presented a work that raises the reliability of agricultural machinery, the organization of diagnostic procedures and the effective use of units by reducing downtime. It is proposed to organize the diagnostic process according to the hierarchical principle and use the expert system to analyze the state of the object in the current situation. The diagram of the structure of the diagnostic system using the center of the state analysis is presented. The article is of interest to specialists working in the field of operating grain harvesters and increasing the productivity of agricultural work.

The necessity of formation of resource-saving ekologiurad-based utilization system of agricultural machinery in agriculture was confirmed by studies conducted in the center FNAC VIM in 2013-2018 years during this period, information was collected about the structure of the charged parts of agricultural machinery (agricultural machinery) going to maintenance of the enterprise with the purpose of recycling. Qualified specialists of repair enterprises were involved in determining the status of parts of the utilized equipment, normative documentation and necessary equipment were used. Terms of operation were determined from the date of purchase until the receipt of the machine to the repair company. The obtained data were subjected to statistical processing in order to determine the effect of the terms of service on the technical condition of these items and determining the number of parts of different groups (in percentage) included in the utilized agricultural machinery, as well as one of the main factors for deciding the feasibility of recycling equipment. The aim of work is justification of alternative ecological oriented intelligent system “Selkhozretsikling” formation for realization of a new strategy of resources use connected with their reuse. The averaged dependences of the change in the coefficient of technical readiness for tractors and combines on their service life are determined. Making an informed decision about the appropriateness of further use the machine (repair or disposal), which is close (or reached) to the limit state depends on the accuracy and timeliness of receiving information about the level of loss of its fitness after a certain service life or operating time. As analysis showed in most farms (52%) the preparation of the components of wastes derived of operation technics allows to use their potential on secondary market. Theoretical works and legislative documents make it possible to carry out the necessary practical measures for the formation of a system for utilization of agricultural equipment.

Abstract The paper studies the prospects of using telematics data to support effective solutions for tracking and monitoring the condition of the power supply system (PSS) components of unmanned vessels (UV) through the determination of positioning and, accordingly, operating time of PSS components. The paper attempts to describe one of the modules of the proposed integrated telematics system for UV monitoring, diagnostics and control. For practical implementation of telematics for unmanned merchant vessels, an algorithm has been developed to diagnose the technical condition of PSS components based on the operating time and condition of the units and components of the UV PSS. The results obtained by the algorithm show the technical condition of the observed technical equipment, time of its operation, and justify the need for repair or its complete replacement. The block diagram presents the algorithm that employs a minimal set of data to determine the use of technical equipment for further planning of its preventive maintenance. The paper provides the graphical interpretation of data on the time of PSS components operation and an example of displaying the interface of the remote operator of the UV. It is proposed to use telematics for tracking and monitoring the UV PSS operation in order to improve the quality of equipment maintenance, provide rational use of resources, extend its service life, and plan the repair time. In the future, it is proposed to create an integrated intelligent system based on telematics data, which allows the UV control and monitoring of the technical condition of its equipment.

Most developing countries face huge challenges in the medical field; scarce medical resources and inadequate medical personnel will affect the development and stability of the society. Therefore, for most developing countries, the development of intelligent medical systems can greatly alleviate the social contradictions arising from this problem. In this study, a new data decision-making intelligent system for prostate cancer based on perceptron neural network is proposed, which mainly makes decisions by associating some relevant disease indicators and combining them with medical images. Through data collection, analysis and integration of medical data, as well as the disease detection and decision-making process, patients are given an auxiliary diagnosis and treatment, so as to solve the problems and social contradictions faced by most developing countries. Through the study of hospitalization information of more than 8,000 prostate patients in three hospitals, about 2,156,528 data items were collected and compiled for experiment purposes. Experimental data shows that when the patient base increases from 200 to 8,000, the accuracy of the machine-assisted diagnostic system will increase from 61% to 87%, and the doctor’s diagnosis rate will be reduced to 81%. From the study, it is concluded that when the patient base reaches a certain number, the diagnostic accuracy of the machine-assisted diagnosis system will exceed the doctor’s expertise. Therefore, intelligent systems can help doctors and medical experts treat patients more effectively.

The methodological bases of construction of information system of diagnostics of technical condition of constructions of buildings and constructions and substantiation of efficiency of technologies of instrumental definition of parameters of buildings, constructions at all stages of their life cycle which are considered from a position of strategic information management are offered; carried out, from the standpoint of a systematic approach, the formalization of the processes of wear of building structures, which allows the creation of an effective and reliable analytical apparatus for monitoring the technical condition and diagnosis of future conditions in the process of their reliable and safe operation; built, using the apparatus of fuzzy sets, models and methods of monitoring a certain technical condition of buildings; The information technology of the decision support system, which is based on powerful intellectualizing analytical tools that allow experts to make more plausible assessments and management decisions, has been further developed. Based on the results of studying scientific sources, conclusions were made about the absence or need to deepen the solutions to the following problems: establishing general principles for the formation of a system for diagnosing the technical condition of buildings at all stages of their life cycle; lack of methodology to substantiate the effectiveness of technologies and tools for instrumental determination of parameters of buildings, structures and building areas at all stages of the life cycle; adaptation of methods for determining organizational and technological indicators to calculate the effectiveness of measurement systems and technology of their application; determining the impact of organizational and technical indicators on the efficiency of measurement systems and technology of their application; determination of the duration and periodicity of instrumental inspections as part of the operating costs of measuring systems; establishment of necessary volumes of instrumental observations at operation of buildings and constructions of substantiation of expenses of time for performance of measuring works at all stages of a life cycle of construction objects; lack of a single methodology for creating an automated system for diagnosing the technical condition of buildings; lack of integrated models and methods of modeling diagnostic processes that would ensure the effective functioning of information technology diagnostics of technical condition of buildings and high accuracy of expert decisions on their condition and forecasting the main technical characteristics of their operation under external and internal environments; the lack of a single information database that would make it possible to compare the results of surveys, to observe the dynamics of aging of buildings, to systematize conclusions about their condition.

The article discusses the history of the development of the problem of using artificial intelligence systems in education and pedagogic. Two directions of its development are shown: “Computational Pedagogic” and “Educational Data Mining”, in which poorly studied aspects of the internal mechanisms of functioning of artificial intelligence systems in this field of activity are revealed. The main task is a problem of interface of a kernel of the system with blocks of pedagogical and thematic databases, as well as with the blocks of pedagogical diagnostics of a student and a teacher. The role of the pedagogical diagnosis as evident reflection of the complex influence of factors and reasons is shown. It provides the intelligent system with operative and reliable information on how various reasons intertwine in the interaction, which of them are dangerous at present, where recession of characteristics of efficiency is planned. All components of the teaching and educational system are subject to diagnosis; without it, it is impossible to own any pedagogical situation optimum. The means in obtaining information about students, as well as the “mechanisms” of work of intelligent systems based on innovative ideas of advanced pedagogical experience in diagnostics of the professionalism of a teacher, are considered. Ways of realization of skill of the teacher on the basis of the ideas developed by the American scientists are shown. Among them, the approaches of researchers D. Rajonz and U. Bronfenbrenner who put at the forefront the teacher’s attitude towards students, their views, intellectual and emotional characteristics are allocated. An assessment of the teacher’s work according to N. Flanders’s system, in the form of the so-called “The Interaction Analysis”, through the mechanism of fixing such elements as: the verbal behavior of the teacher, events at the lesson and their sequence is also proposed. A system for assessing the professionalism of a teacher according to B. O. Smith and M. O. Meux is examined — through the study of the logic of teaching, using logical operations at the lesson. Samples of forms of external communication of the intellectual system with the learning environment are given. It is indicated that the conclusion of the found productive solutions can have the most acceptable and comfortable form both for students and for the teacher in the form of three approaches. The first shows that artificial intelligence in this area can be represented in the form of robotized being in the shape of a person; the second indicates that it is enough to confine oneself only to specially organized input-output systems for targeted transmission of effective methodological recommendations and instructions to both students and teachers; the third demonstrates that life will force one to come up with completely new hybrid forms of interaction between both sides in the form of interactive educational environments, to some extent resembling the educational spaces of virtual reality.

Modern machines are subject to progressive wear that occurs at different rates, which leads to unpredictable failures that reduce the reliability and durability of machines. The strategy of maintenance and repair is aimed at eliminating these problems. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in analyzing the basic principles of the strategy of maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery in order to ensure control of the technical condition of machine parts. (Materials and methods) When resource diagnostics is used, , the allowable value of the parameter is set in advance for a part . This value is the tolerance that corresponds to a certain wear rate of the part. The tolerance is set based on the condition that if the current value of the controlled resource parameter during the next diagnosis is less than the set value, then such a part at the current value of the wear rate can be finalized until the next inter-control check. Taking into account the wear rate of the same type of parts from the group when determining the allowable wear during their resource diagnostics becomes an urgent task. (Results and discussions) As a result of research, the article presents "Methodology for determining the main indicators of reliability of parts of agricultural machines with different wear rates" and "Methodology for determining the tolerance system of parts of agricultural machines with different wear rates". (Conclusions) The article presents the tolerance system that reduces the probability of failure of machine parts in operation. During resource diagnostics, those parts whose resource parameters exceed the tolerance are rejected.
