The methodological complex should also include algorithms of the organization of educational actions, criteria and methods of choice of forms, methods, types of training and technologies of the organization of educational activity. Besides, it should cover both methods of diagnosis of the effectiveness of the formation of social reflection, as well as methods of the efficacy of technology of training organization, aimed at achieving the goals set.

An article discusses a necessity of combination of historical and contemporary architectural concepts in the process of selection of strategy for sustainable urban development. Working out a dynamic balance between this two concepts provides sustainability of area development, which is required for incorporation of new architectural objects in existing structure of a city. At that, usage of historical architectural concepts will allow to preserve cultural identity of developed city, while usage of modern architects’ concepts would promote quick reaction on continuously changing social, technical and ecological conditions of formation. An expressed hypothesis in the article regarding a necessity of such dynamic balance is illustrated with interaction of historical concept of ensemble development of urban space with modern architects’ concepts based on combination of elements of live and inanimate nature. Interaction of these concepts occurs after assessment of an ensemble potential state or potential of ensemble self-development of a particular urban space. This helps to determine probable directions of urban space development in line with already incorporated genetic program (peculiarities) of formation of an examined territory. Considering determined ensemble potential the following options of usage of modern architectural concepts which are based on combination of live and inanimate nature elements are suggested: for regeneration of at one time destroyed or degrading districts by means of inclusion of new unique buildings and complexes; for increase of importance of reorganized urban spaces at incorporation of architectural and city developments objects as well as engineering infrastructure objects; for enrichment of city environment by employing natural structures and materials, imitations of relief, landscape, natural texture in developed objects and complexes. Foregoing the above, combination of historical and modern concepts discussed in the article would provide maintenance of urban spaces in the state of sustainable development.

The process of forming values in the education system takes place in the field of freedom of choice by the subject of the value system which they perceive as being their own and corresponding to their worldview and life priorities. Forming personal values is directly or indirectly influenced by the understanding (and awareness) of a person (a child, pupil or student) of the meaning and role of the values in the process of comparing them with historic realities, the present and vision of the perspectives for development. The latter is formed by culture, education and upbringing. The school plays the primary role in forming the value palette in a personality. Without underestimating the physical and mathematical or natural and geographical cycles of subjects, we note that the current values are formed primarily through the cycle of socio-humanities, the leading among which are literature, philosophy and history. This is where examples of the realization of values of various nature are directly considered, and students draw certain conclusions about the moral or immoral behavior of the character in a piece, patriotic or unpatriotic actions of a historical figure, etc. At the same time, forming the values in the education system cannot occur apart from general social processes and trends, which in turn form a demand for a particular education system and probable influences of hereditary structures, collective unconscious and intellectual, moral, emotional and social development. The purpose of the article is to determine the principles of the axiological platform of the personality in the pedagogical process. The results of the research. Self-development of values in the pedagogical process is one of the ways of forming the personality and an important basis for self-realization and self-actualization of the personality in the social environment. Teaching and self-developing the values in the pedagogical process promotes the development of all subjects and objects of educational activity, increases the degree of their spirituality, and it enriches the means of self-expression.

Also, in the article defines and theoretically substantiates the pedagogical conditions for ensuring the success and efficiency of the studied phenomenon, which ensured the continuity, efficiency and reliability of the process. Key words: model, modeling, professional development, future teachers of labor training and technologies.

The requirements for the training of the modern teacher of the New Ukrainian school and the conditions in which it takes place are analyzed. The role of self-management in the process of vocational training of the future teacher of the New Ukrainian school is substantiated. The essence and role of responsibility as a personal characteristic, which determines the performance of educational activity at a higher school, is analyzed, its risks are analyzed in case of inadequate formation. The algorithm of adjustment of the responsibility of the future teacher as the basis of his professional self- management, which concerns the processes of professional forecasting, goal-setting, the formation of life and professional plans in the near and distant future, is proposed. As a means of solving this problem, it is suggested that each student develops a kind of "route map" in the study of a discipline, where the student determines the individual goals of its development and, with the help of a teacher, gives them an estimate when they are achieved. The task of the teacher is to help the student to create such a map, including it in the tasks of independent work, paying the greatest attention to those who are marked by inadequate responsibility and seeking not only positive results in teaching, but also more objective perception of the student himself as a personality, future professional.

The relevance of the study under consideration is due to the need to increase the efficiency of students independent work in solving computational problems. A theoretical rationale is proposed and the practical implementation of an automated training and diagnostic system for the formation of skills to solve problems according to the “white box” model is described. The leading idea of the study is the construction of mental schemes for a given topic, which allow to visualize the dynamics of changes in the learner’s level of ability to solve computational problems. The methods of accounting for forgetting educational information and methods of personalized selection of tasks are substantiated. The site for self-management of user independent work is available at the link: http://msbx.ru. The materials of the article are of practical value for teachers who use e-learning tools in the educational process.
