The article identifies the impact of changing of educational paradigms on the organization of the educational process in the institutions of higher education of Ukraine, in terms of its integration into the European educational space. Modern researches on a certain topic are analyzed, taking this into account, it was found out that the quality of the educational process in a higher education institution (HEI) is determined by a specialist (graduate of HEI), who possesses a high level knowledge in a certain domain, is able to use and actively uses this knowledge in the practice of his activity, has the developed competences and skills in accordance with the chosen profession, is competent and competitive in the world labor market. The analyzed results of the World Bank's research on “Skills for Contemporary Ukraine” (2015) have shown that cognitive skills, self-organization, resilience, teamwork and the desire to learn are relevant, and that by 2030, professionals with critical thinking and a project-based approach to solving problems will succeed. The stages of formation of educational paradigms, the formation of which took place over a long historical period, outlining the stability of the development of pedagogical science, are analyzed. The modern educational paradigms are reviewed and their classification is presented (by T. Popova). It was established that the essence of the humanistic paradigm in the educational process, built on a personality-oriented approach, meets the needs of students, with their inherent modern values and interaction of participants in the educational process. In the context of the humanistic paradigm, the modern educator must strive for self-improvement and promote self-development and self-education; successfully combine theoretical knowledge and practical skills; use the experience of traditional and evidence-based pedagogy; be aware of modern preschool education, know and apply modern technologies, methods and actively implement own pedagogical achievements in practice; be effective and critical in accordance with the situation; have an objective self-assessment. The factors influencing the quality of vocational training of future preschool tutors were determined according to the results of a survey of 4-5 pre-school students of the specialty “Preschool Education” of the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University.

Introduction. the essence of the situation in education during the COVID-19 pandemic in the world is quite complex: due to the large number of restrictions in some countries, education is conducted completely remotely or hybrid. In the period of 2020, medical university students were forced to practice in hospitals in the context of the pandemic, helping local medical staff, which helped to fill the shortage of specialists. The quality of education will inexorably fall due to low involvement in remote education as well as many distractions which have already proven many researchers. Universities were not ready for mass digitalization due to government restrictions and social distancing, so the quality of material transfer cannot match the classical education. The purpose of the study is to examine the impact of the pandemic COVID-19 on the medical education market and its stakeholders. Results. Universities were not ready for the transition to online (distance) education, as evidenced by the decline in the quality of education, based on surveys of the faculty of some universities. As a result, on the one hand, you can get higher education online while in your country, on the other hand, the quality of education falls without an adequately commensurate practical part (for example, medical education cannot be of high quality when it is taught online). Over time, only the year 2025 is expected to surge technologies to improve online education and the full transfer of many universities to provide distance learning; it is a good chance to get an education to those who previously could not obtain it, including for economic reasons. Conclusion. The global COVID-19 pandemic has become a catalyst for global processes of digital transformation in all spheres of life. In such circumstances, the role of digital technologies in education has become extremely important. Among the many technological advantages, their ability to protect human lives and at the same time ensure the implementation of the educational process remained almost unnoticed. Current situation has accelerated the mass transition to the use of digital technologies, including digitalization of education, its technologization and standardization.

Annotation. The modern education system is characterized by the introduction of the latest technologies and educational projects, accompanied by an increase in information and emotional load, which is accompanied by a decrease in the efficiency and quality of work, determined by the level and dynamics of mental performance. The purpose of the study – to determine the impact of the organization of the educational process in primary school on the mental capacity of students in the study of subjects of varying difficulty. The study involved 112 secondary school students, divided into 3 groups depending on the curriculum. With the help of proofreading tests, the level and dynamics of mental performance was determined in a cycle of studying 3 subjects: mathematics, Ukrainian language, history. In parallel, self-assessment of psycho-emotional state was performed according to the method of SAN and pulse measurement. Statistical data processing was performed using one-way analysis of variance and t-test in the software package IBM SPSS Statistics v.20. It was found that the educational program affected the level of mental performance (F=106.7), heart rate (F=25,2) and well-being (F=4,5; p<0,05). Quantitative (382.31±5.46 characters) and qualitative (7.60±0.28 errors) indicators were better in girls (p<0.01). The maximum decrease in the volume and quality of work was determined after the history lesson (respectively by 27.65±7.24 characters and 3.35±0.49 errors; p<0.001). In the dynamics of the study of subjects there was a decrease in mental capacity against the background of a decrease in health to 1.9 points (p<0.05) and an increase in heart rate to 92.13±2.82 beats/min (p<0.001). The study of mathematics according to the experimental educational project was accompanied by the highest percentage of students with the preservation or increase of the level of mental capacity, and according to the traditional program – its decrease in the vast majority of students. When studying the Ukrainian language and history, no significant difference between the types of changes in mental performance under the conditions of implementation of different curricula has been established. Thus, the optimal organization of the educational process, especially in the study of heavy subjects, helps to preserve and restore mental performance and, consequently, reduce signs of fatigue, which guarantees not only a sufficient level of academic success, but also less depletion of functional reserves of the child's body and reducing the risk of school maladjustment.

It is imperative for any nation now a days to focus on developing its higher education, since advanced knowledge, advanced facilities only can fulfill man’s advanced needs today. But unlike the primary education, higher education is a financially demanding one for a nation. The economic reforms, initiated since 1991 including Globalization has resulted in the higher demand for the people of India both within and abroad, Since domestic and multinational industries look for more knowledgeable and skilled man power all over the world. The Indian Government initially found it difficult to fully fund from its own the fast growing Indian higher education sector and hence allowed the private players to establish and run higher education institutions. This has led to the establishment of large number of higher education institutions in India over the last two decades. Higher education has seen tremendous growth over the past few years though it does not mean that it is free from problems. Theperformance of an educational institution is judged not only on the basis of the quality of education being provided but also on the basis of its contribution to the society. The present study has made an attempt to find whether all these developments have brought about benefits to the students in particular and to the society in general with reference to higher education especially, the impact of globalization on the scenario of higher education. The present study concentrated on areas such as quality of higher education now, problems faced by the students and the service providers, benefits attained by the society and necessary strategies for improving the quality of higher education in the era of globalization, if the present scenario is falling short of being beneficial to one and all concerned.

The purpose of this paper was to provide empirical evidence of the impact of quality assurance in higher education on two relevant higher education outcomes; students’ knowledge, skills, and competencies; and their employability. Survey data were collected from two major Romanian public universities and analyzed using a partial least-squares structural equations modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The main results suggested that students’ competencies were positively and directly influenced by the quality of the educational process, as well as the practical and research activities. The students’ chances of employment in the labor market were positively and directly influenced only by the quality of the educational process and by the research activities. Indirect influences were also revealed. The findings of the study may be shown to have theoretical implications by proposing a model that links the features of quality management in higher education institutions with students’ competencies and chances of employment in the labor market. From a practical perspective, the results may be of interest to higher education policy makers, to evaluation and accreditation institutions, to universities, and also to students.
