Purpose of the study. The aim of the study is to analyze the optimal conditions for the use of electronic educational environment and competence-activity approach in the educational process of the university for the training of bachelors in the direction of “business informatics”.The urgency of the problems outlined in this article is determined by the need to develop human resources in the field of information technology and improve the quality of training in this area.The object of the research is the training of full-time students of educational institutions of higher professional education, carried out in the conditions of education informatization.Materials and research methods. The article analyzes the possibility of effective use of electronic educational resources in the educational process in terms of informatization of higher education, as well as the impact of the use of the competence-activity approach and interdisciplinary connections on the development of students’ professional competencies.Results. Taking into account the analysis carried out on the use of electronic educational environment at NUST “MISiS”, it is shown that it is promising to be shared with the competence-activity approach in order to bring the training of IT specialists in line with modern requirements at the shortage of time resources.Conclusion. In the transition to a digital economy in our country, it is necessary to form the approaches to the training of IT industry specialists. The use of the electronic educational environment “LMS Canvas” at the NUST “MISiS” and the competence-activity approach, which implies not the message, but the formation of students’ knowledge in the process of implementing the project development, has proved its effectiveness in preparing bachelors in the direction of “business informatics”. This approach made it possible, through effective use of interdisciplinary connections in the e-learning environment, to involve students in the process of active learning, to improve the process of key competencies forming, to improve substantially the quality of diploma works and their practical significance, as well as to increase the level of compliance with global trends in the field of higher education informatization.

The article discusses the issues of the practical use of the Moodle electronic information and educational environment in the organization of the educational process of full-time students. The subject of the article was the methods built into the Moodle environment, which allowed for the current monitoring of progress in the studies. The purpose of the study is to show the possibility of the Moodle electronic information and educational environment in the process of current control, to formulate guidelines for the formation of this process and to assess the impact of this methodology on the educational process quality.formed by the analysis, synthesis and formal-logical methods. As a result of the work carried out, the components that make it possible to objectively assess the knowledge of students have been considered, analyzed and studied. Recommendations have been formulated for the use and configuration of the selected components included in the built-in toolkit of the Moodle environment. The statistical data showing the positive impact of these decisions regarding the use of the Moodle environment on the quality of the educational process are presented. This article highlights current issues of the organization of distance learning and its role in the educational policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The role of this form of education as a factor in improving the quality of education in higher education is considered. One of the factors for improving the quality of education in the system of higher professional education is the widespread adoption of modern information technologies, including multimedia and virtual. The article presents the organizational support for the professional training of bachelors in agricultural engineering in the conditions of information and educational environment: regulatory support for filling the information and education environment and preventing plagiarism, regulatory support for conducting online and offline classes, and regulatory support for independent work, self-control, and monitoring. Regulatory provision for filling the educational environment and preventing plagiarism includes provisions for the Cloud 365 information and education environment and provisions for the prevention of academic plagiarism while learning in the educational environment. В статье рассматривается проблема влияния рисков виртуальной образовательной среды на качество образования. С точки зрения педагогического взаимодействия как основы цифрового образовательного процесса выделяются риски, связанные с внешними организационными условиями реализации цифрового образования (отсутствие финансирования, принятие неэффективных управленческих решений, недостаточное нормативно-правовое регулирование, отсутствие материально-технического обеспечения, ограничение доступа к образовательным услугам), и психолого-педагогические риски (дидактические ошибки и недостатки в организации цифрового обучения, обусловленные неготовностью к деятельности в виртуальной образовательной среде участников педагогического взаимодействия, и их личностные характеристики, препятствующие эффективной работе). На основе анализа практической реализации проектных технологий даны рекомендации по предупреждению негативных последствий неготовности преподавателей и студентов к учебной деятельности в условиях виртуальной образовательной среды. The article deals with the problem of the impact of virtual educational environment risks on the quality of education. From the perspective of pedagogical interaction as of the basis of a digital educational process, the article highlights the risks associated with external organizational conditions of the implementation of digital education. Among them, there is a risk of a lack of funding, of making inefficient management decisions, of insufficient legal regulation, of a lack of logistical support, and of restricted access to education. Psychological and pedagogical risks are didactic mistakes and defects in the organization of digital learning, and personal characteristics as obstacles to effective work – both due to the unpreparedness of the participants of pedagogical interaction to work in the virtual educational environment. The author expresses opinion of the different degrees of such risks manifestation and the occurrence of consequences for the quality of education. Based on the analysis of practical experience in the implementation of project technologies, recommendations are offered to prevent the negative consequences caused by the unpreparedness of teachers and students learning in virtual educational environment.

The article is devoted to defining the essence of the concept ‘educational analytics’ as an automated process of collecting, measuring, analyzing and visualizing data about the subjects of educational process in order to improve the educational environment. The algorithms of using educational analytics to control and evaluate the level of professional training of future physical culture teachers in conditions of blended learning as a tool of improvement the education quality are characterised. It has been found that blended learning, based on the use of information and communication technologies, contains a significant amount of digital data of online learning systems and a wide range of intellectual analysis to improve the academic success of both the individual student and the educational process as a whole. The study characterizes the types of combining full-time and e-learning education according to the level of process technologies.  Basic effective strategies of using educational analytics in blended courses for students’ profiling and their academic achievements tracking (timely detection of difficulties in mastering certain content; regulation and control of academic activity; development of an empirical framework for educational programme planning and individual academic and professional development strategies) are identified.  The key objects of educational analytics in blended learning are characterized (student activity in the form of number of course (Web site)visits; time, spent on tasks’ fulfilment; student productivity in forums and chats (number of reactions, argumentation); electronic testing data (number of attempts,  the number of points scored, typical mistakes); the quality of practical tasks’ fulfilment). The author’s algorithm of using tools and strategies for organizing of blended learning and monitoring the level of educational achievements of future physical culture teachers while the course ‘Adaptive Physical Education’ is presented.  The results of empirical research show that blended educational environment provides new approaches and ways to aggregate a wide range of information about students, their academic activity and success, the effectiveness of educational activities in a particular course, the level of mastering the material.  It is emphasized that the use of educational analytics provides an opportunity to predict students’ success and determine the effectiveness of educational courses, and thus allows timely to choose strategies of students’ support and to correct the quality of educational content.

Annotation. Introduction. The article analyzes topical issues of ecological culture formation in the process of training future economists. Modern approaches to the formation of environmental culture during the training of future economists, determining the quality of professional training of future professionals in higher education. Socio-economic changes and the ecological state cause the need for qualitative improvement of professional education of future specialists in the process of professional training with a high level of ecological culture. However, the problem of forming the ecological culture of future economists remains insufficiently studied. Purpose. The aim of the article is to study the formation of ecological culture and thinking, the spread of ethical norms in relation to nature. Results. The analysis of scientific works on the formation of ecological culture in the process of training future economists, revealed the concept of ecological culture of the individual and the concept of educational environment. Attention is paid to the process of formation of ecological culture as a holistic systemic phenomenon in order to develop the ecological and ideological position of a specialist economist. The main measures of preparation of applicants for higher education in economic specialties, which includes the environmental element, have been outlined. The pedagogical conditions that provide the process of education of ecological culture in the educational environment have been singled out. Features of ecological education as an important component of educational process have been considered. Conclusions. It has been proved that the effectiveness of training future professionals and the formation of environmental culture of applicants for higher education will form an opportunity to successfully engage in professional activities in the field of economics after graduation from higher education.

Introduction. The modern system of domestic higher education is designed to flexibly respond to the challenges of the modern world, one of which is the possibility of obtaining knowledge through distance learning. The use of electronic services in this process, acting as an online and offline learning tool, actualizes the urgent need to develop in a digital environment a high-quality content of academic disciplines that meets the requirements of educational standards in various areas of training of future subject teachers, primary school teachers, preschool educational institution teachers, psychologists, speech therapists, defectologists. At the same time, it is important to assess all the risks that can devalue the physical, moral and material costs of organizing the educational process in the e-learning system from both teachers and support service specialists and the university as a whole.Materials and Methods. The paper uses a descriptive method based on the study and systematization of survey data of pedagogical university students of different directions and training profiles for several years. The respondents were full-time and part-time students. The data collection tool was the e-learning service of Minin University.Results. The analysis of respondents' answers to questions about the pros and cons of distance learning in the system of electronic information educational environment of the pedagogical university allowed us to draw some conclusions about the existence of both positive and negative consequences of the implementation of distance learning, which threaten the psychological safety of participants in the educational process.Discussion and Conclusions. Taking into account the fact that the creation of an e-learning system at Minin University is a large-scale project of modernization of the higher education system, during the implementation of which, since 2012, some experience has already been accumulated that requires reflection, today we can talk about the possibility of considering this electronic information educational environment as minimizing the risks of distance learning through electronic services. Further work in the direction of optimizing the work of the e-learning system of the pedagogical university, including working out the strategy of the "individual educational route" of each student, including assistance to students with special educational needs, should certainly be carried out from the position of involving students in assessing the opportunities and difficulties of working in an electronic educational environment.

Introduction.Modernisation of the Russian higher education system, change of conceptual paradigm and transition to competency-based approach to specialist training, which meets the urgent needs of informational technological society, make it necessary to study and develop methodological, content and procedural aspects of the implementation of this approach in practice.Theaimof the research was to study psychological and pedagogical features of the design of a practice-oriented environment, contributing to the formation of personal competency of cadets of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.Methodology and research methods.The methodological framework of the research was based on comparative analysis, synthesis and generalisation of the content of the Russian and foreign publications, which describe the theory and practice of environmental and competency-based approaches in higher education.Results and scientific novelty.The peculiarities of the implementation of the environmental approach to the training of future specialists were shown. The con tent and conceptual meaning of such categorical-conceptual units concerning “environment” and “educational environment” was defined. The category of practice and its varieties in educational institution was analysed. The specificity of practice-oriented environment of educational organisations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia was described. The importance of practical orientation of educational environment as a prerequisite for cadets’ education was shown. The criteria of efficiency of the practice-oriented environment were distinguished. The final purposes of education were formulated, including personal competency of future specialists as the main purpose of education. The author emphasises the significance of a complex programme realisation for cadets’ psychological support as an integral component of practice-oriented educational environment of ministerial higher education institutions. The following main blocks of the program were highlighted and characterised: target, deterministic, content, medium, technological, analytically monitored, organisational and procedural. On the basis of the allocated blocks and their substantial description the attention is focused on advantages of implementation of this program promoting continuous personal improvement and realization of potential of participants of educational process.Practical significance.The author is convinced that the implementation of a comprehensive programme of psychological support in educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia will contribute to the continuous personal development and realisation of students’ potential and, ultimately, will improve the efficiency of vocational education of graduates.

Modern higher professional education is aimed at the formation of a highly qualified competent specialist. In the conditions of the competence approach, there is an active introduction in the educational process of multimedia technologies. This is one of the most rapidly developing areas of information technology. Therefore, the training of students should be carried out with the use of various information and communication tools, ensuring the improvement of the quality of education. The purpose of the article is to present the experience of training students of pedagogical University using multimedia technologies. The analysis of the impact of these technologies on the motivation and training of students when studying discipline "technology of training teachers of the past" (media technologies have been embedded in the discipline content). For the study, we measured the motivation of students. We compared the indicators of motivation diagnostics in 2017 (before the introduction of multimedia technologies) and 2018 (after the introduction of technologies). We compared the motives of creative realization (MTR) and professional motives (PM). According to the control event on the discipline "Technologies of teaching teachers of the past", we found that the percentage of "excellent" in 2018 has increased significantly, the percentage of unsatisfactory ratings have decreased. The obtained data allowed detecting positive changes after the introduction of multimedia technologies into the educational process. The motivation of students to study the discipline has increased, their preparedness has increased, and the quality of education has increased. The high efficiency of multimedia technologies was determined, so their implementation in the training of students of pedagogical University will continue.
