The article is devoted to the problem of educational institutions' heads’ academic diplomacy development by creative cooperation means. The main task of educational diplomacy in forming the educational institution image and all participants' interpersonal relations in the educational process is substantiated. The attention is focused on the educational institutions' heads' communicative activity as a phenomenon and creativity pedagogy subject; the educational institutions' heads' creativity directions are substantiated; considered the concepts theoretical content of «diplomacy», «communicative culture», «educational diplomacy», «creativity»; diagnostics the readiness of educational institutions' leaders and teachers for the educational diplomacy development as a tool for the creativity pedagogy was carried out. The diplomatic qualities of the leader and teachers of an educational institution are characterized, which provide an opportunity for the manifestation of their own creative abilities and characteristics, which encourage the creative potentials to be processed in a high-quality, enrich them with mental new formations, creative activity experience, and creative abilities, and also develop communicative interaction. The direction of interaction between the educational process participants on the dialogue basis and the head preparation for the creation of psychological and pedagogical conditions, concerning the creative educational activity of students, with educational diplomacy application, communication methods and receptions of their creative activity is defined. Pedagogical creativity occupies a special place among different types of creativity, because it determines the dynamic development vectors of mankind all creative processes, and the creative nature development is determined by communication and increase in communicative culture. The peculiarity of any communicative process – the process as a result of which a qualitatively new one is created – is that not only man, the creator influences his own creativity result, but also the subject of creative interaction contributes to further human development. That is why in the pedagogical interaction process the creative development of the educational institutions' heads is both their activity purpose and the creative development means of the leader's personality, increasing his professional competence and communicative skills level. Thus, creativity leads to professional and personal self-realization of the leader in the management process.

In the article on the basis of scientific and pedagogical sources the ways of perfection of the system of professional education with the purpose of preparing the future specialist for the practical realization of the idea of health saving of the nation at all stages of educational activity are analyzed and solved. New approaches to the development of the content, forms and methods of professional training of specialists of the new formation, as well as introduction of the modern technologies in the educational process of higher educational institutions are studied. It is noted that the educational process should be transformed in the direction of individualization of educational interaction, learning, formation of creative thinking and increase of independent work of students. It is characterized that a specialist-innovator is the bearer of specific innovations, their creator, modifier, it has wide possibilities and has an unlimited field of activity, since in practice it is convinced of the efficiency of existing technologies and teaching methods and can correct them, carry out research work, develop new methods and technology. The focus of this activity is the innovative potential of a future specialist. The directions of introduction into the educational process of modern technologies are revealed, where the teacher becomes more and more the functions of a consultant, counselor, mentor, since in professional activity not only special subject knowledge is realized, but also modern knowledge in the field of pedagogy and psychology, acmeology, technology of education and upbringing. In the course of scientific research, the preconditions for creating a concept for forming the readiness of future specialists for the implementation of innovation as the basis for improving the educational process, the essence of which is the introduction of modern tools and methods into the traditional system of education, is outlined. the pedagogical conditions of effective use of health-saving technologies are formulated, essential characteristics and stages of training of future specialists in educational institutions are highlighted; substantiated the basic provisions, the observance of which provides the training of specialists of the new formation to the implementation of healthcare-saving technologies. It is emphasized that in the educational space of a higher educational institution it is necessary to create conditions that will promote the formation of the right attitude of health professionals to the health of the future as the main value of the person that will significantly stimulate their reflective activity and awareness of personal responsibility for the health of their pupils.

The article deals with the creation of unified information-educational environment of an educational institution, requirements to it, the organization of the educational process based on it, as well as all its constituent parts presented in an educational institution. A promising field of research of the problem of information technologies usage in students' learning activities can become the experimental study of the beliefs of students, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical staff of higher education institutions on e-learning tools and their application in the educational environment. Moreover, it is worthwhile to mention that the problem of effective use of modern ICT disciplines is studied by many professors of higher educational institutions. However, its incorrect usage leads to the substitution of the learning objectives. Nowadays it is possible to reduce the educational process in universities not only by knowledge mastering, but also teaching students to learn and apply their new knowledge and information as effective, as it is possible. Numerous theoretical and practical research characteristics of the information technology in the students’ educational process claim that this approach is a response to students’ social demands and needs, since it contributes to the formation of professional competence of future professionals. One of the most important factors that significantly effects the quality of education is the usage of modern information technologies. Modern graduate students should have special professional tools and solve working problems, using information systems. Thus, the introduction of innovative information technologies in higher educational institutions enables future professionals to expand their potential abilities and encourages active learning.

Studying the further development of higher education, improving the quality of education, expanding the integration of science and industry, we came to the following conclusions: literature on the formation of professional education of students, as well as an analysis of educational (and pedagogical) practice in higher education, despite the fact that more was done work on the development of professional readiness of students, the problem of the formation of professional readiness of future teachers has not yet been completely resolved. To solve this problem, we set ourselves the following tasks: to explain the concept of “professional readiness” among future teachers, taking into account the requirements of the time (for example, students of pedagogical universities); analyze factors affecting student readiness; development of innovative methods of forming students' readiness. A practical study of the problem showed that the most effective process of forming the professional readiness of a future teacher occurs in a real process or in the process of educational activity close to it. Building on the educational process on the basis of an innovative approach, bachelors develop creative skills to analyze existing materials needed to solve professional problems, to independently solve new problems. The study showed that the practical activity of students in their chosen specialties guarantees clear prospects for future professional growth, as well as employment, contributes to the formation and increase of their professional competence; The development of the experimental and educational base of educational institutions, increasing the level of education provided, stimulating the professional growth of teachers, the customer will be given the opportunity to train highly qualified personnel on the basis of educational institutions.

Введение. Дополнительное образование обладает высоким потенциалом влияния на музыкально-творческое развитие детей. Одной из интегративных форм образовательной деятельности является школьный театр, в рамках которого актуализируются разносторонние творческие способности обучающихся: музыкальные (вокальные, инструментальные), танцевальные, пластические, актерские, словесно-драматические и др. Цель – рассмотреть теоретико-методические основания развития музыкально-творческих способностей детей младшего школьного возраста в процессе театрализованной деятельности, осуществляемой в условиях дополнительного образования. Материал и методы. Для выявления состояния проблемы музыкально-творческого развития детей в условиях дополнительного образования и ее решения использовался метод анализа психолого-педагогической и методической литературы, позволивший разработать творческие задания для участников музыкально-театрального кружка. Результаты и обсуждение. В ходе исследования уточнены содержательные и структурные компоненты понятия «музыкально-творческие способности», включающие в себя общемузыкальные, специальные музыкальные (познавательные, исполнительские, творческие) и индивидуально-творческие способности детей (эмпатийность, артистизм, эмоциональность, образный характер мышления и др.). Подчеркивается, что музыкально-творческие способности – это комплекс личностных особенностей (мотивационной, эмоциональной, волевой, интеллектуальной и креативно-творческой сфер) и специальных способностей, необходимых для занятий искусством музыки. Методические рекомендации для педагогов описывают поэтапную организацию занятий в школьном театре (мотивационный, содержательный и процессуальный компоненты), наиболее эффективные методы музыкально-творческого развития обучающихся, исходя из возрастных и индивидуальных особенностей младших школьников, а также согласуясь с синтетической природой музыкально-театрального жанра и коллективной формой сотворчества педагога и учащихся. Заключение. Развитие музыкально-творческих способностей у учащихся начальных классов средствами школьного театра зависит от организации учебного процесса, основанной на комплексном применении творческих заданий, направленных на формирование отдельно каждой структурной составляющей данных способностей, а также на их синтез. Эффективной формой проведения занятий в школьном театре в условиях дополнительного образования детей являются репетиции музыкально-театрализованных представлений, в ходе которых происходит не только музыкально-творческое, но и общекультурное развитие личности обучающихся, становление коллектива единомышленников.Introduction. Additional education has a high potential to influence the musical and creative development of children. One of the integrative forms of educational activity is the school theater, in which the versatile creative abilities of students are updated: musical (vocal, instrumental), dance, plastic, acting, verbal and dramatic, etc. The purpose of the article is to consider the theoretical and methodological grounds for the development of musical and creative abilities of children of primary school age in the process of theatrical activities carried out in the conditions of additional education. Material and methods. To identify the status of the problem of musical-creative development of children in terms of further education and its solution used the method of analysis of psycho-pedagogical and methodological literature and empirical methods, allowing to develop and test creative task for the participants of the musical-theatre group. Results and discussion. The study clarifies the content and structural components of the concept of “musical and creative abilities”, including General musical, special musical (cognitive, performing, creative) and individual creative abilities of children (empathy, artistry, emotionality, imaginative nature of thinking, etc.). Methodical recommendations for teachers describe the phased organization of classes in the school theater (motivational, content and procedural components), the most effective methods of musical and creative development of students, based on the age and individual characteristics of younger students, as well as consistent with the synthetic nature of the musical theater genre and the collective form of co-creation of the teacher and students. Conclusion. The development of musical and creative abilities of primary school students by means of school theater depends on the organization of the educational process, based on the complex application of creative tasks aimed at the formation of each structural component of these abilities separately, as well as their synthesis. An effective form of instruction in school theater from the point of view of additional education of children is rehearsal of musical and theatrical performances, in which not only the musical, creative and cultural development of the personality of students takes place, the formation of a group of like-minded people.

The article investigates theoretical frameworks of the organization of methodological work in educational institutions under the conditions of reformation and modernization of the Ukrainian education system.The author discusses how, a great deal of educational institutions, peculiarities of parents’ requests, and interaction with the social environment cause the need for teachers in the methodological assistance of experienced and competent professionals, in particular, the educator-methodologist. The necessity to re-orient methodological work to meet the modern needs of the education sector and requirements of the society is determined. The goal of the current work is to conduct a psychological and pedagogical analysis of theoretical approaches to understanding the content of methodological work, in preschool educational institutions, under the conditions of challenges and changes of the twenty-first century. The tasks of an educator-methodologist and conditions, which should be created in an educational institution in order to motivate teachers to develop their personality and creativity are illustrated by the author. Different aspects of organization of methodological work are introduced and analysed in the article. Generalization of the theoretical and practical studies on the problem enabled us to conclude that the methodological work in educational institutions is a unifying, managerial systemic activity of the educator-methodologist, which must meet the modern needs of the society. This systematic activity is composed of the following components: tasks, principles, approaches, forms and methods of work, means of influencing the subjects of the educational process. Thus, the article contextualizes the tasks and conditions of effective methodological work with the teaching staff, considering innovations in preschool education.The conducted study is not completed, and it is planned to study and develop specific functions, forms, methods and technologies of the educator-methodologist work in a modern preschool institution. The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the organization of educational activity in a higher educational institution. It is prepared on the basis of monitoring results of students of higher educational institutions in Penza. More than 410 students from 6 regional universities took part in the monitoring. Elements of educational activity of students, such as participation in the educational process, building relationships in the university, independent work of students are considered. The main problems of students in the organization of the educational process, the features of the activity of students in training classes, during the passing of tests and examinations are revealed. The psychological atmosphere in higher education institutions in which students are trained, the level of building relationships in the student environment is analyzed. The answers to many questions on the educational activities of students are answered. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were developed to improve the effectiveness of student learning activities.

The research subject is the psychological patterns of structural organization of the professional “self” of psychologists working at internal affairs agencies. The research object is the manifestation and development of the professional “self” of psychologists working at internal affair agencies during the educational activity. The authors analyze the main problems of development of the professional “self” of students during the educational process. The authors give special attention to the results of the empirical research of the structure and patterns of the professional “self” of psychologists working at internal affairs agencies. The article contains the essential characteristics of the phenomenon of the professional “self” and the structural peculiarities of the professional “self” of psychologists working at internal affairs agencies; the authors formulate practical recommendations for the development of the professional “self” of psychologists working at internal affairs agencies during their study at an educational institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The main conclusion of the research is the authors’ research of the structure and peculiarities of the professional “self” of psychologists working at internal affairs agencies.  The authors’ contribution to the study of the topic is their practical recommendations about the development of the professional “self” of psychologists working at internal affairs agencies during their study at an institution of higher education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.  The scientific novelty of the research consists in the study of the essential characteristics of the phenomenon the professional “self”, consideration of the structural peculiarities of the professional “self” of psychologists working at internal affairs agencies, and the offered factors of the improvement of the quality of training the students of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia - the future psychologists of internal affairs agencies - for the development of the professional “self” in the process of studying at the educational institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

In our daily life, in society we are fulfilling a variety of roles. Teacher in educational institution has a number of roles which are performed to achieve the objectives of the educational process. In contradistinction to vocational education institutions, militarized educational institutions train staff for performance of specific tasks. The main task is to make the personnel ready for practical service. Militarized educational institutions are working on the basis of principle of one man management. Teacher in such institutions is an official with the service rank and in educational process he performs specific roles as a result of service relationship. The present paper discovers the nature of specific roles and how they effect achieving the goal in militarized educational institution.

The article is devoted to the study of the main purpose and features of increasing the students’ educational motivation atthe tertiary educational institution (TEI) in times of urgent need for a total overhaul of the educational paradigm and principles of teaching not only at higher educational establishment but also in the Ukrainian education system as a whole. During the investigation the methods of interdisciplinary approach, system analysis, social-cultural method, social-activity and concrete-historical approach have been applied. An important practical conclusion from the results obtained lies in the fact that the effectiveness of the educational process largely depends on the strategies of educational behavior, used by students. Accordingly, educators (and parents) should not only deliver educational material, but also teach students more effective ways and techniques for capturing it. For instance, the educator may recommend students to make a plan (or scheme) of the material studied or lend assistance to students in developing an individual plan for its mastering. Knowledge about the formation peculiarities of educational motivation at the tertiary educational institutions and personality’s value systems in the process of its professionalization can be used in the educational process to optimize the educational activities of students and improve training of specialists. The obtained results make it possible to clarify the subjective criteria for the effectiveness of students’ learning. Knowledge about the content of the value system of the modern student’s personality and its manifestation in the motivation of educational activity is of practical importance both in terms of self-knowledge and human development, and in terms of organizing professional university and postgraduate training. In the course of investigationit was possible to clarify and specify the theoretical ideas about motivation as a structural-level education, torepresentideas about the values that reflect the attitude to activity as a tool of meeting individual development needs, and their impact on the motivation of educational activities. The motives’ conceptof personal educational activity and values of students at tertiary educational institutions as psychological parameters of professional activity, requiring correlation with life objectives, have been highlighted.
