Website Portal Alumni Amikom Yogyakarta yang dapat diakses pada alamat domain alumni.amikom.ac.id merupakan bagian dari Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta yang berfungsi sebagai sarana berbagi informasi sekaligus bertindak sebagai penghubung antara perusahaan pencari tenaga kerja dan para pencari kerja khususnya alumni Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta. Selama ini website alumni sudah berjalan belum dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kualitas layanan website yang didasarkan pada persepsi pengguna akhir sebagai umpan balik kepada pengelola website sehingga pengelola dapat mengetahui sejauh mana kepuasan pengguna dan kualitas layanan yang sudah diberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan website alumni menggunakan tiga dimensi yang ada pada metode Webqual 4.0. Tiga dimensi itu sendiri terdiri dari Kegunaan, Kualitas Informasi, dan Kualitas Interaksi Layanan. Pendistribusian kuisioner dilakukan terhadap 200 sampel responden. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh ketiga dimensi Webqual 4.0 terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Dimensi yang paling berpengaruh yaitu Kualitas Informasi dan Kualitas Interaksi Layanan. Hal ini berarti peningkatan dapat dilakukan pada indicator yang memiliki nilai rata-rata terendah. Peningkatan pada dimensi Kualitas Informasi dapat dilakukan perbaruan secara berkala sehingga informasi yang disajikan menjadi lebih relevan. Sedangkan untuk dimensi Kualitas Interaksi Layanan dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap keluhan seputar website alumni.Kata Kunci — Kualitas Layanan, Website Alumni, Webqual 4.0The Alumni Amikom Yogyakarta Website which can be accessed at the domain address alumni.amikom.ac.id is part of the Amikom University of Yogyakarta which serves as a means of sharing information while acting as a liaison between the company and job seekers, especially alumni of Yogyakarta Amikom University. So far, the alumni website has been running, yet an evaluation of the quality of website services has been carried out based on the perception of the end user as feedback to the website manager so that the manager can find out how far the user satisfaction is and the quality of the service provided. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of the alumni website service using three dimensions that exist in the method of Webqual 4.0, there are Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality. The conclusion of this study is the influence of the three dimensions of Webqual 4.0 on user satisfaction. The most influential dimensions are Information Quality and Service Interaction Quality. The purpose of this paper is to examine the antecedents of e-banking loyalty and evangelism via threefold construct of WEQUAL (usability, information quality, and service interaction) of public sector banks operating in India. Moreover, it also investigates the mediating role of consumers' trust on the website quality of these banks and their impact on e-banking loyalty and evangelism. The data was collected from 243 respondents through online questionnaire. In order to develop the model and test the hypotheses, partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was done through Smart PLS version 3.2.9. Results assert that website quality of banks positively influences the trust of consumers via usability, information quality, and service interaction. Also, consumer trust plays a mediation role between WEBQUAL constructs and e-banking loyalty and evangelism.

In the current era of information technology, demanding effective and efficient public services along with the diverse needs and wants of everyone. The existence of public services e-Kiosk is one sign of the development of information technology with the aim to improve the quality of service. Thus the authors take the title of Website Quality Influence In e-Kiosk Service Against Satisfaction Society (Urban Nginden Jangkungan Surabaya) because there is still a public complaints over the e-Kiosk machine disorder that sometimes does not work properly. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of simultaneous and partial of website quality dimension that is usability (X1), information quality (X2), and service interaction quality (X3) with community satisfaction (Y) and which is the most dominant influence to public satisfaction. This research uses correlational research with quantitative approach of 100 respondents conducted by accidental sampling sampling technique in Nginden Jangkungan Urban Village and data collection technique through observation, questionnaire, and literature study. The results showed that simultaneously, the three dimensions of website quality affect the satisfaction of the community. Partially, usability and information quality have influence to public satisfaction, while service interaction quality does not have influence to the satisfaction of society and from third dimension of website quality, information quality dominant influence to public satisfaction. Key words: quality website, Usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality, and community satisfaction

The purpose of website quality evaluation is helping ABC Government Institution to determine the significant influence of usability, information quality, and service interaction as a whole and partially. The research examines the relationship of usability, information quality, and service interaction in influencing the quality of the website in accordance with the reference webQual 4.0, by distributing questionnaires data processed using SPSS and analyzed by multiple regression analysis methods. The results of the analysis of all questions in the questionnaire were valid and reliable, the Cronbach alpha value for each statement> 0.1875. The influence of X1 usability, X2 information quality, and X3 service interaction variables on website Y1 quality is 63.8%. The value of Adjusted R Square is 0.407 or 40.7% the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. In this study, the regression model equation is Y = 0.96 + 0.517X1 + 0.754X2 + 0.760X3. The evaluation of website quality should be done on dimensions or variable usability. Thus, the respondents feel less understanding or have inconvenience in operating the website, and also find some difficult to explore the website.Keywords: Evaluation, WebQual, Regression

Cross-border e-commerce is also facing the problems of cross-border goods selling counterfeit, long delivery time of cross-border logistics, and high cross-border payment fee in the process of development. Blockchain technology, with its characteristics of high trustworthiness, traceability, and information immutability, can be applied to the field of cross-border e-commerce, providing a new direction for cross-border e-commerce to solve these problems. At the present stage, scholars at home and abroad mainly study how blockchain technology is applied in cross-border e-commerce, explore the specific mode of combining blockchain technology with cross-border e-commerce, and lay the theoretical foundation for the application of blockchain technology in cross-border e-commerce, while less research is conducted on the application effect of blockchain technology in cross-border e-commerce. Based on this, this paper researches the influence mechanism of the application of blockchain technology in cross-border e-commerce on consumers’ willingness to purchase, explains the current situation of the application of blockchain technology in various fields of cross-border e-commerce, and on this basis, divides the quality of the blockchain system of cross-border e-commerce into three dimensions of commodity information quality, logistics service quality, and payment security.

PT PLN (Persero) West Java Development Main Unit (UIPJBB) has used an information system to make it easier for employees to access information and personnel activities such as attendance, leave, CV, information on the stages of requesting an Official Travel Letter (SPPD), and other related information. with staffing by using a web called Employee Self Service (ESS). The quality of ESS web services has never been measured based on user perceptions and levels of importance or expectations. This study intends to analyze the quality of the ESS web using WebQual 4.0 as a questionnaire consisting of three dimensions in the form of Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction dimensions, as well as using the IPA method to analyze the level of conformity, compliance (GAP), and quadrants. The results of the level of conformity obtained from 22 statements were still below 100%. The test result statistic shows Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) worth 0,000 means that there is a gap between Importance and Performance on the ESS website of PT PLN (Persero) UIPJBB. The average of the overall level of conformity is obtained 93.53%, which means that the performance on the web ESS is still below Importance and users are still not satisfied. While the results of GAP analysis are -0.262 <0, then the quality of performance is still lacking and cannot meet the interests of users.

The aim of this research is to describe the students’ opinion of the website quality as an information media at University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. The population of this research consists of 4.260 students of University of Muhammdiyah Sidoarjo. Random proposional technique is used as a technique sampling of this research  which takes 97 repondences as the samples. The technique of data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistic. To interpret the data the perception value is also used as the guideline. The results of this research indicate that the use quality and information quality of website as an information media at University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo are less good. The interaction quality of website as an information media at University of  Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo is not good and overall the respondence impression of website at University of Muhamamdiyah Sidoarjo is also not so good.

This research aims to know the effect or relation between website quality and society satisfaction through hypothesis testing research is the website quality in the e-Kiosk service has a positive and significant effect on society satisfaction which formulation of the problem is whether simultaneously and partially the dimensions of variable website quality has a effect on society satisfaction and which of them are the most dominant effect on society satisfaction. The type of this research is correlation research with a quantitative approach through survey method of primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The indicators that used in this measurement is WebQual, include usability (X1), information quality (X2), and service interaction quality (X3) against the society satisfaction (Y) based on expectation satisfaction, experience satisfaction, and overall satisfaction. This research population totaled 7.854 peoples and research sample totaled 100 respondents with accidental sampling method. Based on research results, the regression equation is Y = - 0,474 + 0,089 X1 + 0,437 X2 + 0,012 X3. From the results of the statistical data analysis, indicators that used in this research are valid and reliable. The results of classical assumptions test is free from the problem of multikolonieritas, heteroskedastisitas, and normal distibution. Simultaneously, three variables are effect on society satisfaction. Partially, usability and informational quality has a positive and significant effect on society satisfaction, whereas service interaction quaity is has not a positive and significant effect on society satisfaction. Keywords: Website quality, usability, information quality, service interaction quality, society satisfaction.

Indonesia tourism develop significantly. However, foreign tourist development in Indonesia is still fluctuating. The Indonesian government is optimizing the website in order to increase the number of tourists. The website plays a significant role in many aspects of tourism, especially in information search and decision-making behaviors. Information quality, service quality, and design quality are components that construct destination website quality confirmation. Destination website quality confirmation, destination website satisfaction, and willingness to visit are three major elements for researchers in examining how tourists decide to visit tourism destination via tourism website. The purpose of this research is to analyze the correlation between the qualities of the destination website and destination website satisfaction and the subsequent effects on willingness to visit a tourism destination in Indonesia. The research collected in three cities in Indonesia, namely, Batam, Jakarta, and Denpasar. The methodology is by examining 500 foreign tourists who already have used the wonderful Indonesia website. Demographic characteristics include sex, age, education, job, and nationality. The research employs 22 question items. The data were analyzed by using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that information quality has the greatest impact on destination website quality confirmation. In addition, the destination website quality confirmation influences website satisfaction. Finally, by this satisfaction, the tourist decides to visit the destination. This study contributes to the academia, government, and industry to more fully understand what tourists need before they decide to travel..

AbstrakAplikasi Halal MUI adalah aplikasi berbasis Android yang diluncurkan oleh MUI untuk membantu konsumen mengecek status kehalalan produk melalui smartphone. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur kualitas aplikasi Halal MUI berdasarkan persepsi pengguna dan melihat pengaruh kualitas tersebut terhadap niat pengguna untuk menggunakan aplikasi Halal MUI. Pengukuran kualitas aplikasi Halal MUI dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga variabel dalam Webqual 4.0. Uji hubungan antara variabel kualitas terhadap keputusan penggunaan dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai kualitas adalah 3,08 dari skala 4,00 yang berarti bahwa aplikasi Halal MUI dinilai berkualitas baik oleh pengguna. Hasil uji keterandalan model dengan uji F menunjukkan bahwa model regresi linier yang diestimasi layak digunakan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas aplikasi smartphone terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Hasil uji t pada ketiga variabel kualitas menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel Webqual 4.0 memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap niat pengguna untuk menggunakan aplikasi Halal MUI di kemudian hari. Variabel usability, information quality, dan service interaction mampu menjelaskan niat penggunaan aplikasi Halal MUI sebesar 43,7%. AbstractHalal MUI app is an Android-based application launched by Indonesian Ulemas Council (MUI) in order to help moslem customers to validate products’ status through a smartphone. This research aims to evaluate the quality of Halal MUI application based on users’ perception and then analyze the effect of these qualities to the intent to reuse the Halal MUI app. Quality of Halal MUI app is measured using three variables in Webqual 4.0. Multiple regression analysis is then employed to analyze the relationship between quality variables and users’ intention to reuse the application. Result of quality measurement showed that the quality average score is 3,08 of 4,00 scale. It means that the quality of Halal MUI app is rated good by the users. Based on the F-test, it can be concluded that multiple regression model developed in this research is statistically significant and feasible to be used to explain the effects of smartphone application quality on users’ desicion to reuse the application. Based on the t-test for all three quality variables, it can be summarized that all variables in Webqual 4.0 have a strong influence on users’ intention to reuse the Halal MUI app in the future. Three variables of Webqual 4.0, namely usability, information quality, and service interaction, are able to explain 43,7% of overall users’ intention to reuse Halal MUI app.Keywords: Smartphone application; Halal MUI; Website quality; Multiple regression; Webqual 4.0
