AbstrakAplikasi Halal MUI adalah aplikasi berbasis Android yang diluncurkan oleh MUI untuk membantu konsumen mengecek status kehalalan produk melalui smartphone. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur kualitas aplikasi Halal MUI berdasarkan persepsi pengguna dan melihat pengaruh kualitas tersebut terhadap niat pengguna untuk menggunakan aplikasi Halal MUI. Pengukuran kualitas aplikasi Halal MUI dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga variabel dalam Webqual 4.0. Uji hubungan antara variabel kualitas terhadap keputusan penggunaan dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai kualitas adalah 3,08 dari skala 4,00 yang berarti bahwa aplikasi Halal MUI dinilai berkualitas baik oleh pengguna. Hasil uji keterandalan model dengan uji F menunjukkan bahwa model regresi linier yang diestimasi layak digunakan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas aplikasi smartphone terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Hasil uji t pada ketiga variabel kualitas menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel Webqual 4.0 memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap niat pengguna untuk menggunakan aplikasi Halal MUI di kemudian hari. Variabel usability, information quality, dan service interaction mampu menjelaskan niat penggunaan aplikasi Halal MUI sebesar 43,7%. AbstractHalal MUI app is an Android-based application launched by Indonesian Ulemas Council (MUI) in order to help moslem customers to validate products’ status through a smartphone. This research aims to evaluate the quality of Halal MUI application based on users’ perception and then analyze the effect of these qualities to the intent to reuse the Halal MUI app. Quality of Halal MUI app is measured using three variables in Webqual 4.0. Multiple regression analysis is then employed to analyze the relationship between quality variables and users’ intention to reuse the application. Result of quality measurement showed that the quality average score is 3,08 of 4,00 scale. It means that the quality of Halal MUI app is rated good by the users. Based on the F-test, it can be concluded that multiple regression model developed in this research is statistically significant and feasible to be used to explain the effects of smartphone application quality on users’ desicion to reuse the application. Based on the t-test for all three quality variables, it can be summarized that all variables in Webqual 4.0 have a strong influence on users’ intention to reuse the Halal MUI app in the future. Three variables of Webqual 4.0, namely usability, information quality, and service interaction, are able to explain 43,7% of overall users’ intention to reuse Halal MUI app.Keywords: Smartphone application; Halal MUI; Website quality; Multiple regression; Webqual 4.0

ObjectivesIt is the aim of the current research to identify some common functionalities of postnatal application, and to determine the quality of the information content of postnatal depression application using validated scales that have been applied for applications in other specialties.Settings and participantsTo determine the information quality of the postnatal depression smartphone applications, the two most widely used smartphone application stores, namely Apple iTunes as well as Google Android Play store, were searched between 20May and 31 May. No participants were involved. The inclusion criteria for the application were that it must have been searchable using the keywords ‘postnatal’, ‘pregnancy’, ‘perinatal’, ‘postpartum’ and ‘depression’, and must be in English language.InterventionThe Silberg Scale was used in the assessment of the information quality of the smartphone applications.Primary and secondary outcomes measureThe information quality score was the primary outcome measure.ResultsOur current results highlighted that while there is currently a myriad of applications, only 14 applications are specifically focused on postnatal depression. In addition, the majority of the currently available applications on the store have only disclosed their last date of modification as well as ownership. There remain very limited disclosures about the information of the authors, as well as the references for the information included in the application itself. The average score for the Silberg Scale for the postnatal applications we have analysed is 3.0.ConclusionsThere remains a need for healthcare professionals and developers to jointly conceptualise new applications with better information quality and evidence base.

The purpose of website quality evaluation is helping ABC Government Institution to determine the significant influence of usability, information quality, and service interaction as a whole and partially. The research examines the relationship of usability, information quality, and service interaction in influencing the quality of the website in accordance with the reference webQual 4.0, by distributing questionnaires data processed using SPSS and analyzed by multiple regression analysis methods. The results of the analysis of all questions in the questionnaire were valid and reliable, the Cronbach alpha value for each statement> 0.1875. The influence of X1 usability, X2 information quality, and X3 service interaction variables on website Y1 quality is 63.8%. The value of Adjusted R Square is 0.407 or 40.7% the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. In this study, the regression model equation is Y = 0.96 + 0.517X1 + 0.754X2 + 0.760X3. The evaluation of website quality should be done on dimensions or variable usability. Thus, the respondents feel less understanding or have inconvenience in operating the website, and also find some difficult to explore the website.Keywords: Evaluation, WebQual, Regression

Website Portal Alumni Amikom Yogyakarta yang dapat diakses pada alamat domain alumni.amikom.ac.id merupakan bagian dari Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta yang berfungsi sebagai sarana berbagi informasi sekaligus bertindak sebagai penghubung antara perusahaan pencari tenaga kerja dan para pencari kerja khususnya alumni Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta. Selama ini website alumni sudah berjalan belum dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kualitas layanan website yang didasarkan pada persepsi pengguna akhir sebagai umpan balik kepada pengelola website sehingga pengelola dapat mengetahui sejauh mana kepuasan pengguna dan kualitas layanan yang sudah diberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan website alumni menggunakan tiga dimensi yang ada pada metode Webqual 4.0. Tiga dimensi itu sendiri terdiri dari Kegunaan, Kualitas Informasi, dan Kualitas Interaksi Layanan. Pendistribusian kuisioner dilakukan terhadap 200 sampel responden. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh ketiga dimensi Webqual 4.0 terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Dimensi yang paling berpengaruh yaitu Kualitas Informasi dan Kualitas Interaksi Layanan. Hal ini berarti peningkatan dapat dilakukan pada indicator yang memiliki nilai rata-rata terendah. Peningkatan pada dimensi Kualitas Informasi dapat dilakukan perbaruan secara berkala sehingga informasi yang disajikan menjadi lebih relevan. Sedangkan untuk dimensi Kualitas Interaksi Layanan dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap keluhan seputar website alumni.Kata Kunci — Kualitas Layanan, Website Alumni, Webqual 4.0The Alumni Amikom Yogyakarta Website which can be accessed at the domain address alumni.amikom.ac.id is part of the Amikom University of Yogyakarta which serves as a means of sharing information while acting as a liaison between the company and job seekers, especially alumni of Yogyakarta Amikom University. So far, the alumni website has been running, yet an evaluation of the quality of website services has been carried out based on the perception of the end user as feedback to the website manager so that the manager can find out how far the user satisfaction is and the quality of the service provided. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of the alumni website service using three dimensions that exist in the method of Webqual 4.0, there are Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality. The conclusion of this study is the influence of the three dimensions of Webqual 4.0 on user satisfaction. The most influential dimensions are Information Quality and Service Interaction Quality. The purpose of this paper is to examine the antecedents of e-banking loyalty and evangelism via threefold construct of WEQUAL (usability, information quality, and service interaction) of public sector banks operating in India. Moreover, it also investigates the mediating role of consumers' trust on the website quality of these banks and their impact on e-banking loyalty and evangelism. The data was collected from 243 respondents through online questionnaire. In order to develop the model and test the hypotheses, partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was done through Smart PLS version 3.2.9. Results assert that website quality of banks positively influences the trust of consumers via usability, information quality, and service interaction. Also, consumer trust plays a mediation role between WEBQUAL constructs and e-banking loyalty and evangelism.

Purpose The expectation gap between auditors and users has recently been the topic of many controversies. This paper aims to evaluate the relationship between auditor’s characteristics and audit expectation gap among information users in listed companies on the Tehran stock exchange market. In other words, the study attempts to find whether there is a significant relationship between audit components and the audit expectation gap or not. Design/methodology/approach The multiple regression model is used to test the hypotheses. Research hypotheses are tested using a sample of 78 listed companies on the Tehran stock exchange during 2012-2016, by using integrated data technique of the multiple regression model. Findings The findings show that standard audit fees are not significantly associated with the audit expectation gap. Furthermore, audit fees are negatively associated with the audit expectation gap, which provides that allocated audit price in financial statements gives useful information for external and internal individuals. Predictably, it is recommended that audit opinion significantly determines the level of the audit expectation gap. The authors also find that the independence of the director boards and audit committee members fulfill the expectation gap of individual users. Moreover, finding the negative impact of audit firms ranking on the expectation gap, supports the idea of higher ranked audit firms provide high quality services, and consequently, more reliable information. Finally, the results show that the audit record is positively associated with the audit expectation gap. Originality/value As all recent studies on the expectation gap were qualitative, the present study is the first paper, which measures the expectation gap quantitatively through the statistical method.

Performance evaluation was showed that average service time from January to October 2016 was 35.56 minutes. The average service time ensuring provision of medical records of outpatients was under targets because the standard of service time of the Minister of Health No. 129 at 2008 is <10 minutes. This research aimed to determine the information quality of medical record documents outpatients as helped efforts to improve the information quality of medical record documents. This was a descriptive study with cross-sectional design. Data was collected through observation outpatient medical record on December. The samples consisted 115 medical record documents. The sampling method used was random sampling. Variable used by researchers was the quality dimensions of The Product and Service Performance for Information Quality Model. The results showed the dimensions free of error of 68.33%, dimensions of concise representation of 58.44%, and the dimensions of completeness by 55.56%, and dimensions of consistent representation of 52.22%. Based on research result, average score of information quality assessment were good enough. Recommendation for Medical Record Departementbased on research results was made guidelines or standard operating procedures could be used to increase the quality of medical record documents. Keywords: assessment, dimension, information quality, Medical Record Document,outpatient

Syamsul Huda, Jalal Ikhwan; The research aims to determine the number of variables that affect tourists visiting Zakat beach in Bengkulu city. The population used is the visitors who visit Zakat beach. The type of data implemented is the primery daya. The way of implement it is by spreading out of questioners. The research puts on two variables. First, it is the independent variable. It consist of servicing, the trimming of the facilities, safety and earning. Where as the dependent variables focuses on the readability of the visitors to visit Zakat beach. The test stage are done by utilizing spss. To create the hypothesis test stages, it can apply the multiple regression model and t-statistic test. Building upon the hypothesis test result, it has been uncovered that the quality of servicing and safety have significant effects to the readibility of the visitors to come to see Zakat beach in Bengkulu city of Bengkulu province. It can be concluded that the trimming of the facility and earnings do not make significant effects towards the viusitors readability to pay a visit to Zakat beach.Key Words: Service, Facilities, Security and Income.

<p><em>This research aims to identify the most important financial ratios affecting the share price of insurance companies listed in the Iraqi Stock Exchange Market (ISEM) during the period 2006-2015, and to indicate which ratios are more influential than others on share prices. The research population which consisted of (4 companies) is taken from insurance companies listed in the Iraqi Stock Exchange Market. The research sample consisted of one of these companies, representing  25% of the research population. In the statistical analysis a multiple regression model was used to determine the relationship between the independent and the dependent variables and the results of this study showed that there is a statistically significant relationship and effect between some financial ratios and the share price. The study gave a general background on the financial markets and the Iraqi Stock Exchange Market in particular.What characterizes this study from previous ones is demonstrating the effect of the financial ratios on the share price in the Iraqi setting for insurance companies listed in the Iraqi Stock Exchange using the multiple regression method.</em></p>

RESUMEN: Objetivo: Identificar las causas por las que la implementación de esfuerzos de RSU no son eficaces en universidades públicas, así como proponer estrategias para lograr un comportamiento socialmente responsable en dichas instituciones. Material ymétodo: El estudio consistió en dos fases; en la primera, tomó parte quien dirige la Facultad de la universidad participante; y en la segunda, participaron alumnos y administrativos de la misma. A nivel Dirección, se administró una guía de entrevista, al igual que para los administrativos, pero para los alumnos se utilizó un cuestionario ya validado. Se usaron criterios para interpretar la frecuencia de mención de las respuestas cualitativas, así como escalas para las cuantitativas. Resultados: Elmayor puntaje promedio corresponde a calidad de vida laboral, seguida por la relación con losusuarios, cuidado y preservación delmedio ambiente y la relación con la comunidad. Desde la percepción del alumno, la institución se preocupamás por mejorar la calidad de vida de su personal y la relación con los usuarios, pero falta involucrarse en acciones efectivas de cuidado almedio ambiente y quemejoren la relación y vinculación con la comunidad. Conclusiones: Los factores para implementar exitosamente la RSU, son el compromiso y participación del personal de la institución, las acciones conjuntas con otras instituciones, énfasis en el cuidado ambiental, participación de la institución en actividades sociales, procurar la satisfacción de los usuarios de la Institución, apreciar la importancia de la institución para el desarrollo, así comomantener ymejorar las relaciones con el gobierno. Sin embargo, también deben considerarse la habilidad para negociar de las autoridades con los profesores, sindicato y alumnos, así como promover los valores, visión y misión de la institución. ABSTRACT: Objective: Identify the reasons why the efforts on implementing university social responsibility (USR) in public universities have not been effective, as well as propose strategies to achieve a socially responsible behavior in such institutions. Material and method: The study consisted on two stages; in the first one, the Faculty Director participated; and in the second one, the participants were students and administrative workers. An interview guide was administered to the Director and the administrative workers, and an already validated questionnaire was applied to the students. Criteria for interpreting the frequency of qualitative responseswere used, as well as scales for quantitative ones. Results: The highest average score corresponds to quality of working life, followed by the relationship with users, care and preservation of the environment and the relationship with the community. From the perception of the students, the institution is more concerned about improving the quality of life of its employees and the relationship with users, but lacks involving in effectiveactionsincaringfor theenvironment as well as the improvement of the relationship and community linkage. Conclusions: The factors to implement successfully the USR are commitment and participation of the staff of the institution; the joint actions with other institutions; the emphasis on the environmental care; the participation of the institution in social activities; the satisfaction of the institution users, the fact of appreciating the importance of the institution for the development, aswell as keeping and improving the relationships with the government. However, it is also necessary to consider the ability of the authorities to negotiate with the professors, union and students, as well as to promote the institutional values, vision andmission.
