Abstract: With the crisis caused by COVID-19, the concept of resilience has gained importance in the tourism sector, one of the most affected. This pause has provoked a change of model based on sustainability where the model of Smart Tourism Destinations (ITD) appear as the main beneficiaries of this crisis since they manage to overcome the objective of growth and have a planning and management approach contributing to the sustainability of the tourism sector and acting as a good example. This paper aims through the analysis of indicators to characterize the relationship between sustainability and resilience, to analyze the contribution of the DTI model to sustainability and its implications for becoming more resilient, as well as to identify limitations and identify new possibilities to make destinations more resilient. Evolving towards smarter destinations requires more attention than simple indicators and the interrelation of different dimensions: environmental, socio-cultural,... that together with the incorporation of the SDG 2030, will lead us towards a more integrated and sustainable model.   Key words: sustainability, Smart Tourism Destination (ITD), resilience, tourism model, smart cities, planning.

Purpose. Consider the problems of a tourist destination on the example of a capital city with an emphasis on the structure, mechanism, basic elements and stages of high-quality tourist services, in the context of the formation of the destination "Kiev" as an element of a modern smart city. Methodology. Analytical, statistical, graphic, systemic and comparative geographical methods were used. Approbation. The main conceptual issues of the formation of tourist destinations and the problems of their accompanying components were studied by domestic scientists(M. Boyko, Y. Zabaldina, A. Mazaraki, S. Melnichenko, I. Smirnov, T. Tkachenko and others) and were tested in the previous works of the authors of this article. Scientific novelty. The communication relationship of tourism service providers with their consumers is dictated by the availability of modern technologies, approaches and methods of forming tourist destinations as components of the smart tourism model. Today, the available theoretical, methodological and practical studies of smart tourism and smart destinations are controversial, given the fact that the scientific literature has not yet formed clearly theoretical constructions that would make it possible to formulate the main components of relationships in a smart destination. In this article, the authors have proposed an algorithm for the formation and development of the capital's smart city, using the example of the Kiev destination. Practical significance. The article raises controversial issues related to the realities of modern life of people in the framework of innovative approaches to the activities of the tourism sector in Ukraine, with its problems, challenges and practical solutions. The publication materials can be used in the educational process in higher educational institutions that train specialists for the Ukrainian tourism industry, the practical activities of travel operators and agencies, in the process of work of departments and professional institutions, relate to the tourism system of providing services or the processes of studying the issues of the introduction of innovative technologies into the tourism sector of Ukraine.

This study intends to assess the development of IoT-based smart cities industry and the possibilities of blockchain integration from the perspective of industry stakeholders as the vision for a modern, integrated smart city future is predicated upon intelligence and the relationship between data-rich connections and human activities. Although this ideal of an interconnected urban landscape is currently being tested and actively used by consumers spanning a range of connected nodes and service solutions, the scalability, interoperability, and security of this emergent cyber-physical ideal has yet to be adequately resolved. This study used an exploratory study design following a mixed method design approach. A structured questionnaire survey (quantitative) and interviews (qualitative) were conducted for collecting data. IBM SPSS was used for the analysis of the data, which computed descriptive statistics, cross-tabulation, Pearson correlation, and ANOVA for quantitative data and thematic analysis for qualitative data. Through an empirical assessment of the perceptions and expertise of 122 stakeholders from within the worldwide IoT smart city industry, conceptual support for blockchain integration into the IoT solution was acquired, highlighting the solution-oriented, system-centered advantages of a decentralised, autonomous data management backbone that could be applied to future IoT-based smart city solutions. To meet the broad and diversified needs of the smart city and its future evolution, this study has confirmed that a commitment to decentralisation and blockchain intermediary data management is critical to scalable, secure, and autonomous negotiations of the IoT-enabled smart city networks.

AbstractHaving treatment in a hospital (hospitalization) is an unpleasant and threatening experience for everyone, especially for children who are still in the process of growth and development. One way to resolve this problem is to use therapeutic communication effectively which will and will be carried out nursing actions. To communicate with children, special approaches or techniques are needed so that the relationship can run well according to the child's growth and development. One of the predisposing factors according to Lawrencen Green's theory is knowledge, when a nurse has good knowledge, her ability in therapeutic communication will be good too. The aim of study is to determine the relationship of knowledge with the therapeutic communication skills of nurses in pediatric patients. This research uses survey analytic methode with crosssectional. Sample in the study were 66 nurses in inpatient rooms of Graha Husada Hospital, technique purposive samplingfor sampling.Data analysis using the Spearman Rank (Rho) correlation test with a significance level (α = 0.05)  is obtained p value 0.025 (p <0.05). There is relationship of knowledge with therapeutic communication ability of nurses in pediatric patients treated at Graha Husada Hospital  Bandar Lampung. Nurses are expected to be able to improve services in providing nursing care to pediatric patients, especially preschool age pediatric patients. Indonesian has a close relationship in learning Indonesian with the environment. Because, the environment can determine a person's language. A person will have a good language if he is in an environment where the Indonesian language is qualified. A good Indonesian environment can be started from learning Indonesian that relates it to the surrounding environment. The environment is very important for the survival of living things on earth. This is because the environment is the home of all living things on earth. Including humans, animals, plants that we must preserve. If the environment did not exist then all living things on earth would not survive. Likewise, if the environment continues to be damaged.

Chapter 1 lays out the book’s theoretical framework. Accepting the claim that Israel is a neoliberalizing society, it asserts labor’s agency and its potential to thwart neoliberalism as part of a struggle taking place on the ideological or symbolic level too. It then proposes neocorporatism as a useful conceptual approach, and links this to union revitalization and concepts of power. These theoretical terms and concepts are used to anchor the three “spheres” of union activity which structure the book: union democracy, or workers’ relationship to their representative organization; the balance of power between labor and capital, and the way the potential clash of interests between them is viewed and played out; and the relationship of labor to the political establishment and wider political community. Finally, a short coda explains the research process and approach that led to the book.
