Abstrak— PT. Shamrok Manufacturing Corpora merupakan perusaan yang bergerak di bidang sarung tangan, saat ini perusahaan masih menggunakan proses manual untuk melakukan proses pendataan barang masuk dan keluar. Tentunya hal tersebut akan memakan waktu yang cukup lama untuk melakukan proses terhadap data sehingga tidak efisien kemungkinan lainnya yang dapat terjadi yaitu data yang dicatat pada lembaran kertas tersebut kotor, rusak, maupun hilang. Untuk mengatasi kekurangan tersebut maka di bangun sebuah sistem informasi pendataan barang masuk dan keluar untuk dapat mempermudah dalam proses pendataan surat masuk dan keluarKata Kunci— Sistem Informasi, barang masuk dan barang keluar. Abstract— PT. Pendataan yang bersifat manual menjadikan permasalahan pada proses dilakukannya pendataan, hal ini juga terjadi pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan dimana pendataan masih bersifat manual dengan keterbatasan jumlah Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang ditugaskan untuk melakukan pendataan, oleh karena itu pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan pelatihan sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan waktu pendataan dan mengurangi kompleksitas dalam proses pendataan pada pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan. Pelatihan sistem informasi yang dimaksud adalah sistem informasi pendataan berbasis masyarakat, yang berisikan data dasar yang diperlukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah dalam rangka penyusunan rencana pembangunan. Data informasi tidak akan memberikan manfaat jika tidak dijadikan sebagai bahan acuan dalam penyusunan rencana pembangunan sehingga pelatihan dan pendampingan perlu dilakukan untuk tercapainya tujuan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Berbasis Masyarakat, PendataanABSTRACT Manual data collection causes problems in the data collection process, this also occurs in the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office where data collection is still manual with a limited number of Human Resources (HR) assigned to collect data, therefore this service activity is carried out information system training to increase data collection time and reduce complexity in the data collection process for employees at the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office. The information system training referred to is a community-based data collection information system, which contains basic data required by the Regional Government in the framework of formulating development plans. Information data will not provide benefits if it is not used as a reference in the preparation of development plans so that training and assistance are needed to achieve the goals.Keywords : Information System, Community Based, Data Collection

Currently collector businessmen are experiencing problems, namely the absence of data collection for suppliers and collapsed transaction activities. In addition, the administrative data collection process is still carried out manually by the admin, , one of which is using notes when making junk transactions and when partners make payments to collectors, there are often communication errors in junk transactions between suppliers and partners often occur. In order to overcome the existing problems, this research proposes the development of a collector administration information system named SIKEPUL using the laravel framework. The method in developing the system used is the waterfall method. The results showed that the SIKEPUL information system could solve the problems faced. The overall results of the questionnaire for 30 respondents were that 20% said it was very good, 52% said it was good, and 28% said it was enough for this system.

This chapter suggests the use of comparative pairs analysis as a method of collecting data for inter-organizational information system and chain research. It is argued that chains of organizations can be analyzed by collecting data from a focal firm about upstream suppliers and downstream customers. By comparing pairs of respondents within the focal firm, the differences between customers and suppliers can be analyzed. In addition, it is suggested that by asking each respondent to discuss two third-party organizations, differences in responses can be highlighted and explained during the data collection process. This can provide a rich source of data to explain results obtained.

Abstract—The student unit activity is an institution to achieve goals by holding events within the institution. FOSTI is one of the student activity units on the campus of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta that uses a web-based information system, of course in this application to make it easier to collect data or register for events being held. The purpose of this final semester assignment is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze the existing system and evaluate the deficiencies in the system to the user. The registration process for event participants is done manually, often incorrectly in recording or data collection of event participants and creating piles of data in the form of papers, allowing data to be inserted due to negligence on the part of the committee. To solve this problem, it is necessary to have a registration application system. Making this system using the framework system Laravel Based Framework. Used to find easy alternatives. The method in this management information system uses Laravel Based. Making a system in a program with the PHP programming language, the process of registering events held by the laravel based method can facilitate the registration and data collection process, which previously used the manual method which took quite a long time. The method in this research uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. for designing the system using Contex Diagram, HIPO, and DAD. The purpose of this study is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze existing systems and evaluate the deficiencies of the system to the user. The final result in the registration process and event data collection is in the form of types of events in the FOSTI organization, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and participant data reports.

Inventory information system is something that is often heard in a company. A company that is engaged in trading of such distributions must be familiar with the inventory system. The use of manual recording has a negative impact on the company. Looking at company earnings and how many remaining items available manually require a long time. This research aims to design an inventory information system to help employees manage goods and find available items more easily so as to reduce mistakes made by employees. The system designed in this study uses Microsoft Access. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, data collection techniques in research conduct interviews, observation, and literature study conducted directly with the owner of the company. This research produces an application that can help control the inventory of goods more effectively and informally so that it can control the goods entering and leaving the company

This article introduces the latest iteration of the most widely used dataset on interstate conflicts, the Militarized Interstate Dispute (MID) 5 dataset. We begin by outlining the data collection process used in the MID5 project. Next, we discuss some of the most challenging cases that we coded and some updates to the coding manual that resulted. Finally, we provide descriptive statistics for the new years of the MID data.

The purpose of this study was to obtain data on the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, whether it has been implemented well enough and has been applied for a long time at Al-Jamilah Sei Mati Private MTs Padang Tualang by involving students actively in learning and applying various learning methods. Teachers always try to innovate in managing learning by applying interesting methods and positioning themselves as facilitators according to the mandate of the 2013 curriculum. The principle of learning is to humanize humans (humanism), by nurturing children to grow cognitive, affective, psychomotor, life skills. social and spiritual. This research uses research with qualitative data approach in the data collection process and is described by describing the data obtained at the research location to the conclusion. As for the results of the research on educating with the ngemong system which is a form of guidance carried out by teachers to their students which is applied in madrasas. The students' ability to learn aqidah akhlaq has improved quite well with the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum, which can be seen from the active role of students when learning and student involvement during class discussions. Students' understanding of learning also increases which can be seen from the fairly good student scores and the application of religious values ​​that have been studied, especially in students of aqidah akhlaq. Students show good morals in the Madrasa environment both to teachers and to fellow friends.

Due to the energy limitation in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), most researches related to data collection in WSNs focus on how to collect the maximum amount of data from the network with minimizing the energy consumption as much as possible. Many types of research that are related to data collection are proposed to overcome this issue by using mobility with path constrained as Maximum Amount Shortest Path routing Protocol (MASP) and zone-based algorithms. Recently, Zone-based Energy-Aware Data Collection Protocol (ZEAL) and Enhanced ZEAL have been presented to reduce energy consumption and provide an acceptable data delivery rate. However, the time spent on data collection operations should be taken into account, especially concerning real-time systems, as time is the most critical factor for these systems' performance. In this paper, a routing protocol is proposed to improve the time needed for the data collection process considering less energy consumption. The presented protocol uses a novel path with a communication time-slot assignment algorithm to reduce the count of cycles that are needed for the data collection process with reduction of 50% of the number of cycles needed for other protocols. Therefore, the time and energy needed for data collection are reduced by approximately 25%and 6% respectively, which prolongs the network lifetime. The proposed protocol is called Energy-Time Aware Data Collection Protocol (ETCL).
