The purpose of this research is to have a deeper look at the practice of public appraisers at the Public Appraisal Services Office (KJPP) X, in carrying out the revaluation of fixed assets, mainly related to Islamic values by using Shari’ah Enterprise Theory. The research method used a qualitative approach with case study analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the scope of the KJPP assignment is still not in accordance with the Shari'ah Enterprise Theory

This study aims to describe the character formation of millennial students through a parenting model based on Islamic education spectacles for students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Mun'im Karanganyar Paiton Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Analysis of research data using the Miles and Hubarman technique. The results of the study show that the Islamic educative parenting model manifests changes in the character of students who are getting better, such as: increased acts of mutual help, honesty in words and actions, and positive responses to the social environment. The implication of character building through Islamic education shows is one solution for parents and educators who are trying to shape, develop or improve children's character.

This research is motivated by the growth of coffee consumption in Indonesia which has been getting higher since 2016. This phenomenon can be seen from the expanding of the coffee industry in Jakarta. Brookland Coffee has become one of the coffeeshops that has been around since 2019 and is in demand by the public. This study aims to determine the use of brand experience for brand loyalty in Brookland coffee. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study research method. Researchers collected data for this study through interview sessions, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the use of brand experience for brand loyalty at Brookland Coffee has a positive and significant effect on the bicycle community, which means that with a good brand experience consumers can get an impression and have a positive response so that it can make customers loyal to the product. Brand loyalty can also be defined as how often consumers buy the product. Loyalty is an emotional thing, and can be interpreted as a customer's loyal attitude towards a brand or productPenelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh pertumbuhan konsumsi kopi di Indonesia yang semakin tinggi sejak 2016. Fenomena ini dapat dilihat dari menjamurnya industri kopi di Jakarta. Brookland Coffee menjadi salah satu coffeeshop yang hadir sejak 2019 dan diminati oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan brand experience terhadap brand loyalty pada brookland coffee. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Peneliti mengumpulkan data untuk penelitian ini melalui sesi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan brand experience terhadap brand loyalty di Brookland Coffee berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada komunitas sepeda, yang berarti dengan pengalaman merek yang baik konsumen dapat mendapatkan kesan dan memiliki respon yang positif sehingga dapat membuat pelanggan loyal pada produk tersebut. Loyalitas merek juga dapat di artikan dari seberapa sering konsumen membeli produk tersebut. Loyalitas adalah hal yang emosional, dan bisa diartikan sebagai sikap setia pelanggan terhadap suatu merek atau produk tersebut.

This study discusses the formation of students' religious character through humanist education at SMK NU 2 Kedungpring, Lamongan Regency. This research is a case study research using a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, seen from the data presentation technique in this study using descriptive methods. The method used in this research with data collection techniques is the technique of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the teacher acts as a trendsetter for the development of religious character through habituation, learning and interaction that emphasizes Islamic values. The factors that influence the formation of religious character through humanist education include the commitment of teachers who are not simultaneously in the development of religious character, besides that the lack of the number of religious teachers and the limited number of school facilities and infrastructure also affects the character building of humanist-religious students.

The success of a company depends on its branding managed human resources. Therefore it is important for the company to pay attention to the image or image attached to the company. This article seeks to find out how employer branding is implemented at the e-commerce company Shopee Indonesia. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and a case study research method. Data collected from interviews with key informants throughout 2018. The results stated that the application of employer branding in Shopee Indonesia is carried out through a program that refers to the company's vision and mission, personality, and core value. Employer branding program refers to the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy of internal marketing and external marketing. Shopee packages the program through #LifeAtShopee which is run by several departments within Shopee. Employer branding programs at Shopee are not only to attract potential employees and keep employees as company assets, but also to influence Shopee's image in the eyes of the public externally and internally.

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find out whether the accounting practices which include the recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure of the murabaha transactions applied to the BMT Rahmat Syariah in accordance with PSAK 102 about accounting murabaha. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach with this type of case study research. The Unit of analysis in this study is the accounting treatment of murabaha is applied to the BMT Rahmat Syariah. Analytical techniques used in this research is a domain analysis techniques. From the results of the research can be determined three related domains of contract i.e. the beginning of akkadian murabaha, during the process of installment and repayment. Research results can be concluded that BMT Rahmat Syariah in terms of recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure of early contract deal not in accordance with PSAK 102. During the process of contract, in terms of the measurement of profit murabaha were in accordance with PSAK 102, but in terms of recognition, presentation, and disclosure is not in accordance with PSAK 102. Whereas in the recognition, measurement and disclosure of fines (ta'zir) is in compliance with PSAK 102 only served and which is not in accordance with PSAK 102. At the time of payment of the measurements were in accordance with PSAK 102, however, recognition, representation, and the disclosure is not in accordance with PSAK 102.

One thing that is important in shaping the students who berakh lakul karimah is by providing character education to students. One of the policies made to shape the character of learners is by making a dhuha prayer policy in congregation. This study aims to find out how the implementation of dhuha prayer policy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach with case study research type. The study was conducted in Mts. Al-Amien Kediri. Data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, documentation Data analysis techniques used are data reduction (brand data / summarize data), display data (presentation data), and withdrawal of verification conclusions. Validity of data used is with triangulation and peers. The results of this study indicate that, dhuha prayer policy in Mts. Al-Amien Kediri is implemented through one component of disposition or attitude, where in this disposition component includes 3 things: first, the commitment that the dhuha prayer is held because of the implementation of the curriculum 13, the two excellent student responses, and the student's understanding about the privilege of prayer dhuha.

This study aims to analyze and understand the public relations communication strategy in increasing public trust in Nurul Jadid University, Paiton, Probolinggo, East Java. Public trust as the end of public relations communication activities, is very interesting to study, considering the trust will be built if universities have appropriate and effective strategies in carrying out public relations communication activities. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. Informants in this study consisted of leaders, lecturers, and employees. Data collection techniques are done through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was conducted circularly through stages of data display, data reduction, drawing conclusions. The results showed that; public relations communication strategy in increasing public trust at Nurul Jadid University is done through; Persuasive communication, assertive communication, paradigmatic communication. The implication of this research shows that communication built with the principle of mutual relationship and Islamic values will be able to minimize the miscommunication and misunderstanding between the institution and its people.
