This study aims to determine the effect of e-servqual on e-satisfaction on mobile banking customers. The population in this study was all customers of BRI Syariah at State Islamic University sultan Syarif Kasim. The sampling method in this study uses non probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique where this technique takes samples with certain considerations. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression methods. The results showed the facts of the six e-servqual variables offered in this study, only the fulfillment, privacy, and responsiveness variables have a significant relationship. While the 3 other variables namely efficiency, reliability and contact do not have a significant influence on e-satisfaction customers of BRI Syariah mobile banking in UIN Suska Riau. These six e-servqual variables have an effect of 62.7% on the e-satisfaction variable while the remaining 37% are approved by other variables not included in this study.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of promotion and price on purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta. Secondary data was obtained from PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, while primary data was obtained from customers of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk in Province of DKI Jakarta through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that promotion and price positively and significant influenced the purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta. The conclution of this study is that price was dominant than the promotion in influencing the purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta.

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous variables X1 (facilities) and X2 (service quality) to variable Y (satisfaction) and know the partial influence of variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) to variable Y (satisfaction). Sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data collection method in this research is using primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23. Based on the result of t test data analysis variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) partially have no significant effect on passenger satisfaction in terminal Rajekwesi Bojonegoro and the result of F test simultaneous variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) have significant influence to passenger satisfaction in terminal Rajekwesi Bojonegoro.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of product quality and service quality on customers loyalty. Secondary data was obtained from PT. Global Shinsei Indonesia, while primary data was obtained from customers of PT. Global Shinsei Indonesia, Tbk through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality no significant and service quality significant influenced the customers loyalty. The conclution of this study is that service quality was dominant than the product quality in influencing customers loyalty

The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality and corporate image on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Standard Chartered Bank through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that services quality and corporate image positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that services quality was dominant than corporate image in influencing the satisfaction of customers.

This study is to study the effect of internal control and individual morality on fraudulent transportation orders based online at PT. Go-Jek, City of Padang. This research is quantitative research with primary data from questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The population of this research is a car and motorcycle driver, PT. Go-Jek in Padang City. The purposive sampling technique of sampling and a sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis technique is data quality test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test consisting of multiple linear regression tests using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that internal control and individual morality have a negative and significant influence on order fraud

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction of non ASN employees of the Jember Regency Government. The population in this study was all non ASN employees of Jember Regency Government working period 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method that is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The number of samples in this assessment was 52 respondents from the Regional Secretariat and all Agencies in the Jember Regency Government. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is the path analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussion shows that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an effect on performance, the work environment has an effect on performance, and the work environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction

The purpose of this study is to empirically assess the principle of transparency, accountability, accountability, independence and fairness/equality. This research was conducted at PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Sewaka Darma with a quantitative approach that is in the form of associative. This research uses primary data of secondary data. A population of 340 employees and samples were selected using the purposive sampling technique of 56 employees. Data analysis techniques are double linear regression. Based on the results shows that transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness/equality influence positive and significant to the quality of financial information. The purpose of this study was to find out the desire to save the textile industry workers in Semarang Regency and the factors that influence it. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was Labor at 10 TPT Industries totaling 17,757. The sample was determined by 100 respondents using the Slovin formula, and was considered representative. The sampling technique used is simple random. Methods of collecting data used questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data analysis method used multiple linear regression. The variables used in this study are age, income, consumption and education level as independent variables. While the desire to save as a dependent variable. The results showed that the income variable and education level had a positive and not significant effect, the consumption variable had a negative and significant influence, the age variable had a negative and not significant effect on saving desires. Suggestions for optimizing the increase in savings, employees should be able to increase the desire to save by consuming as needed and reduce unnecessary expenses so that the amount of savings can be increased and the benefits of saving can be felt. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keinginan untuk menyelamatkan pekerja industri tekstil di Kabupaten Semarang dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Tenaga Kerja di 10 Industri TPT dengan total 17.757. Sampel ditentukan oleh 100 responden menggunakan rumus Slovin, dan dianggap representatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah acak sederhana. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah usia, pendapatan, konsumsi dan tingkat pendidikan sebagai variabel independen. Sedangkan keinginan untuk menabung sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, variabel konsumsi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, variabel umur berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keinginan menabung. Saran untuk mengoptimalkan peningkatan tabungan, karyawan harus dapat meningkatkan keinginan untuk menabung dengan mengkonsumsi sesuai kebutuhan dan mengurangi biaya yang tidak perlu sehingga jumlah tabungan dapat ditingkatkan dan manfaat dari tabungan dapat dirasakan.

This study aims to determine whether production sharing financing and fianancing to deposit ratio affect profitability. Data collection used secondary data and sample in the study using purposive sampling technique. The population is all Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, amounting to 14 Islamic commercial banks, while the sample taken is 5 Islamic commercial banks. The number of samples has been tested using the classical assumption test in the form of normality test, multicolonierity test, heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the first hypothesis proposed was rejected because it showed the results of the hypothesis test of profit-sharing financing which did not have a significant effect on profitability (ROA), while the second hypothesis is rejected because the results of hypothesis testing indicate that the financing to deposit ratio has no significant effect on profitability (ROA).
