This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous variables X1 (facilities) and X2 (service quality) to variable Y (satisfaction) and know the partial influence of variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) to variable Y (satisfaction). Sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data collection method in this research is using primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23. Based on the result of t test data analysis variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) partially have no significant effect on passenger satisfaction in terminal Rajekwesi Bojonegoro and the result of F test simultaneous variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) have significant influence to passenger satisfaction in terminal Rajekwesi Bojonegoro.

The purpose of this study was to determine the appropriate approach to agricultural extension methods of chili farmers in Tiwoho Village, Wori District. This research was conducted from October to December 2018. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Theprimary data collection method is done by asking respondents to fill out a questionnaire that uses a Likert Scale measurement tool and has been prepared. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. The number of respondents is 15 people. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. Secondary data obtained from the Tiwoho Village office and the internet, namely google cendekia to get articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to the topic of this research, especially concerning agricultural extension methods. This study shows that the approach of individual agricultural extension methods is more suitable to have the highest total score as many as 314 and a percentage of 83.7%.*jnkd+eprm*

This study aims to determine the effect of e-servqual on e-satisfaction on mobile banking customers. The population in this study was all customers of BRI Syariah at State Islamic University sultan Syarif Kasim. The sampling method in this study uses non probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique where this technique takes samples with certain considerations. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression methods. The results showed the facts of the six e-servqual variables offered in this study, only the fulfillment, privacy, and responsiveness variables have a significant relationship. While the 3 other variables namely efficiency, reliability and contact do not have a significant influence on e-satisfaction customers of BRI Syariah mobile banking in UIN Suska Riau. These six e-servqual variables have an effect of 62.7% on the e-satisfaction variable while the remaining 37% are approved by other variables not included in this study.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

This study is to study the effect of internal control and individual morality on fraudulent transportation orders based online at PT. Go-Jek, City of Padang. This research is quantitative research with primary data from questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The population of this research is a car and motorcycle driver, PT. Go-Jek in Padang City. The purposive sampling technique of sampling and a sample of 150 respondents. Accounting fraud is an action due to the desire or encouragement to use the opportunity so as to manipulate accounting of financial statements, corruption or misappropriation of assets. Research aims to determine the influence of individual morality, organizational commitment and conformity of compensation on accounting fraud in the LPD of Mengwi sub-district. The sampling method is using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is permormed using questionnaires and questionnaires returned are 194 questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the tests, individual morality, organizational commitment and compensation conformity have negative affect on accounting fraud. The purpose of this study is to empirically assess the principle of transparency, accountability, accountability, independence and fairness/equality. This research was conducted at PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Sewaka Darma with a quantitative approach that is in the form of associative. This research uses primary data of secondary data. A population of 340 employees and samples were selected using the purposive sampling technique of 56 employees. Data analysis techniques are double linear regression. Based on the results shows that transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness/equality influence positive and significant to the quality of financial information. Abstract. This study is a quantitative survey research, namely statistical test data analysis in the form of multiple linear regression with purposive sampling. The data collection method was by distributing questionnaires to 200 participants of the Bareksa Fund Academy training. The results show that the decision of Muslim investors in investing in Islamic mutual funds is influenced by the maqasid sharia principle approach. Meanwhile, the result of F count is significant at 49,141, meaning that, overall, there is an influence of the factors of the maqasid sharia approach on investment decisions (value). This also implies that there is a significant influence of the variables of maintaining religion, soul, sense, and treasure on the investment decisions. Meanwhile, the variable maintaining offspring does not show any effect, because the probability is 0.961> 0.05. Keywords: Investment, Islamic Mutual Funds, Islamic Maqasid Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keputusan investor Muslim dalam berinvestasi di reksadana syariah dengan pendekatan maqashid syariah. Penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan faktor dominan dari pendekatan maqashid syariah (menjaga agama, jiwa, akal, harta, dan keturunan) terhadap keputusan (nilai) investasi. Survey kuantitatif dipilih sebagai pendekatan penelitian, yaitu dengan analisis data uji statistik berupa regresi linear berganda dengan purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada para peserta pelatihan Bareksa Fund Academy, sebanyak 200 peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan investor Muslim dalam berinvestasi di reksadana syariah dipengaruhi oleh pendekatan prinsip maqashid syariah. Sedangkan, hasil F hitung signifikan sebesar 49,141 artinya, secara keseluruhan terdapat pengaruh pada faktorfaktor pendekatan maqashid syariah terhadap keputusan (nilai) investasi. Ini berarti juga terdapat pengaruh pada variabel menjaga agama, jiwa, akal, dan harta secara signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi tersebut. Namun demikian, variabel menjaga keturunan tidak berpengaruh karena probabilitas 0,961>0,05. Kata kunci: Investasi, Reksadana Syariah, Maqashid Syariah

<p><em>The purpose of research is to analyze the service quality influence to the customer satisfaction of Simpedes savings product in Bank Rakyat Indonesia ltd Pattimura Branches Semarang. </em><em>This research is quantitative</em><em> </em><em>causal applied research.</em><em> </em><em>The population in this research is Simpedes savings </em><em>product</em><em> </em><em>in</em><em> </em><em>in Bank Rakyat Indonesia ltd Pattimura Branches Semarang </em><em>as many as 100 </em><em>customers. Data collection method used the purposive sampling. The data used in the research are primary and secondary data. The analytical model used in this research is </em><em>Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of research, service quality </em><em>has </em><em>significantly influence </em><em>on </em><em>the customer satisfaction</em><em>. Emphaty has the greatest influence customer satisfaction with beta of 31,1 and the lowest influence customer satisfaction is reliability with beta of 11,8.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline partially, and the effect of leadership and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin.This research uses quantitative methods. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The population of this research is the employees of Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin, amounting to 102 people. Sampling uses probability sampling. The technique of data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 51 respondents from Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin employees who were obtained using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on performance in Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 21.00 for windows.The results of the study concluded that the leadership and work discipline variables partially affect the performance of employees at the Banjarmasin City Education Office. The results of the study concluded that the variables of leadership and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of employees at Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin.
