Open learning model as well as conventional learning model is a learning model that is able to enable students in acquiring knowledge and learning experiences. The purpose of this research is to know the difference of learning result between students taught by using model of open matter problem and conventional learning model on the subject of wake up space. This research was conducted at SMP Al Badri Arjasa Jember in February 2018. The research subjects were 70 students in two classes namely class VIII - A and class VIII - B. This research uses experimental design that is, one experiment class and one control class. The results obtained in the study are learning outcomes using open-ended learning model and conventional learning model. T-test conducted shows that there are differences. Average learning outcomes of experimental class students after treatment was 69.657 while the control class learning outcome was 56.886. The conclusion that can be drawn from data analysis and discussion result is difference of student learning result by using model of open learning problem with conventional learning model, and model of open learning problem is suitable to be applied to the subject of student room of SMP Al Badri Arjasa Jember.

Abstrak:Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model Pembelajaran Van Hiele untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Luas Permukaan serta Volume Balok dan Kubus di kelas VIII  SMP N 18 Palu. Rancangan penelitian mengacu pada model Kemmis dan Mc.Taggart, yang terdiri dari 4 komponen yaitu: 1) perencanaan, 2) tindakan, 3) pengamatan, dan 4) refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini ialah siswa kelas VIII  SMP N 18  Palu yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, tes, wawancara, dan catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Van Hiele dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan mengikuti fase-fase: 1) informasi, 2) orientasi terarah, 3) uraian, 4) orientasi bebas, dan 5) integrasi. Kata Kunci: model Pembelajaran Van Hiele, Hasil Belajar, Luas Permukaan serta Volume Balok dan Kubus. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe the application of Van Hiele Learning model to improve student learning outcomes on Surface Surface and Block and Cube in Grade VIII SMP N 18 Palu. The subject of this research is the students of class VIII SMP N 18 Palu, amounting to 20 students. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, tests, interviews, and field notes. The results showed that the application of Van Hiele learning model can improve student learning outcomes by following the phases: 1) information, 2) orientation directed, 3) description, 4) free orientation, and 5) integration. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative learning model type Group Investigation (GI) on learning outcomes of students in the subject matter of temperature and heat in SMP PGRI 4 Medan. This type of research is quasi-experimental. The population of this entire class VIII SMP PGRI 4 Medan much as three classes. The sample in this study was taken as a random sampling of two classes. The instrument used  to determine student learning outcomes in the material temperature and heat in the form of multiple-choice questions numbered 20 and the observation sheet. The results obtained by testing hypotheses that there is a significant relationship between the use of cooperative learning model GI on student learning outcomes. Keywords: Cooperative learning model group investigation, learning outcomes.

This study aims to find out how the application of the problem based learning (PBL), and the learning outcomes of Nahwu students; and to know the effect of the problem based learning model on Nahwu results at Wahid Hasyim Sleman High School. This type of research is Experimental Research with comparative data. The subject of this research is class X Mipa 1 as an experimental class and class X IPS as a control class. The results of this study indicate that the average experimental class students before applying the PBL learning model is 74. While the average control class students before being given treatment is 72. The average experimental class students after applying the PBL is 85, and the average control class after being given a treatment of 74. From the results of the T test analysis obtained a significance value of 0,000. That is, the PBL is influential in improving student Nahwu learning outcomes. This shows that the class given a PBL model on average is bigger than the class applied in the conventional learning model. The difference is significant. That is, the PBL model is influential in improving the learning outcomes of Nahwu.

This article aims to determine the differences in the results of learning mathematics by using the appropriate learning model in the application of cooperative learning model Number Head Type Togeteher (NHT) and Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) on the subject of Circles at MTs Muhammadiyah Penyasawan, Kampar District. In this research the problem statement is "Are there differences in learning outcomes of mathematics using Cooperative learning models Number Head Together (NHT) and Student Achievement Division (STAD) types in class VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Penyasawan Kampar District on the subject of Circles?" This article uses comparative research which found a difference between the use of Cooperative learning models Number Head Together (NHT) and Student Achievement Division (STAD) types, in this study the researchers played a direct role as teachers in the learning process. In this study Cooperative Learning NHT type is X1 and STAD type is X2 variable and learning result is Y variable. The population of this study is all Muhammadiyah MTS students and the sample used is VIIIA class as a class using Cooperative Learning Type Number Head Together (NHT) and class VIIIB as a class that uses Student Team Achievement Divison (STAD) Type Learning Model. The research subjects were eighth grade eighth grade students and the object was learning outcomes using the cooperative learning type NHT model and learning outcomes using the STAD learning model. The data collection technique is in the form of observation, documentation and tests conducted at the sixth meeting after the learning meeting is complete. This data is processed using the test-t formula and obtained a t value of 4.115 with a significant value of 2.69 where the significant value obtained from the calculation is greater than the significance level α = 0.05, then Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was concluded that there were differences in the mathematics learning outcomes of students using the Cooperative learning model Number Head Together (NHT) and Student Achievement Division (STAD) types on the subject of the Circle at MTs Muhammadiyah Penyasawan Kampar Distric

The purpose of this research is to know the difference of student physics learning result by using Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model. The type of research used is quantitative research with experimental research method. The population in this study are all students of class VIII SMP Negeri Air Lesing. In this study the entire population used as a sample, so this research is a sample study with class VIII. 1 as experimental class I and VIII. 2 as experimental class II. The data were collected using a test technique consisting of 7 essay questions. The collected data then analyzed using ttest is tcount = 2,104 and ttable = 2,021. with criteria t count more than ttable, then H0 rejected Ha accepted. Thus the hypothesis proposed in this study accepted the truth. Based on the results of research and discussion it can be concluded that there are differences in the results of physics learning using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model and Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model At SMP Negeri Air Lesing. The purpose of the use of problem-based learning model with the scientific approach is to improve student learning outcomes. This study uses a class action research design. The subject of this research is all class VIII-C SMP Wahid Hasyim Karanggeneng Methods of data collection is done by observation, tests, and questionnaires. The results showed that the management of teachers in this study increased in every meeting with both, as well as student activity also increased good. The use of problem-based learning model with this scientific approach can help to improve student learning outcomes. And students responded positively to the use of problem-based learning model with this scientific approach.Keywords: problem-based learning, scientific approach, learning outcomes

The background of this research is the learning process is still centered on the teacher, the lesson using thelecture method, so that the students are less motivated in the learning process, the students are less enthusiasticand not actively inquiring in the delivery of learning materials. This study aims to improve teacher skills andstudent activities so as to improve student learning outcomes of grade II SDN 016 Buluh Kasap Dumai Timurusing cooperative learning model Scripts. This research is a classroom action research conducted in May 2012,the subject of this research is the second grader of SDN 016 Buluh Kasap Dumai Timur with amount of 33.Measuring tool used in this research is teacher activity, student activity, learning result, and mastery learning.The result showed that: (a) on the basic score of students who reached KKM 14 students (42.42%), UH I was 24students (72,72) and UH II was 29 students (87,87%) ; and (b) the result of learning mathematics of studentshave an increase on base score equal to 54,60 with low category, at UH I equal to 68,20 with medium category,and at UH II equal to 77,20 with high category. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded thatcooperative learning model type of script can improve the learning outcomes of students of grade II SDN 016Buluh Kasap Dumai.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII-A SMPN 2 Piani melalui model discovery learning. Penelitian ini merupakan  Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Siklus I terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan, dan siklus II terdiri dari tiga kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-A SMPN 2 Piani, yang terdiri dari 9 orang siswa laki-laki dan 11 orang siswa perempuan. Objek penelitan adalah motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran tekanan zat dengan menerapkan model discovery learning. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari lembar observasi motivasi belajar siswa dan tes hasil belajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa motivasi siswa dari siklus I dan siklus II mengalami peningkatan, dari kurang termotivasi menjadi termotivasi. Hasil Belajar siswa kelas VIII-A juga mengalami kenaikan ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I mencapai 65% selanjutnya pada siklus II menjadi 95% (melebihi batas ketuntasan klasikal= 80%). Sehingga model pembelajaran discovery learning dapat dijadikan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa.This study aims to improve learning motivation and student learning outcomes in class VIII-A at SMPN 2 Piani through a discovery learning model. This study is a classroom tidiness study. Cycles I are two encounters and cycles II are three encounters. The study was done by applying the discovery learning model. Action class consists of twenty pullings of research subjects made up nine male students and eleven female students. The object of research is the motivation to learn and the results of students degrees in the pressure of learning by applying the discovery learning model. The research instrument consisted of learning motivation sheets and learning achievement tests. Based on the research results, it was found that the motivation of students from cycle I and cycle II had increased, from less motivated to be motivated. Learning outcomes of class VIII-A students also experienced an increase in learning completeness in the first cycle reaching 65%; then in the second cycle, it became 95% (exceeding the classical completeness limit = 80%). So the discovery learning model can be a way to increase the motivation and learning result.

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of problem-based learning model-assisted learning concept maps on learning outcomes of students in the subject matter of dynamic power in the second half of class X SMA Negeri Medan FY 14 2013/2014. This research is a quasi-experiment with the entire population of students in grade 14 class X SMA Negeri Medan, amounting to 9 classes. The study sample consisted of two classes defined by cluster random sampling technique, which is a class X IPA-3 by using a model-assisted learning problem based learning concept maps and IPA-2 class X using conventional learning models. The instrument used in this study was twofold: 1) achievement test in the form of multiple choice with 5 possible answers of 20 questions that have been declared valid by the validator. 2) observation sheet student learning activities. The average value of student activities for learning problem-based learning model with the concept of classified active-assisted map. Based on the t test at significance level α = 0.05 level, we could say that there is an influence model of learning problem-based learning-assisted concept mapping on learning outcomes of students in the subject matter of dynamic electric field in SMA 14 TA 2013/2014. Keywords   :         problem based learning, concept maps, learning outcomes, activities.

Write This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which aims to see the results of PAK learning through the application of the Think-Pair-Share Technique Cooperative Learning Model Application. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII SMP Parulian 3 Medan with 30 students as respondents. The subject of study is Life of Gratitude. The research instrument was a test given to students as many as 11 questions for the first cycle and 15 questions in the second cycle. Each cycle is carried out with different materials according to the learning limits at school. Each cycle consists of a planning stage, an action stage, an observation stage, and a reflection stage. In the first cycle, there was an increase in student PAK learning outcomes, namely 46.39% with the incomplete assessment category. Whereas in cycle II, there was also an increase in student PAK learning outcomes, namely 84.88% with the complete assessment category. This means that the application of Think-Pair-Share Learning can improve SMP students' PAK learning outcomes. AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan melihat hasil belajar PAK melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think-Pair and Share. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas VIII SMP Parulian 3 Medan dengan jumlah responden 30 siswa. Adapun subjek belajar adalah Hidup Bersyukur. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah test yang diberikan kepada siswa sebanyak 11 soal untuk siklus I dan 15 soal pada siklus II. Setiap siklus dilaksanakan dengan materi yang berbeda sesuai dengan batas pelajaran di sekolah. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tahap tindakan, tahap pengamatan, dan tahap refleksi. Pada siklus I, terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar PAK siswa yakni 46,39% dengan kategori penilaian belum tuntas. Sedangkan pada siklus II, juga terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar PAK siswa yakni 84,88% dengan kategori penilaian tuntas. Ini berarti penerapan Pembelajaran Tipe Think-Pair and Share dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PAK siswa SMP.
