Abstract: the subject of the article is the increase in service quality of higher professional education by applying the theory of lean manufacturing in universities. The object of the article is the service delivery process of higher professional education. The purpose of the article is the increase in quality services of  higher professional education in universities.  We solve the following problems to achieve the stated objective: we investigated the role of service quality of higher professional education in the innovational development of real economics, creating  the method of using the theory of lean manufacturing in university performance, formation of the model for quality assessment of lean manufacturing theory in universities. The methods of scientific research are the theory of lean manufacturing, synthesis and analysis forecasting and design, a systematic approach, expert assessments, retrospective and comparative analysis, predicative analysis. Scientific novelty of the work is represented by the results reflecting the increase in service quality of higher professional education based on the theory of lean manufacturing, the methodology of using lean manufacturing principles for increasing the quality of educational services, synthesis of a four-level model of higher professional education services.

This article examines the technologies for the formation of professional and artistic competence among students - future artists of monumental painting in the context of a personality-oriented approach. This issue is directly related to improving the quality of vocational education through the introduction of relevant pedagogical technologies. It also describes the characteristic features of student-centered classes in universities with students - future artists of monumental painting. The types of pedagogical technologies of the personality-oriented approach are given. The most relevant personality-oriented technologies are considered separately, and their effectiveness (or ineffectiveness) is confirmed by a pedagogical experiment conducted with students by future artists of monumental painting of the Krasnodar State Institute of Culture. And also the study of pedagogical literature describing the experience of predecessors on this topic. The role of various pedagogical approaches in the system of higher professional education is revealed and updated, their individual elements, which are especially significant for research, are highlighted. The author compares the opinions of various scientists (both practitioners and theorists) who have studied the personality-oriented approach in education and the technologies used in the context of this approach, on the basis of which a comprehensive conclusion is drawn, reflected in the concluding part of the article.

The article discusses and describes in detail the specifics of equipping the system of higher professional education with tools of modern pedagogical technologies – game technologies that have a significant impact on the quality of professional training of future specialists and their motivation to obtain general and special competencies. The most relevant game technologies are considered separately. and their effectiveness (or inefficiency) is confirmed by means of a survey of leading teachers of the Crimea who actively use game technologies in their teaching practice. In addition. a significant segment of the study is devoted to reviewing and comparing the experience of predecessors in this matter. The role of various pedagogical approaches in the system of higher professional education is identified and updated. and their separate elements. especially significant for research. are highlighted. The author compares the opinions of various scientists (both practitioners and theoretical researchers) who address the study of the system of modern pedagogical technologies in general and game technologies in particular. on the basis of which a comprehensive conclusion is made. which is reflected in the final part of the article. A special place in the structure of the study is occupied by the selected key method – a questionnaire based on data provided by more than 100 teachers of higher and secondary professional education. This method is one of the most effective and promising methods of scientific-analytical and reflexive research. which is especially important in the framework of pedagogical science.

Features of the conceptual basis for assessing the effectiveness of management and the optimal combination of the level and quality of life of the population of Siberia.The theoretical side of the subject: the conceptual basis for substantiating the role of cultural wisdom for assessing the effectiveness of management and the optimal combination of the level and quality of life of the population.The empirical side of the subject: an expert poll on the importance of culturalism for the creation, development and use of the Eurasian ideology in Russia to improve the quality of life of the population.The Purpose of the Study. The goal is to identify the experts' opinion on the role of culturalism in assessing the effectiveness of management and the optimal combination of the level and quality of life of the population.The main theoretical and empirical provisions of the article. At the beginning of the article the authors outlined the factors that actualize the subject of the research results. In the article, the authors, firstly, represent the basic positions of culturalism as a modern social and humanitarian metatheory; secondly, they emphasize the importance of considering the development of the vitalistic model of modern social scientific knowledge, the paradigm of its special and branch theories developing on the basis of culturalism. They describe the results of expert surveys in two regions of Siberia regarding the importance of cultural wisdom for comprehending and solving the problems of ensuring a decent level and quality of life for the population of modern Russia. The authors analyze the assessments of the expert community of the regions of Siberia on the importance of culturalism for the study of the social sphere. At the same time they emphasize the demonstration of the differentiation of expert assessments of the importance of culturalism for the creation, development and use of the Eurasian ideology of the beginning of the XXI century.

This paper focuses on the understanding of service quality in the context of Vietnamese universities. It proposes an approach for measuring the quality of the higher education service provided by universities in Vietnam. Firstly, an exploratory study was conducted. Then, the set of items which were generated became the subject of a questionnaire that was then administered to 675 students of a Vietnamese university to determine the dimensions of higher education service quality in this context. The obtained results permit us to appropriate a measurement scale which is slightly different from the SERVQUAL scale widely known as the standard for measuring service quality. The results also show that tangible elements, responsiveness and assurance seem to be three specific dimensions of the higher education service of Vietnamese universities.

The subject of this research is the specifics, forms and functions of interaction in social media groups between the representatives of ethnic communities. The goal consists in determination of the role of social networks in adaptation of ethnocultural communities of St. Petersburg. The research is based on the polling technique for acquisition of information on the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral state of a person. The survey was conducted via distribution of questionnaires among the representatives of ethnic groups. The article also employs the method of systematic scientific observation over the social media groups, topic raised therein, as well as reading and analysis of the comments. The scientific novelty of this work consists in outlining of the nature, trends and development prospects of cross-cultural communications as the channel for ethnocultural interaction.  The main conclusions, which touch upon users from various ethnic communities who do not have enough experience in organization of activity of social media groups, demonstrate that it causes the loss of the sense of security, accumulation of prejudices and escalation of interethnic conflicts, as well as preference of the with restricted access, which contributes to lock down of the group and impedes adaptation in the accepting society. Stabilization of situation can be achieved by improvement of the quality of content posted in the social media, as well as level of their administration.

The subject of green accounting is one of the modern topics in accounting science, which has received great attention by researchers and writers because of its great role in measuring and disclosing environmental activities and in line with the interests of internal and external users of accounting information.  The research stems from a fundamental problem that taking into account the costs of green accounting within the financial statements of economic units would improve the quality of accounting information provided to users. To achieve the goal of the research, a questionnaire was designed and submitted to the stakeholders of users of information and employees of a number of economic units listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange, as well as the use of different statistical methods and methods to extract results related to the role of information on green accounting in improving the quality of accounting information provided by Before economic units. The research reached several results, the most important of which was the need to take into account the costs of green accounting and manifested within the financial statements of economic units, because of its role in improving the quality of accounting information and commensurate with the interests of users, so it should work to measure those costs and disclosed to contribute to Meet the wishes and interests of users of financial statements.

The possibilities of using distance learning on the Internet are considered with the fulfillment of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education to the learning out-comes according to the indicators established in the discipline programs - to know, be able, and have skills. It is noted that distance learning, being accessible to users, does not have an evidence base for its effectiveness in ensuring the quality of education. In universities with a technological focus, the creation of an educational environment that meets the established requirements is impossible with distance learning. As an additional educational resource, it can be used in organizing students' independent work, studying optional courses, in DPO centers (retraining, professional development).

In the modern world, many countries recognize that education should act in the interests and for the benefit of the ideas of sustainable development. At the same time, sustainable development itself becomes an integral element of quality education and its key factor. In Russia, the “national strategy of education for sustainable development” has been formed, which provides for a reorientation from ensuring that students have certain knowledge to the ability to analyse real problems and find possible solutions for them. At the same time, the traditional approach to teaching based on the study of specific subjects remains, but it is important to ensure that each student is able to carry out an interdisciplinary analysis of real-life situations. Currently, a project on “Key areas of development of Russian education for achieving the goals and objectives of sustainable development in the education system” until 2035 has been developed and published, which contains indicators that allow us to assess the achievement of the goals set out in it. However, this document hardly presents the level of higher professional education and its contribution to sustainable development. The article will examine the role of Russian higher education in the concept of sustainable development.
