This study aims to determine the effect of Transfromational Leadership Style on, Work Discipline, and Competence on Employee Performance at PT. Campina Ice Cream Surabaya. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, where researchers distribute questionnaires as data retrieval media which are then processed into interval data which are then tested using the SPSS18 application. The population and samples in this study were 55 employees of PT. Campina Ice Cream Surabaya. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test obtained F count value of 454,106 with a significant level of 0,000, there is a simultaneous significant effect between transfromational leadership style, work discipline, and competence towards employee performance. In partial hypothesis testing, work discipline variables that do not significantly influence employee performance. While the results of the determination test obtained simultaneously (R square) of 0.964 means that the variation in the value of Employee Performance is influenced by the Style of Transformational Leadership, Work Discipline, and Competence of 96.4% while the remaining 3.6% is influenced by other variables not examined.

To achieve the goals of the company, then a leader must apply a leadership style to manage his subordinates because a leader will greatly influence the success of the organization in achieving its objectives. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on employee performance at PT. Suksesindo Pratama in Jakarta. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 60 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study leadership have a significant effect on employee performance by 45.5%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance by 24.4%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Simultaneous leadership and work environment significantly influence employee performance by 50.7%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation and discipline to employee performance at PT Berkah Makmur. This research is a kind of causal associative research which is obligatory for relationship relation between one variable with other variable or the like. The population in this study are employees who work in PT Berkah Makmur. Sampling method using saturated sampling technique with the number of samples of 32 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, secondary data. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis method with multiple linier regression analysis technique. The result of hypothesis test show that transformational leadership style and work motivation have no effect on employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmur, but discipline to employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmu. Determination coefficient test shows 813% employee performance can be explained by the variables of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and discipline, while the remaining 18.7% is explained by other factors not included in this study

Formulation of the problem in the research is how much influence leadership and motivation jointly have on employee performance at the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration. The research method uses surveys with a correlational quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is based on a table developed by Isaac and Michael. In this study, the number of samples was 32 respondents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the hypothesis test of the multiple correlations of leadership variables and motivation together on the performance of employees in the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration, turns out to have a strong and significant positive effect with coefficient values correlation of 0.738 with a calculated F test of 17.376> of F-table of 3.33. While the determination coefficient r2 = 0.545, this means that together the employee performance of 54.5% is determined by leadership and motivation, the remaining 45.5% is determined by other factors.  Abstrak Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian yaitu seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan tabel yang dikembangkan oleh Isaac dan Michael. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji hipotesis korelasi ganda variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi, ternyata memiliki pengaruh yang positif kuat dan signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,738 dengan uji Fhitung sebesar 17,376 > dari Ftabel sebesar 3,33. Sedang koefisien determinasinya r2 = 0,545, hal ini berarti secara bersama-sama kinerja pegawai sebesar 54,5% ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan dan motivasi, sisanya 45,5% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.  Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style,intrinisk motivation on the performance of employees train company with job satisfaction asa mediating variable. The number of respondents taken in this study were 52 respondentsusing probability sampling. This study uses a survey method using a quantitative approach.The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS software.Based on the conclusion that transformational leadership style and intrinsic motivation havea positive effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

This research was conducted at the Spazzio Kuta Bali hotel using saturated samples of 35 employees. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study conclude that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, where the better the application of transformational leadership is ensured also the higher the level of motivation of work held by employees. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if transformational leadership goes well and effectively it can have an effect on improving employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if the higher the work motivation of the employee, the higher the level of employee performance. Work motivation is positively and significantly able to mediate transformational leadership style towards employee performance, that is if the applied leadership style can precisely direct organizational goals with individual needs, the higher the motivation of the subordinates which will further improve their performance. The adoption of public accountability is a way to account for success or failure in order to achieve the organization's mission is the background of this research. The purpose of this study to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of the compilers LAKIP moderated by spiritual intelligence. The sample used in this research is nonprobability sampling with census technique. Respondents of this study amounted to 80 people. Primary data used in this study is poured through a statement in the form of questionnaires. Hypothesis test used moderation regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results prove the performance of LAKIP compilers influenced by leadership style and organizational culture. The influence of organizational culture on the performance of government accountability performance reporting reporter can be moderated by spiritual intelligence, while the influence of leadership style on performance of accountability report reporter of government agency performance can not be moderated by spiritual intelligence.

The success or failure of an organization depends on the activity and creativity of its human resources. For this reason, the main thing to consider is the role of a leader. The role of leadership is very large in motivating employees to work in accordance with work programs that have been set by the organization, in achieving the goals and objectives set by the organization. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, and work environment on job satisfaction, to know and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance, to find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and to find out and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through employee job satisfaction in the Civil Service Police Unit of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve these objectives, data collection techniques are carried out through observation and questionnaire distribution, using data analysis techniques namely descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and path analysis. The results prove that the transformational leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance. The effect of job satisfaction provides a significant influence in improving employee performance. Mediation test results of the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction which shows that employee job satisfaction can mediate the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance of the South Sulawesi Province Civil Service Police Unit.

This correlational study aims at seeing the effect of leadership style and motivation towards employee performance.  A number of 53 sample was selected from General and Finance Bureau at Lampung University.  Data were collected using questionnaire and were analyzed using multiple linier regression with the help of SPSS 17.0 statistical software.  Result of hypothesis testing shows t-value = 2.374 and t-table = 1.67655.  In addition, for the motivation variable on employee performance reveals t-value = 7.283 and t-table = 1.67655. The simultaneous testing altogether obtained statistical results of  F-value for 40.288 and F-table = 3.18.  The evidence means that there is a significant effect either partially or simultaneously between the leadership style and motivation on  employee performance of the General and Finance Bureau of Lampung University.

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance mediated by job motivation. The population in this study included 134 Civil Servants in the Secretariat of the Bali District/City Election Commission with a total sample of 100 people using the proportional random sampling method. Data analysis techniques were performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Job motivation is able to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance partially. The Head of the Secretariat of the KPU of Regency/City in Bali needs to develop a transformational leadership style by providing motivation that inspires subordinates to work better when job motivation increases will be directly proportional to an increase in employee performance. In addition, a strong organizational culture such as information disclosure and participation of all members of the organization in achieving organizational goals can be developed continuously. When job motivation increases, it will encourage employees to improve the quality and timeliness of employees in completing work.
