This study aims to analyze the MUI fatwa no. 17 of 2020 concerning the guidelines for prayer for health workers who wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling and caring for COVID-19 patients. This study tries to describe the ijtihad method used by MUI in establishing a law. This study uses a type of library research with descriptive analysis. The results of this study state that health workers (PPE) must continue to pray even though it’s not possible to purify themselves (ablution or tayamum). With consideration, 1) if the body (lahiriyah) in hadas condition, it is not obligate his pray (I'adah), 2) if the PPE is unclean then it is necessary to repeat the prayer. The fatwa cannot be separated from the syar'i argument which is the basis for issuing the fatwa, particularly using the talfiq manhaji method. The fatwa can be used as an alternative to confusion over the law, and is intended to create benefits, especially for health workers who treat and handle Covid-19 patients.

Relevant articles were identified and reviewed. Most published papers were clinical reports and case studies. We have selected some of the current published papers written in English in 2020.RESULTS: Infection control procedures to protect health workers at hospitals, and dental professionals at dental office were summurised and presented. Infection control procedures for healthcare workers at hospitals include Personal protective equipment, Korea filter (KF)94 respirator, goggles, face protector, disposable waterproof long-arm gown, and gloves, and others. Extra-protection procedures should be taken with old and vulnerable healthcare workers. Dental professionals should evaluate patients in advance before starting dental treatment. Aerosols generating procedures should be avoided and personal protective equipment should be used. Dental treatment should be restricted to emergency cases only.CONCLUSION: Old medical staff should be in safer distance to avoid infection, but young physicians and nurses should work at frontline as their immunity is better than their colleagues at old age. Screening patients and measurement of the body temperature are essential measures before dental treatment.

The article aims to preliminary analyze and identify the working conditions of an operator wearing disposable personal protective equipment and features and usability of the suit. The characteristics of the thermal image for an operator wearing a personal protection suit will be used as part of the IT system for comfort assessment. The system will allow the assessment of the operator's comfort based on thermograms. It will also detect dangerous situations resulting from the operator's work in such an outfit or overalls. The hazardous conditions for operators are related to the symptoms of thermal discomfort leading to overheating the body and, consequently, fainting. These situations may cause accidents and reduce the quality of the activities performed. The current legal status was considered when referring to selected social aspects in the management and quality of work of an operator wearing a COVID-19 protective suit. References are made to documents on legislative acts in Poland and Europe to limit the risk from biological agents. This part of the article refers to a vital study by Majchrzycka and Okrasa (2019, the Central Institute for Labor Protection - National Research Institute) presenting the rules for the safe use of non-biocidal respiratory protective equipment. This included obligations of the employer. The employer is obliged to take preventive measures against exposition of employees to harmful biological agents, including airtight measures and personal protective equipment. The article emphasizes selected medical aspects of working in personal protective clothing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Referring to the study (Sobolewski, 2014), according to the authors, the presented case reflects the working conditions of an operator wearing a disposable protective suit. Microclimate parameters and changing metabolism define the hot thermal environment in the mentioned standard. The article presents the results of thermovision inspection of the operator of technical means of transport working in a suit protecting against COVID-19 infection, constituting one-off personal protection. The individual elements included in the protective set of disposable personal protection have been described. The following research stage is preparing thermograms, which show the operator in a protective case before, during, and after work. Thermograms have been classified and commented on.

Abstract: The phenomenon of the people who forcibly took covid's corpse 19 from the hospital to be taken care of by Fardhu Kifayah by his family and the community, became a conclusion that there was community doubt about the management of Tajhiz Mayat conducted by the hospital. Coupled with the circulation of the video of the Ruku movement 'in the corpse prayer conducted by unscrupulous parties at the Hospital, became added doubts from the public against the hospital. To solve this problem, this research uses a Descriptive Analysis approach, namely by formulating a question, namely How to arrange Covid 19's body in Banda Aceh and this question will be answered with several theories and data sets from the field. So it was concluded in a conclusion that answered the formulation of the problems mentioned. Theoretically the spread of covid 19 is very fast, the size of the virus is only 0.1 micrometer and is in body fluids, especially nasopharyngeal fluid and oropharyngeal fluids of infected people, fluids in the body of covid 19 bodies can get out through every gap of the body such as mouth, nose, eye and rectum, because it requires special techniques in its management. Fardhu kifayah to covid 19 bodies should be carried out by trained Ustad and trained health workers, so that the spread stopped. The results of this study concluded that the management of the Moslem bodies died at Zainal Abidin Hospital in Banda Aceh was in accordance with the Fatwa of the Aceh Ulama Council (MPU) and the bodies were handled by trained Ustad and health workers.

AbstractBoth in developing and developed countries, farmers often do not protect themselves adequately, especially when applying agrochemicals that are dangerous for their health. The issue is relevant because insufficient protection is between the causes leading to intoxication of farmers and workers who handle these products. The literature suggests that both lack of training and information and low income may explain why, especially in developing countries, protective equipment is under-used. Using data from the Mekong Delta, this study addresses the issue of whether income and household wealth may help explaining the use of incomplete protections against pesticides. The results suggest that income, more than wealth, is a reason why Vietnamese farmers operating in the Mekong Delta fail in using adequate protections. In particular, the data suggest that they may prefer to divert resources to increasing the production of their fields or to buying goods that may be used both as protection and as everyday garments. This behaviour leads to underinvestment in some important protective goods. Possible public interventions to mitigate the problem are suggested; in particular, the promotion of integrated pest management techniques could be useful.
