The low quality of education in Indonesia is actually a long-standing discussion. But until now permasalahn the quality of education is also finished. Quality education is the expectations and demands of all stakeholders in education. Everyone will certainly prefer menntut science at an institution that has a good quality. On this basis, schools / educational institutions should be able to provide good service and quality in order not to be abandoned and unable to compete with other educational institutions. From a variety of views, criteria and indicators that we can take that quality education could be improved if the school has one) support from the government, 2) Leadership Principals effective, 3) Performance good teacher, 4) relevant curriculum 5) graduates quality, 6) culture and climate of effective organization, 7) the support of the community and parents. Implementation of management in improving the quality of education is a real solution is to be hope in order to manage the indicators of the quality of education to create a synergy in efforts to improve the quality of education. Abstrak Rendahnya mutu pendidikan di Indonesia sebenarnya merupakan diskusi yang telah lama ada. Namun hingga saat ini permasalahn mutu pendidikan tidak juga kunjung selesai. Pendidikan yang berkualitas merupakan harapan dan tuntutan seluruh stakeholder pendidikan. Semua orang tentunya akan lebih suka menntut ilmu pada lembaga yang memiliki mutu yang baik. Atas dasar ini maka sekolah/ lembaga pendidikan harus dapat memberikan pelayanan dan mutu yang baik agar tidak ditinggalkan dan mampu bersaing dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya. Dari berbagai pandangan, kriteria serta indikator yang dapat kita ambil bahwa pendidikan yang bermutu dapat ditingkatkan apabila sekolah memiliki 1) dukungan dari pemerintah, 2) Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah yang efektif, 3) Kinerja guru yang baik, 4) kurikulum yang relevan, 5) lulusan yang berkualitas, 6) budaya dan iklim organisasi yang efektif, 7) dukungan masyarkat dan orang tua siswa. Implementasi manajemen dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan merupakan sebuah solusi nyata yang menjadi harapan agar dapat mengelola indikator mutu pendidikan untuk saling bersinergi dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan Kata Kunci: Peningkatan Mutu, Manajemen Mutu Pendidikan

There have been many efforts made by the government in improving the quality of education such as issuing Republic of Indonesia Regulation No. 19 of 2005 concerning national education standards. Educational institutions hold scientific activities that can improve the ability or potential of educators so that professional educators can be created who can later improve the quality of learning in schools. This article discusses the factors that can improve the quality of education, elements and strategies in improving the quality of education.

<em>The quality of education as a pillar of human resource development, closely related to management at educational institutions. Education is among the critical needs besides the food, shelter and clothing in modern life. Quality education is an effective tool for minimizing poverty and joblessness, enhancing health and dietary standards, and attaining lasting growth. Hence, the study sought to determine the impact of poverty on the quality of education in Haiti. The study was a literature review based. The conclusions were based on reviewing previous studies. The study findings indicated that poverty influences the quality of education. The study noted the significance of education in developing countries could not be overstated. Quality education can be the catalyst needed to pull families and communities out of the cycle of poverty. Knowledge gives children the power to dream of a better future and the confidence required to pursue a complete education, which will help generations to come. The study further ascertained that education makes a significant difference for adults, particularly in day-to-day life, including nutrition, healthcare and gender equity. The poverty levels are potent in influencing the quality of education that the students will receive in the long run. The study recommended adequate mechanisms to ensure the government support children from a poor background. Addressing the academic difficulties children from deprived families will undoubtedly need a broader and bolder method to education policy than the current initiatives to reform schools. The government should make sure that school-age children are enrolled right into compulsory and free primary education. Given that education is a powerful device for minimizing poverty and joblessness, enhancing health and dietary requirements, and attaining sustainable advancement, the Haitian government must inject much more revenue in the education sector, mainly for the poor children to obtain a quality education. Pendidikan merupakan usaha sadar yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas masyarakat. Pemerintah melalui pendidikan pada usia dini memiliki visi untuk meningkatkan kualitas masyarakat. Meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan sudah menjadi faktor penentu untuk menunjang meningkatnya kualitas masyarakat, semakin baik pendidikan yang diberikan maka semakin baik keluaran yang dihasilkan. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kualiats pendidikan salah satunya dengan mengembangkan pengelolaan dalam lembaga pendidikan, pengelolaan yang dimaksud adalah pengelolaan administrasi. Pengembangan pengelolaan ini dilakukan dengan mengembangkan sistem informasi terpadu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model waterfall. Sistem informasi dikembangkan dengan framework Laravel dan Android Studio. Sistem dapat berjalan online maupun offline sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari lembaga pendidikan.. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi terpadu yang dapat diakses dengan komputer pada server dan smartphone android pada client. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem informasi bekerja dengan baik. Sistem dinilai mampu untuk membantu masalah adminisrasi dengan presentasi nilai yaiitu 84,67 %. Sistem mendapat respon yang positif dari pengguna.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Android, Client Server, Pendidikan, Akademik Education is a conscious effort carried out to improve the quality of society. The paper attempted to provide an assessment of the value of quality education in Nigeria’s education. It also attempted to philosophically analyze the concept of quality education. Under this, meaning of the concept of quality has been explored despite the fact that it has been perceived as an elusive and indescribable concept. The paper trashed out why as administrators of educational institutions, curriculum planners or policy makers quality is needed and why worries about it in our education system because you may be having aforementioned questions in your mind. The rationale behind analyzing the concept of quality education has also been justified. The paper went further to explore the issues and challenges that are militating against the provision of the quality education. Also, issues and challenges that brought about the need for quality education in Nigeria have been identified. Lastly, the paper found out that education is under-funded, quality teachers and quality educational facilities are inadequate. Therefore, the researcher recommends that 26% or above of National annual budgetary allocation should be allocated to education sector. Adequate professional and qualified teachers should be recruited and employed, adequate quality educational facilities should be provided as precisely stated in NPE to enhance its provision theoretically and practically.

The Government

The author emphasizes that ongoing global changes in society, new directions of sociocultural development have led to the necessity of making changes in requirements of the quality of education on every level. It is noted that these new requirements imply not only pupils’ subject knowledge development but also their metasubject and personal competence formation. Educational institutions faced difficulties while establishing educational process in accordance with the introduced state directions. The author comes to the conclusion that in search of the solution, educational institutions started to form networks and communities that let integrate both resources and abilities to succeed in fulfilling of the tasks given by the government. The concept of a “service state” is considered; principles of service activities of educational institutions are defined; client focus of educational institutions is reviewed; the main provisions of the network interaction of educational institutions are presented; regulatory acts, projects in which the network interaction in the field of education is fixed are analyzed; an independent assessment of the quality of education is given; educational institutions that occupy leading places in the opinion of service consumers about network interaction, taking into account the focus on the need of direct service consumers are considered. In the course of the study, the following methods were used: analysis and synthesis, comparison, interviewing. The result of the study was a network interaction project taking into account the focus on service by the Humanitarian Lyceum in Tomsk and Tomsk State University.
