The development of lifestyle generation Y is inseparable from technological development. That changes the behavior of gen Y Muslims in making zakat, infaq, shodaqoh (ZIS) payments from conventional to digital. The purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics of Muslim gen Y related to digital ZIS payments, then to analyze what influences the behavior intention of gen Y Muslims in the use of digital payment technology for ZIS payments. The results of this study qualitatively indicate that the characteristics of digital payment technology users for ZIS payments are dominated by female gen Y Muslims. The most commonly used digital payment method is transfer via mobile banking and via e-wallet. Digital service partners that are widely used to channel digital ZIS payments to OPZ are banking institutions. The quantitative research results show that the overall variables studied, namely performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE), social influence (SI), facilitating conditions (FC), hedonic motivation (HM), price value (PV), habit (HT), and perceived security (PS) have a significant influence on the behavioral intention (BI) of gen Y Muslims in the use of digital payment technology for ZIS payments, where the greatest factor influences the intention of gen Y Muslims behavior is perceived security.

Technological development in the past decade has motivated governments in developing countries to focus on leveraging new technologies for efficient and effective public service delivery. M-government has been singled out as one of the fundamental aspect for socio-economic growth in developing countries. Therefore, this study aims at investigating the factors that influence individuals in adoption of new technology, specifically m-government in the context of developing countries. Precisely, this study was to present and empirically validate a research model based on user behavior that examine m-government acceptance in developing countries and inspect the moderating role of facilitating conditions on m-government adoption. The research model was tested using data from 248 respondents from Kenya, surveyed between August and September 2011. The results indicated that the proposed model explained a variance of 60.5 percent of behavior intention to use m-government. In addition, facilitating conditions were found to be a crucial spur to m-government acceptance in developing countries.

The quantitative research examines factors affecting the intention to use e-commerce by employing a modified UTAUT2 model. The sample is 263 e-commerce users in Surabaya, Malang, and Kediri who have e-commerce account and know about Sensatia Botanicals. The Data was analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square) in SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the analysis indicate that performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, social influence, habit, perceived playfulness and price value have a significant positive influence on the behavior intention to use e-commerce, and that effort expectancy and hedonic motivation do not have any significant positive influence. Gender difference in this study can increase the intention of individuals to use e-commerce on the price value factors, while age and income difference in this study neither increase nor decrease the intention of individuals to use e-commerce to purchase the products of Sensatia Botanicals.

Making customers adopt mobile banking is a great challenge for banks, and especially for Islamic banks. This study investigates the factors that could predict the customers' use intention of the mobile banking services of Islamic banks by applying the conceptual model of UTAUT2. The model was further extended with gamification, as a promising tool to ease the adoption, while discussing the moderating effect of age and gender for all variables. The applied questionnaire to collect data has resulted in 205 respondents. The findings implied that facilitating conditions, habit, price value, and performance expectancy are effective variables in Islamic banking customers' behavioral intention to use m-banking. Gamification has a positive effect only when customers are younger than 30. It is further discovered that only the customers 30 and older had performance expectancy. Regarding gender differences, the only finding is the men's greater interest in the price value.

The conceptual model proposed was based on the extended unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT2). The proposed model was empirically tested using survey data provided by 203 respondents and was analyzed using a structural equation model (SEM). The analysis results indicated that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions show a significant positive impact on the users' behavioural intention to use internet banking services. However, price value, hedonic motivation, and habit do not positively influence the behavioural intention. This study offers Tunisian banks some guidelines to develop strategies and to improve their services in order to increase the adoption of mobile banking by their customers.

This study aims to examine the factors influencing consumers' behavior intention to adopt mobile banking apps. The research uses the TAM model with additional variables such as social influence and perceived risk to evaluate how these factors impact the behavior intention of young customers toward adopting mobile banking services. PLS-SEM was used as the main research method. The findings from this paper reaffirmed that perceived usefulness and social influence are the most influential factor in behavior intention, but perceived ease of use and perceived risk showed insignificant impacts on young consumers' behavior intention in Vietnam. This paper also found that perceived ease of use had no direct impact on behavior intention but an indirect impact through facilitating perceived usefulness. This subject makes a practical and academic contribution in the context of a developing country where is lacking research in mobile banking apps.

They have contributed to business travel, and tend to spend most of their expenses on travel and vacation, driven by future travel trends. This research conducted to shape the success factor of the destination for millennial tourists, where the destination of Tanah Lot Temple is used as a case study, which is quantitative research, using survey design and purposive sampling. There are 160 millennial tourists as respondents (who are visited Tanah Lot Temple). The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale, and the data were analysed using descriptive statistics and factor analysis. This research has indicated that there are nine (9) main factors that shape the success factor of the destination for millennial tourists. The nine main factors are: Millennials interested in traditional costume guides and officers, believe in social media reviews, Millennial will add several/more days to enjoying the destination, The layout of the souvenir shop, buildings, temples, parks, and the others building should support sustainable practices. A millennial will invite parents and closest friends for visiting destination. The experience in destination worth it with or even more than spending, and meet the expectations. The facility of destination affected millennials during visiting. Millennials are interested in the culture at the destination. Traveling is a necessity for Millennial. This study is aimed at analyzing adoption and usage behavior within the context of Internet banking services in South Korea. In a country where the penetration rate of the Internet is very high, it seems that the self-efficacy would play a crucial role in affecting the Internet banking adoption. To pursue this research question, this study adopts TAM and incorporates the self-efficacy into TAM as one of antecedent variables such as risk, Internet experience, facilitating conditions. The proposed research model is tested empirically with 185 usable questionnaires and partial least square (PLS) method. Experimental results showed that the self-efficacy plays a prominent role in influencing the Internet banking usage compared to other factors.
