Neighborhood activities are a process that can be used to see the level of group members' participation, often member participation is influenced by several things, such as groupthink phenomenon and group leader leadership style. The purpose of this study was to: (1) identify groupthink causal factors in groups, (2), identify leadership styles found in neighborhood, and (3) analyze the relationship of leadership style with groupthink phenomena in groups. This study uses a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data with 30 neighborhood as respondents. The subjects of this study were neighborhood groups located in Cikarawang Village, Dramaga District, Bogor Regency. Analysis of research data using the Spearman rank correlation test. The results show that there was no relationship between the leadership style of the chair and groupthink phenomena in the neighborhood activities. This condition influences the neighborhood leader dominant leadership style is laissez faire, so it has no relation to the decline in criticism of neighborhood members in groupthink phenomena.

This study aims to determine the relationship between compensation and authoritarian leadership style with employee performance at PT. Circle K Indonesia Utama Surabaya. The number of respondents in this study was 68 employees. The research method used is descriptive, validity test, reliability test, and spearman rank correlation calculation. The results showed that the compensation variables and authoritarian leadership style had a strong and significant relationship with employee performance. Strategies that can be applied by PT. Circle K Indonesia Utama Surabaya to improve employee performance, namely paying more attention to activities and providing employee compensation appropriately and accordingly. Also, improve the leadership style used by leaders.

The purpose of this research is to know the leadership style’s compatibility level which including task behavior  and relationship behaviors, the maturity of the members and the relationship with the  with the participation of members of the Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) in Gorontalo province. This study use 52 sample of KUD chairman and 140 sample members of KUD.  The calculation of the sample used proportional sampling. Data were collected by interviews and distributing questionnaires to respondent. Method of anayisis using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques and quantitative methods. Hypothesis test using Kruskal Wallis different test and the Chi Quadrat. Based on the statistical analysis results can be concluded: (1) the existence of the leadership styles differentiation of the chairman, (2) there are differences in maturity level of members, (3)  there is no leadership styles compatibility level of chairman toward the maturity of members in KUD at Gorontalo Province, and (4) there is a relationship of the chairman leadership style with the maturity of the members indicated from the participation of members.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of tax collection with the self assessment system with the level of taxpayer compliance in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Argamakmur Provinsi Bengkulu. The analytical methods used are Average Distribution, Spearman Rank Correlation and Hypothesis Testing. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it is known that the value of rho (count) is 0.755 in the interval of interpretation of the correlation of 0.600-0.799, a strong level of relationship. This means that the relationship between the self assessment system and the level of tax compliance at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Argamakmur Provinsi Bengkulu is strong and the value of rho (count) is 0.755> 0.364 rho (table) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the self assessment system with taxpayer compliance level at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Argamakmur Provinsi Bengkulu.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between location and the decision to purchase a subsidy at PT. Graha Estetika Property Bengkulu and to find out the relationship of promotion with the decision to purchase a subsidized house at PT. Graha Estetika Property Bengkulu. The method of analysis uses Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing. Spearman rank correlation coefficient on location relationship (X1) with subsidized house purchase decision (Y) at PT. The Bengkel Property Aesthetic Graha is known that the value of rho count = 0.85 means the relationship between the location and the decision to purchase a subsidy at PT. Bengkulu's Graha Estetika Property is very strong, because the correlation value is in the coefficient interval of 0.800 - 1,000. The value of the Spearman rank correlation coefficient on the relationship of promotion (X2) with the decision to purchase a subsidized house (Y) at PT. Bengkel Property Aesthetic Graha is known the value of rho count = 0.68 the meaning of the promotion relationship with the purchase of a house subsidy decision at PT. Bengkulu's Graha Aesthetic Property is strong, because the correlation value is in the coefficient interval of 0.600 - 799.

In facing global market competition, every company has different production standards. To meet work targets, the company imposes work on both low and high workloads. The workload was allegedly able to affect the satisfaction felt by the workforce. This study aims to determine the relationship of workload with contract labor satisfaction. The method used in this research uses the descriptive method by taking a sample of 86 contract workers. Analyze the correlation between variables, namely workload and job satisfaction, using the Spearman Rank Correlation formula. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between workload and job satisfaction of contract workers found that there is a relationship with a percentage of 21.6%.

This paper also concluded that employee loyalty do have mediation effectbetweentransformationalleadershipandemployeeperforman ceaswellasbetweentransactional leadership and employee performance. Additionally, it also proves that demographic characters do not have significant influence on employee loyalty and performance within an organization.

ABSTRACTThis research aim to analyze the relationship between the effectiveness of distribution of urea subsidy urea lowland rice farming income in  the Ogan Ilir Regency. The results indicated that : (1) Perception of farmers on the effectiveness of the distribution of subsidized urea fertilizer was in  the middle was which the average score of 64,71 . It’s  means that farmers have to agree with the policy of subsidized urea fertilizer with four principles, namely the by right time, right quantity, right price and the right place. (2) From the calculated Spearman rank correlation analysis using SPSS 16.0, it is seen that in the column Sig. (significance) is a remote probability of .110 or below 0.05. Then Ho is accepted or correlation coefficient is significant, meaning that there is no relationship of subsidized urea fertilizer distribution effectiveness with swampy lowland rice farming income in Ogan Ilir Regency. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan efektivitas distribusi pupuk urea bersubsidi dengan pendapatan usahatani padi sawah lebak di kabupaten ogan Ilir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan (1) Persepsi petani terhadap efektivitas distribusi  pupuk urea bersubsidi  berada pada kriteria sedang dengan skor rata-rata 64, 71. Artinya petani  telah setuju dengan adanya kebijakan pupuk urea bersubsidi dengan prinsip empat tepat yaitu tepat waktu, tepat jumlah, tepat harga dan tepat tempat. (2) Dari hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi rank spearman menggunakan SPSS 16.0, terlihat bahwa pada kolom Sig. (significance) adalah 0,110 atau probabilitas jauh di bawah 0,05. Maka Ho diterima atau koefisien korelasi signifikan, artinya tidak terdapat hubungan efektivitas distribusi pupuk urea  bersubsidi dengan pendapatan usahatani padi sawah lebak di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of trust and service with the decision to use the services of CV. Rafelindo tour and travel Bengkulu. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and analytical methods using Spearman rank correlation and hypothesis testing. The sample from this study was 100 consumers who bought tickets that were addressed at Jl. Cempaka No.007 RT / TW 007/003 Kel. KebunBelerKec.The Great Queen. Based on the results of the research the Spearman rank correlation of trustees has a correlation of 0.467 with the criteria of moderate assessment and service having a correlation of 0.602 with strong assessment criteria. This shows that the service is very much related to purchasing decisions, which means that the services that CV. Rafelindo tour and travel Bengkulu is getting higher, the decision to use services on CV. Rafelindo tour and travel Bengkulu. Hypothesis test results are known that tcount is greater than RHOl (0.467> 0.364 & 0.602> 0.478). Thus Ho1 & Ho2 are rejected and H1a1 & Ha2 are accepted. This means that trust and service have a significant relationship with the decision to use services on the CV. Rafelindo tour and travel Bengkulu.

The role of Kontak tani in the group is one thing that can`t be separated to the survival of the group. Leadership styles that`s applied by Kontak tani are the ways of working in order to achieve the purpose directing members of a group that can be seen from the performance. This study aims to determine the leadership styles that`s generally applied by Kontak tani and the relationship of leadership styles with performance. The author use validity test, reliability test and Spearman rank test as the analysis tools in this research. Based on the research conducted, leadership styles were commonly applied by the farmer in the village of Babakan contacts are participatory that visible from the involvement of members in the group. In addition, there is a fairly strong correlation between leadership style and performance based on the perception of the group mamber. It needs a through understanding of the various stakeholders within the group or institutional farms that, establishment of groups is based on the increase in well-being and not merely for assistance.
