<span><em>This study aims to explain the influence of the Social Security </em><span><em>program on performance and job satisfaction and job stress as a mediating </em><span><em>variable. In addition, this study also describes the effect of job satisfaction on </em><span><em>the performance and the effect of work stress on performance. The relationship of </em><span><em>each variable in this research is to be measured by conducting a survey on 145 </em><span><em>employees of private companies that included in Social Security program on </em><span><em>DIY and Solo. Then the path analisys used to test the effect of social security </em><span><em>program performance in mediation by job satisfaction, performance and job stress</em><span><em>, job satisfaction, and examines the effect on the performance and the effect of </em><span><em>work stress on performance. The results showed that the social security program </em><span><em>significant positively affects job satisfaction and performance. Job satisfaction was </em><span><em>also positively and significantly affect performance. Even though mediating role </em><span><em>of job satisfaction in the relationship between social security program performance </em><span><em>partial. Because merely direct relationship between social security program with </em><span><em>greater performance than the mediating role of job satisfaction. Social Security </em><span><em>program did not significantly affect the stress of work, as well as job stress did </em><span><em>not significantly affect performance. Therefore, the mediating role of work stress </em><span><em>on the relationship between social security program with the performance did not </em><span><em>occur. The authors1 trace the evolution of the social security concept of capability for work in ‘employment suitable for skills’. This principle emerged at the end of the 1930s during the Fascist period, and it is the foundation for the current Italian law (no. 222 of 1984) relating to social security insured sickness. Having described the concept and its historical evolution, they highlight the developments that have had to take place in the last decade, due to changes in working conditions and the growing economic crisis that has affected all of Europe. They then analyse three cases to confirm that the recent economic crisis in the Italian and European labour markets has had an impact on the medical-legal assessment of a work activity as suitable for the capabilities. A careful examination of the relationship between sickness, disability and capacity for work in other EU and non-EU countries is undertaken to highlight the delicate social and medical issues surrounding job retention and the return of disabled persons to work.

In Italy, from the 1930s until the end of the century, the relationship between the Catholic world and the development of the Social state becomes a very relevant theme. Social thought and Catholic historiography issues witness a European civilisation crisis, by highlighting problems of poverty and historical forms of assistance. Furthermore, by following the 1931 Pope Pius XI encyclical Quadragesimo anno these issues interacted with fascist corporativism. After 1945, other key experiences arose, as the discussion on social security as the conclusion of the whole public assistance debate shown. These themes are reported in the Bologna social week works in 1949 and in Fanfani's and La Pira's positions, which present several correspondences with British and French worlds, such as Christian socialism, Reinhold Niebuhr's thought and Maritain's remarks. The 1948 Republican Constitution adopts the Welfare State model assumptions, and it is in those very years that the problem of a system based on a universal outlook arose. Afterwards, governments of coalition led by centre and left-wing parties fostered social security through welfare and health reforms until the '80s. While this model falls into crisis, and new social actors begin to be involved in a context of subsidiarity.

The research aims to investigate the relationship between organizational Health and Job satisfaction beside and examine how a job satisfaction is affected by the state of health in an organization.The population includes (80) employees who work in different areas of Baghdad Mayoralty. Questionnaire form was used to collect a required data from sample of research. This questionnaire consists of three parts, First part concern with individual data while the second used to measure the level of health in a survey organization depending on (Karaguzel, 2012) characteristics' that involve (21) statements and the last part measured the degree of Job satisfaction based on (Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire-short form) which contain (20) phrases. The questionnaire upon distributed to respondents was translated to Arabic language. So, Acronbach's test using SPSS program for social science to determine the reliability of this instrument that it indicated to the respective value. As well as the statistical results were confirmed the research hypothesizes that refer to strong and significantly as such influence between organizational health and job satisfaction.

The status and role of human resources in the progress and development of the organization as the main source of the organization is of great importance and credit. Here, job satisfaction is more and more sought after by senior managers of the organizations. Thus, it is important to develop proper policies and plans for decision makers about the factors effective in increasing job satisfaction of employees. Thus, the purpose of this paper was to investigate the effect of empowerment, teamwork and education on job satisfaction of employees at the headquarters of the Tehran Social Security Organization. The research method was descriptive-correlational and the population was 1200 employees of the headquarters of the Social Security Organization (HSSO). Of these, 305 were selected based on Cochran's formula by simple random sampling. According to the Kemo and Bartlett test done, the research data are of sufficient reliability, so for analyzing the assumptions of the research, factor analysis and structural equation modeling tests were used with the help of SPSS21 and LISREL 8.83 software. The results of the research indicated that empowerment of employees, teamwork, and education had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In addition, staff training and teamwork have a positive and significant effect on employee empowerment.

Previous research has found that a positive relationship exists between favourable perception of a firm and employees’ job satisfaction: the more positively an organization is perceived, the happier are its workers. However, the current literature has overlooked the consequences of a negative corporate image or disapproval of organizations. Building on the concept of organizational identification and the social identity literature, we fill in this gap and counterintuitively argue that employees are more likely to identify and align with their organizations when it faces illegitimate criticism. We test our hypotheses on a large-scale survey collected in France and find that perception of disapproval of an organization has indeed an adverse effect on job satisfaction. However, if employees perceive criticism as illegitimate, job satisfaction is positively impacted. This study suggests the existence of micro-level social identity reactions in case of unjustified disapprobation: employees stick together and hold the line against criticism, strengthening the collective identity and adding positive emotional value to the work experience.

Background: Moral distress and ethical climate are important issues in the workplace that appear to affect people’s quality of work life. Objectives: This study was conducted to determine the relationship of moral distress and ethical climate to job satisfaction in critical care nurses. Materials and methods: This descriptive-correlation study was conducted on 142 critical care nurses, selected from five social security hospitals in north Iran through census sampling. Data were collected using a demographic questionnaire, the Moral Distress Scale–Revised, the Olson’s Hospital Ethical Climate Survey, and the Brayfield and Rothe Job Satisfaction index. Ethical considerations: The research project was approved by the Ethics Committee of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences and the Medical Deputy of the Social Security Organization. Findings: The mean scores obtained by the critical care nurses for moral distress, ethical climate, and job satisfaction were 87.02 ± 44.56, 3.51 ± 0.53, and 62.64 ± 9.39, respectively. Although no significant relationships were observed between moral distress and job satisfaction, the relationship between ethical climate and job satisfaction was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Identifying ethical stressors in the workplace and giving proper feedback to the authorities to eliminate these factors and improve the ethical climate in these workplaces can help enhance job satisfaction in nurses and lead to higher quality care.

Old age, however, was a significant object of interest of the PRL authorities in at least two aspects. The first was the social security system, particularly in relation to old age and disability pensions, and the second, social care for the aged.

Social security becomes the emergent issue of the world. For developing countries, it is very difficult to provide the social security to whole population but it is very important for the welfare for entire society. In all phases of life, social and economic security is necessary but need of security is increased in the old age because human not remains so efficient to do the work and they have no regular source of income in this phase of life. Main aim of this paper is to find the relationship between the demographic variables and social security conditions and retirement planning of salaried class investors of Haryana state. Total 150 is the sample size. The data is collected through a well structured questionnaire for salaried class investors of Haryana state. Main finding of this paper is salaried class investors have same level of social security conditions on the basis of different demographical variables such as gender, age, marital status, nature of employment, job experience, annual income and number of dependent family members.
