This study aims to analyze the relationship of workload, interpersonal relationships, work safety and the level of dependence of patients with nurses work stress at Naimata General Hospital Kupang. This type of research is an analytic survey with cross sectional study design. The population in this study were 38 people with samples taken using the Total Sampling technique, the test used was a multiple linear regression test. T test results show there is a relationship between workload (p = 0.029 <α = 0.05), interpersonal relationship (p = 0.012 <α = 0.05) and work safety (p = 0,000 <α = 0.05) with stress nurse work. There was no relationship between the level of patient dependence (p = 0.281> α = 0.05) with nurses work stress. The results of the F test showed that together with the independent variables related to work stress nurses (p = 0,000 <α = 0.05) with a coefficient of determination of 62.5%. The research design used was cross sectional with a population of 152 nurses in this study and the sample used a stratified random sampling technique to 60 nurses. Data analysis using binary logistic regression test. Research shows that there is an effect of workload (p = 0.03) and interpersonal relationship (p = 0.03) on nurses 'work stress, while the variables of gender, tenure, career development and role conflict have no effect on nurses' work stress. Workload and interpersonal relationships in the workplace have the potential to cause work stress for nurses. In hospital services, nurses are most vulnerable to stress because they are related to mental safety. Nurse performance is the main factor in determining the success of hospital services. This research design uses explanatory, namely explaining the direct and indirect effects between variables. Research population 135 nurses with precision = 5%, sample (n) of 101. Sampling technique using Probability Sampling, independent variables: Job Stress, Burnout and Emoisonal Intelligence. dependent variable: Organizational Commitment and Nurse Performance. The result of testing the total effect is greater than the direct effect, so the accepted hypothesis shows that the variable organizational commitment can mediate the work stress variable on nurses' performance with a total of = -0.386, the organizational commitment variable can mediate the work fatigue variable on the nurse's performance dg total = -0.280, the commitment variable organizational intelligence can mediate the emotional intelligence variable on the performance of the woman with a total = 0.395.The career success paradigm from Intelligence Quotient (IQ) to Emotional Quotient (EQ) proves that emotional intelligence makes a greater contribution to success and achievement in the workplace compared to intellectual intelligence.

Background: Studies on the solitude capacity of university students have been extremely limited and failed to clearly illustrate the correlation of solitude capacity with internal psychological variables and the favorability of interpersonal relationships. The aim of this study was to explore the correlation of college students’ solitude capacity with scores for self-esteem, self-efficacy, and interpersonal relationships. Method: A cross-sectional study was adopted for this study. Data were collected from a university in southern Taiwan using a structured questionnaire, the content of which included demographic data and scores from the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSE), the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE), the Interpersonal Relationship Scale (IRS), and the Solitude Capacity Scale (SCS). Results: The final sample comprised 562 participants (mean age = 17.51 ± 1.27 years). Adjustment of the demographic variables yielded a significantly positive correlation in the total RSE and SCS (p < 0.01) scores and that in the total GSE and SCS (p < 0.01) scores. Moreover, the relationship with family (IRS subscale) and total SCS score (p < 0.05) exhibited a significant positive correlation. Conclusion: The findings of this study reveal that solitude capacity is significantly correlated with self-esteem, self-efficacy, and the favorability of family relationships.
