This research was conducted in the community self-reliance organization. This research is aimed at determining the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation of members of Community self-reliance organization of urban national program of community empowerment in Mataram. The population of this research are 556 from which 85 respondents were selected. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research showed that organizational commitment and work motivation subsequently affect positively and significantly the performance of members of Community self-reliance organization of urban national program of community empowerment in Mataram.Keywords: organizational commitment, work motivation, performance

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior in SMK Satria Srengseng teachers, this research is quantitative. The population is all teaching teachers and staff. The technique in taking samples uses nonrandom sampling in the form of saturated samples with a total of 70 teachers. Data obtained from the results of the study were analyzed using multiple linear regression. T-test results for the variable organizational commitment, job satisfaction and partial work motivation are positive and significant for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). F-test results for the variable organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work motivation together are significant for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Suggestions for further research are to include other variables that also have a strong influence in shaping organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Teachers’ work motivation and teachers’ job satisfaction are the factors influencing the organizational commitment. This research is aimed to empirically examine the roles of teachers’ work motivation and teachers’ job satisfaction in the commitment of the organization in extraordinary schools. The subjects of the research are the teachers in Extraordinary School 1 Bantul Yogyakarta. The sample was taken by employing non-randomized technique. The scales of work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment are used in collecting the data. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression technique. The results of the research show that 1) simultaneously, teachers’ work motivation and teachers’ job satisfaction are highly significant positive correlated with organizational commitment, by reaching the score of Rx1x2v=0,621 with the probability p=0,002 (p<0,01); 2) teachers’ work motivation are highly significant correlated with the organizational commitment, by reaching the score of (rx1v))=0,614 and the probability p=0,000 (p<0,01); 3) teachers’ job satisfaction is highly significant positive correlated with organizational commitment, by reaching the score of (rx2v))=0,570 and probability p=0,001 (p<0,01). Teachers’ job motivation more dominantly influence organizational commitment compared to teachers’ job satisfaction

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of ability, work motivation, organizational commitment and work environment to the performance of police personnel Research respondents are ternate police personnel numbering 80 people. The analysis method used is Multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously the ability, motivation of work, organizational commitment and work environment significantly affect the performance of Ternate police personnel. Partial capabilities (X1) and organizational commitment (X3) have a positive and significant effect on personnel performance (Y). Meanwhile, work motivation (X2) and Lingkungan_Kerja (X4) had no significant effect on the performance of Ternate Police personnel. Of the four variables studied, the most dominant effect on the performance of police personnel is organizational commitment.

This paper will discuss the effect of work motivation (incentives, motives and expectations) on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul. The purpose of this paper is: 1) Determine the effect of incentives on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul, 2) Determine the effect of motive on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul, 3) To know the effect of expectations on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul, 4)To know the effect of incentives, motives and expectations on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul.Research sites in the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul and the population is 162entire employee in the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul. Samples amounted to 116 respondents taken with simple random probability sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results obtained: (1) incentives positive and significant effect on the performance of, (2) motif positive and significant effect on the performance of, (3) expectations positive and significant impact on the performance of , and (4) incentives, motives and expectations of positive and significant impact on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat Gunungkidul.

This research aims to (1) know and analyse The effect of leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (2) know and analyse the effect of leadership style on staff performance of PT. The result shows that (1) leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture simultaneously perform positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (3) work motivation performs positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

This study is to examine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. Population in this research was the entire employees of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Besuki, Situbondo, Indonesia which was about 295 peoples. Then, the researcher applied probability random sampling technique to select 170 respondents as the sampling. The researcher analyzed the data by applying multiple linear regression method. The result shows that leadership and job satisfaction contribute positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

This research is to know the influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation toward organizational commitment of teacher in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. The research was conducted by questionnaire survey method at the teacher at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to 43 teachers at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using 16.00 for windows application. The results showed that: 1) There was no positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; 2) There is a positive and significant influence of achievement motivation on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; and 3) There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation simultaneously to the organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency.

 This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees.      The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.       The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.
