This research is aimed at detrmining and analyzing the significant effect of work stresses on the turnover intention, the significant effect of burnout on the turnover intentions, the significant effect of work stress on turnover intentions with burnout as the mediating variable at the employees of four star hotels in Mataram. This research is associative-causality study witf primary and secondary data. The data were collected through interview, documentations, and questionnaires. The population are all employees of the operational department; front office, food and beverage service, food and beverage product, housekeeping, and engineering of the four star hotels in Mataram. All of the them are 333 employees. The samples were selected though Slovin formula that took 182 resmpondents obtained from the stratified random sampling. The data were analyzed with PLS. The research showed that work stress has positive but not significant effect on the turnover intentions, work stress has positive and significant effect on the turnover intentions, work stress has positive and significant effect on the burnout, burnout has positive and significant effect on turnover intentions, work stress has positive and significant effect on the turnover intentions with burnout as the mediating variable. Turnover Intention in the present study was defined as a situation where employee leaves company due to disturbance in operation, team work dynamics, and unit performance of PT. Patria Migas. This study aims to determine the direct effects of work stress, workload, work environment on turnover intentions, and the effects of work stress, workload, work environment on turnover through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The subjects in this study are employees of PT. Patria Migas, with a total of 48 respondents. The model in the study was tested using Structural Equation Model (SEM) data analysis technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) and using software SmartPLS 3.0. The result of the study indicates positive and significant effects both directly of work stress, workload, and work environment on turnover intentions, and mediation of work stress, workload, and work environment turnover intentions mediated by job satisfaction. This study is expected to add insight on turnover intentions and variables such as work stress, workload, work environment an job satisfaction which can create turnover intentions. Keywords: work stress, workload, work environment, job satisfaction, and turnover intentions.

This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of work stress on the employee turnover intention in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Makassar Branch Ahmad Yani. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that job stress has a positive effect on the employee turnover intention in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Makassar Branch Ahmad Yani. The population in this study were 243 employee of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Makassar Branch Ahmad Yani. However in this study, not whole the populations were being the research object, but only a part of the population. This study is expecting that the results obtained would describe the characteristic of the population itself. The sample in this study was determined based on the Slovin formula (Umar, 2008: 68), namely 71 employee. The data used are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires, and observations. Data analysis used Regression Analysis, Partial Test (t test) and Classical Assumption Test consisting of the Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Multicolonierity Test. The results show that the hypothesis is rejected where the job stress variable has no effect on the turnover intention. H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, meaning that the higher the level of employee work stress, would make lower turnover intention, on the contrary the lower level of employee work stress, makes higher turnover intention.

Turnover can also be defined as the movement of workers out of the organization. Turnover refers to the final reality faced by an organization in the form of the number of employees who leave the organization in a certain period, while the desire of employees to move (turnover intentions) refers to the results of individual evaluations regarding the continuation of relationships with the organization that have not been manifested in definite actions to leave the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Compensation on Turnover Intention, Knowing the effect of Non-Financial Compensation on Turnover Intention and Knowing the effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention. In this study, sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling method. The purposive sampling method is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The sample in the study was selected using purposive sampling and obtained 65 samples. Based on the research results, financial compensation has no significant positive effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention (Y), non-financial compensation has no effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention (Y) and Job Satisfaction has no effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention.

The sample of this study consists of 13 food and beverage companies with 65 financial report data listed on the Stock Exchange 2012-2016. To test the hypothesis, used secondary data with purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques used logistic regression analysis. After the data in the analysis, found that the profitability variable has a significance value of 0.045 means that the hypothesis X1 positive effect on timeliness of corporate financial reporting due to the significance value less than 0.05. Variable of company age have significance value equal to 0,066 and company size have significance value equal to 0,412 meaning hypothesis X2 and X3 have no effect to variable Y because significance value greater than 0,05.

This study aims to analyze and identify the effects of inflation and rupiah exchange rates on profitability in Islamic banks in Indonesia with mudharabah deposit as the mediator. Using secondary data that are published by the central bank of Indonesia and financial services authority, the method used in this research is Ordinary Least Square. The result indicates the inflation variable, exchange rate, and mudharabah deposits simultaneously give a significant influence toward profitability (ROA) of the Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. While partially, inflation and exchange rate have no significant effect on profitability (ROA). While mudharabah deposits have a significant positive effect on profitability (ROA). Inflation has a significant negative effect on mudharabah deposits and the exchange rate has a significant positive effect on mudharabah deposits. The path analysis result shows that the mudharabah deposit variable is unable to mediate the effect of inflation and te exchange rate to profitability (ROA)
