ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui siaran televisi berita politik apa saja yang dimanfaatkan guru PPKn sebagai media pembelajaran PPKn, cara pemanfaatan berita politik sebagai media pembelajaran PPKn, dan manfaat berita politik sebagai proses pembelajaran PPKn. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa berita politik yang digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran PPKn adalah berita politik tentang Polisi Membentuk Patrol Dunia Maya Untuk Mencegah Kasus Persekusi, Pembangunan Infrastruktur Indonesia, WNI Malaysia Antusias Mengikuti Pemungutan Suara Pada Pemilu 2019, Dan Semangat Toleransi Umat Beragama Di Lingkungan Masjid Istiqlal Dan Gereja Katedral. Bentuk pemanfaatan berita politik yang dijalankan siswa dengan cara kelompok. Semua siswa menonton tayangan televisi yang dijadikan media pembelajaran PPKn. Setelah menonton, masing-masing kelompok mendiskusikan tentang apa yang telah ditonton. Manfaat dari berita politik terhadap pembelajaran PPKn diantaranya dapat menambah pengetahuan politik siswa, dapat membedakan masalah-masalah politik dengan masalah lainnya, dan dapat mengetahui masalah-masalah politik yang terjadi pada saat sekarang, serta mampu meningkatkan kualitas berfikir siswa. ABSTRACT                                  The purpose of this study was to determine what political news television broadcasts were used by PPKn teachers as PPKn learning media, how to use political news as PPKn learning media, and the benefits of political news as PPKn learning processes. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques in this study were by interview, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study it was revealed that the political news used as a learning media for PPKn was political news about the Police Forming a Maya World Patrol to Prevent Persecution Cases, Indonesian Infrastructure Development, Malaysian Citizens Enthusiastic in Participating in the 2019 Election, and the Spirit of Religious Tolerance in the Istiqlal Mosque Environment And the Cathedral Church. Form of utilization of political news that is run by students in a group way. So all students watch television shows that are used as PPKn learning media. After watching, each group discusses what has been watched. The benefits of political news on PPKn learning include being able to increase students 'political knowledge, being able to distinguish political problems from other problems, and being able to find out political problems that are happening at the moment, and being able to improve the quality of students' thinking

While much is known about the micro-level predictors of political knowledge, there have been relatively few efforts to study the potential macro-level causes of knowledge. Seeking to improve our understanding of country-based variation in knowledge, this article demonstrates that individuals have an easier time finding and interpreting information in political environments that provide the public with greater opportunities to engage, observe, and learn about the political process. To investigate that possibility, the article analyzes how the procedural quality of the political process affects political knowledge. Using data from the Comparative Study of Electoral Systems and the Worldwide Governance Indicators Project, survey analyses show that the transparency and responsiveness of a political system indeed influence the public’s information about political parties and, to a lesser extent, the amount of factual knowledge retained by survey respondents. In other words, the quality of democratic governance affects how much individuals know about the political process.

EDUCATION AND PEASANT RESISTANCE IN THE PARAENSE AMAZONIAEDUCACIÓN Y RESISTENCIA CAMPESINA EN LA AMAZONIA PARAENSERESUMOEste artigo é fruto dos apontamentos da pesquisa de mestrado desenvolvida no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Agriculturas Amazônicas (PPGAA) da Universidade Federal do Pará – UFPA. Aborda os desafios da luta pela terra no Sudeste Paraense, refletindo sobre o papel da educação nesse processo. Ele aponta a educação que permeia o cotidiano das pessoas, como elemento que fortalece a resistência política dos camponeses, por isso, não está apenas relacionada à conquista da terra, mas também, à permanência na mesma e à mudança da qualidade de vida nos acampamentos e assentamentos. O artigo é resultado de um estudo de caso, desenvolvido no Acampamento Sem Terra, denominado de Dalcídio Jurandir, localizado no Sudeste Paraense e encaminhado por uma abordagem qualitativa. Entende-se que o movimento social busca uma educação que dê conta de compreender as circunstâncias vividas a partir de suas contradições sociais, tendo a mesma lógica de resistência do campesinato, porque é nele que ela tem sua raiz histórica. It addresses the challenges of the struggle for land in Southeast Pará, reflecting on the role of education in this process. This paper points out the education that permeates people's daily lives, as an element that strengthens the political resistance of the peasants, therefore, it is not only related to the conquest of the land, but also to the permanence in it and to the change in the quality of life in the encampments and settlements. The article is the result of a case study, developed at the agrarian reform camp, called Dalcídio Jurandir, located in Southeast Pará and guided by a qualitative approach. It is understood that the social movement seeks an education that is able to understand the circumstances experienced from its social contradictions, having the same logic of resistance as the peasantry, because it has its historical roots in it. The chapter assesses the notion of local scale and decentralization that emanates from the IWRM principles. Evaluation of the benefits of decentralization was done through the political ecology lens that critically examines fairness and power struggles across spaces. Sanyati catchment was used to draw empirical evidence in light of the theoretical expectations of decentralization towards catchment water security. Qualitative approach was used to collect data. Interviews were the main sources of data collection. The findings showed that decentralization has failed to produce the desired results compared to what is assumed in the dominant narrative that highly esteems the decentralization management approach. The chapter showed that what brings results are not local scales and suggests that probably fair and transparent resource distribution and allocation at any scale may bring about water protection that does not trigger the tragedy of the commons.

Rumah Baca Apung located in Tambak Lorok Village is a valuable asset belonging to the community that can be used as meeting hall and village library. In fact Rumah Baca Apung has not been utilized optimally in accordance with the function and purpose of building a library. Based on preliminary observations of the researchers, can be knew that the location is more often used as a place for discussion by the local people.Therefore, this study aims to further study the utilization of Rumah Baca Apung and the reasons behind the utilization. This research uses qualitative approach of case study with using data collection technique through interview, documentation study, and observation. The results of this study show that the use of Rumah Baca Apung has not been based on the function of education, research and preservation function of a library. Rumah Baca Apung also has not been used as a place to increase reading habit. Rumah Baca Apung is now used as a place of recreation, a place to discuss, socialize and counsel for the local people. The utilization of Rumah Baca Apung which has not yet represented the function of the village library is due to the limited quantity and quality of the collection books, the lack of educative games equipment, and the absence of learning companion teacher as a volunteer for the coastal children of Tambak Lorok.

This study aimed to find out the political communication strategies of women legislative candidates and what obstacles faced by them. This study used qualitative method and to determine the informants it was wit purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were through interviews and documentation. This study interviewed four woman candidates from different political parties in Malang, and for the first joining a legislative elections. The results of the political communication stretegies were a door to door, approaching religious and structural leaders, used political consultant and had a lot of campaign team were proven to effective in Malang. The obstacles for the women in involving in politics were lack of money and political knowledge and also multiple roles as house wives and ploticians became their internal issue.

ABSTRACTPunceling Forest Tourism have an appeal that consisting of a hill keraton , the Pancuran Tujuh , Lumpat Waterfall , Pajajaran Waterfall, and Kebul waterfall. But, there is an indication matter found in wanawisata punceling namely the difficulty of tourists to find the entrance. This case study devoted to know the quality of assets facilities wanawisata punceling based on dimensions accommodation, access, attractiveness , and supporting facilities. Grand theory used to research is evaluation facilities natural tourism based on journal Alkahtani et al (2015), Alaeddinoglu and Can (2011), Ginting and Sasmita (2018), Panasiuk (2007), and Priskin (2001). The research was done by using the method descriptive with a qualitative approach and qualitative. Namun, terdapat indikasi masalah yang ditemukan di Wanawisata Punceling yakni sulitnya wisatawan untuk menemukan pintu masuk. Studi kasus ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui kualitas aset fasilitas Wanawisata Punceling berdasarkan dimensi akomodasi, akses, daya tarik, dan fasilitas pendukung. <p><em>This study aims to explain the training analysis and development of existing PD. BPR BANK BAPAS 69 Magelang Regency. This study explains the analysis of needs, methods, types, objectives and benefits, as well as evaluating training and development. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection methods using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the purpose of training and development is to improve the quality of human resources they have and is also useful for encouraging the progress of individuals and organizations. PD. BPR BANK BAPAS 69 uses organizational needs analysis, using two training and development methods, namely the classroom and simulation methods. The training and development carried out is formal or official because it has been planned by the organization. The evaluation is based on the value obtained from the trainer, then reviewed further and then used as material for consideration of determining career path or promotion.</em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p>

The performance of the school head master is one of the efforts of the school head master to improve the graduate quality. The aim of this research is to describe the work of the school head master in improving the students’ quality of MTsN Meurebo. The method of the study is descriptive method through qualitative approach. The data collection techniques are: observations, interviews and documentations. The subjects of the research are: the school head master, school administrative chairman, teachers. The result of the study shows that: 1) the ability of school headmaster in improving the quality of the graduates is met the graduate criteria because the school head master has run various abilities to support the achievement of the graduates’ quality, both abilities as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, and innovator . 2), In practice , it is indeed need motivation of the school head master and all the school members to manifest the graduates quality. 3), the school head master is able to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the school, so that it can be used as a reference in making decisions concerning the improvement of the quality of graduates. In its implementation that various efforts require s a consensus commitment of all the school members in order to achieve the optimal quality of the school graduates.

This study examines the effectiveness of using the iqra' method to improve the ability to read the Qur'an to convert students at Assalam Islamic Solidarity School in Jantho City. Based on the facts in the field, the convert students who are already young have not been able to read the Qur'an well. This institution seeks to improve the quality of convert students in the Qur'an reading, which aims to be one of the motivations for other students to study the Qur'an well. This research has two objectives, namely: How is the ability to read the Qur’an, and the use of the iqra' method to convert students at Assalam Islamic Solidarity School in Jantho City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Respondents in this study were teachers and students. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation and interviews. From the results of the study found by researchers that the use of iqra' method has been effective against the ability to read for convert students, although there are difficulties in the learning process, caused by lughat (pronunciation) their tongues are still stiff. From this study it can be concluded that every educational institution that is specifically in charge of the education of the Qur'an must be able to improve its quality in carrying out the Qur'anic learning process especially in terms of reading the letters, so that every student, especially converts, can learn the Qur'an 's well and correctly so that they can instill Islamic laws based on the Qur'an and as-Sunnah.

Provinsi Lampung adalah salah satu cerminan wilayah multikultural yang ada di Indonesia. Multikultural yang ada di wilayah Lampung tidak bisa dilepaskan dari terbukanya komunitasnya dalam menerima kehadiran etnis lain di wilayahnya, yang tertuang dalam nilai-nilai budaya piil pesenggiri yang mereka miliki. Akan tetapi, piil pesenggiri pula sering diklaim sebagai penyebab konflik yang sering melibatkan orang Lampung. Ini menunjukkan ada paradoks cara pandang dalam memahami piil pesenggiri sebagai identitas orang Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualittif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi, yang ditujukan untuk membantah klaim bahwa konflik yang sering terjadi di wilayah Lampung, disebabkan karena menguatnya piil pesenggiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa piil pesenggiri sebagai identitas, justru mampu menciptakan harmoni dengan etnis lain. Melalui kasus komunitas Lampung di Way Kanan, mekanisme politik pengorganisasian identitas (politik identitas) tersebut, komunitas Lampung justru mampu menguatkan identitas piil pesenggiri-nya, sekaligus mampu menciptakan harmoni di tengah masyarakatrnya. Lampung Province is a reflection of multicultural region in Indonesia. Multiculturalism in the region is related to the openness of the community in accepting the presence of other ethnic groups in the region. The principle of openness is contained in the values of the piil pesenggiri as as a part of their culture. But on the other hand, the piil pesenggiri was also often claimed as a cause of conflict involving frequently Lampungnese. This situation ilustrated the existence of paradoxes of perspective in understanding the piil pesenggiri as Lampung people's identity. The research employs a qualitative approach with interview and observation data collection techniques. The research purposes is to obtain findings to refute the claims of the piil pesenggiri as trigger of frequent conflict in Lampung. The results of the study demonstrates the facts contradicting the claims. The piil pesenggiri as identity actually was even able to create harmony with other ethnic groups. In the case of the Lampungnese community in Way Kanan, through the political mechanism of organizing identity (politics of identitiy), the Lampungnese community was able to strengthen the identity of the piil pesenggiri while at the same time being able to create harmony in the community.
