ABSTRACTPunceling Forest Tourism have an appeal that consisting of a hill keraton , the Pancuran Tujuh , Lumpat Waterfall , Pajajaran Waterfall, and Kebul waterfall. But, there is an indication matter found in wanawisata punceling namely the difficulty of tourists to find the entrance. This case study devoted to know the quality of assets facilities wanawisata punceling based on dimensions accommodation, access, attractiveness , and supporting facilities. Grand theory used to research is evaluation facilities natural tourism based on journal Alkahtani et al (2015), Alaeddinoglu and Can (2011), Ginting and Sasmita (2018), Panasiuk (2007), and Priskin (2001). The research was done by using the method descriptive with a qualitative approach and qualitative. Technique data collection was carried out by observation , interview , the questionnaire and documentation.Keywords: Assets facilities, Forest Tourism, Nature Tourism  ABSTRAKWanawisata Punceling memiliki daya tarik yang terdiri dari Bukit Keraton, Pancuran Tujuh, Curug Lumpat, Curug Pajajaran, dan Curug Kebul. Namun, terdapat indikasi masalah yang ditemukan di Wanawisata Punceling yakni sulitnya wisatawan untuk menemukan pintu masuk. Studi kasus ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui kualitas aset fasilitas Wanawisata Punceling berdasarkan dimensi akomodasi, akses, daya tarik, dan fasilitas pendukung. Grand theory yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu evaluasi fasilitas wisata alam berdasarkan jurnal  Alkahtani et al (2015), Alaeddinoglu dan Can (2011), Ginting dan Sasmita  (2018), Panasiuk (2007), dan Priskin (2001). Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kualitatif. Rumah Baca Apung located in Tambak Lorok Village is a valuable asset belonging to the community that can be used as meeting hall and village library. In fact Rumah Baca Apung has not been utilized optimally in accordance with the function and purpose of building a library. Based on preliminary observations of the researchers, can be knew that the location is more often used as a place for discussion by the local people.Therefore, this study aims to further study the utilization of Rumah Baca Apung and the reasons behind the utilization. This research uses qualitative approach of case study with using data collection technique through interview, documentation study, and observation. The results of this study show that the use of Rumah Baca Apung has not been based on the function of education, research and preservation function of a library. Rumah Baca Apung also has not been used as a place to increase reading habit. Rumah Baca Apung is now used as a place of recreation, a place to discuss, socialize and counsel for the local people. The utilization of Rumah Baca Apung which has not yet represented the function of the village library is due to the limited quantity and quality of the collection books, the lack of educative games equipment, and the absence of learning companion teacher as a volunteer for the coastal children of Tambak Lorok.

ABSTRACTUrban green open space (RTHKP) is an important component in each City Regency. The green space owned by Cimahi reaches 13.60% from a minimum of 30%. One of the RTH in Cimahi City is in the Cimahi City Government Office Complex with an area of 11,115m2. RTH assets are used for parks, motorbike parking lots for guests and the ASN of Cimahi City Government and the rest are still unregulated open green space. The purpose of this study is to describe and define existing problems. The research method in this case study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. While the data collection techniques used include scientific observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of evaluating the quality of RTH assets in the Cimahi City Government office complex are the surrounding communities and visitors need green open space with vegetation, facilities that are complete and attractive. RTH yang dimiliki kota Cimahi baru mencapai 13,60% dari minimal 30%. Satu di antara RTH yang ada di Kota Cimahi berada di Komplek Perkantoran Pemerintah Kota Cimahi dengan luas lahan 11.115m2. Aset RTH tersebut digunakan untuk taman, tempat parkir sepeda motor para tamu maupun ASN Pemkot Cimahi dan sisanya masih menjadi RTH yang tidak tertata. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendefinisikan permasalahan yang ada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian studi kasus ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu meliputi observasi ilmiah, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari evaluasi kualitas aset RTH di komplek perkantoran Pemerintah Kota Cimahi adalah masyarakat sekitar dan pengunjung membutuhkan RTH dengan vegetasi, fasilitas dan sarana yang lengkap dan menarik. Karena vegetasi, fasilitas dan sarana yang ada tidak lengkap dan tidak menarik.Kata kunci: Evaluasi Kualitas Ruang Terbuka Hijau, Ruang Terbuka Hijau

This article aims to analyze: 1) the concept of the visionary leadership of the head of Madin (Madrasah Diniyah) in improving the quality of students (santri) at the Al-Khoirot Islamic boarding school, 2) the process of the relationship between the head of Madin and its members in improving the quality of students at the Al-Khoirot Islamic boarding school, 3) the results of achieving the quality of students carried out by the head of Madin Al-Khoirot. This article uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis uses data condensation, display data, and make conclusions. The results showed: 1) The concept of the visionary leadership of the Madin Al-Khoirot head includes: a) the formulation of the vision based on the provisions of Madin graduates. b) make changes and innovations that advance. c) conduct training and monitoring of Madin teachers. d) build cooperation with pesantren. 2) the process of building good relations is carried out by holding regular meetings with all Madin residents. 3) the results of quality achievement are shown by the success of Madin Al-Khoirot graduates being accepted in foreign Islamic educational institutions.

AbstractAccreditation is one of the governments to improve the quality of education. Likewise, to ensure the quality of education at the PAUD and PNF levels, the government held an accreditation program. However, it still has issues that need to be resolved. This study aims to identify and describe the problems of accreditation and quality mapping in the Education Office of Kulonprogo Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach and type of case study research. Based on the results of this research, in mapping the quality of accreditation in PAUD and PNF in Kulonprogo Regency, the first activity carried out was to conduct a quality mapping analysis of each institution. And the results show that the average standard kindergarten, KB, Pos PAUD, LPK and PKBM institutions that must be supervised strictly is the standard of financing. After conducting the analysis, a workshop was conducted with the Dikpora and all PAUD and PNF heads. Keywords: Quality mapping, accreditation, PAUD, PNF.

Writing activities are essentially not only to give birth to a thought and a feeling, but also a disclosure of knowledge ideas and the life experience of a person in writing language. The study used a qualitative approach with case study techniques. With the research subject grade V students MI ma'arif NU 1 Kaliwangi. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. Analytics Data uses the Miles and Huberman model. Results showed (a) mature planning before the process of dissection (b) the implementation of creative learning with the image media assisted by the LCD, and Worksheet (c) Self-reliance assessment techniques with direct observation, and system point, (d) The lack of introductory media such as dictionaries changed basic barriers.

Amil zaka in zaka institutions has the right as one of eight ashnaf. Their rights are usually used by zaka institutions as operational cost. However, not all of the intitutions which manage zaka take amil’s right, one of them is Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This institution does not take amil’s right and it is independent in its operational cost. To support this operational cost, Yayasan Nurul Hayat establish business unit with utilize its profit.This study aimed to discover the capability of business unit in supporting operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The selections of informant are using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews and documentation. This data is analyzed using descriptive method.The result of this study shows that Yayasan Nurul Hayat Employments’ Salary is taken from business unit’s profit. It is also used to give bonus for employments and grow the business unit of Yayasan Nurul Hayat up. From the result of this study, it can be concluded that the business unit which is developed has great capability to support operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat.

This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

This research explains the internalization of multicultural values ​​in the learning process of PAI at Senior high school Darut Taqwa Sengonagung Purwosari Pasuruan. This Research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The data collection was through by unstructured and opened interview techniques, unattended and opened observation, and documentation techniques. For analysis and interpretation of data using steps: a). Reduction data, b). Displaying data, and c). Conclusion drawing / verification. The results of the research shows that the internalization of multicultural values ​​in the learning process of PAI through two ways, namely through the material and using methods that reflect multicultural values.

Giving stimulus from educators in the form of giving appreciation and punishment will greatly affect the way of thinking and behavior of students in achieving the goals of character education that have been set. This study aims to describe the implementation of reward and punishment in shaping the character of students' discipline. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate: (1) The implementation of rewards in shaping the discipline character of students is done by giving rewards in the form of praise and giving appreciation in the form of gifts. (2) The implementation of punishment in shaping the disciplinary character of students is carried out by giving gradual warnings, giving spontaneous warnings and written warning letters. (3) Evaluation of the implementation of rewards and punishments in shaping the character of students' discipline is using process evaluation, which is an assessment carried out during the learning process by observing the attitudes of students everyday when they are in the madrasa environment.. Keywords: Reward; Punishment; Discipline; Learners Pemberian stimulus dari pendidik berupa pemberian apresiasi dan hukuman akan sangat mempengaruhi cara berpikir dan tingkah laku peserta didik dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan karakter yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tehnik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Implementasi reward dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan memberikan reward dalam bentuk pujian serta memberikan apresiasi dalam bentuk hadiah. (2) Implementasi punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan cara memberi peringatan secara bertahap, memberi teguran spontan dan surat peringatan tertulis. (3) Evaluasi implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik adalah menggunakan evaluasi proses, yaitu penilaian yang dilakukan di saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan mengamati dari sikap peserta didik sehari-hari ketika berada di lingkungan madrasah.
