Resumen Estudio descriptivo, transversal exploratorio, orientado a determinar la calidad de la Educación Física ejercida en las unidades educativas. La muestra tomó como base los establecimientos educacionales del Ministerio de Educación de Chile; del total de establecimientos fueron seleccionados aleatoriamente n=44, los que representan al 3,3%, segmentados en colegios Particular Pagados n=6,2 (8%); Municipalizados n=21 (5,2%) y Particular Subvencionados n=17 (2,2%). El instrumento “conocimiento reforma educacional” se aplicó a n=36, profesores, correspondiendo al 78% del total, con un missing de 22%. El instrumento “intereses deportivos” se aplicó a n=4.938 alumnos. El estudio permitió determinar el estado del arte respecto a la calidad de la Educación Física ejercida en las unidades educativas, así como las condiciones bajo las cuales se desarrollan éstas. Evaluation and determination of quality standards for physical education in primary education Abstract Descriptive, transversal and explanatory study targeted at determining the quality of physical education in educational units. In recent years, with the rapid development of my country’s economy, people have had more time to pay attention to the quality education of students, and various innovative teaching strategies that follow have effectively improved the comprehensive quality of students at all stages. The article describes the theory and practice of inclusion of future physical education teacher in the process of refinement of the socialization concept. A productive study and clarification of the socialization concept is carried out in the courses of Theoretical Pedagogy and Practical pedagogy. The specificity of identifying and solving the problems of socialization depends on the involvement of future PE teachers in scientific and pedagogical research of optimal possibilities for personality development in the constructs of self-realization and self-affirmation. The determination of the socialization category is a complex pedagogically corrected process. The quality of the detailed definitions in the professional education model is a unique tool that guarantees a high quality of solution for developmental issues. The specifics of the choice of the direction for the specification of socialization category depend on the sport chosen by future PE teachers. The quality of socialization as a product of anthropo-sphere and education evolution can be learned from the portfolio kept by the student. The features of high-quality solutions are defined in the pedagogical constructs and pedagogical conditions of modern education, and socialization is no exception as a multidimensional phenomenon and the product of social and educational relations. The specificity of the clarification of the socialization category can be found in the structure of the module "Social pedagogy", "Pedagogy of physical culture and sport", "Sociology of Sport." The Kemerovo State University (Novokuznetsk branch) pays special attention at the technology of system-pedagogical modeling that makes it possible to include future PE teachers into modeling and specification of "socialization" category.

The number of private schools in our country is increasing day by day and they are in demand. As a result of this, an education sector with its own unique working conditions and standards has formed. Based on this situation, it is important for the quality of education to reveal the current situation of private schools regarding the education process from a real, impartial, and different perspective. The aim of this study is to determine the remarks of Physical Education teachers working in private schools on education, training, management processes and parent-student relations in Private Schools. The sample group of this study consists of 20 Physical Education teachers working at private schools in Turkey (in the province of Elazig) and selected according to the criterion sampling method, one of the purposive sampling methods. In the research, semi-structured and in-depth interviews were conducted with 20 teachers by using the phenomenology pattern, one of the qualitative research methods. The collected data were analyzed and themed by content and descriptive analysis methods. It has been determined that the assessment and evaluation made in these schools are not objective and do not reflect the truth. However, it has been observed that all kinds of opportunities are offered in order to increase the learning motivation of students in private education institutions, technological opportunities are high and they are used in the field of education, all kinds of sports and social activities are carried out and these have a positive effect on teaching methods and processes It has been determined in these schools that private lessons are given to some students for money and this is common. It has been observed that this situation affects the perspectives of the teachers towards the students and the students towards the teacher and the lesson and some teachers that direct students to learn formulas and memorize them instead of focusing on their thinking strategies and skills. Emphasis is placed on the selection of school administrators. In addition, it has been determined that parents are closely interested in their students and this situation affects student success closely.

Exploitative technological evaluation of the Dongfeng DF 151L motor cultivator in soil preparation for sowing maize Resumen La presente investigación se realizó en la “Finca Juanito”, coordenadas 1o19’46’’ LS y 80o35’3’’ LO, cantón Jipijapa, provincia de Manabí, Ecuador.  El objetivo es determinar los índices tecnológicos, explotativos y calidad de trabajo del motocultor marca DONGFENG DF 151L con rotovator en la preparación de suelo para siembra de maíz.  Para determinación de las condiciones del área de observación y evaluación tecnológico-explotativa del motocultor DONGFENG 151L con rotovator, se utilizaron las metodologías de las normas cubanas NC 3447:2003 y NC 3437:2003    respectivamente.  Las propiedades físico - mecánicas y granulometría del suelo, mediante norma AASHTO T-88, se determinaron en laboratorios de INIAP y la UTM.  Los resultados dieron certeza que el suelo es apropiado para el cultivo de maíz, de textura arcilloso - limoso; densidad aparente 1,28 g/cm3; humedad gravimétrica 13%; y resistencia a la penetración de 1,8 MPa, lo cual sugiere que la compactación no es restrictiva y presenta buenas condiciones para el cultivo de maíz; la obstrucción por residuos de cosecha anterior fue 0,21 kg/ha.  Los índices de productividad por hora de tiempo limpio (W01); de tiempo operativo (W02); y de tiempo productivo (W04) registran valores similares de 0,04 ha/h, se consideran aceptables.  Los coeficientes de explotación alcanzaron valores cercanos e iguales a 1,0, se debe a la alta fiabilidad y seguridad técnica del motocultor.  La evaluación tecnológica explotativa del motocultor DONGFENG 151L con rotovator cumple con la exigencia agrotécnica, para el cultivo de maíz.  El ancho; profundidad; y velocidad de trabajo, registraron valores de 0,69 m ± 0,01 m; 14,6 cm ± 1,3 cm; y 1,28 km/h ± 0,06 km/h respectivamente.  Las fracciones de terrones alcanzaron valores de < 2,38 mm - 9,5 mm, adecuados para el cultivo de maíz. Mediante precipitaciones pluviales, el suelo adquirió humedad apropiada, se utilizó la herramienta manual espeque, para siembra directa de la semilla de maíz. Abstract This research was carried out in the "Finca Juanito", coordinates 1o19'46'' LS and 80o35'3'' LO, canton Jipijapa, province of Manabí, Ecuador. The objective is to determine the technological, exploitative and working quality indices of the DONGFENG DF 151L motor cultivator with rotovator in the preparation of soil for maize sowing.  For the determination of the conditions of the observation area and technological-exploitative evaluation of the DONGFENG 151L cultivator with rotovator, the methodologies of the Cuban standards NC 3447:2003 and NC 3437:2003 respectively were used.  The physical - mechanical properties and soil granulometry, by AASHTO T-88, were determined in INIAP and UTM laboratories.  The results gave certainty that the soil is suitable for maize cultivation, of clay - silty texture; bulk density 1,28 g/cm3; gravimetric humidity 13%; and penetration resistance of 1,8 MPa, which suggests that compaction is not restrictive and presents good conditions for the cultivation of maize; obstruction by residue from previous harvest was 0,21 kg/ha. The productivity rates per hour of clean time (W01); of operating time (W02); and of productive time (W04) record similar values of 0,04 ha/h, are considered acceptable. The exploitation coefficients reached values close to and equal to 1,0, due to the high reliability and technical safety of the motocultor. The exploitative technological evaluation of the DONGFENG DF 151L cultivator with rotovator meets the agrotechnical requirement, for the cultivation of maize.  The width; depth; and working speed, recorded values of 0,69 m ± 0,01 m; 14,6 cm ± 1,3 cm; and 1,28 km/h ± 0,06 km/h respectively.  The fractions of clods reached values of < 2,38 mm – 9,5 mm, suitable for maize cultivation.  By means of rainfall, the soil acquired appropriate humidity, and the manual tool was used for direct sowing of the maize seed. Resumen:El artículo, visibiliza el potencial simbólico de algunas formas compositivas Kogi, que se abren paso en el panorama de la literatura indígena colombiana. Para ello, se recopilaron textos teóricos, críticose investigativos; así como antologías de literatura kogi, y se hizo el análisis a partir de la mitocrítica. Las fases fundamentales del proyecto fueron: indagación acerca del estado del arte respecto a la literatura kogi; recopilación de producción literaria kogi y determinación de formas compositivas y funciones; y selección y análisis de una muestra representativa de la producción literaria kogi, en la que se tuvieron en cuenta algunos motivos arquetípicos recurrentes. Palabras clave: literatura indígena colombiana, kogis, literatura kogi, cultura kogi, mitocrítica, motivos arquetípicos.Resumo:O artigo faz visível o potencial simbólico de algumas formas compositivas Kogi que ganham espaço no panorama da literatura indígena colombiana. To do this, we collected theoretical texts, critical and research as well as literature anthologies kogi, and the analysis was based on the myth criticism. The key stages of the project were: inquiry about the state of the art with respect to literature kogi; kogi literary collection and determination of compositional forms and functions; and selection and analysis ofa representative sample of kogi literary production, in wich took into account some recurring archetypal motifs. Key words: Colombian indigenous literature, kogis, kogi literature, kogi culture, myth criticism, archetypal motifs.

Examined is the problem of achieving the quality of education of university graduates in implementation of competence-based learning. Shown is that when assessing quality, it is necessary to focus on achieved level of compliance with requirements. The project of the higher education reform of the Ministry of Education and Science is analyzed from the standpoint of implementation of the competence-based approach in vocational education. Attention is drawn to the need to make adjustments to the formulation of competencies of graduates, and to develop real mechanisms for achievement of such by university graduates.

<p>Pretende-se, neste artigo, estudar a influência das infraestruturas escolares desportivas no cumprimento do currículo de Educação Física, na qualidade do processo de ensino e nas aprendizagens realizadas pelos alunos. Trata-se de um estudo de metodologia investigativa qualitativa que utilizou a entrevista semiestruturada como instrumento de coleta e produção de dados. A pesquisa empírica contemplou entrevistas com os cinco diretores das escolas públicas municipais dos anos finais do ensino fundamental da cidade de Armação dos Búzios-RJ. Os dados obtidos pela análise de conteúdo foram organizados em três categorias, sendo a categoria “Descaso Público” elucidativa e didática. Infere-se que o ambiente de aprendizagem existente (as quadras polidesportivas em praças públicas) e a infraestrutura escolar disponibilizada para as aulas de Educação Física inviabilizam o cumprimento do currículo em sua integralidade, afetam os conteúdos de ensino e, por conseguinte, os objetivos educacionais não são atingidos.</p><p><strong>Palavras-chave</strong>: Infraestrutura Escolar, Educação Física, Ensino Fundamental, Políticas Públicas.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Infraestructura escolar y Educación Física: tensiones y conflictos</strong></p><p>Se preconiza, en este artículo, estudiar la influencia que tienen las infraestructuras deportivas de las escuelas en el cumplimiento de la asignatura de Educación Física, en la calidad del proceso de enseñanza y en el aprendizaje realizado por los estudiantes. Este es un estudio de metodología de investigación cualitativa que utilizó, como instrumento de recolección y producción de datos, la entrevista semiestructurada. La investigación empírica incluyó entrevistas con los cinco directores de las escuelas públicas municipales de los últimos años de la enseñanza primaria en la ciudad de Armação dos Búzios-RJ. El análisis de contenidos nos hizo llegar a tres categorías, siendo la categoría “Desconsideración Pública” esclarecedora y didáctica. Se infiere que el ambiente de aprendizaje (las instalaciones polideportivas en plazas públicas) existente y la infraestructura escolar disponible para las clases de Educación Física, hacen que sea imposible cumplir el plan de actividades en su totalidad, afectan a los contenidos de enseñanza y, por consiguiente, no se logran los objetivos educacionales.</p><p><strong>Palabras clave</strong>: Escuela Infraestructura, Educación Física, Escuela Primaria, Políticas Públicas.</p><p> </p><p><strong>School infrastructure and Physical Education: tensions and conflicts </strong></p><p>It is recommended, in this article, to study the influence that sports school infrastructures have on the fulfillment of the Physical Education curriculum, on the quality of the teaching process and on the learning carried out by the students. This is a qualitative research methodology that used as a data collection and production tool, the semi-structured interview. The empirical research included interviews with the five directors of municipal public schools in the final years of elementary education in the city of Armação dos Búzios-RJ. The content analysis brought us to three categories, being the category “Public Neglect”, elucidative and didactic. It is inferred that the existing learning environment (the multi-sports courts in public squares) and the school infrastructure made available to the Physical Education classes make it impossible to comply with the curriculum in its entirety, affects the contents of teaching and, therefore, the objectives are not reached.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>:School Infrastructure, Physical Education, Elementary School, Public Policy.</p><p> </p>

  Esta investigación se centra en hoteles y hostales de la ciudad de Manta, Ecuador; para evaluar la calidad del servicio que estos brindan a sus clientes a través de la escala de medición HOTELQUAL con una evaluación de 3 dimensiones (instalaciones, personal y organización), con el fin de que los establecimientos conozcan aciertos y errores para poder retroalimentarse y plantearse un plan de mejoras que contribuya al crecimiento de su empresa. Se utilizó un método cuantitativo, haciendo uso de la escala de likert y se realizó in situ observando y bajo la vivencia del servicio recibido que permitió obtener como resultado que a nivel general la calidad de servicio ofertada por estas empresas cumple con el nivel de satisfacción del cliente, pero existen tres aspectos que presentaron debilidad siendo estos: medición de resolución eficaz de problemas, medición de rapidez de servicios y base de datos para reducir tiempo de registro.   Palabras clave: comportamiento del consumidor; promoción turística; estrategia de marketing; factor de competitividad.   Abstract This research will focus on hotels and hostels in the city of Manta, Ecuador; and will evaluate the quality of service they provide to their customers through the SERVQUAL measurement scale with an evaluation of its 5 dimensions in order to establish know their successes and mistakes to be able to get feedback and consider an improvement plan that contributes to the growth of your company. This study uses a quantitative method, making use of the likert scale for the determination of results. The data was carried out in situ observing and under the experience of the service received, which allowed obtaining as a result that in general the quality of service offered by these companies meets the level of customer satisfaction, but there are three aspects that showed weakness, these being efficient problem solving, speed measurement of services and databases to reduce registration time.   Keywords: consumer behavior; tourism promotion; marketing strategy; competitiveness factor.

Resumen. El objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar las diferencias entre los currículos de Educación Física (EF) en Educación Primaria (EP) de todas las Comunidades Autónomas (CCAA) españolas, fruto del desarrollo curricular de la LOMCE, y del Real Decreto 126/2014, elaborado por el Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte, por el que se establece el currículo básico de la EP Educación Primaria. La categorización de la EF como asignatura específica ha ocasionado que el desarrollo de sus contenidos sea transferido a las CCAA. Si bien la estructura de los documentos es muy similar: introducción, orientaciones metodológicas, contenidos, criterios de evaluación (CE) y estándares de aprendizaje secuenciados a través de los cursos, se encontraron importantes diferencias. Las principales desigualdades se dan en la presentación de los contenidos, destacando la diversidad de bloques, su nomenclatura y las distintas secuenciaciones elaboradas. Los CE y los estándares de aprendizaje muestran también diferencias en cuanto al grado de secuenciación. El nuevo marco curricular, diverso y heterogéneo no nos permite hablar de un modelo común para el estado. Se aprecian, a su vez, preocupantes diferencias en cuanto a la carga horaria asignada al área en las diferentes CCAA. Finalmente, se discuten las implicaciones de tales divergencias curriculares en términos de calidad educativa y de salud pública.Abstract. The goal of this study was to assess the differences among all the existing Primary Education (PE) Physical Education (Phys Ed) curricula from the different Autonomous Communities (AC). These are based on the LOMCE and the Real Decreto 126/2014 from the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport. Phys Ed has been considered a specific subject, which meant that every AC was responsible for selecting its own contents. This issue has elicited marked differences among the different curriculae. The documents’ structure is very similar. They all include: introduction, methodological orientations, contents, evaluation criteria (EC) and learning standards sequenced through the different years. The main disparities were found among the contents in groups, names and sequencing. Evaluation criteria and learning standards also showed large sequencing disparity. Competence development has not been described in any document. Significant differences were observed in the number of Phys Ed hours per week between communities. Finally, implications on the quality of education and public health are discussed.
