This study examines the effect of the marketing mix to the decision to use members of Musharaka financing products at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Seruni Pontianak. This type of research is descriptive method, data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The study population was all the members who use the product Musharaka financing. The sample of 100 respondents drawn through a non-probability sampling technique, with a sample size of 100 people. The analysis tool is Regression Simple Linear, Correlation, Determination and Test F. Regression analysis yields the equation Y = 1.399 + 0,605X. From the results of correlation (R) obtained at 0.421. This value can be interpreted that the influence of marketing mix to decision of selectingmembers Musharaka financing products at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Seruni Kota Pontianak is a strong positive. The value of the coefficient of determination (KD) obtained was 0.178%. From these test results that the marketing mix is significantly have influence on the consumer decisions, and these test results that the marketing mix is significantly have influence on the decision of members. Test regression modelscalculated F value of 21.159 with a significance value (sig) of 0.000, meaning that the value of significance (sig) is much smaller than 0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix in the customer's decision to save the savings mudharobah at BMT Mujahidin KSP Pontianak. This research uses descriptive method with data collection using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Samples used as many as 100 people with a simple random sampling technique, the  variables used in this research consists of the marketing mix (X) and consumer decision (Y). Results from this study showed that the marketing mix (X) significantly affects the decision of choosing members savings products mudharobah at KSP BMT Mujahidin (Y) with t-count is 25.485 and the value of Adjusted R Square is equal to 0.869. From the 0.932 correlation value which shows the influence of both variables between the marketing mix decisions are categorized as very strong consumer. As for the value of the coefficient of determination (KD) that is obtained is 0.869 which can be interpreted to mean that the variable X has the effect of 0.869 against the decision of choosing members savings products mudharobah at KSP BMT Mujahideen and 0.131 influenced by outside marketing mix.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of   tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy of service quality to consumer satisfaction of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling techniques and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The questionaires were distributed to the 100 respondent of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 16. Hypothesis testing using the T test. Result shows that  partially, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy variables has significant effect on consumer satisfaction  of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. Based on the analysis of known coefficient of determination value of Adjusted R Square is  0.477, this means 47,7% variable consumer satisfaction is influenced by variables service quality.

Parent's attention to children is still lacking, caused by several things including busyness, low educational background, lack of parent's direction of everything that has been achieved by the child, causing the child to become indifferent to learning. The problems that arise are how the influence of parenting parents on student learning discipline at MTs Al Hidayah Ciomas Panjalu.This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of parenting on student learning discipline in MTs Al Hidayah Ciomas Panjalu.The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The study population at MTs Al Hidayah was 162 students with a sample of 35 people. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The data collection tool taken was observation and questionnaire as many as 35 respondents, after the data was collected with complete stages. The next step was data analysis using spermant rank coefficient (rs). Parental parenting values in Al Hidayah MTs were obtained at 39.4 at intervals of 38.2 - 40.3 with a fairly good classification. While the learning discipline value of students in Al Hidayah MTs was obtained at 37.97 at intervals of 35.22 - 38.44 with poor classification. Based on the testing of hypotheses that have been done, the results have a pretty good effect between parenting parents with student learning discipline in MTs Al Hidayah. This is obtained from rs = 0.59 with the Guilford scale at an interval of 0.41 - 0.60 with a fairly good classification. The pattern of Oreangtua Parenting affects the Discipline of Student Learning is 35% so 65% is influenced by other factors. The influence of these two variables, namely Parenting Parents Against Student Learning Discipline is a significant correlation. This is evidenced by t_count = 4.20> t_table = 1.69236 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus Parenting Parents have a pretty good effect on Student Learning Discipline.

<p>This  study aims to determine  tbe Employee   Skills in the Konveksi  Istana  Mode Madiun,  to determine  Employee  Productivity  in the Konveksi  Istana Mode Madiun,  as well as  to  determine   the  presence   or  absence   of  Vocational   Effect   on  Productivity   Among Employees   at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  The  samples  in this  study  is purposive sampling   technique   that  all  employees   at  the  Konveksi   Istana   Mode   Madiun   part  of convection,   amounting  to 30 people.  Data  collection  using  questionnaires,   documentation and interviews.In    analyzing  the data using statistical  methods  Product  Moment,  To test this hypothesis   using the r test, F test and t test. The results  of the regression  analysis  ofY  = a +bX, the result Y = 11,737 + 0,757X,  to test that rcount  &gt; r liable  (0.784  &gt; 0.361),  or may be rejected  HO means  that there  is a skills  significant  relationship   with  work  productivity   of employee  at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  Furthermore,   also obtained  results  which indicate that the F test ofF count &gt;F table (44,5752::4.196)  or ::;;Sighit Sigprob  (0,000 ::;;0.05). Thus HO is rejected,  it means  there is an overall  effect of skills on labor productivity   at the Konveksi  Istana  Mode  Madiun.  In addition,  the t-test results  obtained  thit&gt;  ttab  (6.676  &gt; 2.048) or Sig hit &lt; Sig prob (0.000 &lt; 0.025) this situation  can be said to be no different  from the effect of employee  skills on work productivity  of employee  at the Konveksi  Istana Mode Madiun.</p>

The purpose of this study was to empirically test the motivation of the financial management apparatus to moderate the influence of competence on capital expenditure budget absorption in the regional organization in East Nusa Tenggara province. 36 regional apparatus organizations were taken as samples. Data collection using questionnaires and sampling technique was sampling saturation 72 samples, consisting of budget users and committing officers. The data analysis tool used was a moderation regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that the competence was supported by the improvement of the apparatus of the financial manager, the apparatus performance in the absorption of capital expenditure budget in the regional organization in East Nusa Tenggara province will be better.

The aims of this study is to determine and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of perceptions of ease, risk and trust in the decision to use Gopay. The research method of this study was quantitative descriptive method. The population is all active student of Batik Islamic Surakarta University. The number of sample was determined by using Slovin formula which has result of 100 respondents. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method meanwhile questionnaire was used to collect the data. The technique of the data analysis used in this study are the classical assumption test instrument and hypothesis test (multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS Statistics. The results of this study shows that the variable perception of ease, risk and trust affect the decision to use Gopay. The t-test results shows the perception of ease affect the decision to use Gopay. The risk does not affect the decision to use Gopay. Trust influences the decision to use Gopay. Suggestions from this research are Gopay should increase its convenience, reduce risk, and maintain credibility so that consumers will continue to trust Gopay


This study aims to look at consumer decisions in subscribing to MNC Vision at PT. MNC Sky Vision Palembang with independent variables of quality research and promotion. The study population was 540 MNC Vision customers in Palembang in 2018. As for the sample, there were 100 customers at the MNC Vision Palembang. This study uses the research method of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results it was found that there was a positive and significant influence on the quality and promotion of consumer decisions in influencing consumer decisions to subscribe to MNC Vision.

This study aims to determine the deciding factor ped decision a gang of Muslims in the fish auction Gorontalo province in the election financing financial instituted, with a sample of 68 respondents. This study uses multiple regression analysis tools on primary data. It is found that the traders' decisions have a positive and significant effect on marketing mix factors, socio-cultural factors, and psychological factors. The results of the correlation coefficient test for the Marketing Mix Factor, Socio- Cultural Factors, and Psychological Factors have a Pearson Correlation value of 0.986 this value proves that the Marketing Mix Factor, Socio- Cultural Factors, and Psychological Factors have a perfect correlation to the Decisions of Muslim Traders at Provincial Fish Auction Sites. Gorontalo . The coefficient of determination test results obtained the value of r 2 = 0.972. This value means that the variation of the independent variable can explain the dependent variable by 0.972 or it can be translated as 97.2 %, which means that 2.8 % is influenced by other factors not examined.

This study aims to determine how the influence of Earning per Share, Beta, Company Size, and dividends on stock prices LQ45 groups in Indonesia Stock Exchange, either simultaneously or partially. Factors to be the independent variable is the Earning per Share (EPS), beta (BETA), company size (SIZE), and dividends (DIV) and the dependent variable in this study is the stock price (Y). This study took data belonging to the group companies LQ45 of the year 2008-2010. Analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis performed using Classical Test Assumptions in advance. From the test results of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the  5%, it can be concluded that there is simultaneous influence of the EPS, BETA, SIZE, and DIV on stock prices. As for the partial regression analysis all influence on stock prices. Coefficient of determination of test results, obtained by the Adjusted R Square of 0,605.

Abstract. One of the products of tax regulation reform is the modernization of tax administration which includes among others the changes of the original organizational structure based on the type of tax into function, applying integrated tax administration system that can monitor the service process so that the service can be done quickly, transparently and accountability . Identify the problems discussed in this paper is how the administration of taxation, how the effectiveness of tax examination and how the role of tax administration in improving the effectiveness of tax examination At Kanwil DJP Jawa Barat I. The research method that will be used is descriptive method of analysis and verification method of analysis. The analysis tool that will be used is correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and t distribution test for hypothesis testing. Administration of taxation has been done to obtain the actual total score of 3199 compared with the ideal total score of 3640, meaning that employees express very well with the tax administration applied. The result of statistical analysis obtained, it shows a strong relationship and direction between tax administration with effectiveness of tax examination, determinant coefficient analysis obtained, it shows that tax administration can increase effectiveness of tax examination. T test results obtained, then accepted and rejected, meaning that tax administration plays a role in improving the effectiveness of tax examination.Keywords: Tax Administration; Tax Examintaion Abstrak. Salah satu produk dari pembaharuan peraturan perpajakan adalah adanya modernisasi administrasi perpajakan yang meliputi antara lain meliputi perubahan struktur organisasi yang semula berdasarkan jenis pajak menjadi fungsi, menerapkan sistem administrasi perpajakan terpadu yang dapat memonitor proses pelayanan, sehingga pelayanan dapat dilakukan dengan cepat, transparan, dan akuntabilitas. Identifikasi masalah yang dibahas dalam penulisan ini adalah bagaimana administrasi perpajakan, bagaimana efektivitas pemeriksaan pajak dan bagaimana peranan administrasi perpajakan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pemeriksaan pajak Pada Kanwil DJP Jawa Barat I. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis dan metode verikatif analisis. Adapun alat analisis yang akan digunakan adalah analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji distribusi t untuk pengujian hipotesisnya. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dan searah antara administrasi perpajakan dengan efektivitas pemeriksaan pajak, analisis  koefisien determinan menunjukkan bahwa administrasi perpajakan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pemeriksaan pajak. Hasil Uji  t  diperoleh bahwa  administrasi perpajakan berperan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pemeriksaan pajak.Kata Kunci: Administrasi Perpajakan; Pemeriksaan Pajak
